Importance to behave and think positive

In their daily lives, will surely find a problem in many aspects of life, as an example of the problems within the family, friends, colleagues and in the foster family.

On a train journey a very long way to require travel time during the trip 20jam. Of this journey we will be very tiring. Sidelines of a long and tiring journey, it appears two children aged 3 years and 5 years was accompanied by his father. The two children are playing and running up screaming pleasure. Of course this is very disturbing us and other passengers who were exhausted and wanted to rest. His father let the children to play and run chase. His father also did not reprimand the child to stop playing because they interfere with other passengers to rest. And there appeared irritated and angry attitude of the other passengers saw her father to let their children play to scream. But beyond the fun these two kids, there’s actually a sad story that happened to this family. His father was explaining to other people, that his father can not bear to stop joy of her two children, the chance of another very disturbing other passengers. Both children have been bereaved and was devastated by the death of their beloved mother two days ago. Today’s new second happiness her father saw her face so it does not have the heart to stop. At that moment, a very drastic change of each passenger who initially felt angry and annoyed, turned into pity and compassion. In fact there are that come into play to accompany the child.

Why so drastic a change in attitude of passengers? This is what I say most of us is always overwhelmed by negative thoughts and attitudes in the face of the obstacles and challenges. The attitude of both children who disrupt other passengers, I deifying obstacles or challenges we face. Most of us would act and think negatively towards the child’s behavior is in the form of anger and annoyance. But after receiving an explanation from his father, then a positive attitude we’ve come.

We’re not going to get ahead and succeed if any obstacles and challenges are always met with a negative attitude and thinking. Transformed from now on to always act and think positive to everything that is happening. Train your mind to keep thinking positive. If our negative thoughts arise, and soon realize first of all say to ourselves to think positively, then point our minds to a more positive direction. Always to behave and think positive even for small things. With attitude and positive thinking, then it implies we have reduced the stress and burden our minds with the importance of sendiri.Saya hope to be and think positive will change the pattern of life and our way of thinking is more advanced and positive

Positive thinking is a mental attitude that admits into the mind thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success. It is a mental attitude that expects good and favorable results.

A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful result.

Whatever the mind expects, it finds.

Not everyone accepts or believes in positive thinking. Some consider the subject as just nonsense, and others scoff at people who believe and accept it. Among the people who accept it, not many know how to use it effectively to get results. Yet, it seems that many are becoming attracted to this subject, as evidenced by the many books, lectures and courses about it. This is a subject that is gaining popularity.

It is quite common to hear people say: “Think positive!”, to someone who feels down and worried. Most people do not take these words seriously, as they do not know what they really mean, or do not consider them as useful and effective. How many people do you know, who stop to think what the power of positive thinking means?

The following story illustrates how this power works:

Allan applied for a new job, but as his self-esteem was low, and he considered himself as a failure and unworthy of success, he was sure that he was not going to get the job. He had a negative attitude towards himself, and believed that the other applicants were better and more qualified than him. Allan manifested this attitude, due to his negative past experiences with job interviews.

His mind was filled with negative thoughts and fears concerning the job for the whole week before the job interview. He was sure he would be rejected. On the day of the interview he got up late, and to his horror he discovered that the shirt he had planned to wear was dirty, and the other one needed ironing. As it was already too late, he went out wearing a shirt full of wrinkles.

During the interview he was tense, displayed a negative attitude, worried about his shirt, and felt hungry because he did not have enough time to eat breakfast. All this distracted his mind and made it difficult for him to focus on the interview. His overall behavior made a bad impression, and consequently he materialized his fear and did not get the job.

Jim applied for the same job too, but approached the matter in a different way. He was sure that he was going to get the job. During the week preceding the interview he often visualized himself making a good impression and getting the job.

In the evening before the interview he prepared the clothes he was going to wear, and went to sleep a little earlier. On day of the interview he woke up earlier than usual, and had ample time to eat breakfast, and then to arrive to the interview before the scheduled time.

He got the job because he made a good impression. He had also of course, the proper qualifications for the job, but so had Allan.

