All our life we think that we live for our aims, career, future, families. But the truth is that we live for nothing but the omnipresent death. Even knowing this truth, we always cringe at the idea of death.

As I go further into the book of Ecclesiastes, Solomon pursues the life where he tries to fill his life with stuff. The the pursuit of possessions, the wise man still offers some of his words of wisdom.

Exercise, diet, sex and healthy semen all represent elements in any satisfactory life, helping you to stay younger and keep fit, just by eating properly and enjoying life more.

As I continue on my series through Ecclesiastes, Solomon explores through his attempt on finding meaning through wisdom and madness.
