February 22
This is old.
But important.

So…I watched the newest episode of Glee today…
And god…I mean I’m always dealing with depression. I guess it just made me think more about it this morning.
Depression is an ugly and evil thing. It makes you feel empty, hopeless, alone, confused, angry, sad and most of all it makes you feel like dying.
It is so hard to deal with especially when you’re not getting the help you need.
It’s scary when you think about wanting to get help. Scary because you don’t know what will happen.
And that’s the honest to god truth.
It’s so hard to just sit and listen to the words, “It Gets Better” being said but…it really is true.
There is not a false thing about that statement. The only person who makes that untrue is you.
It has been just about six years since my Mother killed herself. I’m still pretty mad at her. I some times hate her. And some times I’m honestly glad that she’s dead. I don’t want to feel that way. Anyone who was or is in a bad place shouldn’t be made to feel any worse about the whole ordeal. It does suck that she decided to take her life but I do still love my Mom. She was my Mom. We had so many memories good and bad. From time to time I let those bad memories overcome the good. Some times I think that it’s just easier to stay mad at her. And it is but that’s not truly getting over or even dealing with it. It’s just a crutch.
My mother for the most part was an awesome and amazing mom. She loved me, Charlie and Dad so much. People would always tell me how much she talked about us when she was at work. She always let us know how beautiful we were and how loved we were. That nobody in this world meant more to her than us. I believe that. I really do.
I just think…mom was definitely in a bad place. She was addicted to pain killers and drank heavily. She was never consistent with her Anti-Depressants. And doing all of those things above does not sit well with a person who has severe depression and possibly a severe case of Bi-Polar.
I’m done hating her for all of this. Some people can overcome and some people just don’t see the tools that they can use to their advantage to be happy. To get help.
I think I’ve finally found motivation for living. I want to prove just because I’ve most definitely inherited a lot of both side of the families issues…I can fucking overcome.
I can and I will.
My mom is an example of what Depression can do to a person and what not getting the right help can do as well.
I will be an example by simply being here. Some days suck more than others. Some days are extremely bright with opportunity. I just…hate to think about if I ever really did think about ending my life. There would be so many people upset with me. So many people angry. So many people hurt. So many people feeling left alone and empty.
I don’t want to install those feelings. I want to stay here for as long as I’m able to. I want to make people feel happy. I want to make people feel loved. I want to make people feel wanted. I want to make people feel like there is hope.
Having Hope and Faith…are definitely something you need to hold on to. Put a fucking death grip on them and never let go.
Whether you have Faith in a higher being, faith in the ones that love you, faith in an ability you have, it doesn’t matter. Faith is faith. It comes in many different shapes and forms. Same thing with Hope. It really sucks to have your hopes knocked down. I’ve had plenty of my hopes knocked off the shelf in my life. It makes it hard to keep believing in people, things, situations…etc.
You have to push through that fucking bitterness that bites down on your neck. Anyone who stays bitter is never truly happy. I’ve been bitter so many times in my life. It sucks. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth and a heavy feeling at the pit of your stomach.
There’s a third thing I forgot to mention…you really just have to believe.
I don’t care if it’s Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust! But you just have to believe. You have to keep that will good and strong to survive.
I’m not trying to be…lame or act like this is an after school special.
I’m being fucking honest.
From someone who has dealt with depression since Elementary school. Someone who has mutilated themselves. Someone who has had thoughts about suicide. Someone who has made attempts to kill themselves. I’d appreciate it if you’d just read and take it all in.
Because it’s real. It’s tangible. And it is fucked up.
There are so many people in my life that I love so much.
Some people I’m really worried about.
Some people I’m afraid might kill themselves.
And I don’t know what to do.
I know they need help, professional help. Help I cannot give them.
I can do my damn best but what if my best isn’t enough?
I couldn’t live with myself. I’ve made a promise to people in my life that I would never kill myself. I’ve finally come to terms with that promise and made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t do it either.
I’m really scared for myself…for those select people. I just want them to see what they have to live for. Some times I feel like I myself am not enough to show them how much there is to live for but…I’ve gotten better at pushing that thought aside because…I am a damn good reason to live for.
I’m apparently awesome, funny, smart, beautiful, easy to talk to, loving, caring..etc.
that’s not my own thinking. Those are things people really have said to me…countless times. It’s about time I started believing them. I’m slowly starting to.
My heart would ache, I would lose a lot of my heart if those people I love took their own lives. I feel like I’m at a desperation point. That I’m begging and pleading on my knees at the foot of some of those people. Whether they see it or not. I know I am. It’s a huge, heavy, sleek, cold, coal black shadow that lingers. That tries to envelope me. I fucking refuse though. I still have fight in me. My mom always said I was a fighter. And I am. I was put here for a reason. Whether it’s a spiritual reason, a religious reason…or just some random coincidence…
It doesn’t matter. I was put here so I’m going to be here to stay bitches.
I love you all so very much.
If you are feeling alone and start to get swallowed up by those feelings…call me.
(812) 987-4228
For real.
I don’t care if you think me stupid for putting my number right here. No one can see it except my friends and that’s who I want to see it.
Whether it’s just for me to listen or just to hear a voice of a friend, of a person who’s willing to help.
It doesn’t matter. It’ll be the first step you take to get some sort of help. No matter how big or small.
I will always be here for anyone.
I love you

