Read.&nbsp;&nbsp; Seems the most obvious but you might be surprised just how  many people don&#8217;t read.&nbsp; Here&#8217;s one of my favorite Blog sites where you  can find all kinds of bloggers and topics: <a href="http://alltop.com/" target="_blank">My Alltop</a></p>
<p>2. Learn.&nbsp;&nbsp; I returned to school in &#8216;08 to complete a degree that I  hadn&#8217;t ever gotten around to and I&#8217;m (for the most part) really enjoying  the heck out of myself.&nbsp; Philosophy class this semester is blowing my  mind. Have to be careful not to think about &#8220;if only&#8221; in regards to how  much I could have accomplished if I had known back when what I&#8217;m  learning now!!</p>
<p>3. Listen. On the days that I drive back and forth to school, I  listen to a talk show on the AM channel that supports different belief  systems than me.&nbsp; I do it for the exercise of considering another point  of view.&nbsp; Now that I&#8217;ve learned about all kinds of fallacies in  Philosophy, I must admit to listening for those statements as well.</p>
<p>4. Experience Art and Music.&nbsp; Go to an event or exhibit that you  might not instantly consider going to and definitely go to an exhibit or  concert that you are looking forward to experiencing.</p>
<p>5.&nbsp; Be of service.&nbsp;&nbsp; I sponsor several people in a 12-step program  and talk to at least three of them every morning M-F.&nbsp; Giving back what I  have been given adds depth to my gratitude.</p>
<p>6.&nbsp; Notice the tiny things in life.&nbsp; Today when I was mopping our  light pergot wood floor in the dining room I noticed a tiny black wolf  spider frantically trying to get away from my mop,&nbsp; He/she had no idea  that I would never hurt them so they were scrambling.&nbsp; I wondered why I  found this tiny little insect&#8217;s movements so cute?&nbsp; Notice the tiny  things in life and you just may stumble upon a miracle.</p>
<p>7.&nbsp; Grow a flower.&nbsp; I have two potted orchids sitting on my window  sill that I talk to every morning when I wake up.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve had one of them 9  months and the other 6.&nbsp; They&#8217;ve lost all their buds but have sprouted  new leaves and air roots.&nbsp; I know at some point that I will need to  watch a you tube video on how to transplant them but, for right now, I  can tell by their vibrant colors and hearty thick leaves that they are  happy hanging in their present state.</p>
<p>8.&nbsp; Love an animal.&nbsp; We have five animal personalities in our family  today. Three cats and two dogs. Each one has his or her very own unique  spin on &#8220;being ness&#8221; and throw in their own unique flavor about life.&nbsp;  Tonight after watching the movie, &#8220;<a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0249462/" target="_blank">Billy Elliott&#8221; </a>, I  realized that our &#8220;bobby cat&#8221; (he has a naturally bobbed tail) who is  the grey sweet tom who adopted me last year, sometimes sprints across  our yard as if he&#8217;s doing plies like a ballet dancer with muscles that  move across his back as he runs.</p>
<p>9. Let someone love you.&nbsp; Volumes have been written on this subject.  It&#8217;s about intimacy (in to me see), connection, receptivity,  accountability and of course&#8230;love&#8230;.to name a few.</p>
<p>10.&nbsp; Travel.&nbsp; It&#8217;s always good to get out of your own little world  and see new sites, new people and new ways of doing things.&nbsp; Helps to  shake up the status quo and change your perspective.&nbsp; Be willing to  stretch yourself and take in different ways of being.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Improve life &#8211; at first  glance, it&#8217;s too hard. But if you look at this  problem through the prism of layfhaka &#8211; quite possible. One of the main  principles layhaka &#8211; start small. Daily small rethink some  of our consumer habits actually lead to a rather significant results. And this principle is  simple &#8211; make gradual and every day. </p>
<p>Improve life &#8211; hence,  first of all to achieve internal harmony. Harmony consists of the  balance sheet and improving four major components of our lives:  physical, spiritual, physical and social. </p>
<p>How can it be achieved? </p>
<p>1. Choose something that you  could improve on a daily basis in each component </p>
<p>To simplify your life, do  everything slowly. But, nevertheless,  regularly. </p>
<p>Do not handle everything  at once and do not try to Napoleon&#8217;s plans. You can not change  instantaneously, and not be able to celebrate their changes. </p>
<p>One day &#8211; one aspect. This is the main rule. For example, plans for  tomorrow: </p>
<p>The substantive aspect:  Highlight two hours on your new project. The spiritual dimension:  dedicate half an hour of meditation. Physical aspect: make  morning and evening exercises (ten minutes). The social dimension:  Call an old friend. </p>
<p>2. Record achievement </p>
<p>Once you have identified  what you want to do is still to perform. Bring myself to do it  sometimes difficult. This is very good  recording of activities performed on paper or computer. This can help Joe&#8217;s  Goals, which allows to record and track your progress. </p>
