This is a simple essay on the love from others being our motivation to live.

Somewhere out there in this complicated world is someone or someones who think you are a great joy. Interacting with you brings them happiness and fills there hearts with joy. Just being in close proximity to you brings them happiness.

In my life there have been several people like the one I described above. Her beautiful brown eyes and her shinny bright smile would fill my heart with joy. We did not have to talk. I just enjoyed being in her presence.

I am writing this article to answer the question of those in psychological distress of “why should I bother”. I know that when we are experiencing distress we tend to be isolated and only think of ourselves.

However, stop and think of the people who love you. There are many. If you weren’t around, they would be very sad.

Lets look at everything that is required to keep a person a live. On average and adult needs 1800 to 2200 calories a day to be healthy. The food groups should be vitamins, proteins, good fats, and minerals. Its not hard to find which foods are for vitamins and so forth.

A person needs eight hours of restful sleep. This results in a rested heart and rested mind.

There should be average of eight glasses of water 8 ounces each. This cleans out the kidneys and keeps the body lubricated.

Peace, joy, and love is a better life experience. I have written before that Positivism, Optimism, Realism, being grateful, friends, family, spouse, romance, intimacy, are the way to a enjoyable and pleasurable life.

Now, I have no allusion or delusion that by me just typing in my life philosophy people will understand and practice what I believe. It takes years of practice to replace bad attitude with a good and positive attitude.

However, think of it this way. When you realize that there are good rewards from life, you see life in a different manner.

You will sleep, eat, and enjoy people’s company. Therefore, you will practice a healthy lifestyle and life will more bearable if not a right down joy.

In know we would like to think we are an island amongst our self. Life cannot be a fuller experience without people.

Okay, so the modern world has made us isolated. Most of this isolation has to do with the modern ideology of people are troublesome and we must stay away from people.

Yes some people are experiencing challengers they cannot overcome. In addition, it is smart to avoid people who are going to cause us problems. However, not all people are trouble.

Let me say that the idea for this paper started permeating my brain is the last three days. During this time I was exposed to the movie Pay it Forward. I had heard of this movie. However, I suspected it would be a foolish movie, not dignant of my superior intelligence.

I was right. Let me tell you the storyline. A 11 year old son of an alcoholic mother, who has been involved with an abusive man, goes out to make a difference in a homeless man’s life after his teacher gives the student a class assignment to go out and make a difference in their world. The movie ends with the now 12 year old boy dying after being stabbed by a classmate. May I say foolish-Hollywood-dribble.

Okay, some of you who watched the movie may say I am being to harsh. I was rather critical of the movie Pursuit of Happiness. See, media can entertain, educate, or inform. The social lessons preached by this movie are not lessons that will make a positive contribution to society.

We are all aware of the plight of the homeless and those who abuse alcohol and drugs. Therefore, the movie has no educative or informative value.

It did not entertain me. I like happy endings. Could it be that there are no happy ending in life because none exist in media?

Well that is to detrimental and defeatist. There are happy endings in real life. Media producer believe they will get a better income generation is they skirt the edges of depravity.

Another media source I had exposure to while developing this article National Geographic Channels’ “Drugs, Inc”. In this program I saw people who are homeless and killing them selves every day with their addiction.

I have simple notes to offer on this drug program. Never listen to a criminal about his motives for crime. I find the automatic label of “a poor person just trying to survive” troublesome. I like the label of “manipulative person who finds easy profit in crime” a better label.

Okay, now how do these media products fit in to this article? There are many ways that we can destroy ourselves. Many of us spend a lot of energy pursuing these practices.

In addition, for a long time I have known that life is a rather torturous experience for many. I do believe there are “forces unseen” that are trying to destroy us.

However, no one controls our thoughts. We can see things in the negative. We also have the opportunity of being realistic and optimistic. Again, I say thoughts influence emotions and emotions influence behavior. We are bummed out because we have bummed ideas.

If we want to have joy and happiness, we need to have joyful and happy ideas. We cannot spend our day in negativity and expect to feel good.

Therefore, this is a simple essay on everyday health. Every day we eat, sleep, and relax. Everyday, we spend time with happy people. Every day we practice positivism and realism and being grateful. Therefore, when we are burned out and wonder why keep going, we should say to ourselves that we bother for the child who loves us and every one else who loves us.