The last twenty years of analysis have shown that tobacco use will cause impotence, and it have tendency to worsen impotence caused by alternative conditions.

The last twenty years of analysis have shown that tobacco use will cause impotence, and it have tendency to worsen impotence caused by alternative conditions.

Impotence, typically stated as erectile dysfunction (ED), is that the inability for a person to take care of an erection for sexual functions. It’s caused by the lack of blood vessels within the penis to supply enough blood to take care of an erection. Tobacco use on through smoking or any other means can affect blood vessels throughout the body and not simply within the heart, arteries or lungs, however even in sensitive areas of body like the eyes, skin, hair and genitals.

Remember, the longer you continue the use of tobacco, the more danger you are inviting to yourself of impotence and therefore the harder it’s to reverse the affect of impotency cause by tobacco. Therefore the sooner you quit, and therefore the longer you keep it away from you it is best for your health, the negative effects of tobacco and impotence will reduce after quitting smoking.

Both smoking and erectile dysfunction have typically been associated individually with plaque build-up within the arteries, referred to as atherosclerosis. The plaque obstructs blood flow through vessels, inflicting a number of circulatory issues throughout the body, like erectile dysfunction.

Alternative facts include:

Men who smoked over twenty cigarettes daily carry a higher risk of erectile dysfunction, compared to men who never smoked.

Person who use to smoke and one who is current smokers do experienced erectile dysfunction.

Among men who had never smoked, they too show symptoms of having erection issues.

Smoking will over double your risk from low level to high level of ED.

Using tobacco or smoking is very common reason for people who suffer from ED.

Risk of impotence will increase with range of tobacco used and therefore the number of year’s tobacco has been used. Symptoms will begin among the primary year.

Using tobacco reduces the results of common ED treatments like online generic Viagra and Cialis.

By not using tobacco or by quitting at the earliest will help you to eliminate the increasing risk of getting in ED issues. In truth, improvement in ED symptoms will occur when simply twenty four hours of tobacco cessation or when one month on the nicotine patches. And regaining erectile perform when quitting has come to notice frequently and a lot of quickly in men below age of 30; thus quitting sooner instead of later can improve your probabilities of resolving ED.

It’s arduous to mention whether or not your sex life can improve if you quit smoking, since there are several factors influencing your sex life beyond genital sensation. Of course, quitting smoking would conjointly remove the stained teeth, skin problems, wrinkles on the face, and hair trouble, and breathe that smell of smoke. That may improve one’s sex life. Decreasing your risk of cancer and heart disease that tend to possess negative effects on one’s sex life might be horny within the end of the day.

If you smoke, it is often an honest time to quit. Smoking will cause cancer, heart disease, and emphysema. Smoking may cause vascular disease and inhibit circulation. This can be particularly relevant to men who have erectile dysfunction (ED), as a result of correct circulation to any or all areas of the body, together with the genitals, are vital to realize and maintain an erection. Men who smoke are concerning twice as seemingly to develop ED as nonsmokers.

Some ways one can deal with stress.

We at some point in our lives will suffer from stress, stress that will try to bring us down. The signs are in our emotions. Suffering from stress is a big deal. There are medications for stress, and many people take those medications. There are other means besides medication to control our stress. Stress can be brought on in a number of ways such as anger, or the death of a family member or great friend.

