This is for: Business Owners, Managers, Entrepreneur's, CEO's, Label Ower's, Teacher's, Coaches, Judges, Firemen, Marketer, Salesman, etc... Everyone that has a job, position, duty, or title.... "What does your numbers say, tells you why you are who you are, and why your where you are?"

“What Does Your Numbers Say?” Is a term I use to motivate people to play there role better. Why? Cause your numbers, profit, progress, losses, your amount of recruits, succesful students, won games, successful business day’s, closed cases, new customers, etc… This is your report card for your position, for your title, for your role you play, for your duty. You need to find out where you are if you don’t already know, and then put together a plan of action with steps to fix whatever is wrong with your progress.

Your number’s tell’s all the negatives, who left early, who took more breaks, who didn’t work hard, and who didn’t learn anything, who quit for the day, who’s being a student, who’s still learning, who’s growing, who doing their homework. All the excuses you make why something didn’t happen is your fault. No more excuses, you have to hold yourself accountable.

Also the numbers tell you who stayed later, who does their homework, who takes more time to learn, who has new material, whose asking for help to get better, who doesn’t take breaks, who is first to arrive and last to leave, who is on time everyday. All the positive things you have to say about yourself at playing your position, you don’t have to, cause your numbers tells everyone that.

So let’s get to the point. If you missed your sons football game three times in a row, your work should say that not your mouth. If a person is lazy, selfish, and always late, you don’t have to say nothing their numbers say it all.

With that said, your job is to progress in your position every new day. You have to always be learning more. Always working for the next position, or taking it to the next level. In other words, if your a sales manager, and your sales is going up and down and it’s not a trend that your business is in. Something is wrong and you have to fix it, but don’t always think you can do this on your own. Find more experienced people and run it by them and see what they would do. Go online and research different material on the subject, build a plan, and then put it into action. Monitor your results, see what you can do to take sells through the roof. Your goal is to break records. Set individual goals for your teams. Or do competitions to make your employee’s compete with one another. You have to get the entire store on fire about your goals. No matter what it takes get the ball rolling in your direction. You shouldn’t be going to work trying to survive another day, push people.

With any title, business owner, managers, or any position out there. You have to know where you are, what you got, and where your going. Set production goals. We are here now, and this is where I want to be by next month. Here is the way we’re going to get there. You have to know where the progress is, so you can find out what you want to push it too. If you flip burgers, learn more about your job, then the manager knows. Then start working on the next position, and be super good at that. Learn how to multi-task, practice it.. Make yourself irreplaceable. Make someone say, you could never replace who we lost. When you get a promotion, now you duplicate yourself. If a person cannot be trained to work that position like you did or better. You DON’T need them. You should have this attitude in any and every career. Definitely business owners or entrepreneur’s.

Whatever position or title you hold, be the best, and set the example. What does set the example means? This means when I have a job, I’m going to learn as much as I can, I’m going to remain learning. I’m going to be there first, and leave last. Friendly as ever, and know how to re-train a person to be as good as I am or better. If I leave that position and I don’t re-train that person to do what I did, they would have to hire two people for the one position. Cause I raised the bar on the standards for that position. That’s setting the pace or being the example everyday. Not on and off, everyday.

So always be a student, take less breaks, learn from everyone, out work everyone, and arrive on time everyday. Also your uniform or attire should be on point every time, hair, shoes, facial groomed neatly, shirt, pants, and shoes should always look like it just came out of the store. No matter what position, this is professionalism. Dress for the position you want, not the one you have. Remember always set goals, and continue to push yourself to know more and be more. If you sell $300 a day, tomorrow work harder and push for $350. After a consistent week of $350, push for $400, and never doubt yourself. Always push for the next level, everyday. And know what you have to do to get your promotion.

Then, “Your Number’s Would Say A Lot.”

Also don’t forget why you go to work. To make money. Why do you need or have a career? To make money & a living. So go to work with the intent to do a double in 8 hours. Don’t forget why you are there. Always learn your position with the expectation of working the position until your promotion. Never go to work to do your job and that’s it. You always could use more money right? Right, but if I’m looking for a reason to fire you, do you think I’m going to give you a raise, better yet a promotion? Image if one of you co-worker’s reading this now. They are coming to work tomorrow to take your job.

