A receipt for something wonderful the other woman got – We’re sending lots of good thoughts to Zelda, who shared this terrible tale: “I received a bill in the mail from a department store. There was a charge for jewelry on the bill so I called the store and asked what it was for. I was told it was for a 14K gold chain and pendanta Madonna and child pendant. This led to much investigation on my part.

This is a small guide showing you basics of merchanting.

Step 1: Find an item [ Example: Law Rune ]

Step 2: Buy for +5%

Step 3: Write down the price you brought it for. In my case, i brought for ” 162 “

Step 4: Now re-sell for -5%

Step 5: Look at the price difference and see if its worth merchanting.!

Step 6: In my case its 2gp difference. For runes that is worth it because its
usually 2-4 gp difference.

Step Buying/Selling

Buy for : 160 gp
Sell for : 162 gp

Step 7: Now do in big bulks. I recommend doing up to 24,000 at a time.

Step 8: Look at profits once brought / sold.

Heres a few items i merchanted in 15 mins

How to get free paypal money.

Hey everyone,

The way i have recently been making money on pay-pal is through Swag bucks. Swag-bucks is a website where you make swag-bucks just by doing google searches, and offers etc. Then once you have enough you can get your swag bucks exchanged for real money, and sent to your pay-pal. So yeah that’s about it, but it really works, so far Ive made around 30$.

So here’s my referral link, please sign up with this because when i make swag-bucks so do you, and vice verse. Will help us both out.

http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/PlantATree

Thanks!

Ignore:

Economic depression brings about new national political parties – the Communist Party and the Cooperative Commonwealth Federation – which offer different solutions to the countries economic turmoil. Also, two new regional parties appear: the Social Credit party in Alberta and Union Nationale in Quebec.

=== Seal Game ===

This game is similar to horsing, as there is a 1/3 chance to win.

Players will have to guess a color, which is similar to horsing’s letters.

=== Disc Game ===

In this game, players predict whether a disk will land on the correct side or not.

DO NOT ATTEMPT this at anytime. This is almost always a scam.

=== Common phrase “First person to give me xyz gets a prize! =====

This is considered a trust trade, and with all trust trades, it puts your money at risk. by giving your money to the “scammer” you’re pretty much giving them a gift and hoping that they keep their word and return your gift after wards.

=== Lend / Trade Scam =====

___________________________________________________________________
—> Post 1.5 All about the Old, Retired, and Worthless Scams <—

Dicing – This scam and gambling method in game was removed by making the dice bag “unavailable” in the game.

Horsing – This scam and gambling method in-game was “altered”. Instead of saying 3 different lines, a message “Say neigh to gambling” would appear instead

Post 2.
All about the Trust Game

The Trust Game is where Scammers offer an item to entise users to follow them to a place where they can talk. Usually, they will show great sums of money, or items of value.

This “Trust Game” can be found all over Runescape. Although it is most commonly found at the Grand Exchange, Lumbridge Castle.

The Trust Game works by getting a user’s attention with large amounts of money, or rare and expensive items. They will usually bring you to a quiet place where there are much less people to disturb the chat. It will usually then turn into bets, or an auction form. They will soon increase in value, sometimes reaching into the millions. After the time is up, or the limit has been exceeded, they give an item to one person. Or, give it to nobody at all. After that, they log out without returning any of the items. And in the best case scenario, the winner is happy while everyone else is sad. Sometimes they will even give the item to a friend who he/she knows will return the item to them. This will trick other players to “trust” the user, thinking that he/she is a legit dealer.

====Scenario====
A chat may begin like this:

1)Player12character: Trust game, win up to 50m! Follow me
2)Player12character: ok, so what will you offer for this fine 50m gp?
3)Player1whoisscammed: Show the money
4)Player12character: See?
5)Player1whoisscammed: Ok, trade again, will give item
6)Player12character: anyone else? more than 500k.
7)Player2winner: Here
8)Player12character: anyone bid higher?
9)Player12character: ok, player2winner you win
10)Player1whoisscammed: Give back my item!

-This is a Made up chat! The fake usernames are over 12 characters long, rendering them invalid.

===Information===

1) Advertising starts the whole thing
2) Scammer take players to location
3) Player asking for proof
4) Proof
5) Trading bid
6) Asking for more bids
7) Another user offers
Asking for more
9) Announcing high bidder
10)User who wants money back

Post 3.
All about the Doubling Money Trick

The Doubling Money Trick is used to steal a player’s item, or large amounts of gold pieces.

