On Mother Teresa

Someone said “One of the greatest diseases is to be nobody to anybody”.

To love your neighbour is an obligation. A world without love is a desert even if it is entirely a forest. I am here to talk of someone who dared to love; someone who stood for love all through life.

This person said “Loneliness and the feeling of being unwanted is the most terrible poverty”. This person also said “The hunger for love is much more difficult to remove than the hunger for bread”.

I am here to talk of none other than Mother Teresa. She was a very brave woman and was not afraid of what others thought of her. She stood for values and never compromised on her core beliefs under any circumstance. She was not the type to say anything just to be diplomatic, or to soothe anyone’s ego.

In 1997, in the midst of thousands, and with the US President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton on stage, she courageously spoke out against legalized abortion. She said “The greatest destroyer of peace is abortion because if a mother can kill her own child, what is left for me to kill you and you to kill me? There is nothing between”.

Mother Teresa was a firm opponent of the death penalty. In the year 1990, when a prisoner named Robert Harris was condemned to death, she phoned up the governor of California, Deukmejian, and requested him to grant clemency. The governor spoke of how he simply could not do that as it would be against the law. Mother Teresa told him, “Do what Jesus would do”. He talked again about how it was in the state’s hand, but Mother Teresa repeated what she said-“Do what Jesus would do if he was in your position”. She cut to the heart of the matter.

The execution was stayed.

Mother Teresa was very clear about one thing. She was not a social worker but a Catholic nun, and wherever she went, she put the faith first. She helped thousands of terminally sick street people die a peaceful death surrounded by love. The last thing that bothered her was the allegation of Hindutva groups that her work was a cover for the conversion of people to Catholicism.

Many people speak and give great discourses, but very few walk the talk. Mother Teresa was one of them.

A little bit further down, she says, “a case of bald social climbing.” Based on context I assume that lettered means being a scholar. Throughout the next few paragraphs, she fills it with wordy language, topics that don’t fit in with the rest of her writing, and contradicting herself. The overall topic is most other languages conform into English, and then lose the original language, in the majority of cases. I am not persuaded that most other cultures sort of melt into English culture, and that the President has gone through this melting pot as well.

     Love is the natural father to the mother. Do not be ashamed to express it in front of children.
     Create a harmonious atmosphere, each other mutual help. Thus, he can judge a man objectively, and membekalinya ability to forge a healthy love relationship will be.
     Appreciate and respect the mother’s father, judging from the way the mother behaved and polite-spoken. With such conditions, the girls can see that men can be trusted, so it can be mutually happy.

For every mother upon the earth the love of their child is the most vital thing to them. Many in the Dept. of Correction will agree that if the mothers, girlfriends and female acquaintances quit visiting their man child. These men that stands under the impression that they are men. Will turn back into the boys they truly are.

Many African Americans man youth worship and cherish their mothers with undying respect. But, by catering to their ways when faced with criminal charges. Many doesn’t stand firm to alert them that the door will be shut if you’re a constantly offender in the justice center. Oh, white youth males gets treated the same by their mothers too.

Listen to the excuses often quoted by mothers when their male child becomes a ward of the state. You’ll hear “I Tried All Could” or “I Told Him About Certain Friends” that was his associates. Well, many African American males mainly live with their mothers. Many are spoil by their mother. Those that think they independent really isn’t when they stay with their child’s mother. Who is an enabler to his weakness as a man?

What criminal activity makes any man profitable? What murder committed makes you tougher to anyone? Daily, in some city somewhere you notice white males and black males violating someone. And, once faced with the consequences they run and hide in other cities. In many cases it’s the family that assisting them in hiding from law enforcement.

Sure, we heard fathers needs to play apart in their male child life. Which is totally true but some of them meet the male son behind the correctional wall. So, that advice he needs is a little to late. Sure a wise mid might listen. Except a fool that feels isolated from his father won’t lend him that ear.

Then many criminal crimes are over looked by many son’s mothers. If he’s passing some of the crooked gains to the mother. Just like love interest acting stupid and blind. The mother goes along with the accomplish role of assisting him.

Some of the best drug dealers and burglars gets great riches by mothers not reporting their child theft. Somethings don’t take a scientist you comprehend that all the things he’s bringing to their house can’t be legal.

For example, if a child has no Job but has jewelry and good things that they couldn’t afford. Then you investigate the situation. It’s always better to be safe then sorry. Relationship is a major spectrum of our life. The ingredient of love whether loving as father, as romane lover, or as children to their pets. Separation is part of the break up whether separated by deatd, divorce, or departure for some good or bad causes, the elements of break up are hard for all of us to disovle or recover our strength from the strong occurring. I remember when I was about four years old, my mother had passed away. At the time, I was so young I could not tell much of what was going on, whether to cry out loud or to just wonder and play along with the occurrance. But I rightly feel sad as other members of the family were crying with sad face. When time went on, I am sure lonely without the comfort of my mother. Then, I started to realize that the separation between me and my mother was the lack of her daily relationship spending time to care and comfort me as a child at my age still needs much attention from mother. With this realm of thought, I can understand how important the relationship between lovers, who have long been loving each other for quite sometimes and had shared tremendous love experience, but then if it was broken suddently unprepare. I know divorce and separation by any mean never have a time to be ready as to settle down for separation. The crucial part is that the separation is knocking on the door while we are still enjoying live as there would not be anything happening to us. This is an unexpect demanding of separation – death and cause are the most common unexpect separation that have been jeopardized the human race for many centuries. To conclude, I would say that no one enjoy being separated and left alone. Therefore, the break up is not a good thing to do.