I was a salesman for three years, and I was so good at my job. I had customers asking to borrow money for gas to get home. I did my job, and I worked harder, and it was because I went to work with a goal in mind. Perform better then I was yesterday, and I left that salesman job and now I’m a performing artist, and I give a show always looking at how I can be better. So my numbers said a lot…. “What Does Your Numbers Say?”

Failure to plan is planning to fail. So if we know this why are we not planning? What are we doing setting goals for no reason at all? Let's get very serious today, and forever more.....

Make up your mind on a goal today or convince yourself this is the standard. Your not going for anything less then the goal or standard you set for yourself today. If your mind is made up of that being your standard, the results are already there, it’s just not tangible yet. But the process in between to make that happen is that changing point of the intended results you want. Sound confusing? I’ll give you my formula then….

The Goal + ???? = The Result

The Goal is the beginning. (PLUS+) The ???? is the process or effort required for. (Equals=) The Results.

That should help you paint the image a little better. If the goal, plan, or dream is set, then the results are there already. WHY? Cause you planned it. WHY? Cause it’s the goal or finish line. So the goal and the results are already there, the only thing miss is the process. THE EFFORT YOU HAVE TO PUT INTO YOUR DREAM, YOUR GOAL, YOUR PLANS…..

When you set a goal and your mind is made up, your goal is already met, and already achieved, it’s just not tangible yet. What makes it tangible? The process in between the beginning and the end is what changes the results at the end.

GOAL + ???? = The Results Or The Beginning + ????? = The End

If the goal is the beginning and the result is the end. What goes where the question mark is? Effort

Have you ever had something stolen from you? Ever allowed someone to borrow some money and it was hard to get it back, if you got it back and it ticked you off? Makes you very upset, right? Ever thought about why it makes you upset? Cause it’s not about the money, it’s the principal. What is the principal? What you had to do to get your money or property back. What you had to put up with to buy you property, or earn you money. What you had to go through to earn your money. This is all effort you put in, to make the money. This is the effort you put in to make the money to buy your stolen property. You can’t get that effort back, and that’s the real source of your anger.

So planning is definitely a good thing, but effort is everything. And remember in between the beginning of your plans to the end result, the effort you put in changes the results.

Are you setting goals for yourself but not hitting bullseye? Have you figured out why yet? Well, with this information this will give you an foundation why.

Setting goals is always important for projects, children, business, teamwork or team effort, or for anything. The purpose of setting goals is to give an sense of direction or pathway to success. A more positive direction of a task, thing, group, project, etc… Setting goals can be very simple. If done properly, but we going to focus on one topic of the goal setting process today.

Effort- Exertion of physical or mental power: It will take great effort to achieve victory.

An earnest or strenuous attempt: an effort to keep to the schedule.

Something done by exertion or hard work: I thought it would be easy, but it was an effort.

An achievement, as in literature or art: The painting is one of his finest efforts. The effort is what makes the difference, and this is what makes effort such a substantive and authentic joy. The dreams, and goals set the direction but effort is the vehicle that makes it all happen. So for an example: So let’s play with the idea and make it a little more clear. If you have a dream to go to the Bahamas that is across the ocean in your own sailboat. That’s the dream or goal you want to accomplish. Next is the plan, buy a sail boat and learn how to sail, then sail across the ocean. So you really got to learn how to sail. This will take some time & effort, and this doesn’t directly effect the goal, but it is vital to the plan to accomplish the dream. After you have finally went through all that training you put in the effort to save money for a sail boat, which you have now. You have even put the time aside to make the sail possible. Now you fight the winds, the nature of the ocean, went through heavy rain, but you finally reach your destination safely. Not only did you accomplish your dream, but you have a new sailboat which is an asset, and you are experienced at sailing. So it’s very important to set goals, and to have dreams. But just as important if not more important is the effort you have to invest. One more simple example: At a track meet, before you run. There is a starting point and the finishing point. (Relate this directly to the point of goal setting.) What is the goal? Win the race. Inbetween the start and the finishing point is all effort. The longer the goal, the more effort is required. 1/4 Mile is a shorter goal V.S. 5 1/2 Mile goal So, “Short Term Goals” take short amount of time & effort. And “Mid Term Goals” and so on and so forth. Once the race start towards your goals or dream, always remember that effort you put in is everything. Focus you attention on investing effort in your goals, and dreams. Look at it like a bank, if you invest $5 in your account on Monday, on Friday you cannot expect to pull out $35 dollars cause you really need it. And this is why so many people fail after they set a goal or create a dream. Somewhere in the race they quit, give up or slow down. It’s so easy to create goals, and dreams, but the process of putting the required effort into the mission, is the missing piece of the puzzle. So if your not going to find the effort and hold yourself accountable for your actions, don’t waste time out of your one life for no reason at one. Time… You don’t get it back and it is very precious, so don’t waste what time you do have. Also, vica versa, create goals & dreams for yourself time is limited and very short. Make your life worth something more everyday. Create a goal, accomplish it and move on. Create a dream, accomplish it and move on. Before you know it you’ll have three books to write, then sell because of your accomplishments. That’s that type of people that does that, right. Remember, no effort, no result… The value of any acheivement cannot be separated from the process of achievement.