<p>3. Adapt </p>
<p>If you feel that your  problem until you can handle, or you do no longer feel the need to  achieve it, know how to change it. Learn how to continually  adjust the objectives. This does not mean to  give them up or throwing began in the collision with the first obstacle.  Just not worth persisting  and to waste time trying to make something out of stubbornness, and not  good for yourself. </p>
<p>The other side of  adjustment problems &#8211; their complexity. The most obvious example &#8211;  the development of the physical aspects: the progressive to increases  time spent on studies, complexity of exercises. </p>
<p>Using this system, you  achieve life balance. At first, forcing himself  to perform some simple rules, you will soon take this a habit.</p>

<p>This is the first and most vital step towards life change and life improvement! You need to discover the things that matter most to you in your life, and you need to do so the sooner than later. Once you begin to understand the most vital factors in your life only then could you begin to take the steps needed to further change and overhaul your lifestyle, your physical and mental state. The most important thing in life is to search for that peace of mind, that peace within yourself. You need to search for the meaning behind your daily life, and the reason of why you live as you do. One needs to ask themselves a range of questions including; what makes me happy? Who makes me happy? How do I really feel about my daily life? How do I feel I could improve upon my life? Where do I see my life going? What do I need to do to improve my life? And what matters most in my life? Only you can find the answers to the most important questions within yourself, nobody else can do it for you. Self discovery is a slow and gradual process but it&rsquo;s something that a person could never prosper and reach the real peace within if not seriously attempted. Question your life and your position within society. Criticize yourself but also take pride in your strengths and abilities as an individual. Just remember that this is something everyone will eventually need to do for themselves, it just comes down to how hard you search for yourself within your emotion, mind and soul.</p>
<p><strong>Take up an exercise program, and changing your daily diet.</strong></p>
<p>Taking up an exercise program can overhaul your whole lifestyle. Let&rsquo;s look at this in greater depth. When people exercise they tend to alter their diet to allow for healthier food that&rsquo;s full of nutrition. People learn how the body stores fat and the whole deal behind calorie counting and calorie consumption within the body.&nbsp; Sedentary lifestyles become active and focused. People begin to see results which could be drastic if you&rsquo;re very over weight to begin with. I know how great weightless feels. It changed my life. I went from 170 kg and plunged down to 120kg within four months of strict exercise and calorie counting. I didn&rsquo;t eat special food or go on fancy diets; I ate everything I ate before the diet, I just chose to eat only what the body needed alone, no excess calories. While your body finds a newfound self your mental health will flower like never before. You will feel almost overwhelmed by your sense of accomplishment. You will feel like the color had returned to the world around you, and suddenly you&rsquo;ll feel like you can do anything and everything you ever dreamt you could do! Weight loss through an exercise program and healthy diet is a definite life changer!</p>
<p><strong>Water fasting and juice fasting for body and mind discipline. </strong></p>
<p>If you feel like you&rsquo;re losing the focus on life, and that you can&rsquo;t dedicate your body and mind to anything in life, then water and juice fasting is for you. I don&rsquo;t recommend water and juice fasting solely for weight loss, as effective weight loss is about lifestyle change, but it could be just what you need to fine tune your mind in learning what discipline of the mind is all about. Nothing is as difficult to follow as a strictly water diet. I have water fasted for a number of ties ranging from three days to four solid weeks. All water fasts were done whilst working mind you, and whilst also undertaking further physical exercise. This of course is never recommended as water fasting especially will leave your body feeling very weak and low on energy as you switch fuel sources to ketosis. What I got out of my water fasting experiences, other than the obvious and drastic weight loss, is that it taught me to discipline firstly the mind, and the body as a result. I felt very focused and very in control of my life. I felt that I really did have control over my life, and I knew this with every passing moment. If your becoming lazy or weak minded there isn&rsquo;t much that could beat the power of water and juice fasting. Try it and you&rsquo;ll be amazed just how life changing the whole experience can be, especially after a prolonged water fast. I do urge you to first seek medical advice prior to water fasting, as there are a few undesirable side effects.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Taking up a sport</strong></p>
