We don't need to be told what to do, eat, how to sleep, what to wear, for we are all grown up. "Give me Lemon Lime, or give me death." From Obama trying to ban happy meals, and California regulating how much heat they can use, it is another chip in our way of living the free lifestyle.

Really Bloomberg? Is it a billionaire thing? First we have Buffett trying to tax the heck out of anyone who is someone, and now Billionaire Bloomberg, is trying to tell people how to drink their soft drink. maybe it is a billionaire thing, you know, CONTROL!!! The people, adults of this great nation of ours, are not orphaned babies who are in need of a Nanny. We are fully aware of what our needs are. and we know just what we want, when we want it, and how we want it. We the people are asking you to please stay out of our business. To confuse our politeness with weakness at this point would be a mistake, for the next time, we wont be so nice.

Small steps are how Governments take over lives. If they take away your soda, they will want the happy meal banned. The business of Government is to insure safety on the streets, and to be incidental playing in the background like the music in some love scene in a B movie. We don’t need them telling us how to eat, sleep, or even heat our homes. Isn’t their bigger fish to fry in the ever widening family of Government? Forgot, my bad, fried food is a no no.

Bloomberg wants to ban the everything over sixteen ounces of soft drink being sold t the public. He says to buy two smalls. The economy is a problem right now so is it really a wise thing to do by forcing people to curb their spending? What will it be next, how much golf one can play, banning street football, or how many books will be allowed to be read in one day?

With every action, comes a opposite reaction. The people who like their soft drink, should simply buy a two litter, chill it, and walk around in New York City just to prove a point. Take our liberties away, and we may as well live in Russia. Oh hold on, Russia’s economy is doing very well, since they decided to shrink government and stay out of the way of its people.

To Bloomberg, Obama, and all the politicians who think it is their jobs to control every life living free, stop, because it is getting very old fast. The government already is banning smoking outdoors. Where do they draw a line? They wont, so we need to and we will draw it in ink in a way of protest to insure they get it through their thick sculls, that they work for us. In closing, I am heading over to the gas station, to fill up my 40 ounce cola eat six hot dogs, and smoke in my car just to prove a point to myself, and one day, soon, maybe I will be arrested for doing that because of the lack of caring, from the apathetic public. Wake up America, before it is too late. Set your liberty alarm for 7 AM before the eleventh hour hits us like a ton of bricks.

In this article, I write about Obama's failures and how Mr. Romney has the philosophical higher ground over Mr. Obama with the ideas of government lower spending, less regulation, and lower taxes helping people save money they can use to enjoy life and achieve personal success.

There are some of us that for what ever reason have a greater understanding of the issues then the average person. Yes, I do consider myself one of these people.

My life philosophy is simple. “We are to manipulate the elements of our environment in order to achieve our maximum potential”. People say success is undefined. I defined success. It is the status of personal success that comes from the manipulation of environmental elements in order to achieve our maximum potential”.

These definition fits every case. I know what I want to accomplish. You know what you want to accomplish. All of us have the ability to assess our environment and take note of the resources we can use to reach our goals.

Today, Mr. Obama is taken elements of the environment away from people and subjecting people to the tyranny of being a slave to poverty. We know he has spent trillions of tax payers money and has no results to show. We know Mr Obama wants to limit the salary a person can earn. We know Mr. Obama wants to limit the wealth a person can generate through personal investments. Apparently we are all so mentally deficient that we cannot manage our own lives.

I always want the freedom to find my own way. I am not afraid to study, send out resumes, go to interviews, and work hard to generate income. The reason is that it is always better to be in charge of our lives, instead of being ordered around by government.

Mr. Romney none of us true conservatives trust you. I wrote articles on the “saving the soul of America” and “dreamers and Obama the dream killer” I do not appreciate it when people plagiarize the themes in my articles and claim them as if they were the originators of the themes.

However, the real issue is if there will be a US of A in the future. With Mr. Obama and the democrats in congress working hard against personal achievement, I do not believe that there will be a US of A for long.

Today, Mr Romney you have the philosophical advantage over Mr. Obama. A successful country is formed by citizens who are driven by their good passions to achieve their dreams. An overbearing and controlling government boxes people in to a society of limited opportunities and zero personal achievement.