Do you sometimes feel that you decide completing any task but despite having capability, you do not find “energy” in yourself, by which you can complete that task in any logical way? You anyhow start that work but gradually lose your interest and could not finish the task at hand and therefore, it remains incomplete for ever. This develops bitterness and feeling of failure. All these things happen when there is low or absence of motivation.

Motivation is a very important topic; we can bring a positive and meaningful change in our life by understanding it fully. Let’s examine what is Motivation? What is its importance in our lives? What is the relation of motivation with success? Which factors are essential for elevating motivation and what are the factors that reduce or kill motivation?

In simple words, motivation is a name of “energy” or “power” that enables a person following his targets with full heart and soul. In the presence of Motivation the journey of a person keeps on moving ahead automatically and a person completes the most difficult tasks happily and easily. Will power and motivation are the essential ingredients for success.

It is the same power that pushes a worshipper leaving his warm bed in the severe cold for worshipping, convinces any soldier performing his duty in unfavorable conditions in a desert. It is a strange power that uplifts a person for converting impossible tasks into possible ones and it its absence the easiest task seems impossible.

In respect of motivation different experts have put their ideas in front of the world, all are important in their places, but the idea that received the most popularity was presented by American Professor Abraham Mosley in 1943. In this Article we will examine his idea thoroughly/in detail, understanding which we will be able getting the answer of the question, “What are those factors that affect motivation?”

The Abraham Mosley’s idea about Motivation cleared on the world that there are five types of human necessities in life, which on step by step completion elevates motivation in human and in case of non completion of these requirements, motivation starts declining. It must be cared much that the order of these requirements are very important because their order is set as per their importance. The human needs according to Professor Abraham Mosley are:

1- Physiological Needs

Physical needs are the foremost needs of human life, without which it is not possible keeping alive. These needs include food, shelter and cloth. With the civilization progress there are many other needs in the modern age that can be included in the category of physical needs as per our standards of living.

2- Security Needs

After fulfilling the physical needs, security needs are important. Who is not aware of the importance of security needs? A person cannot focus in the presence of insecure feelings and remained overwhelmed in variety of doubts. Possible fears about future keep him worried all the time.

Every person feels the necessity that his life and wealth would have no fears at all. He should have security in wealth and social affairs. The better condition of law and order, justice in the country, reliable punishment and reward system, conduct of merit in the society, arrangement of safety from accidents and health fulfills the human security needs.

3. Love and Belonging Needs

After fulfilling the health and security needs love and belonging needs are important. We all know that human is a social animal. He possesses the natural desire of giving and receiving love. Due to this need he makes friends, grows family and searches his life partner, all these things help him creating emotional bonding with others. These relations can both be sexual or non-sexual. It is also in his instinct that he wants to be a part of group whether religious, political or social.

Doing all this fulfills his requirement of love and relation. If his requirement of love is not fulfilled fully he feels himself lonely and the extreme feeling of loneliness can create depression in him. The most important aspect of this need is that in case of non-fulfillment, a person may also lose interest in the fulfillment of physical and security needs. You might have seen many people who leave eating food, leave there houses and sometimes leave their lives as well, in case they fail in getting love or face separation from their loving personality,

4. Esteem Needs

Every person has a natural need that he must be respected. He desires that other people admire his qualities and abilities present in his personality, he receives acceptance everywhere and he must be seen as respectable. In order to fulfilling this need people associate themselves with different activities and hobbies which creates a sense of contribution in him and the need of self-esteem fulfills.

If this need is not fulfilled to a considerable extent, his self-esteem gets affected and in some cases he can become a victim of inferiority complex. The more the people have low self esteem, the more they need admiration and respect from others. Such people are more inclined getting popularity and dignity, because in this way they get more respect and honor from people.

The interesting thing in this respect is that the people with low self-esteem do not get satisfaction even by the getting respect and honor externally rather the improvement process starts only when they recover their self-esteem internally. The depression cases are more critical. Such people cannot show any extraordinary performances due to their mental condition, and hence, neither considered deserving of any respect or admiration nor succeed internally recovering their low self-esteem.

5. Self Actualizing Needs

Among Abraham Mosley’s idea of needs this is the last one. The relation of this need is with the desire that if someone is using his full potential or not. It is the name of the desire by which a person wants to achieve every possible thing in life. This is an exemplary situation.