Most commonly found at the Grand Exchange and all free-to-Play Banks.

The Doubling Money Trick works by gaining a user’s trust. Once you test it out with 5k, or an amount of your choice, they gain your trust by giving you the amount. Once you fork over that 200k, they log out and you don’t get your money back. These Scammers will usually double small amounts of money, or the first amount you offer.

Can you make a profit in this scam: Mostly, no. Many users are entised by this trick, because the more money you give, the more money you think you get. This is the wrong theory though, as once you get to a satisfying amount, you will find that they logged out.

Is this scam reportable: Yes. if they proclaim a 2-trade double. A 1-trade double is not yet reportable.

===Scenario===

1) I walk into a bank.
2) I then see a user advertising:
Doubling money! Test with 5k—Doubling up to 500k

3) I test the user out with 5k gold pieces.
4) The user gives me double the amount, and a little bit more, because he seems generous.
5) I think it’s a good way to make a profit in a day.
6) I fork over the Maximum amount, 500k.
7) The user logs out and I don’t know where he ran.

===Information===

1) I go to a bank.
(This is ok, you never have to avoid banking.)
2) I get lured when I see the doubling advertisement from the user.
(This is a habit you want to break. it’s too good to be true, so just ignore the ad.)
3) I try to test the user to see if he is truthful.
(Test user.)
4) The user gains my trust by overpaying.
(Usually not the case though)
5) I get hooked on to this method.
6) I give him a stash of money.
(Worst thing to do.)
7) User runs away with my money.
(Sad day for me.)

Post 4.
All about the Trimming Armor Scam

The Trimming Armor Scam is used to steal a user’s Rune armor mainly. Although unwary players who do not think about it may trade there Trimmed armor as well. (Rune (g), Zamorak, Saradomin, Guthix.) They will say Trimming armor, or any similar phrase. When a player asks them how they trim armor, they say they dye it or smith it, etc. It is NOT possible at all to trim armor!

The Armor Trimming Scam can be found all over runescape. Although, it is not commonly found now, since the return of free trade. This is because the price of armor has plummeted greatly and is now not worth it to scam for the most part.

Can you make a profit from this scam: No, I am 100% sure that you will be guaranteed to lose money in this scam.

Is this reportable: Yes, they will probably NEVER return your armor. It is reportable because they steal your item without you knowing, and they trick you into letting them have your item.

===Scenario===
1) I walk down to a bank.
2) I see a user named Iliketoscamyou advertising to trim a user’s armor
3) I add him on my friends list and he appears to be on
4) I ask Iliketoscamyou how he trims armor
5) He replies that he uses a die with 99 smithing (Which I don’t have)
6) Iliketoscamyou says to trade my armor to him
7) I trade my Full Rune to Iliketoscamyou
I see him logout and run away with my armor
9) I decide to report Iliketoscamyou

===Information===
1) I’m doing my usual business visiting the bank. Nothing wrong with that.
2)I get entised to the trimming armor scam in hopes of getting Rune (t)
3) I simply add him to my friends list to see if he’s on. Most players do this to contact the player again, which is usually no use.
4-5) I get the proof I need.
6-7) I make the worst decision ever by trading my armor over.
Iliketoscamyou logs out. Even if I report him, he transfers the wealth to his main account.
9) You probably want Jagex to know about this player scamming you, so you report them.

Post 5.
All about the Website Scam

REPORT WEBSITE ADVERTISERS THROUGH THE REPORT ABUSE BUTTON.

This scam is advertised through public and private chat in Runescape. Although, the real scam happens off of Runescape. Please report Scam sites at QFC: 103-104-12-58898735

How it works: You see an advertisement on public chat saying. “Become a p-mod at ***.***” So you go to the site. It asks for your account’s username, pass, and e-mail. NEVER use these sites. First of all, it is against the rules and secondly, they will hijack your account with all the information you provided them. Jagex will never ever use another site to find p-mods. In fact, they will only message you through your player message center in-game.

Another Website Scam is the “money” website.

