You can rough out a parenting plan on paper or even file one with the court.  Be specific and do not forget to create a holiday schedule.  You can always change it later.  If there is a reason the children should be with one parent over the other, document everything and make sure your attorney knows this as well.  For safety issues, custody should be decided even on a temporary basis at a hearing as soon as possible.  This takes place before the divorce, generally speaking.  You can also determine what each parent will pay for support and finalize it later on.  Things do change.  Unless there is a safety issue again, do not involve a Guardian Ad Litem.  This is a great way to run up the bill without accomplishing much.  They do represent the children’s interests, however, you should be able to do this with a little legal research and free help at the courthouse and with divorce resource groups.  Having this also prolongs the divorce and adds further costs with studies, hearings and other often unnecessary proceedings.

Assets

Whoever decides to leave can take what they brought to the marriage.  Take all of your personal belongings out the first time, as you may not get a second chance ever, or for a long time.  It all depends upon how amicable the two of you are.  Even if they cannot do this by law, they may change the locks or seize/destroy your possessions.  If you take things in error while in a hurry, you can always bring them back later on.  Record on video and on paper all assets so you have a record.  You will need this for court.  The more work you can do, the less likely it is to cost you for attorneys to figure things out and do research.  If you can, find out the exact amounts of all your investments and bank accounts.  You will be awarded based on this figure at time of divorce.  Check with your HR department at work if you are not sure.  Try to minimally involve the attorney in this because you will be charged for time, phone calls and nearly every email.  This is good to know to avoid sticker shock later with your attorney.

Know general Divorce laws and guidlines

This will help eliminate time and money spent obtaining assets that you may not have the right to in the first place.  Again, agree on anything possible.  Start at ground zero and work your way up if you have to.  If there is a sore spot, avoid it.  Take classes on divorce offered by your court system and go to free consultations with as many lawyers as it takes until you are comfortable.  If there are classes required before you divorce, take the class, pay the fee and save copies of any paperwork or completion certificates.  You will need those to get divorced.

Know too that if you and your spouse share an attorney somehow, and then end up disagreeing later, you will have to start all over, so be cautious if this is the route you choose.  Know too that laws vary in every state.

Come back to the topic, yes, you have a sure way of attracting wealth. The most important part is that it does not cost anything. All what you have to do is to understand how does subconscious mind act and how much of miracle power stored in it.

The basic principle is, if you plant a thought in the inner mind and provides all what is needed for it to grow, you get the results. What does that mean? If you want wealth, first tell your inner mind firmly, I repeat, firmly, that you want to be rich. ‘Just telling’ is like throwing a seed on the earth and waiting it to get planted. It may not happen. Even if happens the outcome will be a sick tree. You have to provide water and nourishments if you need a healthy plant to come out from that seed. It will grow beautifully spreading its branches. Likewise, you have to nourish your thought that you plant in your inner mind. You can do it many ways.

One is to picture the end result in advance. Draw a picture in your mind that you have become rich. In that picture, you have a beautiful house, nice car and enough money to lead a luxury life. Keep on looking at this picture as many times as you can, morning evening and anytime.

Another method is to act (in your mind) as if you have become rich. Accept wealth in your mind. Whatever you accept in your mind gets the attraction of it. You must say to yourself that you have a right to be rich and happy. Say to yourself that money is flowing freely without stopping.

One more useful method is to pray for wealth. Prior to sleep and just before getting out of your bed, pray to your almighty subconscious mind to make you a wealthy person. The nature of subconscious mind is to listen to your continuous prayers.

As Prof. Murphy called it as Law of Attraction, you attract things you accept in your mind. The opposite also is the same. You expel things you dislike and criticize. So if you criticise someone else who has become rich you indirectly saying to your inner mind that you do not want money. Never ever criticise people who have become rich. Best thing for you is not to think and analyse as to how he made money.

You must always impress in the subconscious mind that you like money, you love it and you use it wisely constructively and as a loyal citizen. Have a dream that you will use your money for good only.

You have to consciously project thoughts of love towards money and wealth to your subconscious. Your subconscious will do it’s best to give you the perfect experience that fulfils your deepest desire.

Much of the testing performed for competency has to do with cognition, recognition, abstract thinking and memory. So, it seems that if you can think fairly rationally, you’re good to go. What tests do not measure, however, are feelings and judgement. As we get older, many of us get fearful. We may feel vulnerable and weak. We may experience confusion and have problems with insight into situations. We may not know who to trust any more, and we may even become distrustful of those we know well. 

The shape of the brain changes with age. It can experience shrinkage or trauma from an accident. Subtle changes in thinking or judgement may occur. Small strokes, not seen on MRI’s may not show stroke activity. Even diet can influence an older person’s thinking, or medications. Family may note these small changes, but are not too concerned, knowing that for the most part, the person is managing pretty well in their daily activities.

