Those who are facing a difficult challenge have many vivid dreams about various dangers. All dreamers have a series of dreams about the most important issues in their lives, the same way they have a series of dreams about their psychological reality.

The unconscious mind that produces our dreams works like a natural doctor. You can understand everything you need to know about someone only by translating the meaning of their dreams according to the scientific method. You can also understand your own psychological reality when you translate your dreams.

I greatly simplified Carl Jung’s method of dream interpretation, proving that he was a true genius. You should take advantage of this new alternative.

The unconscious mind helps you in all ways, giving you information about your psychological condition, and about the psychological condition of those who are around you. You also have trustful information about the world, which you could never have otherwise. Only the unconscious mind shows you all hidden truths, without distortions.

People who have constant nightmares are mentally ill. Those who have recurring dreams have an important obligation that they keep postponing. They will face the tragic consequences of their negligence in the future if they don’t take action.

Those who have dreams about their mother are influenced by their anti-conscience all the time. This means that they cannot control their behavior. The anti-conscience is the wild side of the human conscience, which generates mental illnesses within our human conscience. It appears in dreams as the dreamer’s mother because the anti-conscience is our primitive conscience, which is the result of the disorganized formation of the first live conscience.

Many times you will have information about the influence of the dreamer’s anti-conscience into their conscience by analyzing the characteristics of certain part of their personality that belongs to their wild side. All parts of the dreamers’ personality are represented by other people in their dreams.

There are numerous dream symbols that will give you a trustful image of the mental condition of those who will tell you their dreams. This alternative will be immensely helpful, especially if you are a psychologist. The unconscious mind does all the work for you, showing you exactly why someone has a certain psychological problem and how they can be cured.

You will also have objective information about your patients’ mental condition in your own dreams. This is information that you can trust because the unconscious mind has a divine origin. The unconscious wisdom proves God’s existence.

Even if you are not a psychologist, you can learn how to become a psychiatrist and psychologist by obeying the unconscious guidance. You can cure the people you love by translating their dreams for them. Everything only depends on your seriousness and on your obedience to the unconscious guidance.

Perhaps you don’t want to become a doctor and help others solve their psychological problems, but you surely need to know who they really are for many reasons. Before getting married, before accepting a business preposition, of before taking an important step in life, you must carefully analyze the personality of the person you are trusting.

Dream translation will show you if you can really trust someone, or if you must be careful because they are not really balanced as they seem to be. You will also be relieved in case you are afraid of someone who deserves your confidence.

Besides understanding the most important aspects of someone’s psychological condition thanks to the information given to you in the dream messages, you will also understand which issues are more important for each dreamer.

For example, those who are immature have many dreams about their past. Those who are in love have frequent dreams about the person they love. Those who are facing a difficult challenge have many vivid dreams about various dangers. All dreamers have a series of dreams about the most important issues in their lives, the same way they have a series of dreams about their psychological reality.

You should study the meaning of dreams for a while and have this precious knowledge for life. This knowledge will be your best tool in life and give you numerous advantages.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung’s research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to accurately translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.

Lover’s Day or Valentine’s Day is really a time to celebrate love and friendship. It is a time to show love to our loved ones, a time for courtship, time to fell in love, best time for wedding and so on but at the same time quite unfortunate a time to get trapped into trouble.

Valentine’s Day should rather be a moment set aside to give care to our loved once, show love to the unloved, the poor, even to our enemies, the sick people, the prisoners and the likes. By this act of charity shown to these people we have gained bountifully than lavishing time, talent and treasure on unprofitable immoral acts.

Every good thing they say have a bitter side of it. I am not trying to spoil the D-day but at the same time not trying to praise those who promote amorous and sensual life without envisaging its implication to the moral lives of people. Now coming to the other side of it, children and mostly youths are being affected here; of course they are the major victims due to the erroneous views by some groups to acclaim Lover’s day.

In some cities of the world, the lover’s day is being coined a sexual jamboree; a day which law permits for sexual immorality rather than seeking for a best way to curb the menace. In fact, some see immorality as constitutional legal and thus celebrate it the best way they could to gratify the body. In a situation like this, immorality is highly propagated and not putting in control.

Hotels, restaurants and party houses are big time sponsors of these acts. They go extra length via the media to re-twit the minds of the young concerning love which are but virtual. No doubt this season is one big time when promiscuity is on high record. The future leaders of our time learn more of licentious and blind acts capable of tarnishing their images in the near future.

The media as one of the chief sponsors are not left behind. They have indeed contributed a larger quota via dissemination of such misguided information published on dailies. Government on the other side have done little to take it as a major role to educate the minds of young people and then the religious bodies (Christians) have also done little on their own part.