Crying on the shoulder of a friend or family member can relieve stress. Stress brought on by anger can be dealt with in a few ways. Buying a punching bag and hanging it in the garage to let out that unwanted anger is a good way to cope with stress. Taking a jog down the street with an iPod with all your favorite songs on it or just going to the gym can help a great deal to take your mind off things. If it becomes a serious problem you may need to go to an anger management class. Just talking about it to someone you know can sometimes help you to let out that anger. Going to the movies with a friend or close one can also help one relax and stop concentrating on the anger.

If work is causing our stress we may need to talk to our supervisors about why we are stressed out, and that it is affecting our work. They may be able to relieve some of the stress, which will help out in a great deal.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to leave a message. Thanks

After the Tim Burton travesty, the Apes are back in a genuinely fantastic movie.

FILM REVIEW – RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES

Stunning prequel to the original Planet Of The Apes movie, with some elements of the original franchise sequel / prequel Battle For The Planet Of The Apes.

Here, the Apes develop their hyper-intelligence through scientific research going wrong. Experiments conducted on apes in an attempt to cure human Alzheimer’s go dreadfully wrong. An ape given the drugs becomes highly aggressive, partly to protect its own newborn cub. When the mother is shot, the leading research Doctor, James Franco, realizes the cub has inherited the benefits of the drug treatment, and smuggles it home to rear the ape himself.

The doctor’s father, played wonderfully by John Lithgow, is suffering from advanced Alzheimer’s, but the drug seems to cure him rapidly, and he develops a friendly bond with the growing ape, which he calls Caesar. Alas, the effects of the drug wear off on Lithgow, and his condition deteriorates, giving his story a distinct and deeply touching Flowers For Algernon sub-plot.

A bolshy neighbour driven to distraction by Lithgow’s declining health, assaults the old man, which brings out Caesar’s rage – the ape attacks the neighbour and gets taken away to an ape sanctuary, run by Brian Cox. Here, the apes are very badly treated, especially by Tom Felton, last seen as Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films.

Caesar’s intelligence begins to affect the apes, though only a former circus orang-utan knows enough sign language to be able to communicate with Caesar, warning him to be cautious. Caesar instead, breaks out of the sanctuary and into the research centre where he steals the drugs that gave him his intelligence – he releases the supply on the apes at both centres and leads a mass break out – Felton is his first victim, trying to stop him only to be assaulted by Caesar When Felton utters the famous Charlton Heston line “Get your hands off me you filthy ape’, the momentary sense of familiarity is knocked for six when Caesar barks back ‘No!’

The Apes take off for the woods, having to cross The Golden Gate Bridge, where the police attack. It’s here that the film shows ingenuity on several levels. First as a straight and tense action sequence – secondly in the extremely good thinking in the director’s handling of both ape and human approaches to the battle for the bridge. The police try to quell it as they would with a human riot. The apes behave like apes. Caesar is clearly living up to his Roman predecessor’s name in more ways than one – he directs apes to advance on three fronts, directly along the bridge as the police might expect, but also from the upper suspensions, and from the underneath where they can swing quickly along the cables and struts. The cops don’t stand a chance.

Some great touches here – we see news reports of a missing Mars bound spaceship – the astronauts who will eventually return to an Ape dominated Earth? Secondly, the drugs that wore off on Lithgow have become a virus, killing one of the researchers and infecting others. The film ends with the drug infecting people at an airport and a closing credit sequence charting the course of the flights spreading it round the World in the Terry Nation’s Survivor’s fashion. This seems certain to be the start of the decline of humanity to the dumb slave class dominated by the apes descended from Caesar’s tribe – sequels may well also show his remaining traces of respect for some humans leading to his overthrow – a Brutus – Mark Anthony rebellion among the apes.

Charlton Heston is referenced directly in a clip of him in The Agony & The Ecstasy where he played Michelangelo. If the new franchise keeps its nerves this could lead to some astonishing films to come. Two performers deserve Oscars here – Andy Sirkis plays Caesar at several ages and stages of development perfectly, and Lithgow’s performance is just beautiful.

The final, terrible chapter in the ngoing, sad saga of the wasted talent and wild life that was the signature tune of iconic singer Amy Winehouse.

She was the most self destructive of pop legends, but to die at only 27 years of age is a real tragedy for this poor young woman and her many devoted fans. Her unmistakable beehive hair fashion, and her distinctive musical talent, ensured that she would never be forgotten.

Her infamy began in 2006 when her album Back to Black, an exotic mix classical pop, rock soul and jazz music styles became a worldwide sensation, gaining 5 grammy awards, and making this tattooed diva into a superstar.

