Every person learns and there is always a starting point. Einstein commented that anyone can make things bigger and more complex, but it takes a little genius to move in a different direction.

Returning to the basics is about the only way improving skill-sets that people have. Professional athletes, scientists, mathematicians, and linguists return to the elementals before going forward. Talking facts are the fundamentals that advance humankind. All people are human and all humans are born. In this early state of being they are needy novices. They cannot survive without aid and training from their parents or other adults within the community. People are in the animal category of mammal. People give birth to their offspring and nurse their children with mother’s milk, which is the basic definition for mammals.

People are familiar with mammals. Mammals are broken into subcategories, but not to go into depth, think about your environment. Cats and dogs are popular mammals. Birds are not mammals, but rats, raccoons, cattle, goats and squirrels are. The statement “people are familiar with mammals” is plausible, but for it to be truthful people cannot be used in generalization. People have ability to inhabit regions where fish, snakes, and reptiles are the most prolific species with the exception of the human presence.

You should know there are many creatures and you definitely should think your planet is very remarkable. Being a mammal requires adult supervision and monitoring. Education is the way in the mammalian groups. As people, you should have the knowledge or you should know that conditions in coincidence make facts. Things that happen are factual and the facts in almost all cases have no relationship with the truth. Most facts are statistic samples leading you to study for better ways. It is the nature of people to learn from their mistakes. Truths are not conditional or incidental, but facts can be. People talk in truisms using facts, and this is just another fact.

In journalism, reporters to stick to the facts. It is commonly said, but that is a lie. Reporter incorporate facts into their language to influence you. If a report was given “at 0900 hours on February 27, 2012 a blue 1999 Corolla went off Rt. 109’s bridge crossing Peewee Creek killing the male driver and the two female passengers aboard.” That is a factual statement. Futuristic statements about investigations can be factual or they can be fiction. They are in progress or have not happened so they are not facts. Without gossip the stories would be less interesting should reporters not speak of postulated activities. Gossip is a social function between human beings and people can’t communicate without a small amount of speculation. It is in human ingenuity.

You make choices in your life, but you have external influences. Television reporters are representatives of the media network to make money. Usually they don’t live a block over and they are not your neighbor. You are not having a casual or heated conversation on your back porch, however the greater populations attitudes are adjusted through TV. News. It is one source you rely on to make your decisions. You watch and listen to one sided conversations more than interacting with people. You don’t need to leave your couch. It is OK, if you don’t get the point. You don’t have a built in people scanner. TV shows are exactly that — shows, and editorials are shows amplified with personal feelings. This is a social touch between people, but for reporting, the reporters are to take a neutral position. We know a neutral state doesn’t really exist and journalists have a little leeway in their writings and presentations. If they didn’t have a broad gray area, you wouldn’t pay attention to them. In peoples organizations you require a social well-being, and TV shows are now your substitute with your home sense of security.

When you security is in doubt you will listen to the news more intensely. You are now ready to act to secure your well-being. Broadcasts delivering doubt are meant for your reaction to political events. It is a method to solicit your approval. You would not approve the happenings if you were completely comfortable. Most of your Constitutional Amendments were based on the doubt. The people are doubting Thomas-es and this has changed your Constitution to undefinable bureaucratic mess.

Do you sometimes feel that you decide completing any task but despite having capability, you do not find “energy” in yourself, by which you can complete that task in any logical way? You anyhow start that work but gradually lose your interest and could not finish the task at hand and therefore, it remains incomplete for ever. This develops bitterness and feeling of failure. All these things happen when there is low or absence of motivation.

Motivation is a very important topic; we can bring a positive and meaningful change in our life by understanding it fully. Let’s examine what is Motivation? What is its importance in our lives? What is the relation of motivation with success? Which factors are essential for elevating motivation and what are the factors that reduce or kill motivation?

In simple words, motivation is a name of “energy” or “power” that enables a person following his targets with full heart and soul. In the presence of Motivation the journey of a person keeps on moving ahead automatically and a person completes the most difficult tasks happily and easily. Will power and motivation are the essential ingredients for success.

It is the same power that pushes a worshipper leaving his warm bed in the severe cold for worshipping, convinces any soldier performing his duty in unfavorable conditions in a desert. It is a strange power that uplifts a person for converting impossible tasks into possible ones and it its absence the easiest task seems impossible.