It can also be described as the growth process has not stopped in a person but is still going on with the time. The needs of self actualizing can be different in different people. Some people satisfy their desire of self actualizing by putting their energies in painting, photography, poetry and inventions.

Understanding the above mentioned details you would have guessed that these cover almost every aspect of our needs in life. There is no easy or short way keeping you motivated all the time but it is worth taking care of all these necessities in an orderly way as stated above.

Only financial stability and progress is not a guarantee of happy life but a human personality is a combination of variety of needs and every need has its own importance. All these requirements are entire reality and demand their fulfillment. Ignoring any one of these can only create a long term complexities in any one.

We often indulge in a mistake of using all of our energies, abilities and time for fulfilling any one of the above mentioned needs, while ignoring other needs of our personality. As a result, in due course of time, our motivation starts declining and ultimately we come across a mental condition where we feel lack of motivation.

The only way of dealing this situation is that we shall examine our life style and priorities carefully and evaluate the following:

To what extent can we fulfill these needs?

Where are we making mistake?

What important aspects of our life demand our attention and time?

After fulfilling all these requirements considerably, a person becomes capable of passing a complete, fulfilled, happy and satisfied life and develops an unlimited providence of energy that enables him achieving any target in life without much difficulty.

Let make our own destiny by our hands.

We are constantly imitating others. When we copy other people, we can’t reproduce their charisma, talent or success. Externally, we can imitate their life, their way of dressing and drive the same kind of car, but this does not bring us fulfilment.

We can take another’s life as an example, but we must think hard before we follow them. Look at the virtues of others and ask yourself: “I have something valuable and worthwhile myself? How can I bring it out?” When you notice something bad in those around you, make a firm resolve: “Let me not nurture such vices”.

There is much hidden potential in each one of us. What should we do to make this blossom? When you activate yourself, you bring out all the strengths and talents that God has given you, all that is inherent in you, that is natural in you, something genuine and original.

Create your own identity. When you do this other people gravitate towards you. Activation leads to gravitation. Then you don’t imitate others. Instead others might want to be like you. We are used to paying more attention to the external world. We try to gain social approval by dressing ourselves in a certain manner.

We stand in front of the mirror and make sure that we are presentable before we leave the house. We trust the mirror implicitly. The mirror reflects our outward appearance, not our thoughts, feelings and relationships.

Does it reflect the love in your heart? You may go to your workplace dressed in your best clothes. When somebody provokes you there, you may retort in anger or sulk in silence. Either way your peace of mind is shattered. Now your beautiful dress does nothing to help you.

Only inner strength and equipoise can continue to keep you calm, cheerful and unruffled. For this you have to activate the divine core within, from which flows a perennial stream of peace and tranquillity.

Imitation cannot give you peace. So, watch your attitude, thoughts, words and desires. Be aware of the calmness in your inner core and try to retain it.

External beauty is temporary. Inner beauty is permanent and eternal. This is the beauty we need and this is what we gain when we activate ourselves. This is the beauty God recognises. So seek love, for you seek inner beauty. Direct your mind to a higher ideal.

When you see the divine beauty concealed in your own heart, you also see it in others. “Do not see, seek”. Don’t look merely at the external form, but also at the divinity within. Today when you see a beggar, you will give him alms.

You will not pat him on the back or shake his hand. If your child comes home, dirty from the playground and calls you “Mummy, Daddy …”, you hug him with love.

If a child in rags comes to you, you drive him away because you don’t love him. For the realised soul a beggar and a king are equally divine and beautiful because he has activated his inner core.

When you imitate you only see. When you activate you seek. The difference between “see” and “seek” is the “k”. That “k” is kindness or karuna.

When there is care, compassion and kindness, nothing else matters. So let us stop imitating. Let us evaluate ourselves and nurture the divine core within. Let us seek. Let us activate.

This is an article that encourages people do pursue they dreams and to live better and achieve everything they desire in life.

One world, One nation together we can change this world. We are all part of this great planet let’s not give up on it, because if we do so we will let our dreams die and when our dreams die we automatically die with them. Thus pursue your dreams and live.

