Tip No.1 No matter how busy you are, don’t forget prepare some breakfast for your child.

If you want your child has enough energy to study and do the activities at school, please never let him skip the breakfast part. Researches reveals that the children eating breakfast have better performance in their study or other activities than the ones who don’t take any breakfast.

It’s recommended to drink at least a big glass of milk, eat two pieces of bread and 1 egg each morning as a complete breakfast. Even if you are too busy to prepare some breakfast for your child, you should put a bottle of milk and some bread or cookies in his bag and let your child enjoy the breakfast in the car or bus.

Remember, never skip the breakfast, if you want your child to be an intelligent one.

Tip. No.2 Let your child eat more fish !

Fish can be a good source of DHA and EPA, omega-3 fatty acid, which can benefit the brain development of your loved child.

Tip. No.3 Give your child more freedom to show his creativity !

When you bring some toys back home for your child, don’t hurry to show him how to play this toy, but leave your child some time to discovery a new way by himself. This is a great way to encourage your child to show his own creativity. He may not play the toys as the others, but he may has his own way to enjoy the moments even better.

Nutrition.

The following article covers a topic that has recently moved to center stage–at least it seems that way. If you’ve been thinking you need to know more about it, here’s your opportunity.
Researchers in Denmark in the 1970’s found that the Inuit people in Greenland, showed a much lower rate of cardiovascular problems than the people of Denmark. The answers that were found in this research showed that even though the Intuit people had a high consumption of fats, they were actually fats from fish, Seals, Whales and other sea foods, in fact they were Omega 3 fatty acids.

After that discovery, many studies were set up all over the world and they have shown that the original research was correct, in that Omega 3 oils did help to prevent Heart Disease, Cancer and Diabetes, together with the fact that they did help tremendously in improving overall health.

The following is a few of the diseases that can be helped or prevented with Omega 3 oils.
Heart Disease and Strokes, Auto immune Diseases, Breast, Colon and Prostate cancer,High Blood Pressure and Arthritis, (especially Rheumatoid).

Research in the past has also shown that a high intake of fish can help in the prevention of age related memory loss, consequently lowering the risk of developing Alzheimer’s Disease, in fact it has shown that a large number of people have enjoyed an improvement in the quality of their lives, through taking Omega 3 Oils.

Those of you not familiar with the latest on Omega 3 Oils now have at least a basic understanding. But there’s more to come.

It has been found that children who eat the oily types of fish on a regular basis, have a lower risk of developing Asthma, whilst children that do not have an intake of Omega 3 oils, are more likely to have behavioural problems and learning disorders. This could be a lead to problems like dyslexia, depression, eczema, violence, allergies, and arthritis.

The old story that “Fish is Brain food” is very true as the human brain is mainly made up of fat and that fat is the type that requires omega 3 as nutrition, it is especially needed for pregnant mothers and for the development of the baby and its brain. Fish oil has been shown to lower Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels, which of course is beneficial to all.

Omega 3 oils can do a lot for your skin, it will improve the texture and help prevent age wrinkling and that is by consuming the oil, you don’t have to rub it in to your skin, it really works from within your body. Omega 3 oils are very close to being a miracle as far as the human body is concerned, they are natural, and like Glyconutrients, the sugars that heal, they are essential for good health.

Everyone needs Omega 3 oils, normal adults need them to maintain health and prevent disease, older people need it even more to help their immune system fight off disease, and the important part that the oils play in helping to prevent the age related problems and diseases that develop as you get older, it might even improve longevity, but if it doesn’t, it will definitely improve the quality.

Is there really any information about Omega 3 Oils that is nonessential? We all see things from different angles, so something relatively insignificant to one may be crucial to another.

Flaxseed is considered an excellent source of omega 3. There has long been a debate on this oil which is better than fish oil.
Fish is a healthy source of high quality protein, vitamins and minerals and is low in saturated fat.

