1.) play games. i am not endorsing games but we all know that it acts as a buffer and can get conversations going. we in particular like to watch the newlywed game. think you knew everything about your spouse? think again. after watching that show and trying to guess the right answeris harder than you think. that is a game for us but any game will work board games or tv games. go ahead and try it.

2.) renew your wedding vows.  your old wedding vows, along with your dress, are outdated and need renewing just like your drivers license, and this is more important. make commitments to each other that are long and short term. agree when to rehash them at a later date and see if you’ve kept them. 

3.) make goals as a couple. we make work goals, financial goals, why not marriage goals. they can be anything. something small like you will have date night once a month, go on a cruise-ha ha see first paragraph, or make bigger goals such as make the other feel more wanted or needed and be as specific as you can as to how that can be obtained. most of all, committ. they are goals not a wish list.

4.) share in his and her activity.  i know this is usually guy time, but share each others passions every once in awhile, not all of the time, but once in a while. go golfing with him and do not expect or be resentful if he doesn’t offer for you or turns you down when you want to go shopping.  go just  because. you’ll see him in action in something he is passionate outside of your marriage and work.

5.) committ to do his or her chore for one week. don’t evern let them know, just do it. and no parades after you do it. just a kiss on the head and a simple your welcome is sufficient. if you decide to do this as a couple, then again do it just because you know they do this all of the time and they get tired too.(ladies you can rub his ego pretend he does just as much as you)

Watch the sun together

Every moment counts and watching the sun together makes them feel in love again.

Spending the time together while smelling the flowers and observe its beauty can make an old man express what he really feels on his wife. It gives him a tongue of sweetness.

Dance together

Dancing together feels like the first time they dance with each other. It makes them feel young again.

Appreciate each Other’s Beauty

They are both old but still appreciate each other’s beauty especially the old man who loves to comment. It makes them feel young and beautiful.

Spend occasion together

They are happy together spending each simple occasion with the happiness in their heart.

Love is in the air even if you are old. It still feels like old times and makes you feel blessed because you had the most beautiful gift life and God can offer. No matter what age bracket you are in it does not matter as long as you know how to love. Old couples are perfect model for love.
