The wonderful world of conspiracy theorists is filled with many bizarre and interesting characters and David Icke is certainly one such bizarre and interesting character. In this counter culture there exist those who have ulterior motives and those who are pure in their message. At times some conspiracy theorists are merely trying to malign a group of people that they personally hold in contempt, while others see themselves in somewhat a messianic role. This latter group truly believes they are doing the world a service in exposing some dire plot that is trying to pull the wool of the collective eyes of Humanity.

Which category does Mr. Icke fall into? David Icke is seen by some as a man who is using his platform in the conspiracy theory counter culture as a way of promoting antisemitism, while others view him as a man trying to save humanity from a diabolical evil. The majority of the world, however views Icke as an ex-footballer who went insane.

Born in 1952, David Icke started his public life, at the age of 15, as a goalkeeper for The Coventry City football team. Icke also played for Oxford United, Northampton Town, and Hereford United, before having to retire from football (soccer to my fellow North Americans) completely, at the age of 21, in 1973, due to arthritis. At that time he became a reporter at The Leichester Advertiser, then went onto being a sports presenter with the BBC, a position he held until 1990 when he was terminated for refusal to pay a controversial poll tax that was introduced by Margaret Thatcher. During this two decade time period he wrote is first book It’s a Tough Game, Son!, which was about football and came out in 1983. Also at the end of this time period in 1988 he became involved with The Green Party and in 1989 wrote his second book, It Doesn’t Have to be Like This. This book outlined Icke’s personal views on the environment. At this time Icke became one of the leading speakers for The Green Party in Great Britain.

As he continued his work with The Green Party, he also became involved in what may be termed as The New Age Movement. As a result of this Icke began a spiritual journey. This journey involved study of all things spiritual, as well as actual travel to some spiritual hot spots. In 1991 Icke resigned from The Green Party. This was just prior to the release of his book Truth Vibrations, a work that told of his experiences while visiting one of these spiritual hot spots, the Sillustani Burial Ground, near Puno Peru. He claimed that the experience he had there triggered a higher level on consciousness in him. This also began his “turquoise period”, a time where he only wore turquoise colored clothing for the reason that it was a conduit of positive energy. He also held a press conference in March of 1991 proclaiming that he had “become a channel for The Christ Spirit”. At this time he also predicted that the world would end in 1997. Later on in April of 1991 he appeared on The Terry Wogan Show claiming that he was the son of God. He later tried to clarify this statement by saying that what he meant by the use of the word “son” was “an aspect of God”. After this Icke’s views begin to take on an even stranger tone.

How would this theory of an alien super race and their evil Aryan overlords make Icke antisemitic? This is an accusation that has baffled me since I first heard it. Having read most of Icke’s work I have found that he has not singled out any one group, race, or religion as being associated with The Anunnaki by having crossbred human/alien slave masters within its ranks. Actually Icke claims that each and every group, race, and religion in the world are controlled by these human/alien crossbreds. What gets Icke into trouble is the fact that he brings other conspiracy theories into his work on a regular basis. This attempt to link everything bad in the world to this race of lizard people gets him into trouble, in both credibility and in having people understand his pure, if not oddball, intentions.

One of the things that has caused Icke to be labeled as antisemitic is his use of The Protocols of The Elders of Zion, a spurious work from Russia, published in 1903, in his book The Robot’s Rebellion. Icke also has been criticized for questioning the Holocaust. This questioning, from what I have read of his work, is not a question of “did The Holocaust happen?”, it is more of a question of “Who was really involved?”. In this case Icke seems to say that the reptilians and their crossbred lackeys created World War II and the Holocaust as a way of generating the negative energy they feed on. Icke implies and often comes straight out and says that all of these wars and conflicts are staged games to generate the negative emotions, such as fear and pain, in humanity.

Misunderstanding of Icke’s work, and the erroneous belief that Icke uses the word lizard to mean Jews, led The Canadian Jewish Congress to contact the Ontario Hate Crime Unit, causing Icke’s name to be added to an all ports watch list in Canada. At one time in 1999 Icke was detained at the Canadian border and questioned by immigration officials, to see if he was carrying antisemitic material or promoting antisemitism, to whom he said “When I said lizards, I meant lizards!”. The CJC also successfully protested to remove Icke’s work from Canada’s chain bookstore, Indigo. Icke’s troubles in Canada were the subject of a 2001 documentary, by British journalist Jon Ronson, called David Icke, The Lizards, and The Jews.