Obama is not trying to help Americans. It is of no benefit to the citizens and legal residents of this country to stand in the way of their personal success. Continuing to suck the wealth out of the private sector bleeds jobs and other opportunities.

The founding fathers of this country knew how freedom and liberty create success for the individual and the country. The 14th amendment of the US states states that we have the right to life, liberty, private property, and equal protection of law. This the constitutional protection to strike out in the world and not be interfered with by government.

As I write this article I am listening and watching an hour long B. B. King concert. Mr. B. B. did not achieve personal success through a government program. He knew his dreams, worked hard to achieve them, and them maintained his success with smart living and smarter money management. The free person, using his or her ingenuity, will always get farther in life then the person who government gives just enough to keep poor.

Mr. Romney your challenge is to articulate why conservatism works. Not only do people succeed, but there is also less theft of the people’s money by people hustling government programs. Mr. Bill gates, though his ingenuity, radically changed the human experience and made himself a very wealthy person. In addition, Mr. Gates now helps many people all over world.

Mr. Gates is not the only one. Every day Americans share their hearts and wealth with people in need every day. Having personal success does not a person so selfish that he or she would not help anyone.

Therefore, Mr. Romney you have to tell the American people how Mr. Obama failed and how you plan to stay out of the way of people and not interfere with their personal success. With low government spending, low taxes, and less regulations “the people” can keep more of their money, work less, and enjoy their lives more.

Mr. Obama has many failures. He has attempted to divide Americans according to race and according to income envy. Mr. Obama has spent a lot of our money and has nothing to show for it. Under Obama’s administration people have lost hope.

We, who are fortunate to live in America ,should be celebrating life with exuberance and jubilee. I am nothing but a simple taxi driver. I worked my week. Now I am enjoying Mr. B.B. King, hotdogs, Pepsi’s wild cherry, and celebrating the life out of life.

That is why we work so hard. We want personal success and to party, enjoying the company of our love ones and other good and simple pleasures. Mr. Romney do not get backed in to a corner thinking you have to apologize for the success that comes from what individual freedom creates with tenacity, ingenuity, and perseverance.

In closing, it is time to sing to Obama “ The Thrill is Gone” and listen to our dreams demanding “Rock Me Baby”. We are fortunate to of been born free in the country that gives us all so much. It is an honor and a privilege to love her and protect her.

Now, I know many have concerns with Mr. Romney. Mr. Romney will either earn our respect and support by being loyal to all conservative principles or he will be responsible for Obama killing America.

As far as Mr. Romney’s superstitious belief system, i.e. Mormonism, voting for Mr. Romney does not mean you will be professing support for this belief system. In addition, Mr. Romney is not a religious fanatic who will be writing public policy to promote his religion.

If given a choice, I would want a fierce conservative warrior to step forward at the republican nomination convention and take on Mr. Obama. However, it appears Mr. Romney is who we are left with in this fight. Well let us be smart resource managers and manage Mr. Romney to our advantage.

Furthermore, thank you Mr. B.B. King for every joyful filled day listening to you. America made you great. You have made America greater.

A Brief History.

The history of modernity reads approximately like this. Around the time of Buddha, 500 years before Christ, the world was an ignorant place. It had little science. Reason was subordinate to power. And then in the 5th century BC, from nowhere, Greece produced a miracle.

A series of geniuses, unprecedented in their field of study, came to the world. Herodotus, the first historian, wrote a book on the wonders of Egypt, Persia and India around 480 BC. He was followed by the war historian Thucydides. Then came Xenophon, a scholar and a mercenary who fought in Persia. He wrote the first book on economics.

In the same period Hippocrates wrote a treatise of medicine. Athens, a city of only 50,000 men produced the great philosophers Socrates and Plato. Philosophy means love of truth and wisdom, and these men were free-thinkers of the highest order. Euclid discovered geometry, while to the west Pythagoras had his theorem and the theory of music. Athens fathered modern theatre with their three tragedians—Aeschylus, Sophocles and Euripides—and the comic Aristophanes.