What do we learn from these two stories? Is there any magic used? No, it is all natural. When the attitude is positive, we enjoy pleasant feelings and visualize what we really want to happen. This brings brightness to the eyes, more energy and happiness. The whole being broadcasts good will, happiness and success. Even the health is affected in a beneficial way. We walk tall, our voice is more powerful, and our body language shows the way we feel.

Positive and negative thinking are contagious.

All of us affect the people we meet, in one way or another. This happens instinctively and on a subconscious level, through our thoughts and feelings, and through body language. People sense our aura, and are affected by our thoughts, and vice versa. Is it any wonder that we want to be around positive people, and prefer to avoid negative ones? People are more disposed to help us, if we are positive, and they dislike and avoid anyone broadcasting negativity.

Negative thoughts, words and attitude bring up negative and unhappy moods and actions. When the mind is negative, poisons are released into the blood, which cause more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.

Practical Instructions

In order to turn the mind toward the positive, some inner work is required, since attitude and thoughts do not change overnight.

Read about this subject, think about its benefits, and persuade yourself to try it. The power of thoughts is a mighty power that is always shaping our life. This shaping is usually done subconsciously, but it is possible to make the process a conscious one. Even if the idea seems strange, give it a try. You have nothing to lose, but only to gain.

Ignore what other people might say or think about you, if they discover that you are changing the way you think.

Use imagination to visualize only favorable and beneficial situations.

Use positive words in your inner dialogues, or when talking with others.

Smile a little more, as this helps to think positively.

Once a negative thought enters your mind, you have to be aware of it, and endeavor to replace it with a constructive one. The negative thought will try again to enter your mind, and then, you have to replace it again with a positive one. It is as if there are two pictures in front of you, and you have to choose to look at one of them, and disregard the other. Persistence will eventually teach your mind to think positively, and to ignore negative thoughts.

In case you feel inner resistance and difficulties when replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, do not give up, but keep looking only at the beneficial, good and happy thoughts in your mind.

It doesn’t matter what your circumstances are at the present moment. Think positively, expect only favorable results and situations, and circumstances will change accordingly. If you persevere, you will transform the way your mind thinks. It might take some time for the changes to take place, but eventually they will.

Another useful techniques is the repetition of affirmations. This technique is similar to creative visualization, and can be used together with it.

The other articles at this website, about the power of concentration, willpower, self-discipline and peace of mind, also contribute to the development of a positive mind, and are recommended for reading and practicing.

If you have been to some motivational seminars, heard some audio books or read some self improvement books, you would be familiar to positive thinking, or saying affirmations. You’ll feel happy after thinking or saying affirmations.

After chanting the positive affirmation inside seminars you feel that you could conquer anything on the globe. CISCO Certified Courses Absolutely nothing is impossible. It is possible to achieve something you like. Nothing is going to stop you. Your adrenalin is pumping in speed. The time has come for change and extraordinary results.7 days after the seminar, what happened?

Did you go to your old self? Do you life get back on normal?

You may continue chanting those positive affirmations daily, but nothing is changing. You do not possess a much better results, you continue to procrastinate like you employed to. Your health starts back to the old way. That seminar becomes another seminar.

I’m no anti-seminar gore. I started my offer running seminars. I encourage you to attend seminars to get educated on those success concepts. I myself got values from attending seminars. They do the job with a certain extend. All I’m saying perhaps there is something’s deeper than merely positive thoughts.

Why Positive Thinking Does not work properly All of the Time:

Most affirmations or Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) technology help you to produce positive thoughts so that you will happy, and place yourself into action mode. However, I’m this is inadequate in achieving your desired results.

This is NLP method stated any time you modify your state, you alter your energy. In case your being is disrupted when you are inside mist of your task. Along with to get on with the job quickly, this is a good way to temporary shift your state so that you can complete the task. CISCO Certification Books Nevertheless the disruption still remains there, it didn’t vanish entirely. It’s going to surface again to trigger you another time.

What you are carrying out to yourself is burying the emotions and disempowering thoughts with positive affirmation. You happen to be pretending they are not there. The reality is they’re there, bury underneath. As long as you didn’t clear them, they’re going to disrupt your health again and again.

When you might be angry, by chanting positive affirmation people are satisfied a thousand times will not help. That anger lingers inside you looking forward to another possibility to blow. Accomplishing this for some time of time forces you to an angry person. The healthier method is to release that anger, before planting positive thoughts.

