Female sexuality is widely recognised and advertised in todays society, and women may flaunt and talk about sex and sexuality as much as they please, but this wasnt always the case. In victorian times, women were not allowed to enjoy sex as they are today.

Jack the Ripper was the name associated with one of London’s longest unsolved multiple murderers. The murders all occurred in the Whitechapel area of east London, with the first one being reported in March 1888. A letter was delivered claiming the famous name which later proved to be a hoax but the name stuck, although he was also known as the Whitechapel Murderer.

Many of the women’s lib freedoms so many take for granted today were actually gained by the whores of the 19th and early 2oth century.

In early 1984, Angelo Buono one of the pair that became known as the Hillside Stranglers was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the rape, torture and murder of 10 young women, some of them were just girls not into their teens, in Los Angeles. Buono’s cousin and partner in crime, Kenneth Bianchi had testified against him to escape the death penalty.

Such is the life and these are the problems of the time we live in!