In this period Athens also invented democracy, the first time that man chose who would govern him. More importantly, he would also decide who would interpret the laws. The jury was invented. Aristotle, who studied under Plato, developed the system of logic and classification, producing modern science and biology. Cosmology, astronomy and even atomic theory are recorded as being researched and taught in the Greece of this era.

The Greeks pondered about creation. They asked themselves that if everything had a cause, how could the universe, and indeed god, have come to being without something propelling them? In the 4th century BC, Aristotle’s pupil Alexander the Great conquered Egypt. After this the best Greek minds moved to Alexandria to further refine the sciences. The decline of Athens and Greece accelerated after the rise of Rome.

Though the Romans revered the Greeks, and many Roman historians wrote in Greek, they were themselves more interested in conquest than knowledge. The decline of Rome began before the rise of Christianity in the 4th century AD, and Rome was finished off by the time Islam came to the world in the 7th century. The church did not allow free-thinking about the nature of the universe as the Greeks had. It insisted on biblical truths about virgin births, magic apples, god’s progeny and 1,000-year-old men. Those who theorised differently were burnt for being heretics. Science declined across Europe as all the best young minds turned to the clergy, where the money was since the church was the most powerful institution.

A parallel development was the decline of Greek language, after the Bible was translated into Latin. Greek science was locked into Greek manuscripts, most of which were lost. This was the period Europe called the Dark Ages, centuries of decline in learning. Then something remarkable happened.

In the 11th century, a group of churchmen called the Scholastics began to study science. They did so to defend the church’s orthodoxies against charges that they were inconsistent and unscientific. Their studies brought them to Aristotle, who had theorised on the origins of the universe, among other things. A brilliant clergyman called Thomas Aquinas resolved the problem of the universe and its cause to the satisfaction of science-minded Christians. God, he said, was the creator before whom there was no creation. He was eternal and, Aquinas said, formless. In saying this he was borrowing from Aristotle. Much later, around the 15th century, the church became fascinated with Plato. He was hailed as the greatest philosopher of all time, a position he has held in the modern era. This romantic rediscovery of ancient Greece was not limited to philosophy and medicine and science. It took physical form in Italy’s town of Florence. Here a powerful business family called the Medici began patronising art that reproduced the architectural and sculptural styles of ancient Greece. And so we got Michel Angelo and Leonardo da Vinci. In 1550, the art historian Giorgio Vasari gave this renewal of Greek culture in art a name: The Renaissance.

From here we have the Enlightenment that produced the modern philosophers in Scotland, Francis Bacon and later the scientists of the Royal Society in England, and the people who reformed religion in Germany and elsewhere in northern Europe. End of story. Cut to the modern world, space travel and internet. To most people, this is the sequence in which modernity unfolded in human history. And more or less that is how it did.

As easterners, as Hindus and Muslims, should we accept this sequence as pure? Are we mere recipients of modern culture or participants? Did we have any contribution to make? We will explore this next week.

Protect your freedom now, before Congress sells it on behalf of Big Ag, Big Pharma and Big Oil!

This inspiration is for Americans.

We have holidays like Independence Day, Memorial Day, Veterans’ Day and others. They come, we commemorate the events that led to their institution, and then we forget them until the following year.

This past Veterans Day caused me to ponder a little longer on the sacrifices and gifts that our veterans have given to us. Many men and women and boys and girls and dogs and mules and pigeions and more have served this country to preserve our right to liberty, justice and freedom. Just how important is liberty to you? How important is justice to you? How important is freedom to you?

With thoughts of 1774-1791 on my mind and especially after viewing World War I documentaries, I realized that although we live in different times and circumstances, we have similar threats to liberty, justice and freedom. Who would have thought that the biggest threats to liberty, justice and freedom would come during a time of relative peace on Earth? Who would have thought that the biggest threats to liberty, justice and freedom would come from American businesses?

In attempting to maintain market share and profits, some American businesses engage in persuading our local, state and federal officials to write laws and institute measures and sanctions that protect their businesses and industries from competition. However, we have learned in school that competition is good for the us, the consumers of American goods and services. Preventing competition can lead to high prices, poor quality goods and services, and a host of other unfavorabe circumstances.