In respect of motivation different experts have put their ideas in front of the world, all are important in their places, but the idea that received the most popularity was presented by American Professor Abraham Mosley in 1943. In this Article we will examine his idea thoroughly/in detail, understanding which we will be able getting the answer of the question, “What are those factors that affect motivation?”

The Abraham Mosley’s idea about Motivation cleared on the world that there are five types of human necessities in life, which on step by step completion elevates motivation in human and in case of non completion of these requirements, motivation starts declining. It must be cared much that the order of these requirements are very important because their order is set as per their importance. The human needs according to Professor Abraham Mosley are:

1- Physiological Needs

Physical needs are the foremost needs of human life, without which it is not possible keeping alive. These needs include food, shelter and cloth. With the civilization progress there are many other needs in the modern age that can be included in the category of physical needs as per our standards of living.

2- Security Needs

After fulfilling the physical needs, security needs are important. Who is not aware of the importance of security needs? A person cannot focus in the presence of insecure feelings and remained overwhelmed in variety of doubts. Possible fears about future keep him worried all the time.

Every person feels the necessity that his life and wealth would have no fears at all. He should have security in wealth and social affairs. The better condition of law and order, justice in the country, reliable punishment and reward system, conduct of merit in the society, arrangement of safety from accidents and health fulfills the human security needs.

3. Love and Belonging Needs

After fulfilling the health and security needs love and belonging needs are important. We all know that human is a social animal. He possesses the natural desire of giving and receiving love. Due to this need he makes friends, grows family and searches his life partner, all these things help him creating emotional bonding with others. These relations can both be sexual or non-sexual. It is also in his instinct that he wants to be a part of group whether religious, political or social.

Doing all this fulfills his requirement of love and relation. If his requirement of love is not fulfilled fully he feels himself lonely and the extreme feeling of loneliness can create depression in him. The most important aspect of this need is that in case of non-fulfillment, a person may also lose interest in the fulfillment of physical and security needs. You might have seen many people who leave eating food, leave there houses and sometimes leave their lives as well, in case they fail in getting love or face separation from their loving personality,

4. Esteem Needs

Every person has a natural need that he must be respected. He desires that other people admire his qualities and abilities present in his personality, he receives acceptance everywhere and he must be seen as respectable. In order to fulfilling this need people associate themselves with different activities and hobbies which creates a sense of contribution in him and the need of self-esteem fulfills.

If this need is not fulfilled to a considerable extent, his self-esteem gets affected and in some cases he can become a victim of inferiority complex. The more the people have low self esteem, the more they need admiration and respect from others. Such people are more inclined getting popularity and dignity, because in this way they get more respect and honor from people.

The interesting thing in this respect is that the people with low self-esteem do not get satisfaction even by the getting respect and honor externally rather the improvement process starts only when they recover their self-esteem internally. The depression cases are more critical. Such people cannot show any extraordinary performances due to their mental condition, and hence, neither considered deserving of any respect or admiration nor succeed internally recovering their low self-esteem.

5. Self Actualizing Needs

Among Abraham Mosley’s idea of needs this is the last one. The relation of this need is with the desire that if someone is using his full potential or not. It is the name of the desire by which a person wants to achieve every possible thing in life. This is an exemplary situation.

It can also be described as the growth process has not stopped in a person but is still going on with the time. The needs of self actualizing can be different in different people. Some people satisfy their desire of self actualizing by putting their energies in painting, photography, poetry and inventions.

Understanding the above mentioned details you would have guessed that these cover almost every aspect of our needs in life. There is no easy or short way keeping you motivated all the time but it is worth taking care of all these necessities in an orderly way as stated above.

Only financial stability and progress is not a guarantee of happy life but a human personality is a combination of variety of needs and every need has its own importance. All these requirements are entire reality and demand their fulfillment. Ignoring any one of these can only create a long term complexities in any one.

We often indulge in a mistake of using all of our energies, abilities and time for fulfilling any one of the above mentioned needs, while ignoring other needs of our personality. As a result, in due course of time, our motivation starts declining and ultimately we come across a mental condition where we feel lack of motivation.

The only way of dealing this situation is that we shall examine our life style and priorities carefully and evaluate the following:

To what extent can we fulfill these needs?

Where are we making mistake?

What important aspects of our life demand our attention and time?

After fulfilling all these requirements considerably, a person becomes capable of passing a complete, fulfilled, happy and satisfied life and develops an unlimited providence of energy that enables him achieving any target in life without much difficulty.