These websites are powered by gold farmers usually. They sell gold in-game for real life money. The catch is, they need your pass, username, and e-mail. When you pay using your credit card, they receive your information as well. They will sell your credit card information to third parties, and hack your runescape account, as you have provided a username and pass. NEVER EVER Engage in these websites. As the above was, report scam websites here: 103-104-12-58898735

=== In-Game ===

If you see a user advertising a website, report the user for “Advertising Website.” Then, if needed, ignore the user.

=== Out of Game ===

If you see an advertisement for a website on another site, do not visit the link. To report the website, go to QFC: 103-104-12-58898735

=== Becoming a P-mod/Staff Impersonation ===

Jagex will never message you about p-mod invitations in-game, in your e-mail, or anywhere EXCEPT your message center. If there is a user advertising a website supposedly allowing you to become a p-mod, report the user and the website.

Also, if a user is claiming to be a Jagex/ Player moderator, but has no golden/ silver crown next to their username when they speak, they are impersonating staff. Report them in-game

Post 6.
All about the Show me your inventory Scam

How it works: The scammer will ask you to show the best items you have in your account. They’ll ask you to show it in a trade. Supposedly, they want you to forget that you put valuable items in so that you’ll accept the trade, causing you to lose your items.

To avoid getting scammed by this method, double check your trades and don’t get sidetracked when trading.

Is this scam reportable: Yes

IT IS DISCOURAGED TO MISUSE THIS GUIDE AND IF MISUSED, THIS GUIDE IS NOT TO BE BLAMED. ANY INFORMATION ON THE GUIDE IS FOR YOUR PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE AND HOW TO AVOID THESE SCAMS.

Post 7.
All about the Rounding Money Scam

You’ll find this scam at the G.E. and most banks in Runescape.

The Rounding Money scam works by you giving an amount, say 600,000 gp. The scammer will give you 400,000 gp in return. Thinking that he has rounded your money to 1 million, you accept and you lose 200,000 gp.

To avoid being tricked, double check the amount of money you are giving and the amount of money you are receiving.

Is this reportable: Yes

___________________________________________________________

Post 7.5.
All about the P-mod Application Scams

This scam happens off of the Runescape site. The links to these websites are usually advertised in-game.

THERE ARE NO SUCH THING called A P-MOD APPLICATION currently. These are individuals or groups who set this up to steal your account.

Jagex will never ever ask for you to be a p-mod in-game or off site or in an individual website. They will only ask you in your player message centre.

To report any of these websites, please post here at QFC:
275-276-3-62906844

Currently, there is NO p-mod recruitment going on as it seems as if Jagex is setting new rules and standards.

You can view the answer here at QFC: 14-15-154-63193551

Post 8.
All about the Rushing you to Trade Scam

You will find this scam anywhere in Runescape. Although, this scam is rarely used anymore.

How they do it: Rushing you to trade, just like the title says.

To avoid this, make sure you take time to review your trade. Don’t take too long or too short of a time. More than 2 minutes would probably get your trade cancelled and less than 15 seconds gives a high chance of you being scammed.

Is this reportable? Yes.

___________________________________________________________

Post 8.5.
All about the Buying/Selling Account Scam

You find users buying/selling accounts almost anywhere on Runescape. However, you may be suprised that these are usually hijacked accounts cleared of money.

Account buying/selling is against the game rules. Both the buyer and the seller is reportable under the “Buying or Selling an Account” tab when reporting in-game.

___________________________________________________________

Post 8.75
All about the Trading and Lending Scams

Tips to avoid being scammed by this:

* Watch out when lending and trading at the same time. Lends will be lends and will be received back by the owner while trades are trades, and will be given to the player you are trading with.

* Never rush when trading. Phrases like “Hurry up” or “I need to go soon” should be ignored, since, if they really want to complete the trade, they shouldn’t have to rush.

* Watch out for suspicious trades. Some users decline and then switch an item out for a similar item. ALWAYS look at the money transfer.

* Watch out for decliners. Because of this, if a trade has been declined, you will see a BOLD RED sentence in your trade and “all” screen saying that a player declined the trade.

Post 9.
All about the Wilderness Scam

This scam happens frequently under many names.

You can find different versions along the Wilderness border, in Edgeville, the Monastery near the Wildy, and Varrock.

Although there are many different versions of this “scam”, they all revolve around one key point. They lure you into the Wildy and kill you.

Watch out when you see someone wanting to trade with you, but insists that you have to go into the Wildy. The thing is, he is trying to kill you and get your items.