Yet, several American businesses have considerable lobbying muscle that threatens our health, our wealth, our liberty, our justice and our freedom: Big Agriculture companies, Big Pharmaceuticals companies, and Big Oil.

Please view the following short video, or please bookmark this page and return to view it when you have more time.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUFSdsffCgQ&feature=youtu.be

Who owns America? We the people! We need to put aside our idols from time to time and investigate what is going on around us. We need to make the time to investigate some other internet sites that have direct impact on our daily lives. One such site is the one below.

http://thomas.loc.gov/home/state-legislatures.html

You are somebody. Your vote matters. Your vote counts. Local, state and federal officials who sell us out for their own greed need to be removed from office. People who care about this country and its people need to voted in to replace them. Power to the people and not to the businesses and institutions that sell us out!

If you have read this, if we lose our liberty, justice and freedom, you now know why and how it happened. America, it is time to put away our idols and reclaim this country for the freedom of the people, for which it stands: one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

How much did a storybook like Gulliver's travels actually effect the American Constitution?

In 1726 Jonathan Swift published Gulliver’s Travels in order to combat the heresy of the religious feuds in England between the Whigs and Tories factions. Gulliver’s Travels is considered a masterpiece due to its masking of its true meaning behind what initially appears to be only a children’s story. The writers of the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights saw Gulliver’s Travels as an important enough example and document to include it in their discussions about how to set up the early government. Throughout many sections, establishments and laws of the Constitution the influences Jonathan Swifts Gulliver’s Travels are clear, as the story satirizes many problems that governments previous to the United States establishment faced.

Gulliver’s Travels follows the adventures of Gulliver, a sailor, as he gets stuck in various mysterious lands as he explores the West Indies. Upon his first Adventure Gulliver comes upon the land of Lilliputia where all the people are only about 6 inches tall. The land of Lilliputia is run by an emperor who has supreme rule and is very cautious and wary of Gulliver’s actions. In the land of Lilliputia Gulliver falls under the assumption that all leaders are corrupt and greedy. While in Lilliputia Gulliver discovers the art of rope dancing that is used to elect government officials and also gets stuck in tough situations like when he has to urinate on the palace in order to save it from a raging fire. Gulliver’s adventures in Lilliputia come to an end as he escapes punishment for his actions by fleeing to the land of Blefuscu, the kingdom and mortal enemies of the Lilliputians. After arriving home Gulliver later sets our again, however this time Gulliver ends up in the land of Brobdingnag, a land filled with giants. In the land of Brobdingnag Gulliver meets a much different type of leader, one that is wise and does not lead his people astray. However, also in the land of Brobdingnag Gulliver finds himself become a novelty trying to gain the favor of even the children in the kingdom by himself acting silly.

The first evidence of the influences of Gulliver’s Travels among the Constitutional drafter can be seen early on in the second article of the Constitution. In section 1 of article 2 the election of the president along with the requirements of that position are discussed. The decision that the next president “shall be appointed by an elector” (U.S. Cont., Art. 2, Sec. 1) to represent the American people was mainly established to contradict the flaws of the Lilliputian political system. The example set by Lilliputian politics also helped influence the idea of creating minimum requirements that candidates had to meet, like the necessity of being a “natural born citizen” (U.S. Cont., Art. 2, Sec. 1). The anti-thesis to the American system of elections would be the way that the Lilliputians elected their emperor and his officials in particular. The emperor would choose his court and advisors through what Gulliver calls “the great diversion” (18) of rope dancing, this custom led the decision making of leaders to be based off of dexterity and agility rather than leadership capabilities and knowledge. The decision making process of leaders in Lilliputia is clearly inadequate for finding strong leaders to represent the people of that nation. The drafters of the Constitution used this process of election as a means of figuring out that a reliable, sufficient, and efficient means of electing leaders in the United States had to be established.