Even the more fatty fishes such as mackerel, herring and trout are good for you due to the high levels of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids have the ability to raise HDL, the “good” cholesterol that helps prevent heart disease and decreases levels of LDL, the “bad” cholesterol and triglycerides. Those who eat fish three times a week show a significant decrease in heart disease rates. This may explain why heart disease is rare among the Eskimos of Greenland, Japanese fisherman, American Indians of the Pacific Northwest and the inhabitants of other regions in which fish is a main source of protein.

It is wise to consume some species of fish with caution due to high levels of mercury. Small aquatic animals can absorb mercury from the environment and through the food chain, become concentrated in larger, long-lived fish such as bass and walleye. The Great Lakes are abundant in these types of fish. It is not possible to destroy this contamination with proper cooking methods as with other food-borne contaminants. Therefore, it is important to know the source of the fish and seafood that you eat. In addition, always check the state-issued warnings on mercury levels in certain bodies of water.

General guidelines for eating fish:

When choosing saltwater fish, try to have two servings of fish such as tuna and salmon each week.

Pregnant women, nursing mothers and children should avoid shark, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish. These contain the highest levels of methyl mercury. Shellfish, canned fish, smaller ocean fish or farm-raised fish are better options.

Avoid raw or undercooked seafood unless you are certain the items are fresh and from a reliable source.

Guidelines from the Department of Natural Resources for eating fish:

Women beyond childbearing years and men may eat unlimited panfish such as bluegill, sunfish, crappie and perch and one meal a week of walleye, northern pike, catfish, sturgeon and bass.

Women of childbearing years, nursing mothers and children under 15 should eat no more than one meal a week of panfish and one meal a month of walleye, northern pike and other lake fish listed above.

Choose farm-raised fish whenever possible to avoid contamination.

Guidelines for storing and cooking fish and seafood:

Fish and shellfish should be stored between 32 and 38 degrees for fresh and zero to 10 degrees for frozen.

When storing fish, always wrap the fish or kept it in airtight, moisture-proof packages.

Fresh fish should be used within one to two days; frozen fish should be used within one to six months.

If fish smells like fish, it is not at its best. Fish should have no smell and, when cooked, should produce no odor in the kitchen.

Fish should not be over cooked (the ideal is flaky, just shy of translucent), but it should not be undercooked either (bloody at the bone or actually translucent).

We all like to have tasty and delicious food. What more if we know it can boost our sex drive. Here are some list of tasty delicious food that can boost sex drive.

Everybody love tasty and delicious food. What if I say that some of this delicious food can boost your sex drive? Of course you will be interested to know which food it is. Who don’t want to eat a tasty delicious food and it can boost their sex drive. I know I want.

So what are these tasty delicious foods which help boost our sex drive. Here are some of the lists.

Steak

I love steak and I believe many of us do as well. But very few of us know that steak can boost our sex drive. Steaks are known of having the ability to boost the testosterone hormone. Steak also contains protein, magnesium, zinc and iron.

Oyster

Everybody know how tasty is oyster and its sexual benefits. Oysters are rich in zinc. Zinc is very important for testosterone and sperm production. Oysters also have the ability to boost dopamine. Dopamine have the ability to boost both man and women sex libido.

Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolates are famous for its goodness to our heart. Not many know that it is also good to boost our sex drive. Dark chocolate contains serotonin and phenylethylamine. Serotonin has the ability to boost mood while phenylethylamine can stimulate the brain chemistry that make us feel in love.

Fish

Salmon, mackerel, catfish and those tasty oily fish contains a lot of Omega-3. Omega-3 is a fatty acid that can enhance the blood circulation and nervous systems. Good blood circulation makes our sex organ more sensitive. It is also good for our heart.

Broccoli (For Men Only)

Some people might argue with me why I put broccoli as a tasty food. For me broccolis are one of the tastiest green vegetables around. All I need is just boils them and it is good to eat. Broccolis are high in Indole-3 cabinol, a compound that will reduce estrogen level. Indirectly men testosterone level will be higher than estrogen and it mean it is great libido for men. Good for men but it will give reverse effect to women as it will reduce women estrogen level.

Soy (For Women Only)

Soy is known to have the ability to increase the estrogen level of women with it large contain of phytoestrogen. Plus it will also help vagina produce more lubrication during sexual activity.