The feeling of total confidence that you can achieve your goals and make your dreams become a reality, it is still there. You just need to access it and want it real bad. Do not ever let circumstances, events, or other people tell you what you can or can’t do. We are all meant to shine. You deserve to experience a life of joy, freedom, and completeness. Everyone deserves to be in control of their own life, and not be controlled by others. We all deserve a place here. Just don’t give up if you work hard and dedicate yourself, you will get everything you want.
There will be times along your journey that you will be faced with extreme obstacles and setbacks. They will make you reconsider your ability to accomplish your dreams or goals. They will make you come up with excuses to give up. They will make you feel hopeless, powerless, and frustrated. These are the times when you will find out what you are really made of. These are the moments you will find out just how much you want your dreams. These are the times when your character is built and you become stronger. What you choose to focus on when things get tough will determine everything.
It will not be easy, if it were, they would not be called obstacles, and they would not force you to grow and develop as a human being. Remaining focused and working hard on your dreams or goals is not an easy task. It is easy to be distracted. Just remember that without sacrifices there will be no victory. Also bear in mind that pain and hard times make you stronger and wiser, and it doesn’t matter how hard or painful will be eventually it will go away but you will become better, wiser and stronger. You have to give everything you have got; you have to put your heart and soul. It will be painful but just remember that pain is temporary sometime that pain will go away but you will be stronger and stronger.
Remaining focused when things are easy is, well, easy. It is when things get tough, when times are hard, when you are broken and lost, week and fragile, when your confidence gets damage when things are going wrong; these are the times when you need some recharging, when you need motivation, when you need to be stronger than you ever been before. And guess what, you can do it, you know how I know you can do it; it is because you have greatness within you and as long as you are alive you have got a change no matter your circumstance. Stop complaining and start living, just remember we all live only one time. Treat everyone the same way you want them to treat you, be positive all the time and enjoy every second of your life.

Your independent contractor, self-employed, or a business owner... This is for you.....

Congratulations for being in control of your future, so how long have you been in business? 30 years? 25 years? 15 years? 10 years? 5,4,3,2,1?????? Where are you in your company’s life span? Well, it really doesn’t matter because you should always remain a student and never stop learning. Whatever your field is attend seminars for your field. Every extra piece of new information you learn and apply will only make you more money or save you money.

Forums online, workshops, motivational gatherings, group meetings, etc…. Find ways to get and gather more information, and apply it to your business. No matter where your business is continue to push the envelope, find the next height for your business. Create goals to push your progress, and don’t be lazy. Stay on top of your game, and if you have employee’s you set the example. You cannot expect your employee’s to be to work on time if your not setting that example. It’s like telling your children not to leave dishes in the sink, but you do it. Of course your the parent, and the provider, but how uncomfortable would it be for them to leave a dish if it’s always clear of dishes. Then the person that leaves dishes would really stick out causing them to feel uncomfortable.

Okay, so if I’m a business owner and have employee’s why is, “The Dishes” example important to me? Not only for business owners, but Project Managers, Managers, Regional & District Managers, etc… Any position where your over a person or a group of people. This is why, first you have gained respect from your workers by making it clear through action that you practice what you preach without saying it. Your rules and guidelines are clear and it’s obvious that you follow them, without you needing to boast that you follow your own rules. That respect will make your employee’s work that much harder for you.

Create goals for your employee’s, and challenge them, push them. Always acknowledge positive things they do, like reward for three consistent months on time, $50 cash bonus. Never lead them to think that they are doing perfect. It’s always something needing improvement, cause if they think that there the best, they act like the best. Showing up late, feeling like you need them, etc…. Balance this!!! You will see a production growth in just this one change in management, and you stay on top of your duties. You should have a report weekly of the progress gained or loss. Let the entire company know what your goals and intentions are. Including them in your goals helps you to get your unit running in unison. If the company is falling in an area, you need to catch that disease before it spreads, and this is why reports weekly is important. IF you have superiors, get there input, your a student always. They should have advice based off of experience & education. At the end of the day you won’t lose your job or business for doing your job.

