Just a possible suggestion of method that I have for article publishing and reading in a systematic method.

Hello everyone,

I have a possible systematic method of reading other people’s articles, writing your own articles and publishing them. I am thinking of writing a certain number of articles a day, obviously this depends on people’s work and social commitments on a daily basis. Everyone could decide on how much to do which I am sure everyone will do already.

I am thinking, for myself, to try and write and publish for example five articles a day, and also to commit to reading ten articles a day created by people who are my friends. This could possibly be increased depending on each article’s depth of content.

I possibly suggest reading your first five friends’ articles, say two articles a day, and then the following day, move onto and read two articles belonging to your next five friends, and continue to do this in this method.

In this way you are consistently reading articles from all of your friends, liking and appreciating their work, placing likes, comments and feedback etc.

You could then maintain a consistency and your friends would be safe and reassured in the knowledge of knowing that their articles are always going to be read within a certain time period. I appreciate that this would be on a more longer time scale for people who have a large number of friends, but article reading could be increased if the articles happened to be short, thus enabling you to progress further and read more, and very importantly learn and enjoy more as well.

Any feedback or constructive criticism would be appreciated, please feel free to comment. Thank you very much.

Chris Bailie.

You won't be regretting it.

If you think back to when you were a child, you probably spent a lot more time reading that you do now. With the invention of the 24 hour television and the internet, it is starting to mean that we don’t have the same amount of time just to be able to sit and read as we might have done in the past, and this means that books are being forgotten in our younger generations. However, reading should be encouraged a lot more. Not only does it help us to learn how to read, which is obviously important to be able to do, but it also helps our imagination to grow and teaches us a lot about our lives and what we can expect from the world. But, with our lives busier than ever these days, how an we expect to be able to find the time to read a book?

The first thing that you should do is think about how much time you spend on the internet. Most people spend several hours per day on their computer, and this means that you should think about setting a rule which would mean that you wouldn’t spend more than half an hour per day on your computer. You should also make sure that you set a time by which you should be off the internet each night, and ensure that you stick to it so that you’re not just sitting aimlessly clicking on things that you don’t even really have an interest in. If you set that time aside specifically for reading, then you’re much more likely to actually get it done than if you just say that you’re going to read something during the course of that day; as time will run away with you and you may end up not getting anything done at all.

If you have children, then it is really important that you get them into good habits quickly in their life. This will mean that they will grow up being able to appreciate books and the worlds that are held within them. You should start to teach them how to read from an early age, and encourage them to read anything and everything that you see when you’re out and about with them. In addition to this, you should make sure that they never get into the habit of sitting for hours on end on games consoles, as this can mean that they end up not reading at all, which can only be a bad thing. By starting your children out this way in life, it is much more likely that they’re going to be able to pick up good habits, and this means that they will learn how to read properly. If you work together with them and with your child’s school, there is no reason that your child should not learn how to really enjoy reading, unlike a lot of children who’s parents don’t bother with them at all and just let them do whatever they like all day. Be a good parent, and give the gift of reading to your child.

How to do so.

If your child is in primary school, then it is very mportant that they learn the art of being organised. If they are able to do this now, then it is a skill that would stay with them for the rest of their lives, meaning that they would be able to be successful in their later education and eventually careers. Primary school is a big change in a child’s life, because it means that they have to take some kind of responsibility for themselves for the first time ever, rather than just being able to rely on you as parents to organise them and keep them happy and safe.

The first thing that you should do is make sure that you know just what they have to do in school. Their class teacher should be able to fill you in with what they have done in school that day, and also the things that they want you to do at home with them when they get back from school. It is important to get your children into the habit of working to deadlines right from being young, as this is something that will be of great benefit to them in their later life.

Routines are very important with young children, and they will often thrive on them. You should set specific times for homework to be done in the evening, and the best time to be able to do this is just before dinner, as young children get tired after dinner and they would not be able to complete their best work if it was after bed. If they say that they don’t feel like doing their work, then you should never give in to them, as they will then know exactly what they have to do to be able to get out of doing the things that they wanted to.

Reading is something that is to be encouraged by parents. Children don’t do enough reading these days, and it is very important that you are able to read your child’s reading book with them on a practically daily basis. As well as this, you should ask them what various words are around the house and on road signs, as this would mean that your child would get into the habit of looking at words and trying to work out what they meant. You should be careful that you don’t teach your child different methods to the ones that their teacher sets for them, because this would confuse them and might mean that it would take them a lot longer to learn how to read in the long term. The most important thing that you have to do is be encouraging, as children always know when their parents are being supportive of them. Getting them into the habit early on in life means that they’re going to cope a lot better in the rest of their education, as they will have learned right away.

