This is how to catch your most memorable moments with photography.

The first date. A grand wedding. The child’s first walk. A newborn. The sunset. An impeding storm. Leaves falling from the branch of a tree. The first birthday. The beach party. The housewarming. A reunion. Christmas. The annual Thanksgiving.

These are just some of the occasions where memories are being processed. And definitely, these are just few of the seemingly endless list of memories any person would want to keep forever.

Most-if not all-people are fond of keeping memories. Memories that bring them back to the days when their lives were simpler and happier than it is today. It’s not because they are bitter over something…But since people are naturally discontented of what they have, they would want to ask for more-memories that is.

Since memories do not necessarily require any specific amount of money-what better way to preserve these still moments of happiness but to enclose them in a photo?

Indeed, many are people are so fond of seeing themselves captured in a single photo. Some just enjoy seeing how photogenic they are in photos. Some would only want to preserve a distant memory of someone through a photo.

When it comes to the quality of the photo’s composition, try to get more landscape photos that capture the essence of the place and the people. You can take distant photos and shots especially if you want to give more emphasis on the scenery rather that the people posing in front of it.

If you are the experimental type, you can try taking silhouette photos that are more emotional-looking and artistic. The basic rule is that make sure you are using your default metering mode and focus on the human subjects.

Happy Haunting halloween to all, when designing a pumpkin. Consider getting out of the box. Think difference...

Making a smile is nice. However, how different can you make the smile.

Or consider other designing options. That won’t create stress as you create it.

Get as many ideas as you can. Then do you own doodling.

Incorporating all your options,.

Such as a picture of a cat, portrait of a cats face. A person screaming.

Scraping an area so you can create a whole new creation.

Also, if you use a lighting fixture. Please be careful on the light. Avoiding

real fire in a pumpkin. A hazard waiting to happen. Possibly consider a

mechanical lighting that fits inside the designed pumpkin.

Possibly green lighting, adding bubbly soap if you happen to make a

mouth at the bottom section of the pumpkin.

Also, consider never creating a scaring design. Having respect for the

audience you are showing off.

When you clean out the pumpkin, consider rinsing the pumpkin seeds

and 0 calorie butter spray and cinnamon sugar and nut meg, etc

on them, and bake them until you are ready. Taking tasting tests.

Consider do your homework on buying the lowest price pumpkin.

And, when waiting close to a day etc to carve the design. Your pumpkin

can wilt, possibly. Being patient with yourself when you do the actual

carving/designing. Possibly drawing the design on the pumpkin with a light

color so it won’t seen from a distance. And, getting the right carving tool.

To make a clean cut/carve. Cleaning your area as you go a long.

Frequently, step back to see your progress, as you carve/create.

Having festive Halloween music on, is a gaoling suggestion..

Most importantly have fun and smile when you create. Never having an

Halloween evening. Making it safe, fun and unforgettably hauntingly fun…

whoohahahaha….

Our parents brought us to this world. Then we grow up, go to school and college, get employed, enter into a marriage, produce children, see them grow and go through the same cycle of life, enjoy the company of the grandchildren, then start waiting to embrace death. Is this what life all about? Or is something more than this to the human life? Please keep reading…..

Purpose of life: Most people don’t even ever think of the purpose of life. They are born, they live and they just like that leave this fantastic world. Ancient Indian sages realized that there was something more than the normal living. They understood that there must be some power/energy behind the creation of this Universe. You can call it God, Cosmic energy whatever.

Get connected to God: Indian sages understood that it was absolutely necessary to get connected to the cosmic energy. The Universe is full of energy. You are aware of the enormous energy inside a tiny atom particle. You can fill yourself with positive energy by connecting to the cosmic energy. When you tune your Television set to a particular frequency, you are able to view a live Wimbledon match taking place miles away from you. Similarly you can get connected to the cosmic energy through proper meditation. It takes time and a lot of effort to achieve this. However if you do achieve it, nothing on the Earth could equal that feeling. It’s the ultimate happiness one could experience in life. Unless you achieve it your life will never be complete on this Earth. You can absorb tremendous cosmic energy and become more successful in both career and personal life.