<p>It doesn&rsquo;t matter if it&rsquo;s a team sport or an individual style sport like tennis or boxing. Sport will change your lifestyle, add meaning to your life and teach you self discipline and mind focus. As you progress in your sport and learn new skills you will find more self worth, and build confidence in your ability as a person. The feelings of achievement can help boost your whole outlook in life and bring you close to a peace within yourself. I used to practice boxing as a teenager and it helped focus my mind, and keep me out of trouble. Taking up a sport will allow you to further perfect yourself in life, meet new people, learn new skills, set new goals, discipline your body and mind and find happiness in life as a result. This can be a great step towards improving your life.</p>
<p>&nbsp;<strong>A career change</strong></p>
<p>If you&rsquo;re miserable at work either because you&rsquo;ve lost care and interest in the job, or because you&rsquo;ve grown sick of the job, then chances are your life in general has become miserable as well. We spend at least 40 hours at work each week, or in my case, I used to work a minimum of 60 hours and anywhere up to 84 hours per week, for over five years. It&rsquo;s easy to work out that we spend a huge part of our awake hours either at work or in time related to work, this includes preparation and travel to and from work. Our job impacts hugely on our satisfaction in life, mental health, physical health, lifestyle, emotional happiness, and pretty much every aspect of private and social life. After nearly six years of doing a job I loathed with a passion, a job I used to have nightmares about and suffer extreme mental and physical pain over, I decided to resign. Let me tell you something now, it was the most satisfying thing I&rsquo;ve ever experienced. I decided to free myself from a job that had gradually eroded my life into a miserable mess. If your miserable and unsatisfied with your job then do everything you can to get out. It&rsquo;ll be the best thing you can do people! You will feel like you&rsquo;ve entered a new life free of all of the restraints and pains of your former job focused misery. This is one huge, brave and life changing lifestyle change that will make you feel like a new person!</p>
<p><strong>Get yourself retrained and educated.</strong></p>
<p>So what do you do once you quit that horrid job that has been ruining your life for so long? You seek to find new employment, and in most cases that would mean a totally different career. This of course will mean complete job retraining or even further education, maybe even university study. Study is a huge obligation and commitment but it&rsquo;s a life changing decision that will breathe new life into a stale and joyless life. It will allow you to begin from scratch, and build further upon your current skills and abilities. Education is the key to limitless possibilities and a complete and absolute lifestyle overhaul. You will feel very proud from your academic achievements, and will find a lot of joy and life satisfaction knowing that your with each assignment progressing towards a new and improved life. This is a huge life change that will directly revamp your life and make you feel like a new person.</p>
<p><strong>Get out of that dysfunctional relationship!</strong></p>
<p>Almost everyone nowadays has experienced a shocking relationship or two; you may even be living in one as you read this! Life is too short to get stuck into a relationship that makes you miserable and restrains your chances for happiness in life. &nbsp;If you&rsquo;re constantly arguing with your partner, if the happy days are hugely sparse whilst the normality is a sad story, if you feel you can&rsquo;t live your life to its potential because your partners bringing you down, or if many aspects of your relationship make you feel like your trapped in quicksand, then you must get out! You can&rsquo;t allow habit, &lsquo;oh I&rsquo;ve become used to him/her&rsquo;, and extreme tolerance and blind hope, &lsquo;I&rsquo;ve put up with them so long, maybe, just maybe they will change&rsquo;. Every relationship requires a lot of hard work but if you feel you&rsquo;ve exhausted all efforts in trying to make the relationship work, and that your relationship has become the bane of your reality, then the answers is all too clear. You need to end the relationship, cut the losses, and get out before things deteriorate to a greater extent! Deciding to take the step, and oust a partner, or remove yourself from their grip just may prove to be the best thing you can do to change your life for the best. This can be a vital step towards revamping your life. &nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Take up a hobby or a fun new activity.</strong></p>