So that’s a lot of managers down fall, getting there employee’s to do the minimum V.S. going all out for you. Which leads me to the next thing. If your a business owner prepare to replace yourself. You should be setting up your company to where it’s running it’s self. Start duplicating yourself. Train a person you trust, or a group of people you trust so you can eliminate yourself from the equation. Whatever your training them to do but sure the methods will work if done properly. That position will make or break your companies progress. Make sure your trainers are taught how to reteach properly. Grade them…. Don’t leave your company to watch it burn. You want the paycheck to grow while your on the beach. Here’s my example:

Example: My Real Estate Company in Florida I was running. It was a long process to complete a sale. I searched for profitable properties, which took time. I found a system that worked for me, and trained someone to do it for me. Then after you find a property you have to usually track down the owners, again long process. I found a system that works for me, and trained someone how to do that for me. Keep in mind, if this is there only job, you pay them very little, because they are not doing much work. After they complete their job they report to the next person. So next, negotiate a price to buy the house, and set up the close on the house if negotiated at a reasonable price. I always handled that, cause it was my money. I hired someone to sell my homes for me, and I trained them how to do that. I usually tried to close on buying a house and selling it the same day. If you know the process of buying a house you understand that. I had an expert at rehab, and it was a good friend of mines. He was cheap too. At the end of the process, I profit anywhere from 9k – 18k and payout about 2 to 3 grand for the people I hired…. What did I do? Hire people train them, negotiated deals they found and made more money then them. I barely did anything, other then train.

So replace yourself… If I would have paid someone to negotiate, and train I would have got paid just to be a project manager for my own company. I learned this at seminars, and workshops I attended, and I work smarter now. So I’m telling you attend seminars, and always be a student. The moment you stop being a student, QUIT. Also remember if you have employee’s set the example, and build them up. Always push them harder, but make it fun. Find ways to make them work harder, put out bonuses, competitions, or reward progress… Be creative, and get your employee’s working for you, and watch the production for your company when your employee’s execute as a unit. Warehouses have faster growth, or quicker production. Sales Teams weekly average shoot through the roof breaking records in sales. Store owner’s have better customer service, and faster service at restaurants. But you as the example have to continue to gain knowledge to execute progress plans. Last but not least look for a way to push your company to the next level. And network for no reason at all, and find good networking events. You find investors, new investments, things you may need a favor on or visa versa.

If you have one store, try to push sales on the one you have and start looking for another location. If you have two carpet cleaning vans, create a plan to raise your clientele so you can invest in another van or two. If you have one website, find out different ways you can boast your exposure. Do the one thing you said you wasn’t. IF you market through e-mail, try the phone or local newspapers. Run promotions at your store… Be creative, and put your company in a position where you can begin to replace yourself. If necessary, take classes on Business Administrator so you can properly elect new positions in your company to put your business in position where you can be on the beach while your open for business. If your not in this position, you have some work to do. So start pushing, you should be the first one in and last to leave.. Push & Replace!!! Hold yourself accountable…. And Network….

So do I. So what? Here are several reasons why being single is better than trapped in a terrible relationship, or stuck in the past memories.

You might still feel sad after the break up, or being left by your loved one. There’s nothing wrong with being sad. It’s okay, because it’s natural. So, give yourself sometimes to feel sad, but give it a deadline. When the deadline is over, you’ll see that there were so many things about being a single which are much better than trapped in a terrible relationship or stuck in the past memories.

Not that easy?

People often describe being single as an unhappy experience. Never believe in what they say, for happiness is within yourself. It’s up to you whether you want to be happy or sad, whether you are single or not. You might be forced to be single, but you still have other options; would you prefer being a happy single, or the sad one?

Look at yourself

Check on the mirror. How do you look like? Do you like it or not?

Many people forget to take care of their self when they’re in a relationship, for they’re too busy taking care of their loved one. Now that you don’t have anyone to take care of, it’s time to get yourself together.

One left, more to go

Being single doesn’t have to make you alone, or lonely. Many people even have so much more time to catch up and have fun with their friends, families or relatives after they’ve returned to their single life.

Learn how to succeed at making your dream a reality. Six simple steps that makes creating dreams achievable. Valuable information anyone can use, cause a good teacher is the best student.

Your Dream. Your Motive. Definition of Dream: an experience of waking life having the characteristics of a dream or a series of thoughts, images, or emotions occurring during sleep…. Dreams are very simple to create. This is my point, don’t put this word dream on a pedestal. You make the dream for yourself unachievable with the power in the word “DREAM.”