The benefits of cosmic energy: If you can get connected to the cosmic energy, you will get strong and healthy mind. You can enjoy wonderful health. You will start loving yourself, your family, relatives, friends, every living thing and the whole word literally.

Present world scenario: Today we see a lot of enmity and hatred among people on the basis of religion, race, nationality etc., terrorism and violence rising in many countries across the world.

Life’s philosophy: Like it or not, we have come to this world. We should do our duty, earn money to fulfill our basic needs at least and form a family. We have to produce children and raise them to be good citizens. At the same time, we should explore the experience of getting connected to the supreme power, the God.

Conclusion: Life is just going on; we never stop and think about the purpose of life. We should try to get connected to the Supreme power, the God through proper meditation. Life will not be complete without that. It’s very easy to say it but very hard to practice, I admit it. Thanks for reading.

People like Lady Gaga, people like Bruno Mars, people like Lil Wayne, these people need to be brought to justice, and I am going to explain why, and why the celebrities like Tupac Amaru Shakur, actually trying to change the world for the better, were alot better in the seats of some of these "Famous People"

The Illuminati has messed with so much issues in the music industry that they themselves should be brought to death. They have absolutely ruined hiphop music for good, from when they killed Biggie Smalls (Christopher Wallace) and Tupac Amaru Shakur, the 2 biggest hiphop artists ever to grace the rap game with their presence. Illuminati killings are not “true” and illuminati can be fake, but these are all my personal opinions and I garuntee people will agree with me. Lil Wayne probably does not want to sing like he does, but he has to, because that is what sells right now, people can’t be real and just rap and make music how they want to, they have to get signed to a label, then you are taken control of by munipulitive little monsters that ruin your music.

I used to love Eminem (Marshall Mathers) with his old school rythm, the way that he brought himself around to be the tough guy but still sensitive and you knew he always had something to go off about or be pissed off about and when you listened to it you realized alot of that stuff you had going on in your life too so now you bump the music to also get along with it. Now that music has all changed, Eminem has gone all pop, and is now in his label doing music like I love the way you lie, which was a bombshell for his career and got him a load of money but he must be going insane, having to do all these songs that are so opposite of what he used to do in the day with the attitude and old school stuff. That is what rap is all about, old school, back in 1995 when tupac was alive and was ready to change the game forever, until the illuminati came.

Lady Gaga dressing up in all that clothing just digusts me, we have all been through the womens rights issue and how women are equal but the fact that she is going on stage making that much of a scene just to show she is an independant strong woman, goes to show how weak she really is, the same as Bruno Mars going out singing his lungs off about nothing, about being Lazy? he didnt want to write that, the government did, so they make him sing it, and make himself sound like a fool, the music today is horrible and people are dragged around like puppets.

I have my own theory on 2pac’s death, and here it is. Tupac was getting way to big, he goes in and out of jail, everybody is loving the man, because he was SO ahead of his time, considering the kids now adays still beleive nobody was or is better then 2pac was, he was going in for partys, going to make a political party for the people, and make sure the world was happy, bringing a message that you don’t have to run under these business suits, but then the government knew and saw that Tupac was going to be an inspiration to all these people and make their own government so they had to dispose of him. The Biggie smalls incedent probably came after just to make it look cleaner, and put more of a blame on Biggie, that is my opinion, and I find it sick because I know for a fact the government would kill somebody, to make their country look better. You think Iraq had weapons of mass destruction before the US sold them to Iraq? nope, US just wanted all the oil over in the Iraq sand, so now we have a war going on, Jesus, What the world will do for money now adays is disgusting.