Mutual sharing is an important aspect, when it comes to strengthening a relationship. Many of us fail to recognize the importance of mutual sharing and unfortunately end up in a broken and irreparable relationship. On the other hand many of us learn this lesson after a life long experience. Relationships are never meant to be one-way. It’s a give and take from both sides on the basis of mutual understanding and respect. If these ingredients are missing from one or either side, we cannot say it a healthy relationship. It’s an indication that there is something missing that needs to be well taken care of.

Focus must be maintained on both parties for achieving a long lasting and beneficial relationship. What happens in case of one-sided relationship that the other party is always receiving all the benefits and advantages, thus creating a misbalance of authorities and interests? One is profiting in powers and interests while other bearing loss in all respects. This type of relationship has no potential of surviving for long and eventually ends up.

One-sided relationship is just like a charitable act, where one partner is always desirous of giving for the sake of giving and not expecting anything in return. Though this is a virtuous act and the giver reap its reward in the shape of peace of mind and will also reap rewards in the life hereafter, but in terms of worldly or materialistic gains he receives nothing, whereas the receiver of the benefits proves to be a parasite or detrimental for the other partner. This type of relationship lasts till the giver keeps on giving and the recipient keep on receiving and ends up as soon as the giver stops giving.

Conversely, in a relationship based on mutual basis, both the partners offer service to one another and share their experience. This benefits both on equal basis. There is a difference in serving and having served, and receiving and having received. In a mutual sharing partnership both the parties earns benefits emotionally and psychologically equally.

Both the partners must cooperate with each other in the processes of crafting, putting into practice and evaluating their experiences. They should also be sharing equal authorities so as to implant, safeguard and assess their requirements pertaining to their relationships. In mutual relationship not only focus is laid down equally on both sides for seeing who is benefiting but powers are also shared on mutual basis for implying that focus and determining that both are equally benefiting.

In mutually shared relationship, it is crucial to understand that both parties are providing valuable services to one another on equal basis. There are three important aspects involved in strengthening a mutual relationship.

Firstly, crafting a relationship, this involves mutual sharing of powers and authorities that is required to fulfill one another’s needs and requirements. It is obvious that either side is missing some benefits that must be met by either side. Therefore, crafting a relationship is a process that supports and fulfills the need and requirement of both the parties, simultaneously sharing authorities on equal basis for the purpose of strengthening the relationship.

Secondly they must play the role of giver and taker. Since, both giver and taker shares different benefits from practically involving directly in learning and fulfilling one another’s needs, they are more likely to involve in the process of long lasting relationship. This creates a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment from either side, which serves the purpose of creating strong bondage between two.

Thirdly, is the equal ability of assessing their experiences during the process? This assessment is not based on assessing only from one aspect but reflecting on various aspects of their personalities. It involves questioning and answering honestly to different aspect of a relationship such as “How do think, you contributed in strengthening the relationship process?”, “What do you think is required for improving the relationship?”, “What expectations you think are not fulfilled by your partner?”, “What are your differences?”, “What are your compatibilities?” and “What’s the solution?” etc. These and such issues must be communicated by both the partners for a long lasting relationship.

To sum up, both the partners must enjoy equal levels of authority, cooperate in crafting and making up relationship design, practically play the roles of giver and taker and communicate regularly for meeting the challenges in the relationship if any.

There is no doubt that in actual life it is not always easy to fulfill the requirements of an exemplary mutual sharing relationship, since people are different in abilities, individualities, preferences, mental levels, habits, likes and dislikes, education, childhood environment and many such factors. The authorities are not always estimated equally. In the presence of all such differences why do these unplanned relationships survive, it is only due to the presence of good wishes, mutual love and respect between two parties. In the presence of such attributes, the need of mutual sharing relationship sets aside, but these relationships remains in limits and can be broken anytime due to huge difference in their personalities, whereas mutual sharing relationship can be difficult to understand initially, but it guarantees benefits to both sides and lasts long, since it gives a broader and well-planned perspective of a healthy relationship.

Even the smallest of things that we have can make us happy.

According to Abraham Maslow a person’s hierarchy of needs is as follows: physiological, safety, social, esteem and self actualization. A man should first satisfy the lower order needs before satisfying the higher needs. Only unsatisfied needs are motivator for him to exert further effort. A man is therefore a naturally competitive being. He always strives for the best if he can. He always wants to have more money, nicer car, more achievements and a higher social status than other people. But sometimes he cannot get the things that he desires of because of factors that are beyond his control.

