Whilst working away from home three weeks a month, means being away from the office. I am unaware of office politics and how the general staff team view our place in the market and when it comes to individual struggles I am oblivious to any such problems. I am isolated from the inappropriate slagging of the company during the fag brake in the car park, four times a day. I sometimes feel glad of the exclusion, and fight hard not to become a contributor upon my return.
