Getting the sack is far from being the end of the world.

Even if you don’t like your job very much, the last thing you want is to be sacked from it. Having the control over your destiny snatched away, finding yourself suddenly without an income, with no structure to the day and no friends in familiar surroundings, having to explain to future employers and the rest of the world why you weren’t wanted. It hurts and it’s messy.

The degree of hurt depends very much on your own resources and what you’ve got tied up in the job; someone whose sense of status is dependent on their position is going to take being sacked much harder than someone who derives their sense of worth from other, entirely separate things. And the person with a life-style (and debts) to go with the position is going to be more adversely affected than someone more flexible. But, however able you are to cope with the eventual outcome the moment the axe actually falls, even if you have been expecting it – always comes as a shock.

Even when in your heart of hearts you know it’s coming, you kid yourself for a while and think you must be paranoid. Even though, as I found out later, everyone knew when it finally happened it came like a bolt out of the blue. It was awful. I thought I was going in for a meeting to discuss some routine business and a few moments later I realized that business was me. It’s horrific to have to go through that.

Cover of Pretty Little Liars #4: Unbelievable

Despite the shock I felt upset but somehow my instinct for self-preservation took over. I did felt damaged inside, but I used that time to work out what I wanted and managed to pull myself together. I went icy calm. I asked for an explanation, put my own case forward and maintained dignity throughout, which was good, it helped me think clearly. I said I should be paid off because I’d done valuable work. I knew work wasn’t the problem. This was politics. My new boss wanted his person in my place. I showed spirit and a sense of fairness, but I wanted compensation for what I’d been through.

I got the money right then – a very substantial amount. My superior just wrote a cheque. That sweetened things; it makes you realize you’re worth something. Really, it all went fairly decently and everyone involved was very pleasant about it. Employers want to be eased out of a situation like that because nobody likes it.

Surviving the actual sacking and getting what you think is fair is one crisis over, but next comes the longer process of recovery.

The next six weeks were awful. You feel angry, shocked, depressed and miserable and you doubt yourself; it’s very upsetting being rejected. And I missed the place; you’ve lost something and you have to mourn. It takes time and you need to be easy on yourself and go at your own pace. At first I couldn’t look people in the eye. I was ashamed. But when I started telling others about what had happened. I found that lots of people had been in a similar position. That helped me cope. In my field of work these things usually happen because your face doesn’t fit, not because of incompetence.

After that I felt a sense of relief. It was summer and I was free. I had time to think out what I wanted to do next. And I told myself I was good. I had existed before and during the sacking and I was going to go on afterwards. So I thought of other ways of operating.

So, I did find another job of my interest and it was good for me. I got my confidence back. I hadn’t fallen off the edge of the world after all and I could keep plugging away. Also, I realized, I felt happier working in a big organization, so, after about a year, a well-paid job in a large firm was molding me positively.

In this article, I discuss the ideas a life dream and government.

Everybody has with in them the internal desire to live a life of love, peace, and joy. In addition, all people want what is good and decent. The idea of enjoying a life a person is completely in love with is absent in our society.

We have been told that we must have stuff. The stuff does not matter. We just have to have stuff, like every new version an IPAD for example.

However, people just yearn for a love, intimacy, romance, pleasure, and enjoyment. These are hard goals to achieve when we are isolating ourselves.

Yet, these ideas are our life’s quest whether we agree with them or not. That unsettling feeling that our life is not what we want is that our life is not one with the elements mentioned above.

The challenge is to live a life of pleasure and satisfaction in a world where we have to devote a lot of time just to earn enough to survive. Moreover, we cannot know what we were never taught.

Purity, righteousness, being good, being decent, politeness, and other great virtues are the thing of the past. Toady, we are suppose to be as vulgar as possible and as hateful as possible.

The yearning however, will not go away. Here we are frustrated that we are not at peace with the life we have built.

People ask why there needs to be small government, personal responsibility, and self reliance. The answer is that people cannot achieve their personal desires when they are spending most of there time working to get by in life. People need time to think and relax. People need the opportunities a free market enterprise system provides.

With in us there is a moral compass that identifies what is wrong and what is right. Most of us know that people who can work should work.

Then there is the brainwashing of people. If it is in all people to build a life they will enjoy and part of personal enjoyment in life is knowing that our neighbors follow basic moral principles, how can there be peace when government encourages dependency.

To achieve our heart’s content we have to be free to think and free to act. The resources we accumulate help us reach a life of personal comfort.

Knowing that our neighbors are not a threat to us also contribute to our personal enjoyment. It is hard to enjoy life when we are afraid to go out of the house. It is hard to accumulate resources, when they are constantly being taken from us.

