Some people go to desperate measures to get money, even when desperation means nothing at all. Have you heard of 3d virtual escorts? I bet not, now I'm guessing you're wondering what it's like. Well, how about I tell you?

This past year has been pretty awesome for me. Well, let’s rewind it for a moment, before I plunge into excessive details about why it’s pretty awesome. I’m socially awkward, a bit on the heavy side. I have difficulty making friends, I always think people are going to make fun of me. I keep my eyes on the floor when I walk in public, because I feel as if I’d gain the ability for a few moments to read someones mind. I know, I know…it’s a tad hypocritical considering I don’t want to be judged, so in turn I’m judging others, thinking they are having bad thoughts about me. Okay, fast forward. I starting working at this cookie shop in a collegetown, had the job for eight months, before I started being really social. I befriended this cool guy, (for the sake of his identity we’ll call him Easton.) Very social, and helped me break out of my shell. All my friends are ones I met at work. Unfortunately I’ve been out of a job since June, the cookie shop closed down for the summer due to declined sales. All the college kids went home for the summer, thus the descend of the cookie shop. Don’t worry, it will be back in August! So, at this point I bet you’re asking yourself…”What the hell does she do to pay rent and food?” My answer to you is…nothing. I do absolutely nothing, roommate has been paying the bills, my parents help me out with food. But just two weeks ago, I’ve stumbled upon this odd-job. Literally odd.

In past desperate attempts for money, I’ve posted my “resume” on a site. I won’t give the actual site’s name so let’s call it SexyList.com. I’ll let you put two and two together, and figure out what kind of employment they post, with using the word sexylist.com and desperate. Yes, I let it get to that point a few times. I was checking an email I don’t really use, but it’s nice just to have it. That’s when it happened. I saw someone contact me for a job. Before I opened it I secretly prayed it wasn’t a webcam model job, a porn gig, or anything the sort. Someone must of heard my prayers; because it wasn’t. Instead it was to be a virtual 3d escort on a website, that’s kind of like IMVU and secondlife. It wasn’t either of those, but something along those lines. Interesting, I thought to myself. I replied. Admittedly the process wasn’t easy, and I did have to pay twenty dollars to become a VIP, I thought it was sketchy, but to my surprise…it was a better investment than I had thought. I’ve basically lived in this 3d world online. My avatar looks so much better than I do in reality, now I know why people spend so much time on these damned things. It gives you a taste of life, someone like me could never have, just dream about and see it in the movies.

I’ve spent the past two weeks indulging in virtual sex for rays. That is the currency they use on this particular website. What working girls do (working girls are what they call the escorts on the website.), is service people in exchange for rays. They can then sell the rays on the websites marketplace, and obtain real money. Granted, it’s not a lot of money but it’s good enough to slowly pay back my roomie, and get a little bit of food for the week. How absurd, some of you might be thinking…and is this even legal? I’m literally doing nothing for money, there is no actual sex involved, and you never meet anyone. It’s extremely discreet, and you don’t have to use real information. (That’s good, I don’t want people looking me up on facebook or something.)

I really don’t recommend this kind of work to anyone to be honest. Because, at the end of the day when you turn off your computer, you realize how much time you wasted…and it has honestly has effected my real life. I haven’t spoke to my friends since I tarted this, I basically have not left my house…I’ve been so obsessed with making money, I seldom look for a summer job. It makes me feel good walking through the ally of the game, and seeing my poster for services on the walls. The game promotes the working girls and working guys, by plastering their pictures everywhere in the game. I work for the game, and they do everything legit You have to send them a picture of your ID, and a picture of you holding your ID. This game clearly isn’t intended for minors, and they really make sure of it. Sadly I feel like a celebrity in this virtual world. Seeing my posters everywhere, being promoted, how nice people are to me when I walk into a club or a bordello. The nice clothing my avatar wears, how many people befriend me and request me for my services. I can’t possibly explain how it makes someone like me feel to someone who has an actual life. They also have a ranking system, I basically obliterated it in less than two weeks. I also obsess with being number one, so I keep doing really hard work and earning a higher ranking.

