Rumours of a woman pregnant with nine children has quickly been debunked and labelled false according to credible sources.

According to Televisa on Thursday; Mexico’s main broadcaster, a woman is pregnant with nine babies made up of six girls and three boys.

The woman, identified as Karla Vanessa Perez of Coahuila State is according to report being treated at the hospital.

Unconfirmed reports say she was due to deliver on 20th May.

A successful delivery of the nonuplets would have being the highest multiple births ever recorded after a Californian woman who gave birth to octuplets in 2009.

Less than a week after the news of the expected nonuplets, other reports came out to debunk the earlier.

The big news was, there wasn’t any such fact of a mother expecting nine babies in Mexico.

According to a local newspaper El Diario de Coahuila, in the town where the speculated nonomon was said there was no such a person in that condition.

The newspapers investigation revealed the woman in question was actually not pregnant at all. The mother of the supposed expecting nonomon said she had three children of ages 15,12 and 4. After her third child she had a operation which prevented her from getting pregnant again.

A reported from Telemundo, David Vila also after contacting Mexico’s Secretary of Health, was informed the woman was not pregnant.

A to why someone will come out to make false claims she is pregnant with nine babie, Dr. Jose Salvador Gallegos Mata, a member of the Mexican Society of Gynecology and Urology said “That woman needs urgent psychological treatment.”

So, did Friday the 13th give me any negative vibes following my good start to the day? You'll be pleased to hear that it didn't. Wasn't what you'd call a mega positive day but, on the whole, it went pretty well!

I love the outside, but glad I don’t have to type in the above situation!!!

Following on from my relaxing breakfast - http://webupon.com/blogging/its-friday-the-13th-the-prologue – I went up to my office and got on with some work which had come in from two of my “really nice bloke” clients. The first job was from a surveyor who wanted a fairly lengthy report about a large estate. The estate was owned by one of our “minor” lords and he was wanting to do some renovations to some of his period cottages which, thanks to Google, I no longer have to imagine but can go straight onto Google Maps and see it from a bird’s eye view. The estate with it’s immense manor house in extensive wonderfully landscaped gardens, looked absolutely beautiful, with the cottages being set against a backdrop of woodland, close to the entrance gate.

The second job, a little less exciting, was from an estate agent who had visited a large period town house which had its origins back in the 17th century. The people were looking to move to a period house further out into the country and needed a valuation for their town house in order to sell it. The estate agent was dictating a report for the owners setting out what would be the main selling features he would point out to prospective purchasers if he was instructed to sell. The property had oak beams, an original bread oven and a large wood burner in an original ingle nook fireplace but it also had the benefit of a new kitchen and two or three period style bathrooms.

Although I live in a small house which, going on floor areas, would probably fit into the ground floor of this town house, it was great just to imagine living in such a house. And, for some reason, I then began to wonder if it could perhaps boast any interesting ghosts, bearing in mind the house’s origins were set way back in the 17th century during which time we were undergoing a turbulent period in history here in the UK. As a child I’d often dreamed of living in a haunted house but, now being in my 50s, I was a little more wary of coming face to face with the spirit world!

So far so good, for Friday the 13th! Having completed this work I then found myself with a distinct lack of paying work but I busied myself with getting out my Sex-Starved Fruit Fly article – http://socyberty.com/sexuality/sex-crazed-fruit-fly-goes-out-on-binge and I interspersed my research on this with a bit of housework so I wouldn’t have so much to do tomorrow (Saturday). That was a 50/50 bad/good luck moment in the day – good because I had time to relax but, equally, it was bad because I wasn’t bringing in any real money to speak of.

The rest of the day followed much the same line but ended on a relative high when my outsourcing typing agency – OutSec – informed me that they were gaining more surveying clients and wondered if I might be able to take on more of those clients. It may mean I’d have less time for writing on Triond but it would mean quite a bit of money in the real world!

I finished work quite elated and very early for me – about 5.30 – so I went downstairs, shoved some fish and chips in the oven, fed the cats, and settled down for an evening of “catch up” TV. Started with a couple of quiz shows that come on during the day when I’m working so I record them each day and then watch them in the evening. I followed this up with a Sherlock Holmes mystery and a UK police/murder mystery – Scott & Bailey.

So, who says Friday the 13th is unlucky?! It turned out to be pretty good for me.

My partner concurred with my feelings. He’d had problems with fitting a new motherboard into his PC earlier in the week but had managed to fix it today. He’d then downloaded a new RPG game and set up his TeamSpeak to enable him to speak to his friends in Germany and the USA while he was playing his new game.