This is why government needs to get out of the business of social engineering. If the people struggling with life get all the money of successful people and cooperate with education and work training programs they will become successful. Then people like Obama can take these new successful people’s resources to help the people who were made poor by Obama’s redistribution of wealth policies.

I do not believe it is wrong to ask how a person got to be in life were they are in life. Now, I know that the economic crisis of 2008 changed many lives. I am also aware that the current work and economic environments are stressful and challenging environments.

However, who controls our thoughts? Who helps us define the issues of life?

The answer is the politicians with the help of the media. Media is all information. This includes movies, TV programs, magazines, and all the rest.

Now, Obama defined the current economic crisis as the result of the greedy Wall Street types. This is partly true. In addition, the Wall Street types funded Mr. Barack Hussein Obama’s first presidential campaign and are funding his current campaign.

The mix was a complicated one. People were buying more than they could afford. People were betting that people would not pay off there credit. People were real estate speculators, creating a bubble. Democrats were spending and creating loans for people with no proof of income.

Free people investing is a good thing, regardless of their wild ideas. Regular people are suppose to be smart enough to manage their investments and not participate in wild ideas that can harm others.

Government cannot and should not force people to manage all elements of their lives. If people had paid attention, they would of seen the problem and moderated their investments.

However, people do not take personal responsibility for their lives and when economic crisis happen some politicians blame business types in order to garner support. Who had a gun put to their head and forced to be a real estate speculator. Why didn’t people who had a lot of money to loose not pay attention to the real estate market and making better decisions.

Well politicians have convinced people if they mess up, government will bail them out. Some politicians also fight the ideas of personal responsibility and self reliance. People do not manage their lives better because through life they learn that avoidance is a better practice. Therefore, people’s own immaturity and political brainwashing keeps people from having the life they want.

I started the conversation by trying to give the reader an idea of what they are missing. Life’s loving embrace is what is absent.

Some where down the line many people lost sight of what is really good in life. Okay, the liberals have been questioning and chiseling down piety, prosperity, righteousness, and other virtues with their media works. If you pay attention, you will notice that most movies and TV programs are about characters who take pleasure in being against good virtues.

Failing to use your own mental ability to evaluate, assess, and plan according to the real resources in your environment is being against good virtues. No amount of hate for business types is going to improve your life.

When government controls wealth it controls thought and activity. The Power-ball lottery is at 200 million dollars. If Obama could have his way, winning this lottery would not give you more resources to improve your life because Obama and his kind want to control all wealth.

Industries will disappear under government control of wealth. Part of having a life that meets our desires, needs, and wants is working at career that we enjoy. Which nurse wants to earn $7.25 an hour. Which teacher wants the same?

Now, let me see if I can line up my ducks. Through our growing up years we are playing, doing shores, and dreaming. When we get close to adult hood we form a life dream. This dream brings us love, intimacy, and romance.

We need employment and business opportunities. Limited government does not take people’s financial resources, lets people think for themselves, and allows for free market system that will provide opportunities people need to live their life’s dream.

The new year is here, and it is but normal that new hope would also follow. This article has a message for us to ponder.

The year 2011 has just ended, and it will never come back again. In that particular year, there are happy moments to remember and sad moments to forget. Any year is like a coin, it has two sides; the front of it symbolizes the good things, while its back represents the unpleasant ones. In a recent year that past, it is a fact that disasters happened in different parts of the world. The tsunami in Japan, the floods in Thailand, and those that occurred in Cambodia and the Philippines; these events will not be forgotten, for when the calamities left, they brought with them thousands of lives and dreams that are intended for the future. Affected individuals would have the natural inclination to feel sad due to the unpleasant stimulation. However, no matter how sad people are, hope is always there waiting to be embraced.

The new year is full of new beginnings; it is not wise for a person to let the past control his or her future. Remember Japan in the second world war, when that atomic bomb was dropped, all of the potential things in that specific place were erased; lives and dreams turned into ashes. Yet, after the passing of a few years, Japan rose to its feet again. It is unbelievable, but true. The country of Japan is now recognized as an economic icon. Each of our lives is like a country, we might have experience disasters in every aspect; financial, emotional and most of all spiritual. However, it is not a valid reason for us to give up. There are new beginnings in this year 2012.

The future is full of hope; in another way of saying it, it has a bulk of opportunities. Although the latter is real and are available, it cannot be obtained without any effort. Meaning, a person must look and search for it. Opportunity seekers must understand that not all posted opportunities are for them, one illustration that can help clear the confusion away is that of a situation between a lonely man and a single woman. Although there are millions of women around, it is not possible for a man to pick any woman he likes, there are efforts to be made. The same thing also in the case of a woman; that is, in intensifying the interest of a man she likes, she must make efforts to grip his heart. There are thousands of opportunities this new year, but it needs effort in order to realize an achievement; just be persistent in your search; with a good effort things will turn out fine.

