One controversial topic today is the debate on abortion, where there is conflict between the "mother right" with "right to life of the fetus". The most common view on the issue of abortion was "against the pro-choice" (pro-choice) and "against the pro-life" (pro-life). Both these views have the same legal and moral considerations. Another view is more pragmatic in which abortion should be permitted except for certain cases.

There is controversy surrounding whether or not pro-life people should show pictures of aborted babies.

Abortion.
The basic Pro-Life argument: A zygote/embryo/fetus is a living human being who deserves a chance at life, regardless of the faults or desires of it’s mother. Stopping it’s chance at life=murder. It is playing God to keep life from a child.

I’m Pro-Choice: My issue with the above is that it puts the baby’s chance at life over the chance of life an abortion seeker needs. I also believe it is playing God to force life on a child who may suffer.

Women have choices these days. Do you place your child for adoption or do you have an abortion? Whatever your reasons are for either choice, it is a personal decision. Personal, But also the choice of the father of the child.

A pro-life writer supports gun ownership and shooting trespassers. Is this inconsistent?