A person should strive to improve himself to effectively deal with the situation around him. Some people would say that imitating other people is not a good way to assert one’s individuality. This statement is only partially correct because a person can improve himself by emulating the good deeds and character of others. Indeed, one person can be a good source of inspiration to another person. Moreover, some people are averse to compare themselves with others. But some constructive comparison can be good for them. By comparing themselves with other people especially the high achievers they can set a measure for their life’s achievement.

We have our own strengths, weaknesses and limitations. We must remember always that we are all unique individuals. Although it is good idea to follow other people’s example, we should also remember that we can hardly replicate other people’s achievement because of our uniqueness as individuals. We cannot shine walking in anyone else’s shadow. We can prosper by developing our own style to make things happen in a way that suits our personality.

We should focus on the things that we have rather than on those that we don’t have. If we look around us there are some unfortunate people that can’t even have the small things that we own. On the other hand there are people who have things that we cannot afford to buy. There are always people who are greater or smaller than we are. The food on the table, our income and our family are blessings from God that we can’t take for granted. We should be grateful for all of them.

If we have too much of a thing we seem to eventually get tired of it rather than enjoy it. For example, if we go to a place with breathtaking sights. At first we are delighted on what we see. But as days go by it seems that our surroundings are just ordinary sight, and we want to get back to where we came from.

We certainly need money, and we can’t get by without it. And it would be hypocritical to say in this day and age that we can be happy without it. We need money to buy the things we need and to support our family. But we don’t have to be filthy rich to be happy. Even things of a very small value that we enjoy make us happy.

What we need in this world to satisfy our needs is moderation. We need only moderate amount of food, exercise and water to be healthy. Too much of anything is harmful to our body. We should also distinguish our needs from our wants. Our needs should be our priority, and we can do without having our wants. We should never go to excess but let moderation be our guide to a happy and healthy life.

There are times that our effort is not enough to get what we desire because of our limitations. The bottom line is that we should treat things that we have both big and small as our blessings. “Count your blessings” is a cliché, but the saying is valid for all time. By doing it, we can always be satisfied and happy persons.

Simplicity is beauty.

One should not outlive with his income. Living life in simplicity means that we have to be contented with what we have. It is saving up for the rainy days just like what the ants are doing. It is maximizing the use of the things that we already possess like clothes , shoes , and bags which we do not have to buy often. Simple , frugal or thrifty people are the people who usually get rich.

The feeling of contentment with what we can afford is important so that we may live simply. Some buy extravagant things just for show. The virtue of humility accompanies the virtue of simplicity. A simple person is a humble person. Hapiness and contentment abound with people who are simple and humble.

Simplicity can be said to be a source of true joy. Let us aspire to be truly happy by being simple and by being contented with only things that we need to live a comfortable life. let us not aim at what we can not afford to have. This may lead us to commit a wrongdoing and hurt others ,and forget about being good

and upright. Instead , lets us use what we have and save for the future needs. Using recycled materials , aside from its being beneficial to our environment , also helps us to save up. We may even turn some into useful objects like old clothes into rags.

Let us not allow ourselves to feel miserable for not being able to have good and expensive things. Let us not allow ourselves to be tempted to do something bad just to acquire things that we like but do not really need. We can find ways to be happy even without these. After all, it is the feeling of happiness and the good things we have done to people that we can bring along anywhere we go. Living a simple life is a value we have to keep in hearts and minds.

I wrote this in about an hour, but I've been thinking about it for months. I have been trying to understand why humans have barely advanced socially, morally, and politically in the past few thousand years, and I think I found the answer.

I’m pretty sure I’ve figured out the most prominent crisis facing America today, and it’s not gay marriage. It’s not abortion or the fourteen trillion dollar debt, or even taxes and education. You won’t find it under a “Big Issues” tab on Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign page, and you won’t find it in any newspaper or spewing from that shiny box in your living room. In fact, no one really seems to talk about it at all and, consequently, no one seems to be aware of it. It starts with a question: How have we gone through thousands of years of technological advancement but still remain just about as morally, socially, and politically advanced as the ancient Greeks?