It goes without saying that my thoughts on Friday the 13th were, as ever, proof positive that Friday the 13th is what you make it. Think positive and your positive vibes will out; think negative and you’ll end up having a miserable day. Life’s what you make it. Thankfully I’m one of those people whose glass is always half full rather than half empty – ever the optimist; seldom the pessimist.

You have four primary attributes to accounting information - Relevance, reliability, comparability and understandability - but which is the most important and why?

It is a matter of opinion which primary attribute of accounting information is most important and why. All four attributes are important in their own way and all four are used to help make decisions for the business purposes. In this article I will explain what each attribute is and why they are important. I will also give my personal opinion on which is most important to me, but please remember each report may have different needs so different levels of importance for each attribute.

relevance is important in accounting imformation as the information provided needs to be ble to influence the decision making or it is not useful. The information needs to have confirmatory value and/or for predictive value to be relevant to decision making.

When we say confirmative value we mean the information should help to confirm predictions about the past or help correct expectations if goals or aims were not met. It is useful and relevant to compare predicted/planned performance with what actually happened in order to identify problems or difficulties to improve performance or current systems that are working for the business. This in turn can help determine if future predictions are correct or need revising.

When we say predictive value we mean the information should help make predictions about future performance e.g. budgets, forecast sales, future costs etc. it does not mean the information is a prediction but it helps the decision makers form a prediction. A statement may help to predict what will happen in the future. Timelessness is also important in relevance and reliability too as a time lag can affect how relevant or reliable the information is.

reliability is important because it concerms portraying what should be portrayed. If information is unreliable then it can make the decision makers predictions unuseful. To be reliable the information needs to be complete, neutral, prudice, have substance and have representational faithfulness.

When we say neutral we mean the information provided should not be bias in anyway. If a report is bias it can take away the credibility of the report and will undermine the perceived value of the report also making it unreliable. The information should be a valid description of what it purports to represent and not contain errors. It must reflect the underlying economic conditions that it is attempting to represent, and this is what is referred to as representational faithfulness.

If a report is incomplete it also become unreliable as leaving out an important piece of information can mislead users and give them a false impression of what is happening in the business. You also have to be careful with prudence, many believe you should produce estimates and evaluations with caution but you do not want to give the impression that things are better or worse than they really are. This would give users a misleading picture which is not warranted by the facts and would be unreliable for decision making. A report must have substance too. by this we mean the substance of transaction rather than it’s legal form. For example, if you lease a machine for it’s life warranty but do not legally own it you effectively have control over the machine. This should be recognised as a business resource despite the fact legal ownership lies elsewhere and should be included in financial statements and reports. The portrayal of underlying economic reality is more important than not including the machine in reports and the total resources shown because of it’s legal title is being held elsewhere. This is an example of what we mean by the substance of the transaction rather than it’s legal form. Without substance a report would be unreliable.

Accounting information should be understandable. If a report is not easily understood by it’s users it is of no value. The users can’t use this information to help them makes decisions as they do not understand the information then they have no use for the information. Some reports need to be simplified but others have very good reasons not to be. as long as you meet the needs of ysers who have a reasonable knowledge of accounting and who will study the reports with resonable diligence they should easily be able to understand the reports. The word reasonable in open to debate. All in all, if the report is not easily understood then it’s a waste of time producing it as it has no value and cannot be used.

A report also needs to be comparable in order for you to analysis the improvements, difficulties and results of the business properly. This means the reports need to be produced in a consistent manner between periods. If the formats are not consistent then results and figures cannot be compare properly and could hinder the information and even make the reports unreliable. You must also be able to compare your business to other businesses in the same industry / market. To do this there must be consistency of accounting policies in relation to other businesses. To assess the degree of comparability it is important businesses reveal their accounting polices and indicate when these change. Comparing results help with decision making such as employing more staff, buying goods else where, production levels and how to improve them etc.

For me personally reliability is the most important attribute. If a piece of information is unreliable it can give the wrong impression to the users and effect the decisions made. It is also extremely important as reliability can also affect the information’s relevance and is also linked to accuracy. In my own opinion, if something is reliable it is more accurate and of more use when decisions of what course of action is to be taken is made.

All four attributes are important and should be taken into consideration when producing any accounting imformation or report, and all four attributes are very closely linked. However, in reality, there will be times when the qualities of these attributes will conflict with each other and need to be traded off against each other. Ideally all reports will supply all the qualities to a high degree. In reality this is not always the case.