Spinach. kale.and dark lettuce it has the essential folic acids which stops and protects the degeneration of memory loss and .only 1 cup of leafy vegetables a day is quite sufficient to keep the brain working smoothly.u can boil it steam it or cook it doesnt matter the folic acid would boost the memory.its use in our regular diet of this wonder veg is very essential.specially for vegetarians.
Exercise your mind. Try doing a crossword each day, learning a foreign language or just reading a book you wouldn’t normally. This will help to stimulate the memory region of your brain, keeping the new cells created daily alive.

Can’t remember that persons name? Think about them; what they do, where you say them last, conversations you had. This should trigger the name to come back to you. If not try running through the alphabet to help recognise the sound of their name.

Do you often misplace items? If so try focusing on your actions more. When you put an item down spend a second looking at it and telling yourself “I’m putting my_down on the_”. Do this and you’ll never again tear the house apart looking for your keys.

Make lists and notes of the things you need to remember. This won’t make your memory worse, in fact it will help you focus on and fix things in your mind. Most people find that if they write a list but leave it at home they can recall things better than if they hadn’t written it at all.

A few great tips on how to improve your mind and fight off Alzheimer's.

Tired of being the slow one in a conversation, or having a hard time learning something new? There are some very basic things you can do to improve your mental clarity and fortitude. Will it cost a lot? No, nothing more than just a little effort and time. Don’t worry though, we’re not talking about endless tests or repetitive tasks you must complete, you will find these are in fact very simple ways.

Coffee coffee coffee

Coffee does not actually increase your intelligence, however it does stave off the potential risk of Alzheimer’s by up to 60% new research shows. However a more healthy alternative to the beloved coffee would of course be the ever sweet and even more so antioxidant filled tea.

Sleep

While those all nighters or gaming or work may make you feel as though you accomplished more, you are actually doing more harm than good. A lack of sleep causes proteins to build up on your brain’s synapses, making it harder to process new information. Prolonged insomnia has actually been linked to a mental decline with older age.

Sudoku, scrabble, crosswords, heck even jenga!

While there is lacking evidence to ever support the claim that brain teasers actually improve intellect, it is well proven that mental challenges help you maintain mental sharpness. However this doesn’t mean take on the same challenge over and over again, the mind thrives off of new challenges actually. So throw away that jugsaw puzzle you have done over 50 times and get a new one.

Peace and Harmony, aka CHILL THE FREAK OUT!

Stressed? Know what your hippocampus is? No?! Probably because you are so stressed out that you have flooded it with harmful chemicals that the body releases when stressed that decrease memory capabilities. That’s right, want your problems to go away, stop thinking about them. This will allow your mind the opprotunity to develop a more well thought out solution to a problem and remember what you learned in the process.

Watch your diet

While not only possibly losing weight from this, if you get the appropriate amount of calories, roughly 3000 a day depending on body type, it will help your mind grow. Too few calories per day, as experienced with a frightening number of diets, leads to confusion, a lacking ability to remember things and an inability to focus. Just watch that you don’t overindulge, and don’t starve yourself as well. Find a healthy medium and you will thrive in far more ways than I honestly care to cover. A high in fiber, low glycemic diet with a reasonable amount of fat and protein, allows for a steady processing and flow of energy, greatly improving the minds abilities.

Flax Seeds

While fish is a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids, many fish have a mentally damaging amount of mercury. However flax seeds are a healthy, reliable, cost effective source. Where can you get these? Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods and many other grocery stores have flax seed chips. These are much like regular potato chips but far healthier, replacing regular cheeps with these slightly sweet alternatives may be one of the best decisions in snacks you can easily make. But what do Omega 3s do? They enable your brain, plain and simply put. Omega 3s also stave off depression in some cases.

GET OUT! Go get some exercise

Scientists are almost unanimously agreeing that exercise is one of the most proven way to exercise your mind. For peek mental efficiency, try and get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. Treadmill, jog, basketball, swimming, anything. While your heart is pumping and your lungs are gasping away while the sweet drips down your brow, your mind is getting stronger as well.