Sometimes positive thoughts are like Panadol. It’ll maintain the pain away for some time, but it’ll never reach the reason behind the matter.

Where Will be the Root?

The root can be your context your. Some may refer to it as belief. These beliefs shaped your appearance on the world, thus determine your action around handling issues. Although chanting positive thoughts may give you support temporary, it won’t shift your context or belief. Your belief remains unchanged, therefore nothing has changed.

A friend employed to speak about increasing money and receiving a huge success. I’m glad that they have this great dream. Certifications CISCO Having that positive thought, and saying “I am a millionaire” out loud is definitely an awesome positive affirmation.

Then something was exposed.

One day we had been discussing the main topics happy vs. rich. She started saying that “the rich are certainly not happy”. If Jane is to select, she’ll choose happy instead of rich. Specialists her why don’t you consider choosing both. Her response was it’s alright to not be rich, as long as she’s happy. And she’s contented with what she’s got now.

What do you consider relating to this? Yup, she could do not be rich.

This is an instance of context vs. positive thinking. Your context will usually win. When it comes to crunch time, your context will drive your action.

Positive affirmation is wonderful for temporary fix. CISCO Certification Exam It’ll have you feel great for a time. For too long term cure, reach your context to shift your result forever.

Have you ever had this happen to you…? You’re basically at the office, in your house, or even on the social event and someone enter the area and simply appear to drain it of life. Some people are very negative that they ooze negativity. Some reading this article have at least one relative whom everyone absolutely hates to find out come around. CCNA Questions As well as tragic, unfortunately life has made some on planet earth very cynical. This can be brought on by the constant bombardment of negative images on TV, movies, television, and many other sources. This negativity isn’t unchangeable. It had time to access this time so that it will need time for you to be positive.

One thing that might seem silly in the beginning and can definitely guidance is to carry around a notebook. With this particular notebook what you’ll do is when a negative thought arises you restate it positively within your notebook. You would say this new statement loudly. A good example might be a person saying “I’m so stupid with my money.” A restatement might be…”I’m gonna do my very best to manage my finances.” Author Dr. Daniel Amen with the book Change your Brain Alter your Body, calls pessimism ANTS or automatic mental poison.

The brain is a very powerful weapon. CCNA Test It is neutral and does anything you think. Henry Ford is known for saying “Whether you believe that can be done something or whether you think you cannot. You’re right.” This is a very good comment from a United States visionary and business man.

One thing you may also do shall be grateful for all the items you have in your life. Gratitude is really a lost art in today’s hectic world. People ought to learn to become grateful due to there being a great deal being thankful for. Times can be hard in addition to being I’m scripting this America goes with the toughest economic times since the great depression. But my pals I’m here to tell you our life is wondrous. Even just in the worst of that time period, there are a number of items that I guarantee you can be thankful for. Do this right now… Grab a notebook or small note and write all the things you’re thankful for. CISCO Certified Network Associate Examples could possibly be, thankful for your friends, family, or food at home and also the roof too deep. I’m not attempting to seem to be a preacher; however in business and life you have ups and downs. Typical sense says that 90% of everyday life is how you are affected for your requirements. It has recently been declared that 10% of life’s how you deal with it.

I wish you well and hope you well.

Maybe it is time for an attitude adjustment and it all begins with you and me....Read more.

THINKING POSITIVE IN A NEGATIVE WORLD

If anything can go wrong it will, right? Oh man, why do I have to feel so beaten all the time, like such a complete failure, always feeling knocked down, never good enough, trampled on. Life is so unfair and I’m getting to the point where I am just so tired of it all I don’t even care anymore. All I ever wanted was to just be happy, have a good life, a family and friends, a good job, enjoy living and just be happy. Why does life always have to be such a struggle? Why can’t I find one positive thing in this negative world? Why can’t I just be happy, really happy and not just do a happy dance for appearance sake?

If you have ever had any of these thoughts, feel this way, you’re not alone. Depression is alive and well here on planet Earth and it affects every culture, race and people on the planet. Far too many of us are always seeing the negative side of a situation even before it happens, never seeing the positive side, any good that may come out of a trying situation or making any effort to turn a negative into a positive. Looking for and finding fault with everything and everyone seems to be a chronic world epidemic and it is no new thing.