Within the edifice of freedom, there exist pillars of privileges to which all human beings are entitled, one of which is the pillar of free enterprise, meaning that the management of every business is independent of any kind of stringency that impedes its progress within the limitations of laws that are enacted to allow it to run its course. The free enterprise system of government conforms to capitalism, as the groundwork for true democracy in which every man, regardless of his social status can uplift himself to the level of prosperity and independence. It is the system under which business is operated in the United States and in most true democracies.

The system of free enterprise was first initiated by a Scottish thinker, by the name of Adam Smith, whose famous book, titled “The Wealth of Nations,” had elicited rave reviews by economists world-wide and whose idea served as a mechanism to sustain the adoption of capitalism within democracies that encouraged opportunities in trade and commerce that, not only benefited the government, but also the owner of the business in the way of success and prosperity. On the other hand, governments helped support industries, while levying taxes that could help sustain the economy.

Adam Smith’s idea worked very well in most of the European and American countries. With the lapse of time and with the growth of populations, as well as a steady increase in the establishment of industries, some form of government control was needed, paving the way toward more laws, such as the Anti-trust Acts in the United States, in order to counteract the establishment of monopolies, particularly during the great depressions, in the wake of World War I. Other enactments of laws were introduced, such as the Labor and Social Security laws; however, businesses remained free in every respect.

While the free enterprise system continued without any interruption in many countries, other governments in many parts of the world, began controlling businesses, such as the fascist and communist countries where dictatorships began compelling businesses to hire workers of their choosing, what they must produce, including quality and price. Such dictatorships, contrary to the system of free enterprise, created a host of problems. When a government imposes laws that inhibit freedom of trade and commerce, it suffocates its economy and renders it debilitated until it must collapse under pressure.

However, the inevitability of social distinctions must be considered in any kind of society, with opportunities to attain independence, based on the free enterprise system.

In this modern life, one needs to focus on what one wants to do, rather than what others need him to do.

Ever wondered how your life would have turned around if you just had selected the other option. For example if you had gotten into another school or took another job or maybe skipped few things. I am damn sure everyone wants to change everything by adding some more to it to make it better or maybe best. But what if i tell that whatever you did till now, was meant to be done, even if these decisions have worsened our life. It is just like the universe is doing all the stuff, we are just puppets of time, we are given certain commands to do this job or activity and we have to follow them. Like I was supposed to write this article and you were meant to read it.

But today my friends this will tell you how to do things in your own way, there will be no pressure on you, no burden nothing whatsoever, you must be thinking what the heck am I saying? We already do things in our own way, yeah most of you think this way only.

Alright I take my example only when I was a kid my parents used to tell me to eat, to go to school, to do homework and sleep early. Today I do the same thing but with some changes like my friends tell me to hang out, don’t worry about assignments and other stuff also. See these all things are interrelated with each other. The biggest drawback of ours is that we always make decisions because others want us to make them, we take them as our topmost priority, in simple language imagine if a student who has opt for engineering, he thinks that when he will graduate, he could get job easily, companies would offer him, so let’s take this stream but he forgets that, the decision he is taking now was dependent on others if he don’t become successful he will regret in future.

But on the other hand if that person had taken that decision by himself/herself only like he had given much thought, planning, time and most important patience while doing something, that person is now sure to find greater opportunities and most importantly achieve goals and milestones.

And always remember that everything in life whether it is good or bad it was suppose to happen, no one can escape from it, but one has the power to stand in front of it and most importantly change it because otherwise this life of ours will be fruitless, boring and with no goals to aim at. For instance what would it be like if your favorite TV show or magazine kept on repeating the same stuff, how would that be like? So it is the rule of nature to change and every person has to follow that rule.

I hear a lot of people asking the question, "What can you do with a Bachelor of Arts Degree besides go on to further education for teaching?" The answer of course is plenty of different things! Read on to find out.

I am currently taking a Bachelor of Arts Degree and often people assume that I am going to go on to take education and become a teacher. However, I am only going into my second year of the BA, therefore I am unsure of which career path I will pursue. I do not yet know if I have the passion to become a teacher. I have thought about it, but lately I have been doing research to find out what else you can do with a bachelor of arts and have discovered that the possibilities are endless!

Of course, the career path you will follow depends on what you choose you major and minor in when taking your BA, but if you are taking a General Bachelor of Arts Degree you will be provided with a variety of different skill sets and may go on to a number of different careers as well. You don’t have to follow one path for the rest of your life. A BA provides you with an excellent foundation to become anything from a journalist, to a travel agent, an entrepreneur, or to become a teacher or professor.