My point stands with Eminem, same thing as the Iraq war, Eminem sells his music and gets angry and kids love it but then the game changes, pop girly dance music becomes in, so Eminem has to switch up and go from his normal style to being some little singer guy in music video’s, sometimes its what you have to do, but its the same thing as Iraq, with America needing the oil so they rush over and just take it, people just want money, and really, some people will NOT care what they need to do to get it, the music industry is all messed up now adays and I plan to change that, I am an MC and I want to make a change, WHO IS WITH ME? all it takes is one brain, one message, one chance, and you can change anything in the world.

I'm not sure about Psychological...that's just where most manga sites categorize these. ..it should be more like psychological battle manga. Nonetheless, they are five of my favourites.

5. Neon Genesis Evangelion (anime)

NGE is a bit old – but nonetheless one of my favorites. It follows the story of Shinji Ikari, a boy whose father is the director of the paramilitary organization NERV. NERV exists to protect humanity from creatures called Angels, which, 15 years prior to the beginning of the story, had caused the Second Impact, an enormous explosion which destroyed a big chunk out of Antarctica, which fucked up the Earth’s axis. So to fight these Angels, and prevent the Third Impact, NERV created robots, called Evangelions, modeled after them, which have to be piloted by select humans. His whole life, Shinji is ignored by his dad, until one day, he is called to be the pilot of one of the Evangelions.

With the death of each Angel, more and more about their true nature is revealed, and the real story behind the Second Impact is revealed. At first glance appearing to be a classic, simple, shounen mecha anime, NGE has one of the most complex plots I have ever come across.

Make sure to watch the movie, which offers an alternate ending to the anime – The End of Evangelion: Rebirth.

4. Hohzuki Island (manga)

Love. No other word to describe what I felt for this manga. Hohzuki Island is set on an academy in a remote island, after which the manga is named. It’s a pretty run-down place, with only 4 teachers, one of them being the headmaster. There’s only a few children, but each of them have some sort of dark past. The main character, Kokoro, and his blind sister Yume, were abandoned by their parents. Another one, Hatsu, was beaten up by her parents, and has lost her voice as a result of the trauma, and so on and so forth.

Anyhow, there’s something weird about the island, and the children are convinced that the adults are trying to kill them. In a flurry of panic, after the presumed death of one of their classmates and friends, the children escape, leading the teachers on a wildly-bloody-goose chase. However, as they flee, a fundamental question rises…Are the teachers really killing the students? Or…is the killer perhaps amongst themselves? At a certain point in the manga, even the reader is unable to tell. Hohzuki Island – a true masterpiece.

3. Liar Game (manga + tv drama)

This manga follows the story of Nao Kanzaki, a magnanimous, but simple-minded young woman. One day, she is given 100,000,000 yen, with an invitation to a mysterious game called Liar Game. By winning the game, she would be allowed to keep the money. If, however, she lost, she would have a debt of 100 million yen to the Liar Game company. Seeing this With the intention of destroying the evil company that hosts the game. Helped by a genius ex-convict, Akiyama, she goes through each round of Liar Game, adding to her own debt in order to save her opponents.

The first few chapters of the manga are slightly bland and simplistic. But once you get through those 4 or 5 chapters, the manga is nothing like simplistic. It is, in a sense, psychological version of Mortal Kombat, with characters figuratively beating the shit out of each other using their mad brain skills. Each round of Liar Game will keep you on your toes, and make you fall headfirst onto the ground when you reach the conclusion. Pure genius.

The only bad thing about the manga is that it’s on hiatus. Apparently there’s a drama going on based on that series, rather than an anime, but I have yet to watch it.

2. Death Note (manga + anime)

Amazing. No, that’s an understatement. There’s a reason this manga is so famous, and it’s not over-publicity. Death Note narrates the story of Light Yagami, an exceedingly brilliant, handsome, talented high school student, bored with the monotonous flow of life. One day, he finds before him a black notebook, with the words “Death Note” on its cover. Accordingly, any person whose name is written in the Death Note shall die.