Coincidence can't happen on a multi-national world scale. That is too many working parts to fail at once. Is The World Recession the result of multitudes of incidences in coincidence or are they result of a guided subterfuge? Logic must reign even in the facts of illogical results.

Chain of Command is the place to start. The Chain of Command is an hierarchy of authority giving bosses, law enforcement, military figures, as well as governments standards of operation for their dealings. These regulations are written for the agencies and the masses for the protection of society. Protection by organizational authority is to find criminal illicit methodology and the people acting as antagonists standing against the well being of the community. These structures have people and these people are required to enact and to follow the rules. The laws exist above the straight forward direction giving and direction taking scenario because these enforcers are duty bound. These people are swearing oaths to protect the sovereignty of the people and of their country in general. To break this system is to infiltrate it. Governments are the organizers for their people. They want to remove all possible destructive units so they can support the higher composition of nationality. If there are no rules, all operational conduits result in anarchy, because the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Should a massive disarray happen, the organizations are nonfunctional. This indicates on a grandiose scale multiple failures in the massive “World Recession.” This is fact. It happened and half of the people in this world is living it. When China’s growth stops and the non-working people loose their hope for a better tomorrow the other half of the populated world will sense it too.

“Anarchy Ready” on a governmental scale is accomplished through subterfuge. History states the infected organizations were prepared to be unprepared. You may think it to be a humorous statement, but precariousness is a social function of all developing predatory species. Every mammal has an instinct for dominance. This places procreation high on their lists. Prostitution is an acceptable profession in approximately 85% of the world, but this attitude is allowing female slave labor by accepted social cognition. Supplying this market is against the universally felt laws of abduction and infidelity. They are preventable, but they are very difficult to stop through enforcement. The logic behind government structures are to ensure order through law enforcement. Yet, many officials are bribed to divert their attentions.

People with national doubts are a people without a country. It can be said governments collapse when they lose the support of their people. Capitalism is in every country feeding the deadly sins of Vanity, Gluttony, and Lust. They are conditions of the animal. To satisfy the beast is to satisfy these human conditions. It is human instinct manipulating people’s cognizance of war, paranoia, and deceit. It is done for personal gain. Methodology is a plan and planning works in conspiracy by corrupt individuals. They take from the weak, while stirring countries into Economic Recessions.

Multiple Nations are affected, the so called Big Conspiracy Theorists can’t be said to have mental health issues or suffer from paranoid delusions when there are multiple states and multiple agencies involved. Because there are so many institutions affected a coincidence theory is a no sell. Yeah right, it is a coincidence in hundreds of countries within moments? That is far too many countries and governmental agencies to allow thousands of coincidences happening at the same time. Their functions are to control money systems within a given set of jurisprudence. Financial Institutions are the focus and each country’s people. The billions are the affected. The poorer (the weak) are the most affected. Looking closer at the Banking Problems there were problems in every bank across the globe. The New World Order offerings of an United Continental coin. Did the NWO followers cause of the world recession? George W. Bush follows dad’s world police force notions, while not enforcing laws at home. The G-7 monetary group was fashioned after the “Seven Headed Biblical Beast” to support The New World Order. The New World Order then must be “The Second Roman Empire”indicating rules and the laws weren’t enforced on a Global Scale. Their are too many coincidences to just be coincidences.

Take a lesson from current happenings. Terrorist place suicide bombers in several areas of the city to explode within seconds of each other. Area law enforcement is spread thin when the car bomb takes out a shopping area with five thousand possible pro-government innocents. They were people living normally doing daily chores. Anyone may ask why things happen, but you must understand by removing the multitudes of eyes on the streets, it tends to keep mouths shut. This makes illicit movements more difficult to discover.

Internet Slang has revolutionized the internet. Being used by thousands of people, mostly teens, online.

Internet Slang uses abbreviations, such as those used in social networking sites, or on instant messengers, or even on hand-held devices like mobiles. Originally set as a time saver; Internet Slang has now become a popular way of communicating; even making its way out of the computer screens, and into the real world.

Early Forms of Internet slang include words like: Noob or Flame. Which primary were single words used to describe someone of the perticular requirements. This short list, then gained a number of abbreviations, such as: Lol (lough out loud) or AFK (Away from Keyboard). At the time, these were used on social networking sites and instant messengers, as a way of saving time, and showing emotions.

Shortly after, Internet Slang was being used a lot more; and progressed past the stage of time saving. It was now a ‘language’, and people began using it, even in simple things like emails. However, it soon progressed passed this, and, as it is today, is used in actual conversations, as well as in writings and reports.