She was, however, a disaster in her personal life, eating disorders coupled with drugs, alcohol and relationships doomed to failure dictating her life, and ultimately wrecking her promising career. Even the help given by her good friend Kelly Osborne failed to save her.

Kelly had assisted Amy, in 2008, in booking into a drug addiction clinic, but in the end it was to no avail, as she was found dead in her Camden Square house on July 23rd by ambulance services, apparently deceased before they arrived.

Mitch, her father headed straight back to the New York airport, on hearing of the tragedy shortly after landing there. This iconic but ill-fated artist had cancelled her comeback tour in Europe, having given an abysmal performance at the initial appearance in Belgrade.

She was booed roundly, and loudly jeered off the stage, flying home at once to take recovery time, having last publicly appeared three days earlier, dancing with goddaughter Dionne Bromfield on stage at a London concert. The odd thing was that musician Amy had never sought fame before the runaway success of that album.

Her music, however, soon became vastly overshadowed by the demons which tormented her. Disastrous appearances, hospital and rehab stays and drunken fights all served to make her, over time a standing joke in the music world, so often a very forgiving place for sinners.

Born in 1983, at only ten years old, Amy formed a rap group, Sweet ‘n’ Sour, with a friend, Amy of course being Sour, a duo she described as the little white Jewish Salt ‘n’ Pepa, in later life. She did actually make a critically acclaimed debut album – Frank – in 2003, winning an Ivor Novello award, got nominations for two Brit awards, and being listed for a Mercury Music prize.

She then had several years of doing very little, before coming back in 2006 with that hugely successful album, but Amy’s problem always was that she wore her heart on her sleeve. She owned up to suffering eating disorders, was a diagnosed manic depressive who refused to medicate, so no wonder that paparazzi sharks got snaps of her looking unhealthily thin, scabs on face and arms marked.

In April 2008, Amy was cautioned by police, after slapping a man when out one night, the same year investigated for smoking crack cocaine, before in 2010 pleading guilty to assaulting a theater manager. The judge gave her a fine, warning Amy to stay trouble-free. Her health was not good, however, being diagnosed with early signs of emphysema.

However this tragic young woman finally died, which is by no means clear as yet, her loss is a real loss to the music world, because, despite the numerous flaws and the self-destructive tendencies, this remarkable creature had reams of genuine and unique artistic ability, which will be, by many sadly missed.

A basic overview of the duties and functions of a pharmacy technician.

Image via Wikipedia

A pharmacy technician is a member of the pharmacy staff who works under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Though there are many important tasks the pharmacy technician performs, the technician’s primary duties are filling and dispensing prescription drugs and working one-on-one with doctor’s offices and insurance companies to provide the patient with the highest quality health care services he or she deserves.

Pharmacy technicians can work in a variety of locations. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that, on average, 75% of pharmacy technicians work in an independently owned or chain retail setting, while 16% of technicians work in hospitals. Though less common, mail-order pharmacies and Internet pharmacies have experienced an increase in popularity in recent years, providing even more job opportunities for pharmacy technicians.

Pharmacy techs often perform the routine tasks of the pharmacy, such as counting, filling, and preparing prescribed medications, providing drugs to patients, maintaining pharmacy inventory, and filing prescription information and other important documents. Occasionally the technician may perform other tasks, such as the compounding of medications or taking verbal prescriptions and doctor calls, however some state laws require that only the pharmacist can perform such tasks. Only a licensed pharmacist may counsel patients on proper usage of their medications. The pharmacist also checks all medications prepared by the pharmacy technician before they are given to the patient.

Most states do not require formal schooling to become a pharmacy technician, however a certification exam is often necessary. Pharmacy technician requirements are determined by each state’s Board of Pharmacy.

Dealing with aggressive drivers call for basic strategies. By using common sense, many incidents could be avoided and not allowed to escalate.

We are all familiar with aggressive driving. It is often called “road rage.” It is those that violate the ethics of the road. Such violations come in many forms. Why many do this, may not be exactly known, but some psychologists think that it has to do with stress, tension and anger. It could be that a person is down right mean. The person sees in such action, a power play. What is important here is that such individuals put others at risk. They may cause persons to lose their lives, limbs, and body. There are some among us that will also do such things to play chicken. They will concede and laugh that it is just a game. But, seriously, this is no laughing matter.

Wikipedia estimates that there are about 254.4 million registered passenger vehicles on the road. That does not include trailers that transport most goods, products and other utilities to the supermarkets, stores, and businesses. But many of these vehicles are cars, trucks, ambulances, SUVs, jeeps, buses, and vans.