Hopefully my

The price of $2 million sounds about right...

We all know the name, and if you don’t you know the face and if you do not know that you’ll recognize the hair. Its Manny Ramirez the slugger from Santo, Domingo. And as a free agents is always changing teams, it’s no different for Ramirez. This year you’ll be seeing him down in the Bay with the Rays!

This year Manny Ramirez is heading down to Tampa to play for the Rays. This may come as a shock to many of us but, as fans we’re all excited to see what he’ll do. Its reported that Manny was paid a very respectable $2 million dollars for last season.

Which he is set to receive again for his 1 year contract with Tampa. We are all thinking that $2 million is a very reasonable salary for a years worth of play. To put it in perspective Mannys counterpart Johnny Damon is also coming to join the team for a 1 year contract, but at a whopping $5.25 million dollars for the same time constraint.

Now, it could be argued that Manny suffers some injuries here and there and may have to sit out a few games…but what do you expect from a player approaching his 40’s. We should expect to see a well played out season for him since this could be his last.

If it is, then he has nothing to look back on in regret. Manny has had a more flourishing MLB career than most players can ever say; a nine time Silver Slugger, 1/25 to hit 500 career Homers, 21 Grand Slams, and a 12 time All-Star Game Player.

Mr. Ramirez is a veteran in the game but it is no secret he has lost much of his approval since the ‘09 scandals with steroids, or whatever illicit substances he was taking. Now he is just trying to live out the remainder of his career by playing the game we all know and love.

So Tampa fans ! Get ready to see some new faces and talents on your field this year!

The Philippines will fly a new flag soon wherein there will be an additional ninth ray radiating from the sun. Lawmakers say the change was meant to acknowledge Muslim contribution in freeing the Philippines from foreign colonizers.

The sun in the Philippines’ national flag will soon have nine rays, instead of just eight, to symbolize the courage, bravery and integrity of Muslim Filipinos who fought for the nation’s independence, lawmakers said on Thursday.

The eight rays of the sun represent the first eight localities that revolted against Spanish rule in the Philippines in 1898 – the city of Manila and the provinces of Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Tarlac.
The three stars in the flag represent the three major geographical divisions of the country: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Senator Richard Gordon said the Senate and House of Representatives will ratify next week the reconciled Senate and House bills providing for the inclusion of an additional ray in the sun.
Earlier on Tuesday, lawmakers from both houses of Congress approved the change in the Philippine flag.
Gordon, chairman of the Senate panel and principal author of Senate Bill 3307, hailed the approval of the measure, saying it would promote greater unity among Filipinos regardless of religion.
“We are a country that has had a conflict with our Muslim brothers for the last so many decades. I think this is a big step towards reuniting our country, recognizing the contributions of our fellow countrymen, the Filipino Muslims. We should recognize their deeds in our country,” Gordon said.
He said he proposed the addition of the ninth ray to the Philippine flag to honor the Muslim heroes who fought for the country’s independence against Spain. They include Lapu-Lapu, Sultan Kudarat and Rajah Sulayman, who, Gordon said, showed courage, bravery and integrity against the better armed Spanish foes.
He said he pursued his proposal despite initial opposition from the National Historical Institute.
The Congress’ approval of the change in the Philippine flag was welcomed warmly by Muslim Filipinos, describing it as “long overdue.”
Descendants of Sultan Kudarat and other Muslim warriors who fought and never bowed to foreign colonizers starting with the Spaniards, yesterday said the congressional action was a “direct credit” to the exploits of their ancestors. They expressed hope that it would lead to a “genuine step” for meaningful national unity.
“For several decades, government campaigns for meaningful national unity were bereft of one basic element – the true recognition and reflection in the national flag of the Muslims’ existence,” said Muammar Taurak, a Maranao college student in Marawi City who belonged to the lineage of the Muslim warrior Amai Pakpak.
Muslim government officials in Mindanao had clamored for such a revision in the Philippine flag since the time of the administration of former President Ferdinand Marcos in the 1960s. But their calls were not given much attention.
The lawmakers decried the absence of Muslim representation in the national flag a “socio-cultural and political injustice” to the Muslim residents in the Philippines.
They said the “blatant bias” in the national flag helped fuel separatism in Mindanao.

