The dirt of culture or civilization brings hatred, disparity and finally violence by the act of instinct of emotion. Generally, a prosperous country never suffers by the sin of rowdy culture. It is a disgrace for a civilized society. The emotions of youngsters of civilized society should be subsided not by the act of force but by rising the sentiments of ethics of human value.