Feelings of vulnerability, especially after a spouse has died leaves many older people susceptible to being taken advantage of. It could be being sold a new roof when it was not necessary, having an air conditioning system replaced that was already working well, or any number of scams that are designed to scare and prey on those feeling of vulnerability. Being pressured to buy something because “This price is only good for one day” and variations of that theme can net huge profits from the older population, especially women, who may have always relied on their husbands to have roofs and air conditioners fixed.

Similarly, there are those who will offer to “take care of” someone in their home, whether they really need taking care of or not. Things start out alright it seems, but the person offering may move in with stories that they don’t have anywhere to live. As time goes by, they earn the trust of the older person, and things at that point may get out of control. Debit cards, checkbooks, Power of Attorneys, withdrawals from investments and related secured finances may begin to take on an unusual pattern. Money may come up missing, the older person may start “lending” money to the individual for any number of things that seem like a good return on investment. This is usually money for the perpetrator to start a business. The person may be promised that this money will be repaid with interest. Of course, it never happens. 

The laws protect the criminals. When older people voluntarily withdraw money from their savings, often no one asks why. The law states that people can spend their money wherever they wish. It is their money. Interference by family or well-meaning friends may incur the wrath of the victim and the perpetrator. Often, by the time anything is done, the money is all gone, the house has been signed over to the perpetrator, and the ink is dry. The family is left bereft and confused as to how this could happen. The will may have been changed suddenly, leaving virtually everyone out of it, for exchange for the promise of lifelong care which ended up getting paid for from the victim’s money in the form of other hired help.

It is imperative that families call their local aging agencies to report suspected exploitation the second it is suspected. Usually the suspicions are correct. Letting Aunt Sue do what she wants so as not to interfere, is not always the best thing. Often, the individuals who are scamming have a criminal background, easily found on the Internet and through records searches. If Aunt Sue had known this person had a criminal history, perhaps she would think twice before inviting them into her home. But this information usually doesn’t come out until it is too late. Internet background checks are easy to do on anyone, by name and date of birth.

Sometimes, if the perpetrator knows he or she is being found out, they will disappear. They don’t want to go to jail. But last minute withdrawals are also common, so accounts should be flagged or locked until further investigation can be conducted by local law enforcement, the court or local agencies serving the elderly. 

Anyone suspecting a situation such as this should notify someone sooner rather than later. As time goes by, the victim may be threatened or intimidated by the perpetrator, and be adamant that thngs are fine. If you do not know who to call, call the Circuit Court in your county, or any social agency that can direct you. If all else fails, call the police and make an anonymous report. You will never be identified as the reporter, in any case.

Power does imply strength and control and furthermore we have already witnessed what power can do which is to ‘suppress’ the poor and the commoners.

Don’t we struggle hard each day to earn our hard earned money but ultimately where does all of this go? All of these should go into the government’s treasury but sorry not for developmental purposes but for looting people in a number of ways ranging from increase in price of essential commodities like bread, vegetables, milk which has been increased from Rs3 as instead of an increase of (Rs.5 an increase which was demanded by the KMF authorities) to a hike in water and electrical tariffs which would be gifted to as New Year Gifts in the coming months, increase in tolls and also in our taxes which we pay to the government. We pay our hard earned money as taxes for developmental purposes and not for watching ‘Porn’ films by the Ministers as we have already witnessed that too which is regarded as a high institute as a ‘Public Office’ where serious business is being held.

Don’t we now know how our money is been spent? To watch movies, films, blue films and to party with young pretty girls and to increase their loot for themselves, for their family and for their children. But for us ‘We’ ourselves cannot make our ends meet and therefore we are unable to give our children a good and a secure future, leave out our family in here as we know we all struggle hard including our family to earn a decent living to have a secure future for our family and children.

Don’t you think the government is trying to exploit us in various ways from increasing prices of essential commodities to levying tolls and by increasing taxes wherein the Government goes all out towards the people to inform them to pay their taxes in time!!! Should we even pay them a ‘Pie’ from our hard earned money?

The Congress has been submerged in scams and is still holding out to a straw while we have also seen what the BJP government also could do by been submerged in a lot of incidents ranging from mining to various others including spreading rumours of Congress leaders getting arrested over the issue of black money stacked overseas in order to influence the people and to attract more voters towards their party.

Now it’s left up to you to decide which Party you would like to go in for-for these parties or for a New party or for the JD (S). Just look through the puzzle and who do you feel has been quite active. Though you would surely say the BJP by always been in the news, the JD (S) has been fighting from behind the screen whereas the Congress has not been that active as it was before. Do you want the Old people back in the hot seat over the age of 65 -80 years or do you want to see some youngsters in the age bracket of 20 years and beyond) occupying the hot seat in the future and providing us with a stable government and a secure future for our Motherland India and by freeing us from the political turmoil we have seen almost everyday!!

It’s your choice and your decision but make it count seriously as possible while going to a polling booth as we do have a ‘Right’ given to us and that is indeed the ‘Right to Vote’ which we should use it as ‘Judiciously’ as possible.