This brings us back to the title question, is David Icke antisemitic? He most certainly is not antisemitic. There are many people in the conspiracy theory counter culture who write things openly about so-called Jewish conspiracies that do not veil them with stories of lizard people. They display their hatred openly. If Icke was antisemitic I believe that he would be just as open as those misguided folk are. I believe that Icke is, as he says, actually talking about lizard people from another planet. Beyond this I believe that Icke, himself, is a misguided individual who is onto to the right track about one thing. That thing is that the negative emotions that we feel as a species can have a dire effect on the world. These negative emotions do not have to be the food of some diabolical alien race to affect Humanity in so many awful ways. The worst of these negative emotions is perhaps fear. Fear can get in the way of our species evolving into what it could be.

Icke may, himself, be considered guilty of spreading the emotion of fear with his work. He can not, however, be consider to be knowingly spreading the negative emotion of hate in the form of antisemitism. Antisemitism may come about if a person misreads Icke’s work, or fixates on his inclusion of people or organizations that just happen to be Jewish with this race of lizard people. His work can not, however, be labeled as antisemitic for one simple reason, which is, he includes almost everyone in a position of power on Planet Earth as being a part of this perceived diabolical lizard race. The only positive thing that one can therefore take from Icke’s message is to stop having negative emotions, such as fear and hate. As Franklin D. Roosevelt said “There is nothing to fear, but fear itself”. That is a message that Icke, and all of us should be preaching, however, I believe Icke thinks FDR was a Lizard-Human hybrid.

David Icke is the primary teacher of this theory. He often lectures to crowds of 2500 people or more and has supporters in 47 countries. Icke says that 7 foot tall, blood drinking reptilian humanoids from Alpha Draconis are orchestrating a plot to take over the world and enslave humans. He claims that George W. Bush and Queen Elizabeth II are both members of this race, which he calls the Illuminati.

The Illuminati rule humans, according to this theory, by manufacturing wars and conflict. Icke believes that US foreign policy after September 11 is part of the conspiracy to usher in a “New World Order”, the ultimate goal of the reptilian Illuminati.

THE LUNAR LANDING WAS A HOAX!

Some people claim that the entire Apollo project back in the sixties was a hoax. They claim that the US government faked the landing as part of a stunt during the Cold War. America wanted to out-show the Russians, so the government filmed a lunar landing. One of the most popular points was that there are no stars in the lunar landing film footage and they are right. It was daylight on the moon. The moon has no atmosphere, so the Lunar sky is as black during the day as at night but the light of the Sun still blocks out other stars- just as it does in our own blue sky.Much of the “evidence” cited by proponents of this theory has been discounted. According to a Gallup poll, 89% of Americans believe the Lunar landing was genuine, 6% believe it was fake and 5% are not sure.

PAUL MCCARTNEY IS DEAD!

According to proponents of this theory, Paul McCartney stormed out of a recording session after an argument with his fellow Beatles on Wednesday, November 9, 1966. He then sped off in his Aston Martin, which he crashed into a lamp post. He allegedly died in the accident and was replaced with a look-alike and sound-alike.

Over the years, many people hae pointed to clues the Beatles allegedly planted. For example, on the cover of Abbey Road, Paul is the only one barefoot and walks out of step with the others. Others claim that at the end of Strawberry Fields, John Lennon says “I buried Paul” in a slow deep voice. John Lennon denies this, saying his real words were “Cranberry Sauce.”

The alleged death of Paul McCartney has become a well-known pop culture reference, the punch-line of many jokes.

Here at the FFS, we believe in the power of laughter. It has long been argued what separates humankind from the animals; some say it’s the use of cutlery, others that’s it is our ability to reason. I propose that it is laughter; not in and of itself, since other animals display laughter. I mean we uniquely posses the power of laughter; the ability to mock that which is in fact deadly serious.

Nazis are very serious people, and they hate being laughed at. Mocking them is an essential part of resistance to oppression. If you cannot laugh at Them, They have power over you. Laughter releases you from The Fear. Whatever is happening, whatever is being done to you, whoever is doing it, you have the power to laugh. It is the one weapon no-one can remove by force; use it, particularly when it is the only weapon that you have.

When it comes to Lizard People and Nibirru, we laugh so that people won’t think we’re insane.

The Lizard People exist in a parallel dimension invisible to us under normal circumstances.

All our world leaders are really Lizard People, masquerading as human beings. They can be identified only when they accidentally ” morph ” , briefly revealing lizard skin, reptilian eyes, etc.
