The state of Pennsylvania is making it much harder for a lady to get an abortion.

Abortion.
The basic Pro-Life argument: A zygote/embryo/fetus is a living human being who deserves a chance at life, regardless of the faults or desires of it’s mother. Stopping it’s chance at life=murder. It is playing God to keep life from a child.

I’m Pro-Choice: My issue with the above is that it puts the baby’s chance at life over the chance of life an abortion seeker needs. I also believe it is playing God to force life on a child who may suffer.

In 1970, the state of Texas denied Norma McCorvey the right to abort the fetus of her third child. Her case, Roe v. Wade established a right to abort a fetus in certain circumstances in the United States. Norma McCorvey later became an advocate for the pro-life movement, and the consequences of Roe v. Wade on crime rates and politics has become part of the social fabric of American life.

Coat hangers had a different meaning before 1973 when the Supreme Court handed down it’s decision on Roe Versus Wade. Before abortions were legalized, poor women who had no other resources used coat hangers to abort their fetuses. Many died from perforated wombs and infections.

The real reason violent crime began to drop in 1990.