Light, seeing himself as the paladin of justice, decides to use this notebook to punish those who have strayed too far on the wrong side of the law. But what is too far? What is the law? With the power of the Death Note, Light becomes a godlike figure, able to bestow judgment upon whomever he desires. Ignorant of his name and identity, the world starts venerating this new god, who they have decided to call Kira. The only one with any hopes to stop him is the mysterious detective, who goes by the dubious pseudonym ‘L,’ that has recently befriended Light.

I’ve probably made the story sound a lot crappier than it is…forget summaries, just read the real thing.

The anime does an almost perfect job in terms of following the manga’s plot. Personally I’m more of a manga reader, but in this case the anime is just as good.

1. Code Geass (anime)

Why did I rank this as number 1, even higher than Death Note? It’s just that good. Most of the others on this list are debatable, but Code Geass definitely isn’t. When I first saw it, I didn’t want to watch it – it looked a bit too shoujo for me, and I’ve always considered the shiny, pointy look of it horrendous. But the story definitely makes up for that.

In a world not too far in the future, the globe is divided by three super-powers: the Holy Britannian Empire, the Chinese Federation, and the European Union. But the EU isn’t really worth shit, and the Chinese Federation doesn’t really appear that much until Season 2, so it’s all about Britannia. The main character, Lelouch, is a runaway prince of the Britannian Empire, believed to be dead. He and his sister, Nunnally, live in Japan, now under the dominion of Britannia and known as “Area 11.” One day, a mysterious girl with green hair gives him a strange ability – the power of Geass. With this, Lelouch can control the mind of any person, as long as he has eye contact with them. Thus, he sets out on his mission to destroy his father’s empire, and avenge the death of his mother.

It’s a bit hard to write a good review without spoiling the story, so I’ll stop there. But this anime has the best plot I’ve ever seen. The first season was awesome, the second season was amazing, and the last episode… best finale I’ve ever seen, or will ever see in my life I think.

You feel you live in a democracy. You just feel.

You feel you live in a democracy. You just feel. That is what democracy does. It makes you feel. Many times I felt that democracy itself is a feeling. You feel a lot of other significant emotions alongside, too. Like freedom, for example. Is freedom a feeling? It can take up a whole two thousand words argument and still can remain chaste. Doesn’t it hurt you when you are not free to do anything, say to move out with your boyfriend? Indeed, and so freedom belongs to that above mentioned category of psychological traits—feelings.

As we have started a healthy discussion about feelings, let us continue with it. There is a lot more to discuss. And it can exceed any word count again. You are not just a box of feelings, like the old time gramophone. You are a complex being. You belong to a better category, a genre that hasn’t yet maligned by the presuppositions. If you are in a new territory undiscovered by any one, you are lucky. You are experiencing the most original of the earthly scene, untouched by any eye, not even a thought. Instead, what if you were living in a completely known, predicted place, like the moon or the craters of mars, you might get so accustomed to what others have to say rather than exploring your original creativity. This is exactly what it means by being different. You are in an unknown, undiscovered land. No one suggests upon your what-to-dos and how-to-dos. You are the master of your creativity and originality. Your difference spills from your soul into the depths of every shallowness and makes it deep, really deep.

One day you find yourself locked up in your house. You think it as an intellectual closeness to Kafka and check the daily news paper, to know literally what had happened. You look around. No one is moving. Nothing is moving. No kid goes to school, and no adult goes for work. It seems a public lazy day. It is surely not a holiday, since holidays have such a hidden charm in them that they make you alert from its morning crow itself that it’s a holiday. You plan for a shopping expedition, attending a marriage reception, and many more funny things. But it’s not exactly what you feel. You feel lazy like every one else, and you sleep. That day is called the Hartal day.