According to AAA, 90% of drivers see aggressive driving as a serious problem. They mention drivers that intentionally cut in front of them. Those that tailgate. Many that honk their horns unnecessarily, displaying a lack of patience, or being down right rude. Some make inappropriate gestures by showing a middle finger that drive some drivers up a wall. Others block lanes at intersections and may display inflammatory sayings on the bumpers of their vehicles that may fan flames of many.

It should be remembered that 1,500 people are killed annually because of such aggression. There were instances when some irate drivers went so far as to fire guns, killing fellow drivers, that they have confronted on the highway. Much of this rage could be handled by a person’s attitude. For one thing, we could give ourselves enough time when going places, so that we do not become part of the problem. We have to try to understand more about the other driver and to see things the way he does. Did he have a good night’s sleep? Is he bothered by something? Is he unhappy? Is he taking medication? Is he supposed to be driving? Is he drunk or ill?

We should avoid escalating the situation. It is best not to make eye contact with such offenders. That is right. Look away and keep going if you can. Seek help. Dial 911, when you are able to. Take deep breaths. Relax. Be sure to plan ahead. The goal is to get to your destination safely. To some extent, what makes the difference, is using common sense.

From my Police Officer's "Daily Field Activity Report", log entry #2 a true story about a 70-year-old man who walks into a bank, says he has a gun and demands money.

I was working day watch shift downtown that day. It was sunny, quiet and not a lot was happening in the City. Police work can be like that, boring one minute and the next, all hell can break loose.

The silence was broken at about 9:30 am when three beeps came across the Police radio. That’s the tone dispatch uses to alert all cars that an emergency call is about to be broadcast.

The dispatcher’s calm voice began talking saying, “all units respond to a Bank robbery in progress, suspect described as a 70 year old male wearing a long tan overcoat, black hat and is armed with an unknown type handgun”.

I was just around the corner and in less than a minute was the first to arrive on the scene. I positioned my Police on the north side corner of the building and exited my cruiser. I didn’t broadcast my arrival in case the robber had a Police scanner or there was a layoff man listening or watching. Other units started to arrive and began surrounding the building and blocking traffic in all directions. It did not take long for the entire scene to become safe and secure with all exits of the building covered. No one goes in and anyone coming out is detained for questioning.

Phone lines now patched into the Bank let the field commander at scene call into the Bank and speak with the Bank manager. “Can you tell us what is going on inside” asked the field commander. The Bank manager sounded calm and said, “There’s a man inside the Bank who looks about 70 years old and he’s told a teller the he is here to rob the bank. He says he has a gun and he wants money. The teller told him that she could not help him and that he would have to speak to the manager and she pointed to me. The man then walked over to me, told me that he had a gun, and wanted money. I didn’t know what to say so I told him that the vault doesn’t open for 10 more minutes…he is now just standing here waiting for the vault to open”.

The commander advised the bank manager that for the safety of all the people inside the Bank, to give the robber the money so he would leave the Bank. The Bank manager did as advised and gave the suspect $3,500 dollars and then told the field commander that the suspect was now leaving the bank.

The Police commander gave the announcement over the radio that the suspect was exiting the bank. A few seconds later, an old man wearing a long tan overcoat and black hat exited out of the north door right in front of me. I, along with several other cops drew our weapons, ordered the man to the ground and took him into custody. The man seemed confused and he was wondering why in the world we were arresting him.

We soon discovered that the man we had in custody, only looked like the suspect but was not the real suspect. The Bank manager ran outside to tell us that the real suspect had left out of the other door and was walking away down the sidewalk. Not funny but it is, he almost got away.

Luckily, we captured the real suspect one block away where he was taken into custody without further incident. Turns out the poor old person was off his medication and was delusional. He had no gun and was not responsible for his action. After questioning the elderly man, it was clear he was not in his right mind so instead of a jail cell we admitted into the hospital to be treated.

An overview of the drug and it's side effects.

Concerta ER is a drug that is prescribed for those suffering from ADHD. Unlike it’s cousin Ritalin, Concerta is a long lasting drug that’s effects will maintain up to 12 hours. Unlike Ritalin, Concerta does not have a “spike” period where you are in a high intensity period. Instead the drug pulls out the effects over a longer period of time, making it a safer and less addictive choice than the fast acting ADD/ADHD drugs like Adderall and Ritalin. (Drugs with ER or XR next to their name mean they are long lasting).