Example: My Dream. My Motive. My dream is to be a well known Performing Artist. Motive: Your hobby is not an career until you get paid for it. I wanna make money for something I love to do. In your one life don’t waste time being unhappy at a job. Don’t watch your life go down the drain. I love to sing and perform, that’s what is going to make me the best. MOTIVE…

So a hobby is something you like to do, so what if you got paid for something you like to do? I call these kind of goals, dreams. Cause if I have the power to go up inside my head and image myself doing this, I just created a dream. Your hobby is something you do for free, until you actually start to get paid, and that makes it a <strike>job</strike> or career. So how much more would you do it if you were paid for it? Hmmmm???? Think about that one. ALL THE TIME!!!

Now, psychologically, we put a weight on our minds with the word “Dream.” It sounds way more bigger then it actually is. Imagine me telling you: “I want you to help me lift my “757 Jumbo Jet,” 2″ inches off the ground. I know my jet is 60 lbs., but you don’t know it’s a model jet inside my apartment. See how the description of what I needed help with seemed bigger then we could lift, until I told you it was a model jet. This is the same way we look at the word “Dream.” Also keep in mind, that this is a sub-conscious decision to look at the word negatively. It’s not a conscious decision. The weight of the word “Dream” directly impacts our effort mentally and physically. And effort is the only way you can get results from anything. “Ohhh, he’s following his dream.” “Ohhh, he’s living his childhood dream.” Look at the definition of dream again. It’s not that hard to create a dream and live it. The point: Don’t over think the term, “Follow Your “Dreams!”

What is your motive? You know my motive. I have to create a living for my family and myself. My hobby is singing, and I love to do it. Not only do I sing, but I’m above average. It’s my opinion, that life is too short to be stuck at a job, not having control over your schedule or your life. Plus, what’s the chances of you hating your job? I want to be happy, and travel the world. We only have one life to live. So my motive is to create a living doing what I love. Singing….. Following my dream, accomplishing my dream, and have fun doing it is my goal or intention.

So find out what your motive is, and really bring your motive to the light. “Huh, bring my motive to the light?” Yes, understand your purpose for wanting this dream. Your motive is what makes you stay up late when your tired. Your motive push you to make the necessary sacrifices.

Example: Your car represents your dream, and your motive represents your gasoline. Your Jet represents your dream, and your jet fuel represents your motive. Don’t allow yourself to forget why your following your dream. Cause if your car runs out of gas, or your jet is low on fuel, or if you forget why your following a dream can you imagine the circumstances or the consequences. Forgetting your motive or not having one is similar to the example of running out of the key elements in this example. (Fuel, Gas, Motive, Drive, Effort, Passion, Determination) Don’t ever run out or Don’t ever forget the cause. Stay around positive influences!

Do not listen to people that don’t agree with what you believe in, it’s up to you to prove it to yourself. Everyone has their own theory or opinion. It’s okay to listen, but be careful because it can create doubts, sub-consciously. Just as the word “Dream” use to carry weight, peoples opinion could cause you to lack the confidence you need to push through the rough times. I’m going to be honest, it’s not going to be easy. Hey, life ain’t easy, why would accomplishing your goals or dreams be easy? Also visa versa, support from positive people, role models, and/or mentors is just as influencing. Get good people in your corner, get rid of people that means you no good. Your peace and success is at stake. Including family, sorry sometimes family members tend to have bad motives.

Next, your life dreams, cannot be a dream, if you have not dreamed it yet. Tongue twister, right? Read it again if necessary. Remember the definition of dream? If you haven’t dreamed your dream yet, this is simple to fix. Creating dreams is fun & simple.

Example: My dream is to be a famous singer. I watch movies such as, The Five Heartbeats, The Movie RAY, and many others. I go on YouTube and watch famous singers in concert. I also watch a lot of the interviews with performing artist to learn from them. I listen to there experiences, and there stories. I learn pitfalls to avoid, and this is why interviews exist. Remember when I mentioned peoples influences, and role models? You can create those positive influences, and role models through these interviews. You don’t have to have them as a mentor, and you don’t have to know them to get the power of influence working at your advantage. Just continue to learn and study everything that has involvement with your dream. I daydream some of those concerts I seen on youtube and image myself in their shoes, like a glimpse. I build my images of the lifestyle in my daydreams, through their videos, and put exactly how I want my reality to be when I accomplish my dream. Before I go to sleep, I’m living that lifestyle in my head, so I cannot wait to go to sleep at night cause before I fall asleep, I’m imaging me before a show, things I’m going to do during my show. I can see what outfit I have on, everything. I live this in my head every chance I get, I call it brainwashing, or programming myself. It’s fun imaging my huge screaming crowd.