You are a different person; complicated. And so you do not want to be like the others. You take it as an opportunity to learn. You learn one of the best lessons of life in India: adjustment. You adjust with the others, learning each moment. You are different and you must understand what it means to be different..

Scott Walker is taking a historic heroic stance against union corruption.

Created By

Carl Janssen

February 21, 2011

For years there has been a vicious cycle of bribes and kick-backs. Some union leaders encourage their members to vote for those who support their pocket-books and agendas and in turn those people give the unions what they want. In this way the unions become more and more powerful as well as the politicians they support. There are some Unions in which membership is not optional for people who are to be employed under certain organizations; this is a grave evil, in which Unions can go against the will of employees who they claim to represent.

It has been common for Public School teachers to be told by people above them to teach certain “facts” and ideologies which the democratic party supports this provides impetus for their students to vote more for the democratic party, in turn more money is provided for “education.” But some of this education money is actually money spent to support the agenda of the Democratic Party, by supporting their ideologies and alleged “facts.” This is another cycle of bribes and kickbacks, you teach what we want and that will encourage people to vote for us and think the way we want and in turn we the Democratic Party will continue to up your funding. I am not saying the Republican Party does not sometimes due the same to a lesser degree, for the lesson is universal among both democrats and some of the republicans that the United States Government is the one rightful to…. None the less not all republicans openly declare that to be so.

Scott Walker is acting heroically by refusing to cooperate with the union bribe and kickback system to such a degree that they are protesting because he is reducing their flow of tax-money forcibly taken from non-consenting individuals who merely consent in order to not be thrown in jail. If the government certified teacher’s job was really that important people would donate out of their own pocket books not other peoples’ non-consential tax dollars. Such as has been done to provide education in the third world without taxing anyone through numerous Christian Organizations merely through charitable giving and thus can also be done in the U.S. if people were not so enamored by the beastly beast of a system that calls itself beneficial on the coerced praises of the brain-washed masses, and has not gotten one ounce of praise from those who choose to think independently of its mantras.

This all being said I am not saying that Scott Walker does everything right, merely that this single action is at least much more right than what many other politicians have done in the past, at least if there is a right motive behind it.

Here is a little life story about my grandfather and how he helped me with the thought of death.
~In Loving Memory of R.L.S.~

My Antidote to the Thought of Death

For many of us, the thought of death is overwhelming; the thought that we will no longer be on Earth. Few of us actually know what is ahead, past the darkness of the unknown. Many of us Christians believe in Heaven, but we still do not know what dying is like. Sometimes, this “unknown” is painful to think about. I, though, have and antidote-like thought; a thought about my grandfather, who acted bravely in the face of death.

He had lived a good life: working hard, saving his money, marrying the love of his life, and being happy. He lived without the things we take for granted today. Things such as cell phones, computers or internet, game systems, and other luxuries. His family had gone through the Great Depression, which apparently was not a fun time, for he worked and saved his money, spending it cautiously.

My grandfather had been having some problems with his body in his old age. He had been having problems with his heart for the twenty years before his death, but had more recently started to have lung problems. His health started to deteriorate, making for more visits to the hospital. None the less, he continued to preach life lessons to my sister and I about what not to do, like smoking, using himself as an example of what would happen. I never saw him falter or become weak in spirit, even as he laid in his hospital bed in one of his visits.

The day came when his body finally had had enough. He fell onto the floor. The paramedics arrived, ready to do everything they could to save my grandfather, but he said no. He refused to go to the hospital with them. He said that he did not want to be hooked up to a bunch of machines to live. He did not want to rely on machinery to live a restricted life. He was ready to die. The paramedics, at that point, had no choice but to do what they could without a trip to the hospital, but it was no enough. My grandfather died on January 9th, 2009.

Whenever I think about death and get those familiar pains, I always think about my grandfather and how strong he was to be ready to die. It always comforts me, making me think that when my day comes, maybe I will be ready too.

In Loving Memory of R.L.S.