The pill comes in 4 dosages: 18mg, 27mg, 36mg and 54mg although some have been known to be on as high a dose as 72mg or 108mg. (These dosages are only for those who need them; do not abuse Concerta). Finding the right dosage is key in Concerta and may involve having pills of two separate dosages, for example a 36mg and an 18mg together. This may take time and your body adjusting to the drug so do not expect to get the dosage perfect on the first try.

Concerta works by alerting the neural system to what needs to be done. Many times patients will say that they feel awake, focused and prepared for whatever lay ahead of them in the day. Side effects of the drug can include, but are not limited to, headaches, weight loss and insomnia. Some people, however, report a steady weight gain when on Concerta.

If you overdose on Concerta, call the Poison Control Center immediately. Their toll free number is: 1-800-222-1222. Symptoms of an overdose can include, nausea, racing heartbeat, vomiting, fainting and death.

Relationships are difficult at the best of times but do you know the signs that mean your relationship is as good as over? Here are 10 signs that you should call time on your relationship.

Relationships are difficult at the best of times but do you know the signs that mean your relationship is as good as over? Here are 10 signs that you should call time on your relationship.

Remember that these are just a guide, and if you are experiencing just one of these it does not mean you should end your relationship. It is more if you are getting these frequently with more than two or three of them.

1. You Don’t Go Anywhere Together Like You Used To:

Perhaps the secret to having a good relationship is always going out on dates together like when you first met. This adds the spice and flair that you had in the beginning. If you don’t then you will feel like you do not have any fun and it could become boring. Surprise each other and be spontaneous. If you literally go nowhere with each other anymore, this could be the end of the road.

2. Your Sex Life Is Non Existent:

It is true that sex isn’t everything in a relationship but when you are in a long term relationship, it is the spice in the curry. Not having sex can be for a number of reasons, including medication, stress and illnesses like depression. Also some people do have a low libido. However if you find that sex has become monotonous and more like a chore than pleasure or you do it because you feel you have to, then it is time to think things through.

3. You Prefer To Spend Time With Your Friends:

Friends are important, but so is your partner. In a loving relationship you should enjoy and relish the chance to spend time with your partner and if you don’t then it is a sign things are not right.

4. You Don’t Talk To Each Other:

This is a big one. It is the foundations of any relationship. Talking was hopefully the base of you getting to know each other in the first place, you must be able to find something to talk about, surely? Whether this is about the news or how your day at work went, it is important that you talk. Your partner is supposed to be your best friend and when you don’t see them like that anymore, it could be the beginning of the end.

5. Kissing… What Kissing?

Many couples underestimate kissing. It is the bridge over to be being passionate and if you don’t even kiss anymore, whether romantically or just a quick smooch, this is a Strong indicator that maybe you are not a match made in heaven. However this one can be repaired by having an intimate snog, so think of this.

6. You Constantly Argue:

it can be healthy to have an argument in a relationship from time to time. It is also natural to argue about things that are important such as the house, mortgage or money. These normally happen because you are both worried. However if you are arguing about stupid little things like the washing up or a chocolate bar. then this may stress both of you out and will lead to bigger arguments. This is not normal in a relationship and it could be a sign that you need to look at the state of it.

7. Your Friends Think You Should Get Rid:

Now, this is not a straight forward one by far. Some friends can be overprotective and will from the start tell you they are wrong for you. If this doesn’t change then you don’t have anything to worry about. If it is just one friend telling you they are no good for you, then there could be a touch of jealousy about your relationship with your partner. However, if your friends have been supportive until recently and now they are muttering about your other half, you should take some notice. After all they aren’t going to complain for no reason.

8. You Are Looking For Alternatives:

This is never a good sign if when out you are trying desperately to get with someone else. There is flirting up to a point but when it goes beyond that, you have to consider your affection for your partner and whether you still have any. This is probably one of the leading causes for break ups, when one partner finds someone else.

9. Saying I Love You But Not Meaning It:

When your partner says i love you, it is supposed to make you smile and think how much you are loved, followed by you saying i love you back. However when you say it because you have to say it then that is not good. You should want to say it to your husband or potential husband.

10. They Forget Important Days:

Finally if they forget your birthday that is a big sign that they are not concentrating on you, but something else. Everyone forgets days but you should never forget your partners birthday. Another one is valentines day, so remember those important days!

This list does give some advice but remember it is not conclusive. Be happy