<p>Ask yourself the following two questions; what am I good at? And what do I like to do that would make me happier in life? If its photography that you have a particular flair for, and if it&rsquo;s something you enjoy doing, then maybe you should spend more time taking photographs. The same would go if you have a knack for music, writing, sowing and well the list is almost endless, just make more time in your daily life to do more of the things that you enjoy doing, and the things that your good at naturally. You can take up a new hobby, this may be a whole new experience that you always have had the interest for but never had the time to do. Life is just too short people. A hobby can bring you closer to a healthy emotional balance, and therefore help you become a happier person. What a fun way to overhaul your life!</p>
<p><strong>Allocate alone time as daily routine.</strong></p>
<p>Alone time can be great for your mental well being. It can relieve daily stress and help you self reflect your emotions and daily experiences. As much as we like human contact, socializing and company we need to allow ourselves alone time each and every day. If you don&rsquo;t have enough alone time due to your lifestyle or living arrangements, social pressures, and a myriad of other reasons then on creating solitary time once a day could fast become a revolutionary new lifestyle change that will prove as a life changing action worthy noting! Making alone time can prove just the thing you need to change your life for the better, deal with life&rsquo;s pressures and feeling like a whole new person!</p>
<p><strong>Improve your sex life!</strong></p>
<p>Sex is very important in life. A good sex life can improve your physical, emotional, and spiritual state and completely overhaul an otherwise miserable life! Sexual pleasure releases a chemical reaction in the brain that relaxes your whole body and mind. If you&rsquo;re seriously unhappy in life then chances are your sex life is pretty much down in the dumps! I believe that improving your sex life is probably the most enjoyable life choice you can make, and the one choice capable of yielding the greatest results in the end. If you&rsquo;re looking to revamp your life as a whole, and feel like a new person then look no further as there is no better cure, or remedy in life that could beat fun, enjoyable, pleasures sex! Try it people, I bet it will work!</p>
<p>I hope the above ten ideas can help people achieve at least some degree of improvement in their lives. If it does then that makes all of my efforts worthwhile. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Motivation means what drives you, what brings you energy, what excites you, what makes you feel great. Its not an easy task to know your motivations, but it is probably the most important task. You agree with me that motivation is important isn&#8217;t it, if your answer is no try demotivation.</p>
<p>Every great success in life depends upon your motivation you cannot say great people like Einstein, Bill Gates, Thomas Edison were demotivated people we can&#8217;t think of them as demotivated. So the one common element in all great people is motivation so it means if you want to achieve some thing in life, which is success at least your own defined success, you got to look for motivations.</p>
<p>Let me ask you a question when going for your work daily in the morning what energy level you have, because you see your energy levels defines and scales your motivational levels. When you really want to go to work and make a contribution and achieve greatness in work, you would be jumping out of the bed every morning and just kick starting your day like a rocket. A successful person wants to do what he has to do and he has to do what he wants to do. You should be doing what you want, your inner aspiration, drives, energies, desires you got to be very clear in life what is it that excites you. Tim Ferriss, author of the best seller book &#8220;Four Hour Work Week&#8221; defined happiness in his book and he wrote &#8220;doing what excites you is happiness&#8221;. It leads towards a force because when you are doing things with enthusiasm and excitement you are showing completely different results.</p>
<p>So that&#8217;s the first step of motivation, knowing what you love to do and then doing it, but life is not a bed of roses, Les Brown says &#8220;Its hard&#8221; its not a cake walk so when you are clear about what you love to do what do you have to do next. You have to be in the company of those who does what you love to do. Again its not easy that you will find your perfect job and perfect group,&nbsp;so what to do, then you have to play as carefully as possible with planning and strategy.</p>
<p>Now staying motivated is a very huge task. Zig Ziglar says &#8221; they say motivation doesn&#8217;t last well neither does bathing that&#8217;s why we recommend it daily&#8221; Its&nbsp;highly likely that you are&nbsp;in the right company, doing the work you love with planning and strategy&nbsp;but still there will be people and your own self with all the negative force pulling you back. Positive and inspirational material then helps you to stay motivated always get in touch with good quotes, great books which shows the direction of life.</p>
<p>Always remember that the best motivation is self motivation if you are serious about your success and your life get motivated, keep motivated and motivate others, as it is said that &#8220;you always get in life what you give&#8221; Best of luck for a highly motivated and successful life.</p>
