Sink of Surprise

This funny prank is very easy to pull off as long as you have a spray attatchment on your sink. Get a rubber band and wrap it around the trigger to hold it in the “on” position. It’s best if it is a clear rubber band.

Before you actually pull this off, you need to turn the water on so their is enough pressure left in the hose to make it spray at it’s full potential. Whomever is next to turn the sink on will be victim of a very wet praactical joke!

Defective Cup

This one takes precision and you will also need an exacto knife, styrofoam cup, straw, and your friends favorite beverage.

Most white styrofoam cups have what is known as a “gate” in the center of the bottom of the cup. It looks like a little nub. Taking your exacto knife, cut around the nub very carefully until it can be poked out.

Now that you have your hole, make sure your straw will fit snug into the hole and stands straight up in the middle of the cup. Pour your friends favorite drink into the cup and give it to them. When they pull the straw out of the hole, they will get soaked!

Cerealously Funny

This one works great if you use milk! You will need a half empty box of cereal, a washed out asprin bottle or something similar and an unsuspecting victim.

Pour milk into the bottle and nestle into the cereal so it reaches the bottom. The cereal should keep the bottle stabalized.

Close up the box of cereal and wait for breakfast. When your victim comes along to pour their cereal, they will already have milk in the bowl for them! This one is good for the kids!

Garbage Can Stalker

I know most people are not willing to get in a garbage can but if you are, this one is for you! You will need a large garbage can with a section cut out for you to see through. Try to pick someone you know as a stranger may not find this so funny.

Set your garbage can up where you normally would and hop inside. Make sure it’s clean! When your victim comes walking by, jump out and scream “April Fools!” but be prepared for a negative reaction.

Copy Machine Mystery

For a little fun at the office this one is great, especially if you get some of your co-workers involved.

The copy machine is by no doubt one of your co-worker’s worst enemies. This person would be the perfect target! 

Make sure that the copy machine is empty before your co-worker needs to use it. They will probably get irritated that they have to put paper in the machine.

When they are done filling the machine and making their copies, make sure they are distracted and empty the copy machine once again. The next time they need to use it, the will have to put another reem of paper in and get even more irritated! Keep it going until they figure out that someone is messing with them, and don’t forget to say April Fools!

Later that day, press secretary even told the press that “We’ll be doing a series of these. Ford Motor Co. is joining today in an effort to refurbish the Lincoln Memorial. It will be the Lincoln Mercury Memorial.” Taco Bell, however, announced that, to the relief of all American citizens, the Taco Liberty Bell was nothing but a hoax.

Happy April Fools Day!

Expect anything and everything on April Fools’ Day.

Though April Fools’ Day is celebrated around the world it is not a national holiday. All kinds of jokes and foolishness abound on this day. Jokes ranging from being simply good-humoured or simply funny to hoaxes definitely serve as a test of one’s imagination and the recipient’s good naturedness and/or imagination or lack of one or both.

Various countries have their own variation on how they celebrate April Fools. People in New Zealand, Ireland, the UK, Australia, and South Africa have their April Fools’ Day jokes last only until noon. UK papers even only have their morning edition print their April Fools’ Day prank.

Anywhere else in the world April Fools’ Day goes on entirely on April 1st’s 24 hours.

April Fools’ Day is not for everyone to have some laughs. Some of the well-known world-class hoaxes had a dramatically funny or dramatically catastrophic effect on the public which sometimes involve countries.

Here are some of history’s world class renowned pranks:

 Liberty Bell: In 1996 Taco Bell had a full-page advertisement in the 104-times-Pulitzer-Prize winner The New York Times announcing that they had bought the historic Liberty Bell. Taco Bell said they did this to help reduce America’s debt . Thus they were renaming Liberty Bell “Taco Liberty Bell”. When the White House was asked then-press secretary Mike McCurry replied affirmatively and pulled another April Fools’ Day prank regarding the Lincoln Memorial.

 Lincoln Memorial: White House announced the memorial to America’s 16th President sold with the new name Lincoln Mercury Memorial.

 Iceberg Towed: In 1983 Australian millionaire Dick Smith said he towed an iceberg from Antarctica to Sydney Harbour with the help of a barge covered in white plastic and a fire extinguisher foam.

Jovian-Plutonian Gravitational Effect: In 1976 British astronomer Sir Patrick Moore said that at 9:47 a.m. of April 1st a unique alignment of two planets would make people lighter because of its effect on earth’s gravity. Dozens phoned in after 9:47 of that morning to affirm the “strange floating sensation”.