Overall, to avoid these scams, never engage in any trade or “activity” that happens in the Wildy that does not

Is this reportable? In MOST cases.

WATCH OUT FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS.

– You are asked to be a luring partner and you help lure somebody into the wilderness. You are putting yourself at risk by being in the Wildy. The player you lured with your fellow “Lurer” was a friend of your fellow “Lurer”. They both kill you.

In-Depth: You are putting yourself at two risks.
1) is being reported. Luring is possibly reportable depending on what you are doing.
2) is being killed. You can definitely die in the Wilderness and lose all your items (except three sometimes).

– Somebody is advertising a giveaway and claiming to do a drop party or dropping items and/or money in the Wildy.

In-Depth: STOP! Think about what the user (s) are doing.
1) They didn’t specify how much cash, or items they are dropping.
2) They are doing it in the Wildy! Don’t you think there’s a hitch to it like being killed?

Post 10.
All about the Accepting a Teleport Problem

IT IS DISCOURAGED TO MISUSE THIS GUIDE AND IF MISUSED, THIS GUIDE IS NOT TO BE BLAMED. ANY INFORMATION ON THE GUIDE IS FOR YOUR PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE AND HOW TO AVOID THESE SCAMS.

Post 11.
All about the Fake drop party Scam

Yes, you constantly see people saying, “Dropping 5m!” And whatnot. Please be aware, not all of this is legit.

This scam just happens around Runescape every once in a while.

This is done by the scammer advertising a drop party. The scammer will usually drop an item valued less than 5k every 10 minutes. At the hour, or other time, he/she may drop something of more value. Like 1m cash. Along the way, he/she may encourage people to drop their own items, to join in the fun. Usually, items will start low, and then get higher. after being involved in many of these so-called drop parties, I’ve noticed that the scammer will usually start asking for the higher priced items when many people follow. Constant bank stops occur.

Is this profitable: No, usually the scammer will also have “friends” or autoclicking bots that click on any items dropped. Therefore, the percentage of getting something of value is low. Most items dropped by users are low, but occassionally, a user feels too comfortable and drops items of more value.

To avoid this scam, only use the party room in Falador, where you can get prizes from popping the balloons in a legitimate way.

Is the scammer reportable when doing this scam: Yes, but you have to follow for hours before knowing if the user is truthful and actually fairly drops items/cash or if they just made people drop items.

Post 12.
All about the Gem cutting Scam

This scam is not commonly found anymore, as prices of gems have dropped. Although, if this scam were to be found, it would be at the G.E.

This scam works by getting you to trade your gems to get cut by another user. The thing is, you won’t get your gems back again.

Even if someone says that they are just cutting for the xp, you might not want to risk it. Use the assist system if needed.

This scam is automatically reportable.

IT IS DISCOURAGED TO MISUSE THIS GUIDE AND IF MISUSED, THIS GUIDE IS NOT TO BE BLAMED. ANY INFORMATION ON THE GUIDE IS FOR YOUR PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE AND HOW TO AVOID THESE SCAMS.

This scam is found almost everywhere on MEMBER only worlds, as the items needed are member’s only.

Post 14.
All about the Chicken Scam

Yes, the title is very quirky.

How it works: The scammer will ask you to pick a spot around him/her.

Diagram:
x= Where you can stand
o= Scammer

xxx
xox
xxx

After picking a spot, they will bring down a chicken. However, the chicken usually does not land within the square around the scammer. In fact, it can land anywhere close-by within screen view.

Is this reportable: ?

I was not able to obtain this information.

Post 15.
All about the Rare items Scam

This scam works by deceiving a user. Usually by claiming that an item is considered rare. Usually like “Rare Bucket of Water” or “Rare Cut Emerald.”

This scam can be seen at the G.E. or other popular places within Runescape.

Post 16.
All about Team Scamming

Just like the title sounds, this scam is achieved by working as a team. This really isn’t a scam itself, but incorporates the foundation of many other scams. Like the trust game, or doubling money scam.

Team Scamming is used just about everywhere where there is a scam.

These scams may or may not be reportable though and are hard to catch, as the scammer may be acting as an innocent customer of the host of a scam.

Scenarios can range from price wars, to

Post 17.
All about the Alt-F4 Scam

This scam is basically extinct from the game now.

Although, if you ever hear someone saying drop your items and press Alt-F4 to win a prize by a glitch, don’t do it. It’ll log you out and close the window. While you are logged out, the scammer will wait those few minutes until they can see your item and retrieve it.

