It is terribly difficult for a mum to stand back and watch her children get into trouble but really as a parent she must be showing her children, no matter what their age, that they must pay the consequences.

In this case she should never have got on that plane in the first place. Not only that, but if this second option is true, she has told a terrible lie to police, that she only did it to save her sons lives, and so in my eyes this actually increases her crime ten fold.

Any parent who would try and get herself off the hook by lying about her children’s welfare to such a serious degree is no real parent at all.

Hopefully the truth will out, but which ever of the two option turns out to be true will radically alter how I perceive this woman.