It would be rather late to do something serious now to re-educate the minds of people concerning Lover’s Day but I believe there is still hope for the future and thus every sensitized leader in the family and the society at large should rise up and face this challenge. It is a wake up call.

An analysis of MLKJ's quote "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere"

One wise man once wrote, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”. This man, cherished by us today, was Martin Luther King Junior. King was the foremost leader and martyr of the civil rights movement in the 50’s and 60’s. In his “Letter from a Birmingham Jail” King lays out his deep seeded struggle for liberty and transcends racial segregation. This “law of injustice” implies that even minor injustices may have far reaching outcomes (a butterfly effect of sorts). This declaration has been mulled over for years as some modern contemporaries endorse this ideology while others spurn it. In retrospect, one has to admit; his social law has catalyzed many revolutions and pushed inexorable change into tangible action. Though we in a world of ever increasing parity and acceptance, we have only achieved partial integrity. Poverty, starvation, lack of fundamental care, and discrimination have soiled our emergent societies and therefore we have only achieved penultimate societal success. Before one may begin to analyze King’s statement however, one must establish the definition of injustice. Injustice may mean the violation of the rights of others but may also simply address inequity; there is no defining definition. Therefore, one may manipulate fact and find flaw in this universal theory. However, if King’s injustice is taken at face value, his statement proves itself over and over again. The Arab Spring embodies King’s argument and demonstrates how long established oppressions are never concrete and eventually incite revolution leading to the eventual restoration of justice.

Injustice foments and revolution is imminent. The series of protests and demonstrations collectively known as the “Arab Spring” or “Arab Awakening” was predetermined. The oppression of dictators and unyielding governments seemed inescapable, and slowly but surely the populace accepted their predicament and yielded to their social and economic erosion. However, as the years progressed three factors gave hope for renewal and prompted this enlightened revolution of today. The dawn of the new millennium saw a rapid increase in Arab literacy, a falling birthrate, and a significant decline in the widespread custom of endogamy, or marriage between first cousins. This shows that Arab societies were on a path toward mental and cultural modernization in the course that the individual became more important than an autonomous entity. The transformation of the political system, the spreading wave of democratization and the conversion of subjects into citizens are the products of this liberal movement, and the ensuing revolution was well under way.

As the people became more educated and informed they became less complacent and unrest soon sat heavy on the shoulders of each nation. Though progressive reformists sought a national enlightenment, the political injustices and crimes of range of tyrants continued. As a result, a decrease of nationalism and an increase in emigration sent up a red flag to the Western world. A new class of Western Arabs was born, and in due time, their homeland economies diminished further. Governments had begun to sense this growing unrest and they attempted to placate the poor and unemployed with bread and money but it was too late; the time for change had come.

First went Tunisia, then Algeria. These leading cases of insurrection prompted the tidal wave of change, and the revolts of December 2010 shattered the dams holding them back. With the success of the protests in Tunisia, this wave of unrest sparked by the self-immolation of a Tunisian man struck Algeria, Jordan, Egypt, and Yemen and then spread to other countries. The largest, most organized demonstrations have often occurred on “days of rage”, usually after Friday afternoon prayers. Demonstrations of epic proportions shook the Middle East, and the governments of Tunisia, Egypt, and then Libya were overthrown. These uprisings took many lives, signifying the relentless determination of the people. Even some of the better off nations, like Lebanon and Morocco sought reform and an end to corruption. The geopolitical implications of these protests have drawn global attention, prompting further protests in Europe and Asia. Even the “occupy” movements were influenced by the Egyptian revolution. This tidal wave of change had far reaching repercussions which, in hindsight, was the result of decades of injustice with little to no change.

King was right; change is inevitable. It only took a Tunisian spark to ignite people’s suppression and it all went up in flames. The Civil Rights movement of the 50’s and 60’s shared the same principles and desires of the Arab Spring; conformation is eventually succeeded by unrest and revolution. Voters are taking part in free and fair elections, newly elected lawmakers are issuing progressive legislation, and the morale is generally high in these post dictatorial nations. Though much work is left in the name of transition, the Spring was a success and it will surely influence multitudes of revolutions to come.

be praised not scolded. I’m surrounded by so many people and I just can’t help
thinking that hardly any of them would help me out if I needed something, apart
from a handful of people.

To know if I ever left my phone on a bus, I’d want someone
to return it. I can honestly say 90% of the time it would be stolen, apart from
the 10% who would return it. They are the good people in this world. I’m not
saying the others are bad, just selfish! It really just does sum up the
generation we live in.