This scam is also hardly reported because victims do not know the username of who scammed them.

This scam is reportable however in the Scamming tab of the report abuse button.

Some different variations and telltale signs that use of this scam may be happening include: “Drop your items and press Alt-F4 to double it.” or “Drop your item and press Alt-F4 and a random event will happen.” etc.

What all of these have in common is the phrase “Drop your items.” no matter what, never drop your items. There is currently absolutely no way that dropping your wealth can get it doubled or manipulated in any way so that it increases.

Post 20.
All about the Common Phrase of: “Give me your item and I’ll duplicate it”

Well, this scam isn’t as common now, but it used to be. Basically, users would ask for the victim’s item. I.e. Rune platelegs, claiming that they (scammer) can duplicate it. When the player trades with the scammer, the scammer says that he/she will give the item in a seperate trade. When the victim gives the scammer his/her item, the scammer logs out.

Is this scam reportable: Yes

You could find this scam most commonly at the G.E. although can also be found within all of Runescape. Beware, Members are targeted more frequently, as items can go very high.

Post 21.
All about the Common Phrase: “Whoever drops the most valuable item will win a prize!”

This scam works by saying the above phrase and then waiting for those who aren’t paying attention to drop an expensive item. The phrase is never true now. The scammer will only pick up the items you drop and the only item you get is in your imagination.

You can find this scam anywhere in Runescape, although this scam is really not performed anymore because of the time it takes for an item to appear.

Is this reportable: Yes, even if nobody drops anything, if someone says the phrase alone, they can be reported.

Post 23.
All about the Quick Swap in a Trade Scam

Original Version:

The Quick Swap in a Trade scam works when a user puts a large sum of money in a trade. Let’s say 1 million, for your Rune platelegs. The scammer then opens the remove “x” cash selection. He then enters in 995,000gp to remove. Although, at the same time, he puts in a worthless item. He has already put in a bunch of useless junk, so when he swaps the worthless item with the gp, you won’t notice a thing.

Newest Version:

The newest version of this scam is to have the scammer put up an item that they are selling for less then market price, and quickly decline the trade. They generally repeat this one more time, then on the third trade they swap a less valueable item in place of the oringinal item hoping the victum does not notice the bait and switch. This has popped back up since free trade has been brought back.

This scam can be found anywhere when trading.

To avoid this scam: Check the amount of wealth transfer on the bottom of your trade screen. Now, you should also check your trade box for any RED Exclamation Marks. A warning message will pop-up if the other trader removes an item, telling you to double check your trade.

Is this scam reportable: Yes.

===Scenario===
Scammer: “Selling Sara Sword (SS) 2.1m!”
Victim: *Tries to trade*
Scammer: *Puts up SS (NOTED) but declines the trade* “Oh sorry lag”
Victim: *Tries to trade again*
Scammer: *Puts up SS (NOTED) but declines the trade* “Opps I hit the wrong button”
Victim: *Tries to trade again*
Scammer: *Puts up White 2h (NOTED)* and tries to quickly accept*
Victim: *Accepts trade and ends up with a White 2h and not the SS.

Notice the scammer will NOTE the bait and switch to try to hide the switch.

Often the scammer will add other low value items to ’spam’ the trade window. Also they have to decline the trade for the bait and switch now because of the RED “!” that will appear if they try to do it in one trade.

Thank you Arizoomer!

Post 24.
All about the Goodie Bag Scam

How it works:
The person advertises a price of the ‘goodie bag’ and the most valuable prize. For example: “100k goodie bag, win d chain” The scammer will ask you to guess a number 1-28 most of the time, or else it is not classified as a “goodie bag” scam. Once you guess a number, the scammer supposedly gives you the item. When the person paying for the “goodie bag” hands the money over, the seller will usually give them a piece of junk in return and say sorry, better luck next time most of the time. The scammer could have 27 eggs and only one “grand prize” or may even move or select a different item. The seller in almost all cases doesn’t have the max prize(or has it just for shows), and just takes everyone’s money that hands it over.

Is this scam reportable: Yes.

Post 25.
Wait… How do you know all of this?

Well, it’s mainly experience in watching users scam, or actually trying out the suggested scams. Fear not though, I’ve returned all the items/gp that have been used for experiments. And I play fair. Always.