You probably haven’t heard of Abraham Maslow. He was a psychologist and a prominent founder of a branch of psychology: humanistic psychology. His study focuses on treating humans like, well, humans. Psychologists that came before him and Carl Rogers (another founder of humanistic psychology) treated their clients with a cold air and had an emotionless method of diagnosing and treating their patient’s problems. Maslow brought a face to psychology and focused on helping people emotionally and personally as well as clinically. Despite all this, he is really only famous for his theory that he, so very modestly, called “Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs”. In a nutshell, the theory states that human needs come in (you guessed it) a hierarchy. Starting with the most primitive and basic needs, one transcends through the hierarchy and eventually ends up fulfilled and “happy”.

Here’s the theory, courtesy of my good friend Wikipedia:

1. Physiological – breathing, food, water, sex (impersonally), sleep, homeostasis, and excretion.

2. Safety – security of: body, employment, resources, one’s family, property and health.

3. Love/Belonging – friendship, family, and sexual intimacy.

4. Esteem – self-esteem, confidence, achievement, respect of others and respect by others.

5. Self-actualization – morality, creativity, spontaneity, problem solving, lack of prejudice, and acceptance of facts.

Basically, what this means is that one cannot move on to step two without first satisfying the needs of step one, and step three cannot begin until step two is completed, and so on in this fashion. Very surprisingly, things that we think we do on a daily basis are in step five, like solving problems and being moral. However, when Maslow mentions things like problem solving, we must be careful not to look at it mundanely. He doesn’t mean that someone with a low self-esteem can’t solve a math problem or figure out how to manage their daily schedule, he means that they probably wouldn’t be able to understand complex and consequential problems. An example of this would be a teenage girl who is so enthralled with her boyfriend that she just doesn’t seem to have the sense to break up with him even when he cheats on her repeatedly and has no respect for her. It is a simple problem with a simple fix, but she cannot see the long term benefits that would outweigh the short term heartbreak of losing her love. Plato called this “virtue”, or the ability to see the long term consequences of one’s actions. He believed that it was a trait like openness or agreeableness; that some people are virtuous and some people just aren’t. I, as well as Maslow, think he was wrong.

So, if Maslow was right and humans can’t be moral, creative, or even accept facts until they have eaten and drunk, are safe, have stable relationships, and have confidence, then how can we function? How can we address things like morality or even think of moving forward as a society until every citizen of our country is provided for physically as well as emotionally? How can we expect our voters to make the right decisions and our children to be educated properly if their emotional needs are neglected? This is the answer to my aforementioned question in the first paragraph: we can’t. We can’t move forward until we address the importance of emotional stability for everyone. And that means everyone, not just the people who can afford health insurance. If we don’t, we are doomed to follow the same cycles that have been repeating throughout history. Considering that humans have had noticeable societies for about 10,000 years, shouldn’t we have realized that the color of someones skin doesn’t make them inferior or superior to others a bit sooner than half a century ago? Should we not have understood that women are not dumber than men because of the mere fact that they are female? I believe the lack of emotional treatment to be the cause. We’ve been stuck in the same cycles for thousands of years, and it’s about time for a change. Not a rhetorical Obama “change”, but a real one.

Thoreau said, “Drive a nail home and clinch it so faithfully that you can wake up in the night and think of your work with satisfaction – a work at which you would not be ashamed to invoke the Muse”. I struggle with this quote because, quite frankly, I am embarrassed to be a part of this society. I cannot turn on the TV for fear that I might glimpse the brightly colored advertisements and the whimsical sitcoms, so innocently engorging the public with farce and nonsense. I dare not listen to the news, the great liar that only tells us what we want to hear and what it thinks we should hear. America has yet to drive home a nail worth waking up for.

Let’s start talking about the real issues, not the “big issues”. I hope one day I can go to a political website and see Therapy or Human Resources listed on the debates, and not foolish things like whether gays are defiling marriage or not. Let’s stop throwing people in jail for doing drugs and start helping them. Let’s stop eating everything the media says and start taking it in with five, or better yet, twenty-five grains of salt. Let’s stop being the teenage girl that doesn’t see that she would be happier if she broke with her cheating boyfriend. Let’s stop the stigmatizing of therapy and make it acceptable and available for everyone. Let’s prove Plato wrong and show that we all have virtue by helping others as well as helping ourselves. Perhaps then we can actually grow and change as a society, and transcend above humanity’s less-than-proud past. It’s time for a change.

Shocking!!! Not really, but you have been programmed to be just as you are because of your environment and caretakers. That's right, you can't put the blame for remaining the same on genes anymore. It's your decision to remain in your environment. Therefore, your decision to remain the same.