It is a negative world we live in. We are force fed “negative” and are only on very rare occasion given a spoonful of honey to help us swallow all the negative; sweeten it up with just a smidgen of positive so we don’t all go over the edge. Pick up most any newspaper, listen to news broadcast, talk shows, the gossip mongers, music, yes, even music, listen to the negative messages, all that pain, sorrow, grief and anger; there aren’t a whole lot of upbeat songs out there; even a lot of our churches use the negative approach instead of spreading the “Good News” and don’t forget gossip…we dwell on it, if not consciously then subconsciously. And let’s not leave out advertising, those advertisements that leave us feeling less than what we really are so we will go right out and buy that product so we can become positively perfect and well and famous, gain financial security and have all our dreams come true and be accepted because that product or program or whatever is exactly what we need to have a happy lifestyle and if we can’t get it right now or we find out the hard way it was just a scam, we feel life is unfair and we are a failure. It niggles at our mind until we become just as negative as the world we are living in.

So how can we live a happy and positive life in such a negative world? I mean really, not everything and everybody is negative, or totally so. What is it they have that so many others don’t, that something that gives them that constant positive, upbeat, don’t worry, be happy attitude and it seems like they have always been that way. Some people just seem to have a naturally positive attitude and happy disposition even in these oft times trying and desperate days of our life. When there is so much negativity all around us, how do some folks manage to stay so happy?

To be happy, to keep a positive outlook on life depends almost entirely on how we focus, where our mindset is. When we focus on the positive things in life instead of on all of the negative, the negatives becomes easier to deal with and overwhelm us less. When bad things happen and they do and will, we will find them easier to manage when we use a little common sense, discernment regarding the situation we are facing and remember the sun is still shining behind those clouds that are darkening our day and our spirit.

We all have our day to day issues to deal with; relationships, our jobs, the economy, social issues like poverty, inequalities, racism, discrimination, prejudices, politics and crime; our health, ageing, death, divorce, the environment, the weather, things as simple as a disappointment because some planned event we had been looking forward to was suddenly cancelled; physical and emotional trauma, world events that alarm us and shake us out of our comfort zone and it seems like negative is bombarding us from all directions. It is, but you don’t have to let it pull the rug out from under you and leave you flat on your back looking into tomorrow with visions of more gloom and doom.

All the negativity around us can and will slowly but surely erode positive thinking and behavior if we allow it to by dwelling on the negative aspects of our life. People who dwell on the negative aspects of life are very unhappy people and all that negativity will eventually swallow you up until you can find no good reason to even be living. Too many of us are worrying and fretting our self right into the grave. Don’t let that happen to you.

To live a positive or negative life truly is a matter of choice. We all are accountable and responsible for our own attitude, our actions and how we react to any given situation; and the way we choose to live our life. Just because someone else has allowed their world to toss them into a negative pit of despair does not mean you have to follow and then wallow with them. Remember that for every negative there is a positive and it is the positive we need to latch onto.

We have to work at being positive. Positive, happy people strive to do and keep those things in their life that make them happy:

Staying healthy, doing those things like eating right, getting enough fresh air, exercise and rest;

Surround yourself with positive friends instead of the gloom and doom crowd.

Avoiding gossip and guard our own tongue. Listen to how we talk and share with others. If we can’t say something nice, something positive, don’t say anything at all. Be respectful of yourself and of others.

Shelter your mind and emotions from negative influences, the news (You don’t have to listen to every news broadcast and bulletin unless it is directly effecting your immediate environment, just scan the headlines and listen to your local news broadcast but don’t submerge yourself in all that media sensationalism.)

Be aware of what is going on around you but be discerning about how much of it you saturate your brain with. Be choosy what TV shows you watch, music you listen to, books you read, games you play and the Internet content that comes sailing through cyberspace to your in-box that you open. Don’t believe everything you read and only half of what you think you see.

Learn to exercise patience with yourself and with others. We all grow and develop at different rates and see things from a different point of view. Don’t be rude or critical of others in a negative manner. No bullying. Treat others the way you want them to treat you.