A short path through of this book.

The acclaimed #1 New York Times bestselling military thriller writer and coauthor of the bestselling Rogue Warrior series goes beyond the headlines and worldwide speculation in this pulse-pounding fictional account of the breathtaking hunt for the world’s most wanted terrorist, Usama Bin Laden

KBL

Some truths are better told in fiction. In this riveting novel drawn from actual events and based on real-life heroes whose identities remain classified—including soldiers, sailors, intelligence operatives, technocrats, analysts, and policymakers—John Weisman fills in the blanks of what may have happened during the hunt and capture of Usama Bin Laden.

Moving from the political battlefields of Washington, D.C., and the secure, seventh-floor suite of the CIA director in Langley, Virginia, to the dusty streets of Peshawar, Lahore, and Abbottabad, Pakistan, to the rough Afghan interior, to the Middle East and western Europe, this fictional narrative brings to life the drama behind SEAL Team 6’s breathtaking raid in which Bin Laden—a.k.a. Crankshaft, a.k.a. al Mas (the Diamond), the ghost, the wraith, the grail for counterterrorists for more than a decade—met his fate.

In the Oval Office, the Pentagon, the CIA, and the State Department, Washington’s power brokers, the president, the director of the Central Intelligence Agency, and the Secretary of Defense conduct secret meetings, battle for political supremacy, and make life-and-death choices. Meanwhile, at an anonymous naval installation just south of Virginia Beach, Virginia, the Naval Special Warfare Development Group trains in secret for the mission of a lifetime. And at Vallhalla Base, the CIA’s safe house in Abbottabad, dedicated intelligence officers gather intel critical to locating and capturing the elusive Bin Laden.

KBL: Kill Bin Laden probes the hearts and minds of America’s secret warriors, revealing what the job means to them and the toll it takes. Here are the Navy SEALs who can never admit what unit they work for; the CIA paramilitary operators who risk their lives among the enemy, putting themselves in harm’s way knowing their existence will be denied if they are killed or captured; and the elite cadre of gritty leaders who bravely put country and security above politics.

Filled with pulse-pounding excitement and the tactics, intelligence tradecraft, and operational sources and methods used in real-world CIA and special-operations missions, KBL: Kill Bin Laden is a thrill-a-minute dramatization that sets the standard for adventure novels as it brilliantly imagines the action, intrigue, and suspense of this real-life event and offers a glimpse of the new face of warfare.

A summery of the 1st of 12 chapters of the classic novel Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe.

In the first chapter of Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe. Robinson Crusoe tells the readers a little about himself. He says that he comes from a good family. His father immigrated to England from Germany and his last name was originally Kreutznaer. That was quickly changed to Crusoe in England so if would have a more English tone to it.

The father of Robinson was old and dying and during a conversation he told Robinson that he shouldn’t give in to his desire to go to the sea and travel his life away. Robinson’s father assured him that he would get a good job and have a happy safe life there. The reason the father was so overprotective was that he had already lost one son in combat in Holland and life at sea was a dangerous life to live. The words of his father made a great impact on Robinson and he decided to stay… but not for long. After a short while Robinson couldn’t ignore his desire to travel anymore. He talked to his mother of the possibility of life at sea but she didn’t understand him and she did not approve of the idea.

One day Robinson met a former classmate who told him about a ship belonging to his father. The ship was going to London and Robinson was offered a free trip. He didn’t reject and he didn’t tell his parents. He was thrilled and accepted the offer. During his stay on the ship he and all the other men on board were almost killed because of a dangerous storm. They were lucky to survive. Despite the horrific incident Robinson wasn’t scared away from sailing. Instead of going back to his parents he decided to try and find another ship to travel with!

Then Robinson met a captain that was very fond of him. He granted him free passage on his ship that was to sail through the west coast of Africa and all the way to Guinea. The captain suggested that instead of using his money on a ticket to go on board the ship he should use his money to buy stuff that he could eventually trade or sell. Robinson then did just that and was a very happy young man. It was a very successful sea travel for Robinson. The captain had given him insight in both mathematics and navigation. When Robinson returned to England he didn’t have much money left, but he had some gold dust that he sold for a very big amount of money. The good captain however died shortly after the return to England. But the financial success at sea made Robinson want to take the same route again. However this time it would be a disastrous trip. When he and the other sailors were between the Canary Islands and the coast of Africa they were surprised by a pirate ship that had them outgunned. Robinson and the other surviving men on board were now taken as slaves.