Study: Baby Speech Understanding Mother Can Not Even Talk

The baby has the ability that is often not suspected parents. Recent research shows,babies can understand what her mother despite the mother speaks in a language they had never heard of.

The study was conducted by researchers at the School of Psychology, Cardiff University,UK. The study, published in the journal Cognitive Development that involves 84 infantsaged 14-18 months and their mothers.

When examined, the baby’s mother acting with toys say two words in English, ’whoops’and ‘there’. Researchers then watched how babies react when they saw their mother doing the activity.

The researchers looked at, how the baby’s mother react when they speak in differentlanguages. When examined, the mothers do the same process as described above, onlyin Greek and with the same intonation.

After investigation, the researchers found babies react the same, whether they understand the language or not at all. This was proven when the baby is still reacting when the motherthey spoke Greek.

“This research suggests children can understand the words that have the same intonation.We use the two words ’whoops’ and there in two different languages and the results were the same. Of the two English or Greek, there is no one who actually conceived the baby,”said lead researcher, Dr Merideth Gattis.

According to Dr. Gattis, infants respond to parents’ tone of voice. Tone of voice was veryuseful to make a guess what she thought the baby’s father and mother.

“We never could read people’s minds, except using the intonation of the language we speak,” he explained.

The core of this research, according to Dr. Gattis, when parents talk to their babies, noteintonation. ”Not really matter what was said, but how the word is pronounced.” he said.

Since the creation of the world man and woman created. Woman should bear a child in order to multiply human beings. Woman has a big role for the fulfillment of God’s paradise. A mother carries the baby in her womb for nine long months. Imagine the discomfort of all the mothers!. She cannot move around as much as she wants. she has to give up a lot of things for the sake of the baby. She cannot eat her favorite foods in order to follow her diet list for the normal development of the fetus inside her womb and she cannot wear her favorite dresses, because as 9 months approaching the belly gets pumping its bigger and bigger.

A mother undergoes ambivalence emotions and the most sacrifices that a mother could do is the pain of giving birth. Whether she gives birth in hospital with the help of OB – Gyne, nurses, or simply giving birth at home with the help of a midwife, or significant others, she has to be ready physically, emotionally, spiritually and be strong to endure the pain.

A mother takes care of her growing children. She is the only one who prepares good and nutritious food, without spending beyond her means. She carefully bathes her children and make sure that their clothes are clean and well – pressed. She protects her children from harmful chemicals and elements so that they will never get sick.

A mother teaches her children. She is the first to teach them about God, values and prepare them for their First Holy Communion. She reprimand them when they do wrong and praises them when they do good. She brings them to school and carefully guides them in their studies. She also prepare the basic things that usually needed in school. A mother is all these and much more. That is why mother is indispensable!

Every day we are challenged to instill more deeply in our hearts and minds the perfect value of family, and to fulfill our tasks and responsibilities at home as obedient and loving children. We are happy to do this in gratitude to our parents, and to the ones who invested mothers!

A Mother’s Witness

We’ve all watched her since our birth from her. Preparing meals, simple and elaborate ones. All the households duties were performed by her with an ease that we grew to envy. We’ve witnessed her love or the absence of it. We know firsthand what it took to raise a child because we watched her. That woman who was bigger than life itself growing up and who, with age, becomes a fragile, dependent friend to us.

“Show Me”

Mary, as Mother of Our Lord, needed to teach her son during those early years. And, years later. He watched and witnessed her actions and perform her duties with the same intensity that we watched our mothers. She thought that we were not watching her during a melancholy time, but we saw her expressions of sadness, reflective or sorrowful. We did not interrupt, but we saw her.

She showed Jesus how to say, “Yes,” even while she was still afraid and standing in front of God’s messenger. She showed Jesus how to trust and hope while he was still inside her. She showed Jesus how to be an immigrant, traveling for his safety to a foreign land with no papers or credentials and knowing that your own culture rejected you as an unwed mother. She showed Jesus the importance of obedience after discovering him in the temple. She showed Jesus that you do not need to tell people what to do in order to achieve your ends – but you do need to show them. You show them, through your actions. They imitate what they see and have been taught.

She showed Jesus how to perform his first miracle in spite of his brash response, “My time has not yet arrived.” Mother simply told the staff, “Do whatever he tells you to do,” and proceeds back to the wedding party.

She showed Jesus how to assemble those faithful to him for a meal to commemorate their Jewish tradition while ushering in a new Eucharist for generations to honor. Watching her prepare all those suppers gave Jesus a witness to follow in preparing his last meal with his followers.

She showed Jesus how to suffer. Undoubtedly the greatest lesson a mother can teach her child. It is easy to teach or convey happiness. It is another lesson, it is life’s lesson, to teach a child of yours the meaning of suffer, the way through suffering and the door that leads out of suffering. She witnessed suffering for him. He saw it. He was able to imitate it perfectly. He had a good teacher. He had a good mother.

Becoming A Messiah

One doesn’t just become a “messiah” overnight. There is no school that gives a degree in “messiahship.” There is no on-the-job training that prepares you for the greatness and the humblest of all callings. There is only the witness between two people; mother and son, daughter and father, teacher and mentor, friend and friend, stranger and stranger.

Jesus became Messiah and the Christ because he was able to realize that it was possible, it was something he could achieve. After all, his mother showed him.