”You have to dream it, to believe it. You have to believe to achieve it. “

Basically I’m painting my own image of what it’s going to be like. Sometimes when I fall asleep, my sub-conscious mind take the dream to new heights. I focus my mind on my dream and what I want in my dream. I sit and daydream it as much as I can, because I’m that person in my head. So when I am famous it won’t be nothing new to me, because I can tell that artist, “Hey, you know I lived this life through you?” So when I get on stage in front of thousands for the first time, it won’t be the first time. Many artist are not worried or afraid the first time and we know why now.

Understand this, you don’t have to really dream the dream sub-consciously. If you do, and when you do, that’s good, but you don’t try to create that it’ll just happens. But you do want to create & live the dream in your dream for a while before it can come to reality. Remember, whatever you focus on expands.

Last but not least, chasing dreams… Chasing dreams is, in some cases, a sacrifice. Cause you still have to create a living, but you have got to have a plan. What is a plan exactly? Scheme or method of action or arrangement, developed in advance… A plan is a step-by-step process to achieve a scheme, goal or intention. Step-by-step means you cannot go to step 5 without completing steps 1-4 in chronological order. If you start now, you will have about 300 steps, so a way to eliminate that is to know the different types of goals or plans. Short Term, Mid Term, and of course Long Term… This process will reduce the amount of steps you’ll have to take. After planning properly, you’ll physically know exactly how to achieve the attended goal and you’ll know how much time it will take. You also should know the advantages and the disadvantages, plus the pitfalls to avoid.

“I’m so confident you will achieve your dream in life now. Why?”

Recap:

1.)You clearly know what a dream is, and how to create one.

2.)The word “Dream” alone no longer impacts you negatively. Also the word “Dream” no longer attach mental and physical failure to your effort to accomplish your dream.

3.)You understand the importance of “Motive” and how it directly effects your effort to get results.

4.)You know “The Power of Influence.” By friends, family, role models, mentors, etc….

5.)You know how to daydream and live the lifestyle or dream in your head first, to make it a reality, along with your efforts.

6.)Plus you know exactly how to plan your way to success, and the motto is: “You failing to plan is planning to fail.”

And personally, I feel your 400 times more confident to succeed at accomplishing your dream, because you have understanding and control.
'Motivation is like food for the brain. You cannot get enough in one sitting. It needs continual and regular top ups. Here some tips on how you can always be motivate and success in your life!

1. Know yourself

To succeed is not easy, but it is for sure not impossible for you. just look around you, there are lots of succesful people with great achievement in their life. if they can, why are not you? If you really want to succeed, then you will get what you want. yes, as long as you know clearly about yourself and what you actually want!

“You are what you think. You are what you go for. You are what you do!” – Bob Richards

“I’ve always felt it was not up to everyone else to make me give my best.” – Akeem Olajuwon

“Do not wait; the time will never be “just right”. Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.” – Napoleon Hill.

2. Set your target and list out what you want to achieve in life

Now you already know what you want. Then, it’s time to set your target and try to list out all the things that you want to do and achieve in your life. Take a suitable time, prefer at early morning or before you are going to sleep, sit right and list out your target in life, the things you always imagine to do, your dreams and what you want to achieve in life; and do the path or ways on how you can achieve the target and make the dreams come true. Just list out it first, and and the rest idea will come later through your unconscious mind.

Today, I want to talk about my role model Anthony Robbins and why he’s had a tremendous influence on my life.

I read the book Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins for the first time when I was 12 years old. I found the book at my local library and I was fascinated by the title and the cover. I was not a good reader but I started reading the book anyway. It took me a week to read the whole book and I was totally fascinated by all the new ideas I was learning from Tony Robbins. I was only 12 years old but I started applying the techniques he was teaching in his book. A concept I really practiced regularly was using Anthony Robbins’ success formula. I quickly started setting goals for my life and working on my goals daily.

