Saudi Arabia prohibit woman from driving and even taken steps to silence the matter. Most of the current Muslim country are ruled by dynasty that wasn’t even existed during the Prophet Muhammad or his Companions time. Most of this country didn’t even have 100% Islāmic justice system. Some even practiced detention without trial and they are the best of friend to the USA. So why called them as Islāmic State?!

The licensing of paralegals is becoming an ever growing debate in legal circles. As the profession continues to grow in both size and scope, more and more legal professionals are calling for the mandatory licensing of paralegals. They claim that licensing is the only way to ensure high-quality professional standards. Opponents feel that there is no just cause to require paralegals to be licensed by the state. They claim that doing so will: raise the cost of legal fees, fail to ensure quality of work, and limit the number and diversity of paralegals.