Humor me as I take you on this inner reflection journey. Release all your preconceived notions of negativity and bullying of this concept. And, dig deep into a place you often forget exists outside of a classroom or discussion. That’s right I’m talking about your subconscious mind. Would you say there is at least a possibility that perhaps all the habits good and/or bad you do on a daily bases are because of a programing you came to know from your caretakers between the ages of new born all the way until you were six.

SHOCKING, I know, not really. But, true nonetheless. The more you try to be opposite of your parents, the more you find yourself like them. Don’t you just hate when someone says, “you’re acting just like your father/mother.” Doesn’t it just cut you in the gut? But, the truth is you are acting like them. And, most of the times, how they went out things is completely opposite of how you wish to go about things. Okay, it works for them, and it completely does not work for you on a real level. Yet, you find yourself doing the same behavior over and over and over again. Even though, each night you tell yourself, I’m not going to do this because it’s not good for me. The very next day, you awake and find yourself repeating everything you just told yourself you were not going to do.

If you think about it like this, you had six long years of watching this habit; six long years of perfecting this habit; and, six long years of being rewarded by laughter and approval from your caretakers from. Then, out of the blue, you are decided those habits are not healthy for your new way of life. It took you six years to perfect the habit, and you are expecting it to just go away overnight, interesting. No habit forms or goes away without having been worked at. It’s going to take a conscious awareness of the negative thoughts and ways in which your subconscious is programed to continue this particular habit. Only then will you see a change and a the reward from making the change occur.

Every relationship adjusts itself and sustains on mutual needs of the two in the relationship.

You might have realized your old intimate friends getting lost if your needs of each other vanish due to change of circumstances, and also that a friendship is the most generous and open ended relationship and easiest to sustain. This is the background on which I build this work on for all types of relationships.

I had a long-standing friend, very intimate, very well-wishing, free from selfish interests with each other. Over the years, our circumstances changed, we both needed respective soul-mates, and our first choices fell on each other. Thus our friendly relationship used wings of our mutual needs and went to sit on a different tree of ‘love’.

Another instance comes to my mind. Once, I saw a very lovely face looking vary familiar to me though I had never seen her before. We had a wide age gap, even then I thought of being close to her. I indicated my interest in her. We met at different places through intentions of the two to know each other. One evening, I invited her for a chat – I showed my interest in her grace while she was impresed with my writings. We both tended to be close to each other.

She was disowned by her family and was also a single mother of three kids. She asked me to be her father, and I could not afford to lose this opportunity of being not only close to her but also the most respected for her. She is my the most darling daughter since then, apart from my three real daughters junior to her. Again, the wings of our mutual needs were the cause of father-daughter relatinship.

Everyone of us keep on looking for filling some void in his/her life. Also each of us has the potential of providing something valuable to someone else. When the needs of the two find opportunities to get satiated by each other’s offerings, two enter into a relationship that lasts long. It is not necessary that persons know this theory for entering the relationship after making calculations ofmutual needs and offerings. But their sub-conscious minds know this well and do all the homework necessary for the relationship.

It is also not that all relationships comply this theory of mutual needs and offerings. Such relationships get faded soon or get converted to some other relationship when the two discover each other’s needs and offerings.

So far I have 155 articles already published at Triond from the date I started on writing with the site on August 17, 2010. Out of this number, there are 23 articles that are considered by critiques as rubbish - written in simple English with some grammar errors and spellings though these articles have generated too much traffics, views and earnings. I even considered them as my star pages!

I am not on the right side to argue with other writers who always love to criticize of other works. As a matter of facts – their negative feed-backs if considered by authors will help improve their writing capabilities. Of course, it is normal for anyone who received such feed-backs to react without realizing that in one way or those negative feed-backs would turn a stone into gold.

But on the other hand, those feed-backs can turn down authors to stop from writing and eventually will leave the site and will look forward to other paying sites. I might say that this is true especially if a writer is not yet an experienced to face those unfavorable greetings!

However, I cannot accept that it could be my valid reason to leave the site. I can turn those unfavorable feed-backs into useful tips for self-improvements because in my thought whoever writes at Triond has the same purpose as mine: to expand their world connections, world status, to inform people about new things and ideas and of course, to earn - whether you like it or not. What is love without money? You are writing not only for love but for money too!

Now here are the 23 articles that I considered as my star pages at Triond. I said they are my star pages because they generated so much traffics, views and earnings compared to my other 132 articles.