My favorite quote from Anthony Robbins is: “Repetition is the mother of skills.” The more you practice a skill, the better you become at it. I have applied this principal in all areas of my life and it has created amazing results for me. Another book from Anthony Robbins that has had a big impact on me is Awaken the Giant Within. I was 20 years old when I first read this book and I learned a lot. The most important lesson you must remember when reading any self-improvement book is to apply what you learn. Passively reading a book won’t change your life. You need to read it actively. You need to take notes, do the exercises and highlight the most important paragraphs. Here’s the real challenge: applying what you read in your daily life.

Image by Randy Stewart via Flickr

Let me give you a quick example. I can give you a quick formula to achieve a high level of fitness: exercise 6 times a week for 1 hour and eat 6 small meals a day. That’s easy and simple, but the hard part is doing it. Will you have enough discipline and determination to do your 6 weekly workouts? A lot of people start strong but get tired after 4 or 5 days of exercise. Will you have enough discipline to stick to your 6 small daily meals? That’s another challenge. Doing the disciplines that are necessary to achieve success is the real challenge. Reading is easy; applying what you learn is the hard part.

Cover of Awaken The Giant Within

It’s also true for your financial goals. We all know we need to spend less and save more in order to achieve our financial objectives. Reading it and talking about it is easy. Doing it is the hard part. Will you have enough discipline to stop yourself from buying a new TV or from going to the restaurant every day? What kind of financial habits do you have? Do you automatically save 10% of every dollar you earn? You daily rituals have a tremendous impact on the results you’re getting and the results you’ll get in the future.

Anthony Robbins is an amazing teacher, speaker and writer. I hope you have a chance to attend his seminars or to read his book. He’s truly a source of inspiration for me.

God bless you.

MOTIVATION, THE HEART OF SELF IMPROVEMENT.

Pain may sometimes be the reason why people change. Getting flunked grades make us realize that we need to study. Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income. Being humiliated gives us the ‘push’ to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments. It may be a bitter experience, a friend’s tragic story, a great movie, or an inspiring book that will help us get up and get just the right amount of motivation we need in order to improve ourselves.

With the countless negativities the world brings about, how do we keep motivated? Try on the tips I prepared from A to Z…

A – Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

B – Believe in your self, and in what you can do.

C – Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.

D – Don’t give up and don’t give in. Thomas Edison failed once, twice, more than thrice before he came up with his invention and perfected the incandescent light bulb. Make motivation as your steering wheel.

E – Enjoy. Work as if you don’t need money. Dance as if nobody’s watching. Love as if you never cried. Learn as if you’ll live forever. Motivation takes place when people are happy.

F – Family and Friends – are life’s greatest ‘F’ treasures. Don’t loose sight of them.

G – Give more than what is enough. Where does motivation and self improvement take place at work? At home? At school? When you exert extra effort in doing things.

H – Hang on to your dreams. They may dangle in there for a moment, but these little stars will be your driving force.

I – Ignore those who try to destroy you. Don’t let other people to get the best of you. Stay out of toxic people – the kind of friends who hates to hear about your success.

J – Just be yourself. The key to success is to be yourself. And the key to failure is to try to please everyone.

K – keep trying no matter how hard life may seem. When a person is motivated, eventually he sees a harsh life finally clearing out, paving the way to self improvement.

L – Learn to love your self. Now isn’t that easy?

M – Make things happen. Motivation is when your dreams are put into work clothes.

N – Never lie, cheat or steal. Always play a fair game.

O – Open your eyes. People should learn the horse attitude and horse sense. They see things in 2 ways – how they want things to be, and how they should be.

P – Practice makes perfect. Practice is about motivation. It lets us learn repertoire and ways on how can we recover from our mistakes.

Q – Quitters never win. And winners never quit. So, choose your fate – are you going to be a quitter? Or a winner?

R – Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation. We must hear the little voice within us telling us to get started before others will get on their feet and try to push us around. Remember, it wasn’t raining when Noah build the ark.

S – Stop procrastinating.

T – Take control of your life. Discipline or self control jives synonymously with motivation. Both are key factors in self improvement.

U – Understand others. If you know very well how to talk, you should also learn how to listen. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood the second.

V – Visualize it. Motivation without vision is like a boat on a dry land.

W – Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing. And to believe is something that is rooted out from the roots of motivation and self improvement.

X – X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you are motivated, you tend to put on “extras” on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on.

Y – You are unique. No one in this world looks, acts, or talks like you. Value your life and existence, because you’re just going to spend it once.

Z – Zero in on your dreams and go for it!!!