 Nelson Mandela: One of the world’s beloved presidents, President Nelson Mandela, was even a victim of a prank when a UK radio presenter named Nic Tuff pretended to be Prime Minister Tony Blair and called the South African President. Before Tuff literally hanged up Tuff gave President Mandela a hint of his April Fools’ Day prank by asking President Mandela what he’s planning for April Fools.

 Instant Color TV: In 1962 a Swedish television did a 5-minute special announcement on how to have instant color TV. The Swedish network said this can be achieved by simply placing a nylon stocking in front of the then-popular black and white TV and magic – instant colored television!

TV License Fee Evasion Imprisonment: In 1969 a Dutch TV announced a TV license fee evasion imprisonment of the citizens of The Netherlands. When a public servant was asked on how the Dutch people could ever avoid being caught the public servant replied that it is quite impossible since people “would unlikely wrap their TV in aluminum foil”. As a result aluminum foil ran out in many stores within that hour.

 Big Ben Goes Digital: In 1980 BBC reported that there was a proposal to change to digital the 1858-built-clock of London.

Diet Tap Water: In 2004 a British breakfast show announced a successful “diet tap water” that helped one customer lose a stone and a half in four months. Ten thousand inquiries from viewers then ensued.

SARS Becomes Uncontrollable in Hong Kong: In 2003 when Hong Kong was turbulently hit by SARS (severe accute respiratory syndrome) a student thought of having his April Fools’ Day kick by posting in a website the announcement that SARS in Hong Kong is already uncontrollable and that all immigration ports would be closed for quarantine. He added that the then-Chief Executive of Hong Kong resigned because of this. Unfortunately the conservative people of Hong Kong didn’t take on well his April Fools’ Day prank and the student was eventually charged.

 Bill Gates’ Assasination: Some conservative Asians celebrated one April Fools’ Day with a prank that dramatically backfired on their stock market. Way back then many Chinese and South Korean websites posted that U.S. cable news channel CNN announced the shooting of Microsoft founder Bill Gates. In effect it was their stock market that went down.

 NASA Found Water on Mars: NASA’s official website had an April Fools’ Day the out of this world way that only they can do by announcing finding water on Mars. Aware of the dramatic effect of this prank they also accompanied this announcement by realistically having a picture of a glass of water on top of a Mars candy bar.

 Mummified Fairy: In 2007 an illusion designer posted images of what he claimed to be the mummified corpse of a an eight-inch-fairy. He fetched a handsome £280 for this on eBay.

APRIL FOOLS!

April 1st – April Fools Day, All Fools Day.

Today is April 1st – the day that many people love to play silly pranks on others.

Personally I never cared much for April Fools but many people seem to, pulling pranks on family members, co-workers, teachers, bosses, pretty much anyone in their path.

When did April Fools day start?

There is a lot of unsureness as to exactly where and when April Fools began.

The first recognized mention of April Fools was in the book Canterbury Tales in the year 1392 written by Geoffrey Chaucer.  In the book, a vain Chanticleer, or as we now know as rooster, gets tricked by a fox.

In 1539 poet Eduard de Dene made a poem about a nobleman who made his servants go on foolish errands on April 1st.

In 1686 writer John Aubrey called April 1st the Fooles holy day.

“April Fools” is a copy of a Medieval holiday called the Feast of Fools which was held on December 28th

Some believe that it originated with Noah.

In a 1789 English newspaper it was said that April Fools began when Noah set the dove away before the waters had receded. As it was too early, it was considered a prank.

It was said that this happened on the first day of Hebrew month that ties in with April.

Even though we really do not know how it began, for many it seems to be a well liked tradition which has been carried on for centuries.

I want to know new jokes in year 2011, I don’t want to go to the school with usual jokes I wanna try out something new, something cool what nobody hasn’t done yet.

2.Buy packets of googly eyes and post them around everywhere in your victims office/room

3.Sneak onto your victim’s computer and do a Google search for something really embarrassing (hemorrhoids, gender reassignment surgery, butt pimples, etc.). Leave the results window open for everyone to see!

4.Find a scrap of cloth. Place a dollar on the floor and stay nearby. When the victim comes by and bends down to pick up the dollar, rip the cloth loudly. Most people will reach back to see if they ripped their pants.