A majority of information comes from experience, but also from friends, users, etc. In fact, most of these scams have been mentioned by users. I just take the time to find out how they work and conjure up a way to resolve the scams.

The rules are clearly stated if needed.

There is a clear “Is this scam reportable” section in each post to discourage scamming.
d. Even if it was stated that a certain “scam” was not reportable, there is still no sign of encouragement of scamming.

Post 27.
Overall Scams/Reporting

Overall, scams are not worth it in any way. You will, most of the time, feel guilty of losing the item.

Reporting these scams are easy.
All you have to do is report the user using the Report Abuse button. Then click on the category that best matches the problem.

The bottom line is: If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. So stay away from those things.

For pepole under level 40 you cannot acces the crafting guild. This guide will show you the best way from 0-40 crafting. In my opinion The best f2p area to level crafting is the barbarian village (or gunnards ground)

-I would suggest to make fragile urns to gain crafting levels. They give you 50xp in total 20 for making it then 30 for fireing it. These urns you can sell for 200gp each or you can keep them for yourself.

-For richer payers with lots of money and have at least a crafting level of 20 you can cut gems. A saphire gives you 50xp when cut. and you buy them for 900gp and you can sell them for 350 gp. This works for other gems as well at higher levels.

-You can also buy leather (or kill cows and tan their hides) and craft those into archery gear. it is not the fastest way to level but it is good for lower levels.

happy crafting

Despite what many might think, Gage is well known across hundreds of nations all over the world. Gage has been around for several centuries and has a very important meaning in the lives of many. It would be safe to assume that Gage is going to be around for a long time and have an enormous impact on the lives of many people.test for introduce3

Social & Cultural Factors

Gage has a large role in American Culture. Many people can often be seen taking part in activities associated with Gage. This is partly because people of most ages can be involved and families are brought together by this. Generally a person who displays their dislike for Gage may be considered an outcast.

Economic Factors

It is not common practice to associate economics with Gage. Generally, Gage would be thought to have no effect on our economic situation, but there are in fact some effects. The sales industry associated with Gage is actually a 2.3 billion dollar a year industry and growing each year. The industry employs nearly 150,000 people in the United States alone. It would be safe to say that Gage play an important role in American economics and shouldn’t be taken for granted.

Environmental Factors

After a three month long research project, I’ve been able to conclude that Gage doesn’t negatively effect the environment at all. A Gage did not seem to result in waste products and couldn’t be found in forests, jungles, rivers, lakes, oceans, etc… In fact, Gage produced some positive effects on our sweet little nature.

Political Factors

Oh does Gage ever influence politics. Last year 5 candidates running for some sort of position used Gage as the primary topic of their campaign. A person might think Gage would be a bad topic to lead a campaign with, but in fact with the social and environmental impact is has, this topic was able to gain a great number of followers. These 5 candidates went 4 for 5 on winning their positions.

Conclusion

Gage seem to be a much more important idea that most give credit for. Next time you see or think of Gage, think about what you just read and realize what is really going on. It is likely you under valued Gage before, but will now start to give the credited needed and deserved

Snow :D.

In order to understand our selves, we must first understand snow. The constantly changing fashionable take on snow demonstrates the depth of the subject. Though snow is a favourite topic of discussion amongst monarchs, presidents and dictators, its influence on western cinema has not been given proper recognition. Often it is seen as both a help and a hinderence to global commercial enterprises, obviously. Relax, sit back and gasp as I display the rich tapestries of snow.

Social Factors

Society is a human product. When Sir Bernard Chivilary said ‘hounds will feast on society’ [1] he created a monster which society has been attempting to tame ever since. Difference among people, race, culture and society is essential on the survival of our world, however snow irons out misconceptions from our consciousness.

Some analysts have been tempted to disregard snow. I haven’t. To put it simply, people like snow.

Economic Factors

Is unemployment inherently bad for an economy? Yes. Of course, snow fits perfectly into the Lead-a-Duck-to-Water model of economics.

Housing
Prices

snow

How do we explain these clear trends? Recent studies indicate that housing prices cannot sustain this instability for long. The financial press seems unable to make up its mind on these issues which unsettles investors.

Political Factors

Politics was once a game featuring competitors from elite classes. Politicians find it difficult to choose between what has become known in politics as – ‘The two ways’ – pre and post war views of snow.