“Too many of us wait to do the perfect thing,

with the result we do nothing.

The way to get ahead is to start now.

While many of us are waiting until conditions are “just right” before

we go ahead, others are stumbling along,

fortunately ignorant of the dangers that beset them.

By the time we are, in our superior wisdom, decided to make a start,

we discover that those who have gone

fearlessly on before, have, in their blundering way,

traveled a considerable distance. If you start now, you will know a

lot next year that you don’t know now, and that you will

not know next year, if you wait.”

~ William Feathers

It is indeed ok to stumble and in fact as we move forward in life it is almost impossible not to have a set back, or trip along the path of progress. It is inevitable to have growth without some challenges or adversity along the way.

Life Happens ~ Stuff Happens ~ We decide if the stumble is a block in our way or a stepping stone to climb upon.

We decide for ourselves. Only you can decide for you.

I choose to look at any set back as a set up for future progress and success.

I faced much adversity in 2011 as I am sure many of you have as well.

But I won’t back down, I won’t quit. I won’t blame others for my misfortune – No I am the captain of my ship and the first mate and I am in charge of the handling of my sails. Only me. Your ship is in your control as well.

How will you guide your ship this year?

What if you see some rocks or some rough waters will you take the time to steer your way out of the trouble.

You won’t just drift will you?

You won’t blame another will you?

If you take the time to read these and understand that we all stumble then I bet you will take full control of your ship and steer into better waters.

In fact you are right now! Smile on my friends and stay hungry and stay foolish. Hungry to make a difference and foolish to ignore those who say you can’t. Smile on! Enjoy your ride of life this year!

Scripture of the Day

Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother’s way.

We all want success in our plans and dreams. But will we give up just before the door opens or will we push through to the end. A quote, a video and a verse. :)

I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career.

I’ve lost almost 300 games.

26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed.

I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life.

And that is why I succeed.

~ Michael Jordan

The desire and the effort will turn a thought into success. Having a big enough why, a large enough vision and a dream that is vivid makes all the difference.

From the start I brought to your attention the importance of having a new years need instead of calling it a new years resolution.

To me a resolution has room for failure and often the resolve is not strong enough to see it through.

But call this plan, this object that you want to see through a need. Well a need is no longer a want its a must.

Tie in with your need the thought of the pain you would feel if you failed, the regret and the raw emotion can boil over to the point of making this need come true.

Break down your ‘need’ into small steps, small victories that you can look back at the dots you connected and realize that your on the path to success.

Don’t give up… Don’t ever give up. Words that Jimmy V. of college basket ball fame spoke in the video that follows.

Don’t ever give up……. Enjoy your day and keep smiling

It’s now a New Year which means a new resolution, but how will you actually follow through your New Year resolution?

Here is an interesting fact, 45% of Americans usually set New Year’s Resolutions; Only 8% of people are always successful in achieving their resolutions. Then you have 19% achieve their resolutions every other year. 24% (one in four people) NEVER succeed and have failed on every resolution every year. That means that 3 out of 4 people almost never succeed. Want to be a part of that 8% or 19%? Here are some of my secrets in keeping your resolution; these are 6 easy simple way to follow through with your goal this year.