Despite all the above, a study was done on a group of students, and it was found that 90% of them, still used internet slang, far less than their normal english, and that they still had reasonably reading and spelling.

This has been axxy,

Cya

Why is this the case?

Back before the country went to war with Iraq, we were a relatively peaceful nation with hardly any knowledge about the way that things worked in other countries. However, after the terrorist attacks in New York in 2001, the media took it upon themselves to start reporting about the “evil” that was in existance in those countries that most people hadn’t even heard of before.

Because of them, it made us feel as though we had a need to fear these countries that we weren’t very knowledgable about, and this made us think things that may very well have been entirely untrue about the countries. The media made us agree to go to war to try to protect ourselves from so called weapons of mass destruction which were proved later never to have existed in the first place. I think that this is completely out of order because, if you take a moment to think about the number of people who have lost their lives because of the war, you will see that many people have died over something that didn’t even exist which is just ridiculous.

So, how can we change this? The simple fact is that the things that we read in the newspapers aren’t always true, and this means that we shouldn’t pay much attention to it. Instead of spending your money on newspapers which are often biased, you should instead watch the news on the BBC, who try to present the facts with no bias as far as they possibly can. You might find that this gives you a much better idea of what the true facts are, and you would be able to think about things a lot easier if you were able to make up your own mind about them.

We owe this to all of our soldiers who have died for our country. They were sent to war without really knowing what they were fighting against, and the government knew full well that they were going to war for no reason at all. This is completely unacceptable, and a lot of young lives have been lost over the course of the last decade simply because the media feel the need to report on things that aren’t true, and they also feel the need to exaggerate the things that are true.

Remember that not everything that you read is true.

Brief overview of how the status and treatment of African Americans different in the years before and after the United States Civil War.

Condition of African Americans Before and After the Civil War

Throughout much of the history of the United States, African Americans faced much hardship and unfair treatment. To escape these hardships, many slaves often ran away to the North or even to Canada using various methods, one of them being the Underground Railroad. Some of the hardships include being enslaved, harassed, and abused. The nation was divided over many issues, one of them being slavery. The American Civil War was started for various reasons, and one of them included righting the wrongs done to the African American society. After the Union won the Civil War and slavery was abolished, African Americans enjoyed more liberties. However, the price of their new freedom came at the cost of new problems, which might make them worse off than before.

Before observing the conditions of African Americans after the Civil war, one should identify the causes of the war and the conditions of the African Americans before the Civil War. According to Adams, “Past generations have cited the incompatibility of the southern and northern economic worldviews, incompetent and blundering policy makers, the breakdown of the Democratic-Whig party system, and the moral debate over slavery as the critical variable to explain secession and, perhaps more important, the long bloody war that followed.” The war resulted in the freeing of the enslaved in the South, causing the numbers of unemployment to increase greatly, and also destroying the South’s pre-modern agrarian mentality (Egnal). As a result, the North’s style of economy, American Capitalism, settled into the South. However, the South’s economy was still recovering from the war, and large numbers of African Americans moved out to search for work.

One of the most common ways of escaping from the hardships of slavery for African Americans was through the Underground Railroad. This rail consisted of “Conductors” and safe houses. The conductors would take in the runaway slaves and lead them on to the next safe house, where the runaways would continue their journey through the Underground Railroad to freedom. Many leaders, such as Frederick Douglass, Sojourner Truth, and Harriet Tubman, who were all former slaves, led many across state lines to freedom (Vacca). Even though the slaves were escaped to the Free states, they were not always safe. If they were demanded to be returned to their master, the Northern state would be forced to return them. Because of this Fugitive Slave Act, the slaves would sometimes continue all the way into Canada, and there they would finally be safe.

The most noticeable problem after the Civil War was the fact that the former slaves were now free, but still no longer equal. This was clearly seen through the state laws that placed heavy strains on the African American community. To combat this, several groups for the advancement of Black Rights were created, but discrimination persisted and caused many losses of opportunity for them, such as good education and well paying jobs. Even though there were many obstacles, several pursued their dreams and eventually got what they wanted, like owning a good business or getting a college education.