Consider this, spoken at the tender age of 14 by a legend in their own life time, Noah Woodpecker ‘Taking a walk across hot coals will inevitably hurt your feet.’ [2] Primarily, he is referring to snow. If I may be as bold as to paraphrase, he was saying that ‘political ideals are built on the solid cornerstone of snow.’

Where do we go from here? Only time will tell.

Conclusion

In summary, snow plays a large part in the lives of all. It sings a new song, ensures financial stability, though snow brings with it obvious difficulties, it is truly snow.

The final say goes to the award winning Whoopi Lopez: ‘You win some, you loose some, but snow wins most often.’ [3]

13. Defendants’ Second Payment to Jagex shall be secured by a lien on

damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs. Consequently, liquidated damages represent a fair,

reasonable and appropriate estimate thereof. Accordingly, in lieu of actual damages for any

such breach, this Court orders and Defendants agree that liquidated damages may be

assessed and recovered by Jagex against Defendants, in the event of breach and without

Jagex being required to present any evidence of the amount or character of actual damages,

attorneys’ fees, or costs sustained by reason thereof; therefore Defendants shall be liable to

Jagex for payment of liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000,000 (U.S.). Such

liquidated damages are intended to represent estimated actual damages, attorneys’ fees, and

costs, and are not intended as a penalty, and Defendants shall pay them to Jagex in the event

of a breach of this Order in addition to any other relief the Court deems just and proper.

16. The precise payment amounts recited in Exhibit B of this Order shall be

treated by Jagex and Defendants as Confidential under the Protective Order in this case and

shall not be disclosed publicly. However, Jagex shall be free to represent generically to the

public that the amount this Order required Defendants to pay Jagex for its damages and

attorneys’ fees was in excess of “six figures.” There is no restriction on Jagex’s disclosure

of any other portion of this Order. Other than this prohibition regarding Exhibit B, nothing

contained herein shall restrict or otherwise limit anything Jagex may state or disclose

regarding this litigation, this Order, or Defendants.

17. This Order shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of Jagex and

Defendants as well as each of their respective subsidiaries, corporate parents, affiliates,

and/or successors and assigns.

Stipulated Permanent Injunction, Consent Judgment, and

Dismissal with Prejudice

18. All claims between Jagex and Defendants that were raised in this case are

hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees

except as noted above.

19. Jagex and its attorneys, except for the obligations created in this Order,

hereby unconditionally release the Defendants and their attorneys from any and all present

RuneScape Christmas Event 2011 Guide/ Walkthrough!

Step 1: Speak to “Wizard Sinterklaas”
Step 2: Step through the portal.
This is the order they appear when you speak to Sedridor, however you can do them in any order you want.
Decorating the hall with Snow: Listen to the instructions that the wizard gives you, You can find a picture of what you should make it look like at http://socyberty.com/holidays/a-towering-feast-runescape-2011-christmas-….
Finding Summoned Imps: One is in the fountain, One is in the Oak Tree behind the tower. Check under beds and search the bookcases.
Getting Stuff from the attic: This part is pretty easy, just get all the “living decorations”, but you ave to do it as quickly as possible, if you don’t you have to start over.
Gathering Ingredients: Speak with Kringle, then Kris. You can find the “Christmas Pudding”s hopping in the pots and sacks around the kitchen. You need to talk to Traiborn about the Daemon Eyes (He’s on the second floor), when you speak to him choose the option “Look a thingamawhat”.
Speak with Grayzag about the Claws. You will first need to speak with Timmy, the Daemon. You will get 1 claw, to get the second search Timmy’s toy chest. You want to use Snowballs, Pudding, or Dolls, on him. Whatever you do don’t give him a teddy bear!
Then speak to Mizgog about a wand. He just gives it to you.
Finally use the Christmas Spirit Jar on 3 people to fill it with Christmas Spirit.
Then give them to Kris and go talk to Kringle. He will give you the ingredients, get some spice from the barrel next to the cannon (cooking device) and put the stuff in the cannon in this order, Puddings, Claws, Eyes, Spice, and Christmas Spirit.
If you’re a member, after all this go back and talk to Sedridor. He’ll tell you what to go to the kitchen and catch a Tinsel Snake. You will just have to check all the spots that a pudding jumps up at. Then it will jump out and you will need to catch him quickly. Note that if you are a member you should do the event on a members world.
Thanks for reading, and feel free to leave a comment.