Another clear incidence of the influence of Gulliver’s Travels is apparent through the establishment of the First amendment of the Bill of Rights. The writers of the amendments established laws so that congress can never create laws “respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of press” (U.S. cont., amend. I). The establishment of the first amendment of the Bill of Rights in the United States directly opposes the traditional powers of the Emperor in the Lilliputian government. The Emperor of Lilliputia had unmatched power and had the ability to make whatever decisions he wanted and suppress beliefs that opposed his own. The drafters of the amendments used the Lilliputian emperor as an example of what dangers could threaten the rights and liberties of individuals if one singular ruler were able to make all decisions. The examples of suppression of belief are clearly seen on the argument over which side of the eggs should be cracked first; even though the argument over eggs seems feeble in the first place the underlying implications of belief restricting laws can be grafted into larger, religious, issues. Under the restrictions of egg breaking rules “six rebellions were raised on that account, wherein one emperor lost his life and another his crown” (26); when writing the amendments the influence of Gulliver’s Travels among religious laws remains very clear.

Under the fourth amendment of the Bill of Rights Americans are protected from unreasonable search and seizures. The only time searches by the government can be legally conducted are when warrants are issued “upon probable cause” and must also be “particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized” (U.S. cont., amend. IV). Some may say that the reason the fourth amendment was established was because that right was violated by the English government while America was still a colony, however the third amendment preventing the quartering of troops on private households without owner consent was established in order to counteract one of the biggest disturbances to American citizens. On the other hand, it could be argued that the fourth amendment was created and established because of Gulliver’s Travels alone. After being discovered by the Lilliputians, in an effort to decide how dangerous Gulliver was, Gulliver says the emperor “directed me to deliver up several particulars” (16). The men writing the Bill of Rights and the fourth amendment would have realized that the unfair search along with the taking of some of Gulliver’s possession’s “in carriages to his majesty’s stores” (17) was highly unfair. By protecting the possessions of people from search and seizure the writers of the Bill of Rights were able to establish a level of privacy from the government that was almost previously unheard of thanks to the influence of Gulliver’s Travels.

Throughout the land of Lilliputia punishment for Gulliver along with the citizens of the region was particularly cruel, this theme clearly left a mark in the minds of the writers of the Bill of Rights and therefore on the document itself. The Bill of Rights declares that “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted” (U.S. cont., amend. VIII). Gulliver found that in Lilliputia that the “laws and customs of this empire very particular” and he found it very puzzling that “they [Lilliputians] look upon fraud as a greater crime than theft, and therefore seldom fail to punish it with death” (32). It is safe to assume that the writers of the Bill of Rights also found these laws and punishments of the Lilliputians puzzling and that opinion led them to establish laws against excessive punishment. The Lilliputians also unnecessarily threaten Gulliver after peeing on their palace to save it and put out a fire, despite the obscure way he completed the task to save the Lilliputian palace the Lilliputians over reacted, something that the Bill of Rights drafters clearly wanted to help prevent with the establishment of the American government and nation as a whole.

Despite clear evidence to the contrary, some groups may argue that Gulliver’s Travels had little to no influence upon the drafters of the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights. However the evidence for these claims remains in short supply. Claims are made that Gulliver’s Travels is merely a children’s book and has no relevance to the establishment of a government. The novelty of the size difference of Gulliver and other characters along with the comical situations like Gulliver urinating on the palace or dancing for the much larger Brobdingnags has little to no political relevance. Even if it did have much influence on the drafting of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, Gulliver’s Travels seems insignificant and unsubstantial when held up against documents like the Magna Carta and Declaration of Independence. Gulliver’s Travels has survived for hundreds of years due to its comical storytelling and will continue to be popular amongst school children far into the future.

Throughout multiple sections of the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights the influences of Gulliver’s Travels can be clearly seen. Swifts petitions against the flaws of the English government were clearly taken into account when establishing the United States government. Jonathan Swift uses clear situations that may at first seem fantastical, absurd and ridiculous in order to convey his points of the flaws of corruption and petty arguments amongst both the government and amongst the people. Swift takes advantage of the size differences of Gulliver both against the Lilliputians and Brobdingnags in order to change the view and peel back more layers on the opinions and point of views he is trying to convey. The drafters of the Constitution saw the valid points and opinions conveyed by Swift in Gulliver’s Travels and the effects of Swifts work can be seen constantly throughout early American legal documents like the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

They offer a huge earn if you win.
I saw 210%-300%. That means if you bet $2 you can win $4.2-$6. It’s better, than the average 200%.