For example, a Bachelor of Arts with a french major allows you to have the option of working in a variety of different fields, with or without further education, such as:

Banking and Finance

Journalism

Speech Therapy

Travel/Hospitality

Editing/Publishing

Public Relations

Law

Communications

Private Tutor

Translation/ Interpretation

International Business

Sales and Marketing

Art and Fashion

High School Teacher

Professor

Travel Agent

Flight Attendant

Hotel Manager

* There are tons of jobs that require a second language, especially jobs working for the government. A Bachelor of Arts on its own can allow you to have a good paying job and perhaps going on to take further education after the arts degree with allow you to advance in the workforce. A Bachelor of Arts is very useful on its own, especially if you major in a subject that you love and a subject which is strongly valued in society.

Happy Studies, hope this helps someone!

• opportunities rarely come to life, especially when you least expect them. Some people out there, but others will grab and make the best of it.

Reason not to make any serious possibility could be anything, your attitude is careless or selfish way of looking at things.

Many times it happens that we have opportunities, but is unable to operate because of our ego, bad behavior, character or attitude.

Life is very precious and short. Therefore, we must never destroy the prospects for feeding our ego.

We must explore the best of us and try to use to improve our lives.

Patience Is The Key To Success :

The biggest problem of modern youth must face, is that it expects to obtain very high yields of minimal effort. Impatience, haste and greed are among the main reasons why young people do not realize their objectives in those days. Here is a story that shows how the impatience and haste can lead to disastrous results: There were two brothers who were priests in the village. They spent so much time in the temple. The eldest brother lacked patience and tends to spend more time inside the temple to make more donations from the devotees. But the younger brother was not interested in making money with forgery because he believed God had seen it all. One day it started raining heavily and the river flowing near the temple has breached its banks. The two brothers reached the temple quickly to save the idol and expensive jewelry, before the temple was flooded.

Thus, the brothers climbed on top of the temple and began to pray. As the water level began to increase, the older brother began more and more nervous, but the younger brother asked the older brother to have faith and do not panic. As the water level continued to rise steadily, the elder brother became increasingly impatient.

As the water level got to his feet, the older brother told the younger brother impatiently, “There is no God to save us. I’m going to swim and save me. You can sit here and wait on God.” Jumped the brother ,higher in the water and tried to escape. However, the water current was very strong and drowned. The younger brother the other hand, continued their prayers and soon a boat arrived and rescued him. The older brother was killed because of his impatience and haste.

Why are so many people unemployed?

The economy seems to be in a downward spiral right now and there aren’t many companies that can offer a solution to the age-old concern about job security. No matter who you are or what position you hold, there is always some risk that the company you work for will downsize. One day, you may have a good job, and the next not. That’s just the risk people take by being part of the corporate world. The truth is that companies are finding it difficult to stay afloat with rising costs and the first cut-backs are unfortunately to cut people from the payroll.

In my opinion, job security really only exists in a two occupations where they can never be replaced by advancing technology and such. One for sure is the health field and the other is military. When it comes to medical staff, advancing technology will help doctors and hospitals do their job better but it can’t ever replace them. Military personnel have a unique setting because those jobs can never be cut especially when you’ve signed a contract to serve your country for a set amount of time. Don’t get me wrong, there is still one major downside to both of these careers. In order to be part of the health field, you must spend years in school to become educated which costs a pretty penny. Most likely, you will spend half of your career just trying to pay back your loans. If you join the military, unless you get hurt or go crazy, you can’t change your mind because you have made a commitment by signing a contract. This is just the hard truth about these two occupations.

I myself served in the US Army for 3 years, one of which was spent overseas in Iraq, and one thing I can tell you for sure is that I definitely felt taken care of no matter where I was. I guess that was in exchange for the risk of losing my life to war though.

Worrying about how you will pay the bills each month can be very stressful. Making a commitment to stick to a budget, purchase cheap, and save for your children’s college education are all things that 99% percent of families worry about every day of the week. The truth is though that there are other ways to find security in the money you make by looking for ways to make residual income over time. Perhaps partnering with a company who has a proven 26-year track record of helping families stay afloat and happy. Regardless of who you are or what you do full-time, you can make a supplemental residual income working right from your home and honestly not have to do much.

Please feel free to visit me on my websites or give me a call to learn more about this opportunity. It is my sole mission to become your partner in success and enhance your life as well as help you achieve all of your goals. Families hold an especially soft place in my heart because I’m in the same position. My family needs me and I work so hard to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads each month. I had finally gotten to a point, however, where I knew it was time to stop struggling and start enjoying life, and I’m glad I stepped out of the box and starting helping others!

Sincerely,