Robinson wasn’t treated as badly as he had feared. The pirate captain actually liked him and kept him as his private slave. Robinson now thought of his father’s warning about not going to sea and he felt very bad. He thought to himself that it was God himself who was punishing him. Robinson stayed a slave in Africa for 2 years.

The pirate captain enjoyed go fishing and Robinson was a quite talented fisherman himself so as a consequence he was often allowed on a fishing boat with either the pirate captain or some other crew. One day the boat was filled with a lot of valuable material since the pirate captain expected his wealthy friends to come on a fishing trip with him. The captains friends however couldn’t make it in time and so the captain ordered Robinson, a family member and another young slave Xury to go catch a lot of fish for when his friends would arrive in the evening. Now Robinson thought it would be the right time to try to escape. He didn’t really have a plan. He just wanted to get out of the grip of the pirate captain.

Robinson convinced Moly the relative of the pirate captain to sail even further out in the sea than usual in order to get a bigger catch. Then Robinson threw Moly overboard. Moly promised that he would behave and do anything Robinson asked. But Robinson still suggested Moly to swim ashore. Eventually Moly accepted it and swam towards shore. Then Robinson talked to the young slave and told him that if he would stay loyal to him he would make him a great man. Xury accepted and they both set sail towards Gibraltar, a different location than they really wanted to go so that the swimming Moly would think that was their destination. When darkness came they changed course and sailed towards South East. Already next day it seemed that they had escaped their life of slavery. They kept sailing for 5 days and then they headed back to the mainland. The plan was to swim to land in the darkness but there were a lot of roars from wild animals that night and Xury was almost dead of fright. However they often had to go on land in order to restock on fresh water to drink.

They continued down South in the hopes of being seen by a European ship that could rescue them. After some days they began to see signs of humans. Soon the native Africans studied them from the shoreline. Xury advised Robinson not to go on land but he did so anyway and began to communicate with a man with a spear. Robinson made signs that they were friendly but needed food. It wasn’t long before the black Africans provided them with all they needed. Sadly Robinson couldn’t give them anything in return because they didn’t have anything to give at that point. But he soon repaid them. A few days after their meeting two leopards were playing or fighting by the shore. The Africans were terrified but Robinson shot one of the leopards and gave the meet to the grateful natives. They insisted however that he could keep the leopards fur and then they provided him with whatever else he needed.

If you're the mum or dad of a child with learning disabilities, reading facilitate for youngsters might sound like an enigma. Actually, if doing the identical issue once more and once more anticipating fully completely different results could be a definition for madness, then most reading facilitate kidrenfor youngsters could seem to be madness to you! In case you're struggling for methods to assist your child, you will be asking yourself, “Is there a bigger approach?”

Standard Reading facilitate for youngsters

Probably the foremost manner of providing reading facilitate for youngsters is tutoring, that entails a fanatical teacher or tutor drilling the kid over and once again in an try and break through and enhance their learning incapacity. there is not any doubt that this method will work, however it is a lengthy, painful and tough suggests that to produce reading facilitate for youngsters. The question arises, is there a stronger way?

While I applaud and assist the various dedicated tutors and learning lecturers internationally who work onerous to produce outcomes with their children, I additionally acknowledge that providing reading facilitate for youngsters could be a long and painful method. As a behavioral optometrist, my calling is to form of this course of easier, further palatable and further effective.

Visual Development Provides Reading facilitate for youngsters

I’m not a tutor, which is why i do not offer the standard reading facilitate for youngsters that tutors and lecturers are thus sensible at. However, I actually have discovered a way that is in a position to form the reading facilitate for youngsters offered by lecturers and tutors further effective.. there is not any magic involved, however must do with enhancing the visible improvement of a child with learning disabilities to assist them manufacture their most potential in relation to learning to browse.

Vision is that the dominant sense within the classroom, and it is also the basic sense is employed when reading. thus it’s good that, if we will improve the visual experience of a child, we tend to are able to offer reading facilitate for youngsters however shall be further powerful and easier to implement.

The nice news is that this suggests reduction for folks and lecturers who pound away, day when day, week when week, month when month creating an endeavor to assist a toddler who is struggling enhance their learning performance. The reply is to not continuously do it over and once again anticipating a singular finish result: the solution is to try one issue new!

Reading facilitate for youngsters From the bottom Up!

If customary reading facilitate for youngsters simply is not breaking by suggests that of, it’s possible that the kid has not developed variety of the essential experience required to try and do the tasks. Whereas these skills could develop slowly over time, it’s smart that coaching these primary visible experience can offer them the tools they have to enhance their learning suggests that way faster than mounted repetition. the important question is, “What are these skills and also the approach will we tend to develop them quickly?”