They use LibertyReserve, an online bank. LibertyReserve is very safe.
There is no sending fee, just receiving, it’s often $0.01.

They offer Referral comission. It’s often 10%-20%. I saw a page with 40% but I don’t know that’s true or not.
So, if you refer somebody to play. You will get his/her bet’s 20% in this situation (image). So if he/she bets $1, you will get $0.2 to your LibertyReserve, instantly. They can win or lose, you will get that money.

Jackpot

A page says: “If you win and last 2 digit of your batch are the same as the second one you’ll win JACKPOT”
For this, you have to bet at least $4.
There is always a Batch number which is generated by LibertyReserve and if you’re lucky, you can win that jackpot too.

It’s like red and black game in roulette but I think you have more chance in this game and here you can win more money. (210%-300%)

Bad attitude is something that requires times to learn. Once learned bad attitude is hard to get rid off. Today, most of the conditions in society are the direct result of bad attitude.

Give yourself this test. Count how many times since you woke up today, you criticized someone or something with your inside voice. The reason you spoke critical of people or systems is because your society has trained you to have a bad attitude.

Unfortunately, society suffers greatly when a large number of people in its group practice bad attitude. People with bad attitude do not invest in their society. These people also blame everyone else and use this blame to justify not voting.

This political appears more contentious than any other I have observed. I have even stop listening to Laura Ingraham, Rush Limbaugh, and Shaun Hannity. I wrote my explanation as just not wanting to have anything to do with people who do not understand how to make good choices.

In addition, I am at this moment in my life building my social-political ideology. This ideology will incorporate my mental health philosophy, my life philosophy, my political philosophy, and my perspective on faith and religion.

You know being liked by other people is not good, if you have to lower your standards. A few days ago I tried to explain to a person why it is better to let individuals be the innovators and creators instead of government.

This person did not get it. I think he is an idiot. I do not want anything to do with idiots. I fear a society led by arrogant people who have studied nothing, but think they are world class intellectuals.

Currently, Mr. Obama is trying again his “fair economy” initiative. When the Russians told everyone were to work and were to live us free people called it Communism.

There is no fair economy. In life there will be people who manage their lives well and people who do not manage their lives well. My simple formula for personal success is accepting reality, being grateful for what you have, earning enough for the basic needs, and friends and family.

To many people are dreamers. Their life disillusionment comes from not having the life they think they are owed. Great amounts of money are not required to meet my definition of personal success.

Therefore, what are people crying about in relation to government and politics. The economic crisis that begun on October 2007 was a rude awakening to many. However, I believe it was necessary.

We were living without any true concept of life. Materialism and carnal cravings were directing our lives.

Hence, a society of hate, animosity, and rage has been building for close to 15 years. A long time ago I coined the phrase “money sick”. “Money sick” is when a person thoughts of spending money or making money lead to a mental shut down, such as anxiety overload. People believe that if they just make more money everything will be alright. Their lack of confidence in themselves or systems leads to hate, animosity, and rage towards other people.

A society with a large portion of its members hating, with animosity, and rage is a dangerous society. I just went out to take care of some business. I received a smear from two people and a women took a wide right turn in her car almost hitting me. These are the people in our society.

Everyday they recruit more people to be negative, hateful, and violent. However, let me be clear. I do not believe that the majority can be saved from their horrible nature.

I am convinced that a small majority will listen to what I am writing about, recognize their own bad behaviors, and work at having a great life. My articles are for these few individuals.

It is wrong to be hating someone for no reason other than that is what a negative, critical, vulgar, and hateful society has thought us. Everyone of us can contribute to functioning society or dysfunctional society. Our smears, criticism, vulgarity, and rage do influence the problems in our society.

Let us look at Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. How did Mr. Hussein come to his political philosophy? America was built on the idea that the individual would be the one to take risks, work for success, and reap the rewards from his or her hard labor. Mr. Obama appears to believe that something other then hard work and sacrifice lead to personal success.

Freedom and liberty are absolutely essential for the previous recipe to work. No company forces people to buy their services and/or products. Major corporations have money because people willingly bought their stuff. Having the freedom to work means any person can earn wealth.