These simple ways will help you eat healthier, lose weight, read more, exercise, and try different thing. These steps are universal step, which means they will work for any New Year Resolution.

1. Tell other people your goals for this year; announce them on your social networks like face book, my space, and twitter. Tell all your friends and family your goal and your plan to achieve this goal. Make yourself accountable for your goals by exposing your goal.

2. Don’t use time, just reminders because things change and it’s hard to set a certain time for one thing every day. For example if your resolution is to go to the gym more, set a reminder every evening that way when you wake up and your planning you daily schedule you can set a time for that day to go to the gym.

3. Set mini goals in between now and the time you want to achieve you big goal. If you put in mini goals in between then you will feel that you resolution is more achievable and you won’t get overwhelmed. For example if your resolution is to read more books this year, then start out reading 25 pages a day for a month, then read 50 pages a day next month. These mini goals will help you feel like you’re making progress.

4. Once you have completed a few mini goals find some gadgets that will help you achieve your goal. If your goal is to read more then get a nook or kindle, if you’re trying to lose weight go online and join a diet program that will help you set meal plans, exercising plans and a log of your progress. Technology is out there to help with almost any resolution you just need to find it.

5. Find a community or group to interact with while trying to accomplish your goal. There are tons of online communities doing the same thing as you and they are great to turn to for advice or support if you start feeling overwhelmed. An online community is way to turn you resolution more fun, interact with other people, and make new friends.

6. Keep track of your progress by starting a blog or journal and add pictures and add quotes to your blog or journal. This will be a good tool to keep your motivation, prove to yourself that you’re making progress and a great way use the notes to evaluate what you could do to improve.

These are all great ways to help you achieve your goal and help fit your goal in with your everyday life style but these steps won’t complete your goal for you so go out there, get started and just do it.

This is a new year which ends with number twelve. This last number is magic. By the time you graduate from primary school you have to know your tables up to twelve. This can lead you to become a mathematician and it is a challenging profession, which asks you to have good ideas and thanks to the help of the Labrador guide dog from Newfoundland in Canada those who are vision impaired can live independently, while waiting for a cure.

A New Year has started. It is a year for money consideration. Money is needed everywhere from farms, industries, services and charities. It is time to know how to deal with figures in order to fulfill our basic needs which are accomodation, work, school, food and family. You have to know how to budget in order to have the lifestyle, that will put you at the level of the norm and above the norm if possible. You can achieve this by finding your dream job and by studying in order to have the career you deserve.

So, this year is two thousand and twelve. The number twelve reminds us that we have to know our tables until twelve. That can help you to continue to make a career in finances and economics. Thanks to that you can become a manager and study to graduate in a masters of business administration (MBA), that will make you travel all over the world. The number twelve is also spiritual with the twelve apostles, which you find in the bible. The example of the apostles is very moving especially, when we look at Peter who was a fisherman, because this last profession generates a large amount of money for fish is a main dish and also part of a christian ritual on Fridays.

Therefore, you have to know what is best for you. There are those who like to work with environment like farms. The factory works, who like to model vehicules. The hotel owners, who like to receive guests or tourists. The patrons, who like to donate money to charities for a good cause and that is something intesting, because a cure and treatment can be discovered.

As a matter of fact, when you have money, you have to know what to do with it. You have to buy a house, to make sure that in the future you are not homeless. You have to find a job to make ends meet and to be stable in your life. You have to buy food that is nutritous to make sure you are healthy and strong enough to go through stress. You have to take care of your family, because it is a way to balance your life.

Thus, with some money in your pocket, you can continue your education. You can find many ways to be interested in your job. You have to know, what you do best for you have to be motivated. That is how you can decide on the amount of time you spend on your job. No one can manage you physically or emotionally, you just have to feel well in your mind and have your regular visits to the doctor to see how well you are doing.

The ultimate goal is to know yourself better. You can attend some orientation session. That is how you learn what you job entails. You can then decide what you can give and what you can receive for it is a life long commitment. There are those who like to work in the public or the private sector or both.