Segregation was also a major problem that began before the Civil War, but worsened once the war had ended. As the African Americans moved in search of a new life, they would obviously be confronted by the White community there. Life was easier to live in some communities than in others for the freed slaves. A major part of the Black-White relations had to do with the situation within the communities, which was determined by geography and culture (Bigham). The existence of slavery and practice of paternalism, which is the practice of those in authority restricting the freedoms of their subordinates, in a certain area also determined such relations. Even though African Americans were now free, segregation and Jim Crow laws showed that they were not truly free or equal in the eyes of the people. Because of these laws, African Americans often had to go to separate schools, use separate busses, drink from separate fountains, and do many other things differently from the white community. Literacy tests and poll taxes were another issue that arrived in the Reconstruction era and prevented African Americans from voting freely. The poll tax continued on for African Americans until the 24th amendment was ratified in 1964, which stopped the use of poll taxes. Literacy tests were ceased in 1965 after the Voting Rights act was passed.

One last major problem that occurred for African Americans after the Civil War was the increased hate crimes and violence committed against them. Hostility in the South was far greater than in the North since many white supremacists still resided in the south and committed many of the violent acts against African Americans. The North, being tempered by many abolitionist thoughts and ideals, were often reserved in their actions. Although there were many reason for violence, one of the most common reasons was to preserve the status quo of White domination over the Blacks. While they were enslaved, African Americans were treated well by their masters because they were considered valuable. After they were freed, however, several White racist groups no longer had a reason to refrain from acting violently against them. Several of these organizations were formed, such as the Klu Klux Klan, and committed acts of murder, kidnapping, torture, and terrorism against African Americans. Many people also acted violently because of the fear they had for their own wellbeing. Due such a large population of jobless African Americans after the Civil War, large masses of them moved out in search for jobs. Many whites feared the loss of their own jobs to the now free African Americans and retaliated with violence and threats.

It can be concluded that the status of the African Americans were both improved and worsened after the Civil War. Some things, like being free from slavery and having the opportunity to have a new life and become educated were part of the good that came out of the Civil War. However, many problems that did not previously exist also came to be due to the changes both politically and socially. Even though they were considered equal to white men, African Americans were still discriminated against though segregation, abuse, and strong violence. Many of their hardships occurred because of a series of events that were probably not thought through, such as the Civil War ruining the South’s economy and sending masses of unemployed African Americans all over the nation. Because of the fear of losing jobs to the freed slaves, many white Americans retaliated out of fear and used methods of violence, hate speech, and other similar things to try to drive the blacks away, or to prove their supremacy over the African Americans. Despite these hardships, the African American community continued to thrive and grow by forming strong groups that would eventually bring them true equality.

As we all know, the United Nations is an organization of independent countries, and although it is well-known, there are those that may not be familiar with its composition. The plan of the organization was initiated in 1944, at a conference at Dumbarron Oaks, Washington, D.C. Thereafter, it was finalized and set up in San Francisco, California, in 1945, until it began operating in January, 1946. At this point, it was known as the UNO; then changed to U.N. In 1950, John D. Rockefeller donated a section of land in Manhattan, New York City, on the East River, at which time, the United States government lent the U.N. $65,000,000 to complete the construction of the buildings that were needed.

U.N. Bodies:

Security Council:

It consists of fifteen members of which five are permanent, namely, United States, United Kingdom, Russia previously USSR), France, and China. The rest of the ten members are elected by the General Assembly, for a term of two years.Any decision made by the Security Council can be opposed by the permanent members that can exercise their veto power. The duty of the Security Council is to maintain world peace, but it possesses rights and powers greater than those of the other bodies.

General Assembly:

Each member is allowed one vote in the General Assembly. It is an entity that has the jurisdiction to discuss and investigate matters, based on whatever information it can derive, in order to do so. Next to the Security Council, it is vested with secondary powers.

Economic and Social Council:

This group has twenty-seven members, elected for a term of three years by the General Assembly. It is connected with groups such as the World Health Organization and the Universal Postal Union.

Trusteeship Council:

This group deals with Trust Territories that are controlled by independent nations.

International Court of Justice:

This group has fifteen judges, each selected for a period of nine years and may be re-elected after fulfilling the term. Judges are elected by the General Assembly. The offices of this Court are located in the Hague, in the Netherlands.

Secretariat:

This group is the administrative body, preparing reports, keeping records, as well conducting other affairs of administration.

The above information is briefly put together for your information and understanding.

Facebook and Twitter are so popular, our government will issue warnings through them. You know a form of media, Radio, TV, Internet, Texting, and now Social networks have come of age when the government decides it may be a good way to broadcast threat warnings. I find this to be a normal progression of government just trying to find a way to reach people in emergencies. Let’s face it, not everybody owns a TV or Radio. But a lot own a cell phone or a computer and can get a vital warning through them. I think the government is smart using these forms of media. The folowing link brings you to msnbc’s coverage on this story. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/42474206/ns/technology_and_science-security