Radionics is a healing science based on the principles of occult ether physics.

Radionics is a means of effecting healing that is based on the scientific principles of ether physics. This occult science has been largely hidden from the public while Newtonian and Einsteinian-based conceptualizations of the physical world has become the established norm. Within the false paradigm of conventional science, radionics is chicanery, because it cannot exist. So, it is easy to understand why people who have devoted their lives to and given their minds over to the cult of modern science are quick to call radionics “quackery.” Indeed, this is the official stance of the FDA. Nonetheless, radionics is an fast and efficacious means of treating an unlimited quantity and variety of human, animal and plant malaise.

The basic scientific premise that is the foundation of radionics is that all apparently solid matter is, in reality, dynamic energy that can be described mathematically as a wave. Treatment occurs by identifying the frequencies in question and producing either an in-phase wave (to enhance an effect) or an out-of-phase wave (to counter an unwanted effect). Every individual, every organ, every disease, every invisible energetic wave manifestation of the human body possesses its own individual frequency.

Radionics takes its name from the word “radio.” The first such machine was designed by Dr. Ruth Drown during the first Age of Radio and since it operates on the same basic principles as radio waves, it was so named “radionics.” More information about Dr. Drown, including a biography can be found at www.educate-yourself.org. Numerous innovations have taken place in the field of radionics. These improvements are the products of forward-thinking minds like Dr. Albert Abrams and Dr. Royal Raymond Rife.

Treatment with radionics can be done at a distance by broadcasting a frequency, directed by means of a witness (a representation of the subject to be treated, often a blood spot, saliva, hair, a signature or a photograph). Radionics is sometimes called “electronic homeopathy,” because it works on similar principles. In fact, an understanding of basic homeopathy is a helpful pre-requisite for anyone who is interested in learning more about the application of radionics to human, animal or plant health.

To a superstitious and improperly educated populace, it is easy to see how this science could be regarded as wizardry, as it is in the eyes of conventional medicine and those who place their faith in its white-coated priesthood. But, these people might do well to remember this quote by Arthur C. Clarke: “Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” Of course, radionics is not magic, it is only one application of ether physics. People live with the products of this science ever day. They unthinkingly use equipment that paran

Many believe that the moon is the reasoning behind some of the bizarre occurrences that leave us perplexed and terrified. This has lead to a supernatural disease extremely rarely in humans and not of this realm.

Urban folklore speaks of the lunar powers of the moon and it’s ability to transform the darkest of beings into moonlight murderers . They kill in the brink of the full moon when they are fully able to use both hands with the assistance of the luminous light from the globe in the sky.

Many believe that the Moon is the reasoning behind some of the bizarre occurrences that leave us perplexed and terrified. This has lead to a supernatural disease extremely rarely in humans and not of this realm.

Lycanthropy begins when one believes that he/she is destined to metamorphasi z e into another being. Usually this happens in a time of vulnerability, such as after a wedding, death, or major change. Often, the transformation is triggered by someone saying or doing something that triggers a physical reaction in the person, making them believe they need to transform.

The term Lycanthropy comes from Greek (”wolf”) + άνθρωπος, ánthrōpos (”human”)The word lycanthropy is sometimes described as any transformation of a human into animal form .

Lycanthropy has also dated back to Lycaon , a king of Arcadia who, according to Ovid “s Metamorphoses , was turned into a ravenous wolf in retribution for knowingly serving human flesh to visiting Zeus in an attempt to disprove the god”s divinity.

Lycanthropy is often confused with transmigration (reincarnation); but the essential feature of the were-animal is that it is the alternative form of a living human being, while the animal is the vehicle of the spirit of a dead human being.

Nevertheless, instances in legend of humans reincarnated as wolves are often classed with Lycanthropy , as well as these instances being labeled werewolves in local folklore.