Through experiences I’ve learnt so many things, a single
person can’t make much of a difference to such massive problems, but I just
wish that for once people could maybe come together and look out for each
other. Yes we all have dreams and we are all-star reaching, but people cease to
remember most people achieve with others people help, remember that.

People moan about the economy failing, maybe if the sense of
community was returned things would straighten out as so much more could be
achieved if somehow we helped each other out and worked as a team. Sometimes though I do get the feeling that
it’s much too late for things to be saved and this despairing attitude does not
help the situation especially if we all feel this way.

The worst bit is
that everybody talks and everybody listens, but somehow the truth just always
manages to come up missing, it’s almost like people enjoy the lies, why?

Maybe just maybe
change will happen, I hope somehow this will encourage people to care for
others not just themselves, yes it’s important to care for yourself, but
sometimes it is nice to take the time to help bring the community feeling back
and help someone out.

This article is for those who don't know what it takes to becoming a better person.

This article is to help you understand what it takes to become a better you. Many people sit and wonder “why is my attitude like this”, “Why do people not like being around me”, “Why do I not have many friends”, “Why is it so hard to see things in a positive way”, “Why does it feel like the world is against me” and “Why can I not find the right person for me”. I am here to help you answer these questions because the answer is pretty simple.

I will start with this story; there was a man working in an office building and he worked with about 20 other people. He had been working on his job for about 10 years and he hadn’t been promoted in 4 years. He asked his boss time and time again why he hadn’t been put in for any awards or promotions and his boss told him “You need to do a self evaluation and you may not be pleased with what you see. The man didn’t know what that meant but he went back to his seat and thought about things he did over the past year.

The first thing he thought about was how he used to take notes of things and research things to be better at his job to stand out, he thought about how much stuff he had been through in his personal life and he noticed how he allowed past circumstances to dictate his future, he realized he stopped working out 4 days a week and started going straight home sitting on the couch watching Television shows full of drama and sadness, he also realized how he became a pesimist about everything and no one wanted to be around him.

Many people have the same kind of issues in their life and they can’t seem to figure out where things took a turn but you must sit down and do a self evaluation. A lot of times people go on for years and years and never seem to be able to get back to being themselves after something tragic happens in their life and I’m living proof of that. After losing my brother to suicide I was stuck asking myself the question what could have possibly been that bad but the reality is I’ll never know that.

People go through different types of things in life and some people look at pressure like it’s nothing and some people buckle under pressure. I remained in the same mental state for about a year and I noticed one day while sitting at a table with a bunch of people that I wasn’t myself because I loved laughing and having fun but I was so serious about everything which wasn’t like me at all. After sitting in listening to the conversation that was going on at the table I knew something was wrong with me.

The first thing I did was I went in search of a minister because I had a lot of stuff on my chest that I needed to get off and I knew I could talk to just anybody because they wouldn’t understand. Once I reached out to a minister and they listened to me I was told to get the Purpose Driven life book and I started on my journey of getting back myself. After understanding that I have no control over situations or even my own life I realized I had to stop stressing and worrying about things I couldn’t change. The past is the past for a reason.

I learned I had to look forward to my future and stop looking back into the past because I was only hurting myself. The question was asked to me “Do you drive a car in the forward motion while you are looking back?” The answer to that question was obviously no which I no one does that but I understood the point. I began to look at my life in a different way because I had goals and dreams so I had to move forward. I made up my mind I was going to focus on my future and leave the past behind.

After sticking to my plan great things started happening in my life like I performed on America’s Got Talent, I was promoted on my job, I was casted in a major film, I was invited on a number of television shows and I met my wife shortly after. I believe if I would have let my pride get the best of me and I would have never sought help for my issues I would have never been able to do the great things I have done in my life. I also believe that if anyone reading this has issues let’s the pride go you will be able to move forward into your future.

If you chose to live your life in denial you’ll only end up hurting yourself more and the people around you because a void still exists in your heart and no matter who you run to they won’t be able to help you if they don’t understand your situation. We only live once so I think everyone should make the best of their lives now and enjoy everyday you have.

My final point is in order to have success in your life you must find out who you are first and work on being a better you. Practice Good business principles and building solid relationships with positive people. Negative people never make it far because they focus on the negative things too often. Remember that negative energy goes in a circle but positive energy busts out of the circle and makes change. Being a positive person makes people want to be around you never know they may want to come to you for help.

Have you ever met someone who just refused to allow others to be happy? They would literally get mad if someone shared their good news. What if they did not know everything about you but wanted to?

