"Sovereign Citizens" do not believe in American laws. They do not believe in paying taxes and they have a few other very odd ideas. They believe they are free to take ownership of any bank owned properties. They make out bogus quickclaim deeds and file them with clerks of the court and think they are home free. They file bogus charges against police departments and government officials. In general they stir up all the trouble possible. But one group got it’s come uppance last week in Lithonia.