Now, let us look taxes people and companies pay. Companies pay property taxes, state sales taxes, and income taxes. High income individuals pay property taxes, state sales taxes, and income taxes.

Wealth is money already earned. When it was earned the individual paid federal and state income taxes. As wealth a person only needs to pay taxes on the interest from investments. If it is put in an interest earning savings or checking account, taxes are paid on the interest earned, not the whole amount invested. Yes, I know that not all states have an income tax.

Over regulation of business stifles personal wealth. I was looking at how to get a real estate license in Texas on the internet. I determined that the state requirements are to excessive. The part I did not like is having to work under some one with a real estate license before I would be allowed to work on my own.

Therefore, Obama’s ideas on economic freedom violate the freedom and liberties of individuals. People can criticize Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. However, their inventions have had great impact on the human race. Neither individual previously named was a government worker nor restricted from innovation and creativity.

Now, I am not going to say that all government workers suffer from a lack of innovation and creativity. However, through out human history it has been people free to think and free to create who have created valuable products and services.

These captains of industry do not just profiteer. They pay their taxes. Most successful individuals and companies have charities they support. In addition, they create jobs.

Today’s, current American economy is due to Mr Barack Hussein Obama spending over 5.5 trillion dollars in the last three years. Mr Hussein’s 800 billion stimulus package was a great failure. Hussein’s National Healthcare has created cost to individuals and companies. Business are afraid of Mr Hussein’s political initiatives and will not reinvest in their businesses. In addition, increased regulation is deterring job creating.

Therefore, the one who is creating an unfair economy is Mr. Hussein. He is also contributing to the bad attitude of people who are becoming their own worse enemies. No one else is responsible for our lives, but us. Again, I state that it is our responsibility to find our own personal success. Hating companies and/or rich people is not going to make any of us more successful.

The majority in society may continue to get angrier and more dangerous. However, rational and reasonable people can use their positive perspective and realistic perspective to manage their life.

In addition, just to put things in perspective. While I was writing this article I saw a program that had a teen age boy diagnosed with leukemia.

Since the arrival of the first shipload of colonists to America, the people of the colonies and eventually states, tried to make their living area the best they could. To aid in the effort, the colonists eventually set up a government with three main branches and many levels of power, their job was to secure liberty for the country which would eventually become the United States of America. After the bad experience of colonial relations with the British, the forming of a new government, and even a civil war; the question is: Did the people of the country which would eventually become the United States of America secure and enjoy the blessings of liberty up to and through the civil war? Liberty is to be able to pursue a goal or an element which will better one’s life or a group of lives. The general opinion of Americans today is that liberty, following this definition, was not secured and enjoyed for the entire time of the country up to and during the civil war.

By having less money, the colonists could not expand their business or do many of the things which they enjoyed. Another way the colonists had their liberty restricted was that they weren’t allowed to settle past the Appalachian Mountains. The British said it would anger the Native Americans and could potentially start a war. It ends up that the French and Indian War happened for seven years and most of the soldiers were colonists. After winning the war against France and the Native Americans, the British still did not let the colonists expand; this is a huge violation of what the constitution of America is now based on: life, liberty, and property. This did not secure liberty for the colonists because they were not allowed to settle, to expand their businesses or their homes and make themselves have a better life; they weren’t allowed to pursue happiness.

Leaving the union did not secure liberty for either side because there was a war going. This war only caused lives to be lost and money to be spent, along with properties being damaged, which violates the constitution, even if seceding doesn’t do that itself. These things violate two of the three main points of liberty on the constitution. Lives were lost, which violated the life point, and properties were damaged which violated the property point. With all of this going on, there was one more major action which violated the constitution: the Emancipation Proclamation. This was a statement by the current president of the time, President Lincoln, which said that slaves in rebelling states were freed, this helped the North in the war because slaves would leave the South and join the north or the Southern states would surrender and keep their slaves. As far as a war effort goes, it is very unconstitutional; again it violates the people’s right to keep property, which is a very big deal. Fortunately for Lincoln, the people saw slaves being freed as a good thing, they were free from their torturous Southern owners and they could enjoy a more free life.