The development of bound basic visual experience are needed to supply real reading facilitate for youngsters. These visible skills embody eye coordination, focus, eye actions, sequencing, visual reminiscence, coding and an entire host of alternative skills. easy learning glasses or constant repetition may facilitate many of those, but a baby with learning disabilities can nonetheless be struggling if these typically aren’t developed quickly.

That is why I’ve developed a vision therapy program specifically specializing in the event of these primary vision skills. These can be enhanced by variety of exercises and video games that immediately goal the abilities that are needed to get the platform for actual and sustainable reading facilitate for youngsters.

So if you would like to assist your youngster, the reply isn’t to try and do constant things time and once more expecting a special result. Take a minute out to develop the specified visible experience, and your kid can enhance further rapidly. Targeted vision therapy will gift actual reading facilitate for youngsters way more effectively than mind numbing repetition.

I have reviewed two other books of Dave Cornford, and I enjoyed them immensely. This book is no different, the first part in a new series he is developing, Cornford uses his financial knowledge to weave relevant, moving tales of people from all walks of life and wallet size and tells their stories; how the financial meltdown and recession affected them, their lives, their beliefs and their families. I have read the three stories contained in this edition before, and after reading them again, I find I like them even more. I enjoy a read that is different and thought provoking, and this book fits the bill. Curl up and have a read, I dare you not to turn your thermostat down or run around the house switching off sockets after reading, to save those all important pennies.

One of my sons was having trouble learning to read.

So we would get him to read comic books out loud,

and newspapers and even the bible.

Now today He can speak like a proffessor.

Most of my children love to read.

It is great to get to to try out new words and alway be positive.

Never criticize their efforts.

You can read to them and with them and make it as fun as posssible.

Help with difficult words to keep the story going.

If they are not interested in a particular book, find one they like.

You must spend a hefty amount of your precious time watching television. For many people television is the major way of entertainment. The good news is you can incorporate some cerebral exercises while watching television. All you need to do is to select shows, which will make you think too besides enjoying the show. For example, there are slew of shows, which ask their viewers to answer some questions relating to the show after the show is over. Most of the times it includes telling a character’s name or stuff like that. Participating in these kinds of contests is a wonderful way to use your brain while idly sitting and enjoying television programs. If there is no such quiz test after any show, you can still use your brain while watching the television. For example, after a show is over, try to memorize how many commercial breaks were there and then think how many commercials were shown in those breaks.

Another thing you probably do on a daily basis is reading newspaper. Reading itself will sharpen your memory undoubtedly. In addition to reading the newspaper doing the crossword puzzle or Sudoku puzzle daily that are of course printed on the newspaper, can do the best for you in terms of sharpening your memory.

At the beginning of the day, make to do list. Write down the name of the work at the top of the list, which you will do first. For instance, laundry at 9 o’ clock in the morning can be your first thing to do. Then write down the others respectively. At the end of the day, try to remember the list and tell yourself every name of work from that list.

Learning a new language and learning to play an instrument good and enjoyable ways to boost your memory preservation. Whatever you do to improve your brain, your ultimate goal is to keep using your brain in various ways. Regular practice of any of these activities can wow you with real improvement of your memory.

I thought early child hood reading was as natural as breathing.

I enjoy reading, maybe more so than writing. Reading is something that, it seems to me, I have done almost all of my life. I have no idea when (at what age) I learned to read.

I do remember the first Stephen King works that I read, they were: Nightmares and Dreamscapes (which he wrote under his pen name), a collection of short stories and Pet Semetary. One of the short stories was about a creature living under the town, in the draind, and its finger had worked it’s way up the sink drain…. anyways, this gave me nightmares for a long time. funny, but I continued to read his works. And I know I was 9 years old.

I did start writing some poetry around the age of ten, maybe I’ll dig out my little journal so i can share some of my old works with all of my Triond friends. Some of it is pretty corny

Several people have told me that being an avid reader makes an avid writer, although I have no doubts about my reading abilities, I certainly am not an avid writer.

Others have said things like “You started reading when you were that young?” or “I think you are full of Sh&*!, Little kids don’t read novels”. As if it is impossible. Weird.

I am sort of dumbfounded by this, I thought reading was natural, and unless one were illiterate ( as my stepfather is), I assumed that they read as children.

I just ust wanted to share this bit of puzzlement with everyone. Because, I am not alone, right? I mean, when did you start reading and what did you read?