One bizarre case that was presented before the Higher Court on the 2nd of June, 1603 was Jean Grenier. ” Jean Grenier, a French were-wolf “, was arrested when he freely made a confession of the most odious and hideous werewolfery ; crimes which were in every particular way to be proved true. He had killed several children and eaten the remains leaving nothing behind but the bones.

The evolution of this supreme behavior has transcribed into a more odious and malicious act over centuries. The presentation of cannibalisms in modern society has only added fuel to the blazing fire of this rarity.

A new twist on an old favorite. Urban Legends are like the game of telephone, along the way the facts get sillier and more bizarre.

Over history, society has played with the idea of amazing phenomenons that they think is true. The only reason why we think this is because we have heard it so many times before.
I know we’d all like to believe that all of these mysteries are true and some of them are but, most legends are just stories that have been passed down from generation to generation.

It’s like that game we used to play when we were little called “telephone”. You would tell a friend a secret, they would tell their friend a secret and so on and so forth. The message gets jumbled up and along the way it just gets sillier.

Going to the tanning bed many times in a day will cook your organs.-False-There is absolutely no proof or published evidence that suggests that this is true. It is scientifically impossible to have your organs cooked from tanning. Tanning beds use ultraviolet rays that can severe sunburn. If they could cook your organs, they would use radiation and that is unethical.

Pop rocks and Soda mixed together can cause an explosion in your stomach.-False-Although evidence has proven that pop rocks and soda mixed together does cause a sort of expansion in your abdominal, it will not blow it up. You may experience an overwhelming amount of gas but, other than that, you’re safe.

Dying in your sleep due to dreams of crashing: False

Have you ever had a dream where you are falling or even crashing on an airplane. If you die in your sleep due to these events, most likely is was due to some other underlying cause such as a massive heart attack, old age, or even stress.

People who died laughing: True

Alex Mitchell from Norfolk, England kicked the bucket while he was watching his favorite television show. He laughed for 30 straight minutes then keeled over. It was said he died from massive heart failure due to the overwhelming exertion of laughing.

Getting struck by lightening twice: True

The odds of getting struck by lightning are like 1 in a billion. What about the odds of the same person getting struck twice? In a case that Ripley’s did recently, a woman with M.S. named Mary Lancer was accustomed to living her life in a wheel chair. One day, when it was storming, lighting hit the house and traveled up the metal rails that she had in her bathroom. Not realizing anything was amiss, she grabbed onto the bar in an attempt to relieve herself and she was shocked instantly. Miraculously she lived, she was actually able to get up and start walking. Unfortunately, it didn’t last. She was back in a wheel chair within months. This didn’t stop the lightning from reaching her again. Months later, it happened again when she was outside of her house trying to get into shelter before another storm. She was too late and she was struck again in her wheelchair. Once again, she was able to walk. What’s fascinating about this story is that people with MS have extreme spinal issues that can be severely aggravated if given an electrical shock. So why was Mary able to walk? Divine Intervention maybe?

Every person in the country swallows a certain amount of spiders when sleeping-Neither true nor false-Nobody really knows how many insects we swallow during a pleasant night sleep. No such case is on formal record anywhere in scientific or medical literature. I have heard about spiders hiding in the inner ear and ones that crawl up the nose.

Saying candy man three times into the mirror-Neither true nor false-No one knows because everyone is to afraid to do it. I wouldn’t do it, would you?

Swimming in a lake of bacteria and something swims up your internal parts-True-There is actually only one documented case in history and it happened in a third world country where a fish that had certain types of suction on its mouth swam up inside the man’s part and suctioned on the inside of it. This caused enormous amounts of pain and lead to death.

Flesh eating bacteria-True-There is a known case in Kentucky by the name of Mark Tatum. His wife had noticed he was getting very ill and complaining about constant headaches. He was often confused and losing functioning of his body. His wife took him to the ER and within hours he had lost his eyesight. After testing Mark, they found that he was infected with a sinus bacterium called Mucor “bread mold”. The surgeons immediately took him into surgery and removed his nose and eyes to prevent further infection.