Don’t dwell on yesterday or keep bringing up something that happened that was upsetting or hurtful ages ago. Yesterday cannot be undone. It is gone, history. Put it behind you and move on. Learn from it and try not to repeat the same mistakes; but don’t dwell on it.

Don’t fret and worry about what might happen tomorrow, most of what you imagine isn’t going to happen won’t happen anyhow and none of us know if we will even see tomorrow; we only can hope we will.

Live today, now. Get out of bed and put a smile on your face, even if it hurts and is difficult to do at first. You will eventually get used to it and that smile will become genuine and a positive asset. It is like getting a flu shot. It only hurts for a minute but can prevent a lot of suffering later.

Be thankful and appreciative of the good things you do have in your life and more will come. Today you are alive, so live. If you have food to eat, a roof over your head, clothes on your back, a job, even if it is only part-time, you are a whole lot better off than a lot of other people. If you have shoes on your feet, no matter how scuffed and worn they may be, you are better off than the man who has no feet. I think you see what I mean.

Accept those things you have no control over, cannot change and change those things you can, namely you and be discerning enough to know the difference. The only real thing you have control over is you. You may set forth some very convincing arguments, (like I am trying to do here) but you have no control over another person’s thoughts or beliefs.

Believe in yourself and trust yourself to use good common sense; think before you act or speak. Consider the consequences. We all make wrong choices sometimes but don’t beat yourself up over it. Learn from it and don’t repeat it.

Above all, keep faith. Trust in God and follow and believe. I don’t care what religion you happen to be. That is your choice but there is only one God and that God loves you very much and that love is the key to the positive side of negative.

Good Out-rules Evil.

Hey the topic of my article today is Optimism versus Pessimism or Good versus Evil. I strongly believe that Good Out-rules Evil in every way. I believe knowledge of self and Love for yourself and thy neighbor will out-rule Evil. When I think of Good I know that from instincts that a smile will out-rule a frown. The nature of Man is to produce Light not Darkness. Darkness is labeled as pain, greed, torture, we know from our instincts that we are not of those attributes. When God spoke and speaks God says that Evil is the adversary of Good, but nevertheless Good Out-rules Evil. Evil has to flea if you apply knowledge and Love in every thought and conversation. Evil thoughts cannot breathe fresh air because it is negative. Negative will never be Positive. Light cannot be in Dark and Dark cannot breathe the light, For Light is the vessel of Man and Dark is a smear of nothing. I believe that Light is supposed to produce and plant a seed of good fruit. God made it this way so that we wont fall by the wayside but stand upright in Joy. God wants you to take the light yolk through your trials and tribulations in your walk in this life. We take the Light or Optimistic approach by following Gods Commandments and talking and walking with Him. If not that then the road prepared will be desolate. I know not one person likes to feel alone. A one-sided mind state that consists of selfishness cannot and will not stand because it is constantly warring with its self. It leaves no space for growth. Optimism on the other hand breathes Light and it glows, it is understanding and compassion, which any of these traits brings forth Health and prosperity. Optimism clearly out-rules Pessimism wouldn’t you say? Wouldn’t you like to breath fresh air and have abundance of Joy? We have all these things! With what Ive told you of what I know of Evil, it clearly is no doubt that Good – Out-rules Evil. A nice walk and a resting place out-rules Evil any day in my opinion. In this moment I make a prayer for mankind to Prosper and Breath the fruits of Life! Take yourself by the Hand and walk with God and you will see the changes dramatically!

I've found in my practice that so many of my clients are so dulled to, or even divorced from their own feelings and inner life that they actively choose to hold on to unhappiness rather than see it as the toxic aspect of their lives that is MAKING them unhappy, not even aware that they're choosing, "The Devil we know..." from the one they don't... and can neither move on in their lives, nor heal from emotional, spiritual, and even intellectual wounds and real damage or injury, choosing unhappiness and depression over the risks they need to take to allow the changes in their lives that they crave and pray for.

It is rational to fear the unknown. Encountering it may result in our suffering – or our death – from our inability to live with or survive whatever it is.

Therefor, only one who is careless of his or her life… or a fool… approaches, let alone openly seeks out, welcomes, and embraces the unknown wholeheartedly and without caution.