This a New Year, that will help you and your families get along better. The management of finances is an important one. There are times, when it is difficult, especially when a member of the family is sick. That is when you need to buy insurance in order to cover the medical bills. Cheers to all of you, who worked hard the previous year and welcome to a new era of prosperity.

Each year people express their desire to change, they do it by making resolutions. If you intend to do some resolutions, then this article is for you. Read it and ponder upon the suggestion being discussed.

Another year has passed, and a new one is at hand. It is not good for people to stay the same; there must be progress. The latter could never be experienced if nothing is done. If we do the same thing over and over again, then the result would be similar; meaning, the outcome is identical. The beginning of a new year is a time to evaluate oneself. By doing that, we can be aware of our failures and mistakes, its causes, and the steps on how to avoid the same.

There are hundreds of resolutions being planned at the commencement of any year, but only a few could last at the end of it. Here are some of the most often expressed resolutions: this year, I would spend more time with my family; this year, I would make myself physically fit; this year, I have to shed extra pounds and make my figure a bit attractive; this year, I will stop smoking. I will do it for my health and for my family. Those are good resolutions, but unless they become a reality, they are useless.

What then is the key to a new year’s resolution to succeed? The answer is, a person must have to partner with someone. It cannot be done alone; and who would that partner be? No other than God himself. Without God’s help, our intentions in changing ourselves and plans for the future could easily crumble into pieces. As the saying goes “ Man proposes, God disposes”. Human beings can make any plans they want, big or small, but it is God that decides their success or failure. Let us include God as a partner in our new year’s resolution.

My continued breakdown of the INFJ Profile.

INFJ Profile

Introduction

Introverted iNtuition

“Introverted intuitives, INFJs enjoy a greater clarity of perception of inner, unconscious processes than all but their INTJ cousins. Just as SP types commune with the object and “live in the here and now” of the physical world, INFJs readily grasp the hidden psychological stimuli behind the more observable dynamics of behavior and affect. Their amazing ability to deduce the inner workings of the mind, will and emotions of others gives INFJs their reputation as prophets and seers. Unlike the confining, routinizing nature of introverted sensing, introverted intuition frees this type to act insightfully and spontaneously as unique solutions arise on an event by event basis”

I definitely notice more of the hidden psychological stimuli than I do what’s obvious. For instance, I’ll notice that you look like you’re in pain before I’ll notice the boot on your leg. If I see you kissing your boyfriend, I can immediately tell how comfortable you are with PDA. When you lie to me, I’ll know you’re lying because of what you say and who I know you to be. It won’t even register with me that you won’t look me in the eye.

Sometimes, I’m really good at predicting things. I usually don’t voice my “prophecies” because I know the likelihood of them being wrong, but I’m never surprised by the outcome. If I’ve been paying attention to something, I’ll know all the possibilities of what could happen before they do, and the chances that one thing will happen over the other. I can usually give you a fifty-fifty guess on something and be right. So like it says about acting spontaneously, I’m not really spontaneous. I just have about six different plans for each step of the way, and I know exactly when to adjust my plans. It sounds more complicated than it is…

Extraverted Feeling

“Extraverted feeling, the auxiliary deciding function, expresses a range of emotion and opinions of, for and about people. INFJs, like many other FJ types, find themselves caught between the desire to express their wealth of feelings and moral conclusions about the actions and attitudes of others, and the awareness of the consequences of unbridled candor. Some vent the attending emotions in private, to trusted allies. Such confidants are chosen with care, for INFJs are well aware of the treachery that can reside in the hearts of mortals. This particular combination of introverted intuition and extraverted feeling provides INFJs with the raw material from which perceptive counselors are shaped.”

Some vent to everyone around them, and the internet. However, due to the awareness of the consequences of unbridled candor, some, i.e. me, may ambiguously vent in the form of poetry or an illusion that few will catch and understand. Therefore, my trusted allies are those that understand me well enough to find my hidden meaning. Anyone that knows me that well can be trusted without a problem.

(to be continued… I have too much to say on this. It won’t fit on one page and I hate making these articles impossibly long).