5. Put bubble wrap on your victims toilet seat, when they sit down they will be startled by a loud POP!

6. Cling film everything in somebodys desk/room.

7.Paste post it notes around your victims cursor, he/she will not be able to move it.

8. Make a hilarious prank call

9. Split open a few oreos, scrape off the cream and replace it with cream cheese. Serve them to your friends.

10. Make some ‘juice’ out of water and some food coloring, serve it out.

Stand outside a window while someone is watching television. Use a universal remote control to change channels and adjust the volume.

11. Buy a shocking digi camera.

            There are some many pranks out there that can be played. Only a few of them are really safe and in today’s work environment, most of them could get a person sued. Be sure to keep in mind the co worker with the bad heart or the anxiety disorder, and don’t forget that at least one might not have a sense of humor about being pranked.

            Most traditional pranks involved the whoopee cushion or the squirting flower.  Oldies, but goodies. Still there are the more obtrusive ones, the ones that can go a little too far.

            Remember, nothing wrong with a little fun. Just make sure the person pranked isn’t going to end up suing or having someone fired for an incident.

• Where’s the clock – Set many alarms to a very early time in the morning in the victims room , in different places . The try and get a look of the vicitms bewildered face .
• Aprils Showers -If you have a sink with a sprayer, put a rubber band over the handle or tap when nobody’s looking. This automatically keeps the nozzle in spray-mode. Make sure the nozzle is pointing up and outward. The next person to use the sink will get a splash! Too funny!

• What language is this ?- Borrow someone’s cell phone and change the language setting to a foreign language.
• Stomach Upset- Place a pair of pants and shoes inside the only toilet stall in a rest room to make it appear someone is using it all day.

• Where’s the foam – Paint a bar of soap completely with clear nail polish so it won’t suds up.
• Kidnapped !! -Take something from someone’s office and leave them a ransom note.
• Tyre Puctured -Put a balloon on the tailpipe of a someone’s car so it will pop when they start their car.

• Do the splits- Find a scrap of cloth. Place a dollar on the floor and stay nearby. When the victim comes by and bends down to pick up the dollar, rip the cloth loudly. Most people will reach back to see if they ripped their pants.

Coffee Cup -Tape magnets to the bottom of an empty coffee cup, and attach it to the top of your car. Laugh at all the people who frantically try to get your attention as you drive by.

Well after church camps, a family of pranksters, and school competitions for pranks of the year.  I am experienced I believe.

One of my favorites that i have pulled goes a little like this (mostly because i got one of my best friends good)… 

6th Grade church lock in… My friend Jayson went into the bathroom because he just ate a ton of food…. He was going to be in there awhile.  We all decided to pull a great prank use the clear packing tape to seal the door like a wall of tape… But only do it to the height of about the knees to hip and make sure it is tight.  We put a pie that tasted gross about 5 feet away from the door and also whip cream on a mat that would not get any on the walls of the church.  He came out and tripped over the tape, fell into the whip cream but missed the pie unfortunately.  Still a memorable time. My current english teach, Ms. Z (everyone calls her miss Z) loves pranks.  Well we have been working on the PERFECT PRANK to pull on her.

We have been making fake blood, and filling small balloons with it.  Super Glueing a washer to it that is attached to a string.  On This friday we will pull the best prank ever.  We will put the balloons attached to a shirt we wear and then wear a white shirt over this in class we will have a fake gun fight with our hands and have actual “blood” come out and then act like nothing happened after everyone was dead. Other great April fools ideas are having a family meal.

My family does this every year.  Instead of “Lemonade” we have jello in a cup.  Instead of pizza we have a cookie with icing on it.  Instead of mashed potatoes we have ice cream.  Anything with a sweet twist. April Fools

A few years ago my uncle had trouble with the IRS and they said that he owed money he already had paid (they were wrong in the end) 

But, what i had my little cousin do while my uncle was at work was call him and say (he was 7 or 6 at the time) “Daddy people in black suites are at the door they say they are the RIS (IRS) o sorry the IRS they want you Daddy sorry i know i should not have answered the door but they said it was urgent and an emergency.  THey are really scaring me daddy.”  He got freaked out and rushed home. April Fools.

Last year me and my little sister switched every single drawer in the kitchen around and my mom became quite flustered.  This one actually didnt work too well cause one of the drawers broke but still april fools.

April Fools is suppose to be about having fun and enjoying to laugh.  Have a great April 1st.