This is not the same as those rare, extreme, but nonetheless real moments in our living and exploration of life when we may be faced with having to choose between the certainty of destruction or death on the one side, and the unknown, which may hold out at least the possibility of success and life on the other…

… those (hopefully few) times in one’s life when hope must, and rationally does, rule against caution in choosing the unknown, our doing so then coming from our thrust FOR life, being at those moments the only – and coldly logical – choice to be made to HAVE a chance to live by experiencing the glory of a miracle in random chance… or the Universe’s (or God’s, if you prefer) blessing… instead of the sureness of non-existence.

But in our everyday lives, what is much more often the case is that we hold on to many things that make us unhappy because, for bad or worse, they are familiar and have become “home” to us… the place inside and outside us to which we have become accustomed or inured (which is often a palpable dullness), but are at least certain that they exist… fearing that to venture outside of and beyond what we know simply for the sake of what only MAY be is to risk that the unhappiness, and the awareness that we feel that we somehow don’t “fit” well in our life as we’ve come to know it, may get even worse, that we might not even be able to return to living even with the degree of unhappiness we’ve become used to and know that we can at least live with (despite our discontent)…

… and prove to us NOT that our hopes for the existence of “better” may be real, but that our fears that we cannot… and will NEVER… experience the happiness and joy that our souls innately know and so BELIEVE life is capable of containing for us are (real)…

… causing the loss of all hope… which we fear would be the death of our soul.

In that way, accepting unhappiness in our lives and becoming content with it is to live by a compromise with our desire for happiness, a kind of wager with our souls, clinging to the hope that we may yet find or achieve happiness, but doing so ONLY by never risking loss of it by ever actually seeking it out and possibly not finding it, or, having found it, finding that it doesn’t last as long as our unhappiness does.

And therein lie the half-lived and continually unhappy lives of countless many…

.. existing in the purgatory of the misery of life, while believing that they may be avoiding something worse, Hell… which is to live with the soul’s having died…

… by never taking the chance – in any way other than in our dreams – to be more fully alive, to look for and possibly find and live our dreams, and to soar.

It is no wonder, then, that depression makes us want to sleep…

… depression being so often the sadness and frustration of feeling only partly alive and hopelessly “lost” without enough of a functioning sense of ourselves and who, and what we are (which is the inner flame of our souls) to even know where to LOOK for happiness and fulfillment… let alone find it.

To change your life, begin by changing your thoughts.

It is useless to try to change your outer world unless you first change your inner world. If you attempt to make external changes before doing the necessary inner transformation, the outer world will just keep repeating the same pattern. The movieGroundhog Day illustrates a very entertaining lesson in how we keep re-creating the same situation over and over again until we change our mind. The moment our attitude shifts, so does the situation.

If you want or love something a great deal, you will attract it into your life. And if you fear or worry about something with emotional intensity, you will attract the object of your fear. The universal manifestation machine is unbiased in turning your thoughts into reality.

If you are not aware that your thoughts are powerful, you will spend a great deal of time thinking and talking about what you do not want, and you will receive more of the same, and on and on, until your life is a mess and you have no idea why. You will identity yourself as victim, find people who agree with you; and discover news stories, scientific studies, and all manner of evidence to prove that life is unfair and you are just a pimple on the complexion of the universe.

There is another way. You weren’t born to live small, and you don’t have to. You can shift your attitude now and begin to think about what you do want instead of what you don’t want. Then, the universe will have no choice but to give you what you are concentrating on in your favor, instead of against it.

Worry is the power of creation turned against your own best interests. The same engine that runs your car in reverse will move it forward if you but reposition the gearshift. To shift from reverse to drive, reframe your experiences to find the blessing rather than the problem. Then you will become the master of your universe, rather than its victim.

What you become is not a result of what happens to you; it is a result of how you think about what happens to you.

Here is your antidote to worry: Choose a phrase that brings you release, relief, and empowerment, such as “Peace, be still,” or “Love is the answer.” Whenever worry begins to set in, consciously and meditatively repeat your positive phrase until you return to peace. The mind is capable of paying attention to only one thought at a time. If you focus on ideas that uplift you, your mind will be unable to dwell on fearful issues. Eventually you will develop the habit of positive thinking, and the worry that once haunted you will have no reality.