Have you ever met a person who refused to allow others to be happy? They may sit around thinking of ways to make a person (s) life miserable. It could have something to do with their unhappy childhood or it may just be that their a mean person. What ever makes a person so bitter that they will stoop to unbelievable measures to knock a person down. What if they tried to ruin your marriage or took something form you? A person who is bitter does not keep friends. They will invite someone in only to use them and continue their bitter ways. Bitterness is no where near sweet and people in that state will only make trouble.

It is quite obvious that these people are unhappy with themselves. Some are bitter because they are overweight or lonely. Some mother’s become bitter because they want to be in their children’s lives. It is so hard to deal with a person filled with bitter thoughts or moods. It makes me down right angry when a person like that causes havoc. Bitter people will play mind games and they are quite controlling. You must protect your self and family from these people and pray for them. I know many bitter people and they are sure no fun to be around. Limit your time with a bitter person so that it won’t rub off on you.

Time is precious for everyone and spending it for waiting or doing something that is not that valuable simply means that we are wasting this precious time. Maybe, due to some reasons, we may not feel the effects or consequences of us, wasting our time over something nonsense. However, if we think about it thoroughly, we realize, that we are wasting not just our time but our lives as well. Not just our own lives but as well as the people we interact with.

Every second counts. That is how valuable time is. Being punctual is a part of improving our personality. Being punctual reflects us as someone who is responsible and trustworthy. Being punctual helps us value our time but how exactly are we going to become one. It’s not an immediate act. There are steps to follow. Let’s take one step at a time. Here are some steps to help us make our way towards punctuality and make our time more valuable.

1. Acknowledge your Kryptonite. “YOU are not punctual”. Unless you admit to yourself your weakness, you cannot step up and reach your goal.

2. Be Time-Conscious. It’s not really that necessary that you buy new Rolex or Timex. The clock on your phone is enough. Always wear your watch and make sure that it gives you an accurate time.

3. Rise and Shine Sleepyhead. Wake up when you are supposed to wake up. The usual picture is, when the alarm rings, you get out of bed and throw your alarm clock to the trash bin. Poor thing! It’s not its fault that it rang. You set it up, you throw yourself! Kidding! No. Discipline yourself and follow your schedule. Don’t be tempted by your soft pillows and your warm blankets. They won’t help you reach your goal. What goal? PUNCTUALITY.

4. 15 Minute Flash. Be 15 minutes early to everything. Try as hard as you can to get or reach to something 15 minutes early. People will truly respect you for that.

5. Watch yourself. Observe and take note of your daily activities and determine where do you spend much of your time. This will help you minimize those activities and terminate or stop those activities that are not really that useful.

6. Stick Notes helps. Make a note where you should be in a time. Always carry with you your planner. Stick notes on your wall, in your fridge or even on your door walls so you’ll be reminded everytime.

7.Keep Organized. Keep all your stuffed properly arranged. You don’t want to spend your time looking for your misplaced ballpen. Do you?

8. Plan ahead. Planning is a must. Through planning, you will be able to determine and identify those activities that you are about to do in the future.

9. Go to sleep on time. Stop staying up all night just checking out you Facebook account. Your body is not a machine. You don’t want to slow down, do you? Have enough time of rest so you have a full load of energy for the next.

These are all for now. Remember, if you practice it all the time, it’ll become a habit and what’s next could be you being responsible, good mannered and Punctual.

This world is filled with ordinary people,

yet each unique in their own way

just doing those common, ordinary things

in living their life each day…

Dealing with each day as it comes,

each joy or trouble they may face,

facing it with hope and faith

and in their ordinary ways;

living their life best they know how

and doing it with grace.

They’re just ordinary people

that we may chance to meet

as we go about our own life

at work, at play or on the street

or maybe in the shopping mall;

they may just nod or talk awhile,

share some friendly greeting

or maybe just a smile…

There is something unique about them

that gives your heart a lift,

lightens the gray, maybe in your day

like an unexpected gift.

They are just ordinary people,

no different from you and me

who share a bit of sunshine

for all the world to see,

through a smile, some simple kindness

that brightens up your day

as they go about their daily life

in their ordinary way.

HUMAN LIFE : A BLESSING & A CURSE DEPENDING UPON YOUR MINDSET

What is mind. What’s the role and importance of mind in our day to day life. How we

relate and what is the role of mind in our life. This is very important to know.

Human mind is very delicate and complex. Brain is not the only part of our mind

but some other entities like heart, soul, experience, wish and will also influence our

mindset. Sometimes our brain guides us to do a particular thing in a particular way

but we do exactly the opposite. Schizophrenia is nothing but a conflict between

various states of mind. Except brain no other constituent of mind is known till day. Even

any other factor associated with human body which has some impact or

control over our thinking is not proven yet.

