1. The “Always doing the schedule boss”

I don’t know about you, but in my younger years i had work at a hospital, not doing the cool job of saving lives. But the dirty job of saving dishes, and by saving I mean washing. We had a ratio of 1 boss to every 2 employees, we had enough people sitting around that you’d think we stuck in a perpetual drum circle. We one of my supervisors job was to just do the schedule, thats it. She had 2 weeks to get a schedule up for the next two weeks. She would come in, walk into the office sit down on her fat ass and get on her computer. 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Yet come the end of our two weeks, there would be no schedule and she would be complaining about how she was stressed and didn’t have time to do it. I feel like there was a little more going on then i would have liked. I can wash 200 dishes a day and not be late. Yet she cant figure out a simple schedule. Balls man, balls.

2. The “Big talk no action boss”

This boss has a smooth mouth on him, he can sit you in his office and make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. Yet once you get back into the swing of things, you notice that raise he promised never came through, or you are still working the same damn shift. I had one of these bosses, he could talk talk talk, Promises me this and that. Yet once you left that office and let the door shut. took him a couple weeks to get going, and then he found out that he wasn’t even able to give me the raise due to budget cuts. Even when you think your boss is the main boss, in the world of low end jobs, there is always another boss.

3. The “has no idea what the fuck there doing” Boss.

This is the one that annoys me the most out of all of them, That one boss that you could out manage, wash, talk, walk, and work. The one that got hired because he is good at interviewing, but shitty at working. The boss that sleeps at his desk while you are working your ass off. The boss that reminds you of anal sex, sounds good when you think about it. But is just dirty and a big mess when you try it. The boss that if he were a cucumber would be to lazy to turn into a pickle.  That boss. That fucking guy.

I guess it could be worse.