Mind has no shape or form. It is not a thing to be seen with eyes. We can only

understand and feel it. Mind is responsible for all our sorrows and joys. We can

revolutionalise our life and surroundings if only we can understand our mind

completely. Mind never rests. It passes through various stages but no stage is stable.

To understand the how to live and the very purpose of life,we have to first understand

our mind.

Conscious Mind : The first and foremost stage of mind is conscious mind. This is a

state of mind which continuously thinks about past and future. This mind hardly and

slightly lives in present. But the real and true life is in the present and not in the past or

future. This is a solid and somewhat bitter truth. We feel as if we are living but the

true/real fact is that we pass our entire life by remaining away from the present.

Conscious mind wastes a lot of our body’s energy and mental sickness is also

associated with this. Anger, fear, tension, anxiety all develop in our conscious mind. In

this stage of mind the speed of thoughts is very fast. Different thoughts occupy and

surround our mind all the time. Due to pressure of these thoughts we become mentally

sick. Psychiatrists too agree that 80% of diseases and sicknesses are mental and can

be stopped even before developing and appearance of signs and symptoms.

If not all,99% human beings live in conscious mind forever during their entire life and

this very fact is the reason behind our all pains and sorrows.

Sub-conscious Mind : The second stage of mind is the sub-conscious mind and this

mostly works when we are asleep. Dreams come out from this stage of mind. There are

many other reasons for dreams but the dreams of sub-conscious mind are always

fear full and meaningless.

Un-coscious Mind : The next stage is unconscious mind. The person who first

discovered and understood the functioning of this mind has immensely and hugely

contributed to the life of human beings only by making it understandable. This is nine

times larger than the conscious mind. In this mind the baseless and meaningless

thoughts and ideas are rare. So it do not wastes our energy. The man who realizes and

understands this mind feels more fit and contented. Such persons usually live alone and

are always]happy. Poets, writers, philosophers normally live in this stage. Pious and just

motivation and innovative ideas begin from this mind. In this mind things mostly happen

without logic. We can’t clearly demarcate conscious and unconscious mind. The

unconscious mind is the state/stage of mind hidden behind the conscious mind.

In reality both these states of mind can mix with each other. We do it and the way

is also very easy. Whatever we decide in our conscious mind becomes practical and

gets completed only when it reaches the unconscious mind. This is the reason that we

can’t leave our vices and bad habbits easily because we try to get rid of them in

conscious state of mind which is very small comparatively. We can never overcome or

over rule our unconscious mind. Whenever there is a fight between these two

states, unconscious mind always emerge victorious. Sexual desire also develops in

unconscious mind and can’t be stopped so easily. So conscious mind can win only by

following the unconscious mind. This is a very pity situation. We think ourselves very

intelligent and understanding but when subconscious and unconscious minds overcome

our thoughts and decisions, our no logic or intelligence works. Try to understand your

entire inner self as much as you can. At the initial stage you will only see darkness

inside you but slowly it will start vanishing. Due this initial experience a kind of fear

develops and we can’t sit, understand and concentrate about deepest states of

unconscious mind because it doesn’t allow us to do so.

Mind continues to think all the time and making it blank even for a fraction of a second is

not easy. Both conscious and unconscious mind are makers of lowest levels of our

present life.

Enlightened Mind : This is a stage of mind which is above the conscious state

and equals the unconscious state. When someone reaches this stage of mind, the

deepest realities of life become clear like death, love, agony and emotions.

Cosmic Mind : We can call this state of mind which thinks beyond general and

common things. It thinks beyond life, death, birth and worldly things. We can also call it

a saints mind. This mind thinks beyond normal human thoughts. According to

Guru Nanak, the first Sikh guru, this is the state of mind which should be called “fully

conscious”.

We have discussed five stages of mind namely

Conscious, Sub-conscious, Unconscious, Enlightened and Cosmic or Saint’s

mind. Conscious mind is the state which is mostly known to us. If we move even below

conscious mind, it will lead to darkness and degradation of life. If we move upwards, the

picture of life becomes more clear. We can move both ways because the way/path is

the same. This thing needs understanding. Going there is easy. We know the way but

we have forgotten it. Still we can easily find the way only if we have the will and the wish

to find and follow it.

These states of mind differentiate us from animals. Human life is greatest of all other

lives known to us which are present on the planet earth.

The human life is a glory, a blessing and a curse, all depending upon our mindset.
