It turns out, money might buy happiness after all. And, it might not cost as much as you think. According to a new poll, an annual household income of $50,000 is enough to increase the likelihood of people feeling an overall sense of happiness and satisfaction in life.

To arrive at that number, the researchers at Marist Institute for Public Opinion at Marist College, which conducted the survey, asked people to rate their level of satisfaction in the following areas of their lives: family, neighborhood safety, housing situation, spiritual life, health, friends, work or how days are spent, free time, finances and community involvement. They then asked them to identify their annual household income. The research found that an annual salary of $50,000 represented a significant tipping point in determining happiness and personal satisfaction.

Households with annual incomes of less than $50,000 were less happy than those with an annual household income of more than $50,000. Some of the largest disparities between the two income levels occurred in satisfaction with housing, relationships with friends and overall satisfaction with life.

Regardless of income level, the survey also found that 64 percent of Americans have experienced a financial hardship in the past year. The survey also found that in the past year:

57 percent cut back on spending

26 percent considered delaying retirement

17 percent had trouble paying for medical care

14 percent had trouble paying their mortgage

12 percent had trouble paying for prescription drugs

“Money may not directly buy happiness, but our study clearly shows that it is an important factor in satisfaction with quality of life,” Paul Hogan, chairman and founder of Home Instead Senior Care, a company that provides in-home care for seniors and commissioned the survey. ”The important take-away is not only the extent to which income shapes perspective on life but how difficult the recent economic downturn has been for many.”

The survey was based on the responses of 1,235 Americans in a telephone survey.

Exercise, diet, sex and healthy semen all represent elements in any satisfactory life, helping you to stay younger and keep fit, just by eating properly and enjoying life more.

Enjoying erotic exercise is hardly something, everybody only too aware that sex actually, in point of fact, involves using less energy than aerobics, yet can be just as effective. It all depending upon how vigorously you go about it, since orgasm in particular involves using many bodily muscles while both heart and breathing rates rise dramatically during sexual arousal, consuming energy quickly.

The sheer exhilaration and excitement of orgasm helps release body tensions, due to a surge of Oxytocin, helping regulate both temperature and blood pressure. There is even evidence that pain relief and the promotion of wound healing, through hormonal release, are also involved. leading to stronger emotional connections, along with the likelihood of drifting into deep, luxurious sleep immediately afterwards.

If combined with a regime of regular exercise, the improvement in your sex-life will be marked, because increased cardiovascular fitness, better muscle tone and more well-balanced mental health. Sexual Stamina is a real boon, so physically fit people will have better sex-lives than couch potatoes.

UK scientists studied almost 1,000 middle-aged men, finding that those having sex twice weekly or more were, over a decade, less prone to heart attack, than those having less, so regular sex appears to make heart attacks less likely. An American Medical Association study showed that frequent ejaculation protects prostate glands against cancer, those men having at least ejaculations weekly being 35% less likely to develop cancer than those ejaculating less often, because of less sex.

High sperm production seems important for many men, so increases in production by any means boosts male sexual confidence, with many women viewing more ejaculate volume as a sign of greater potency, those men thus blessed deriving the most sexual pleasure, because of increased contractions during orgasm on their part.

What men eat affects the production of ejaculate, and taking such supplements as extra zinc, Horny Goat Weed plant extract along with the amino acids L-Arginine and L-Lysine all aid increasing ejaculate quantity. Increasing daily fluid intake also plays a significant role, and the actual taste of the semen can also be enhanced by the foods eaten, which the ladies would undoubtedly favour, if asked.

The main food items that produce this effect are fruits such as pineapple, kiwi and watermelon, along with celery, all of which lead to semen tasting lighter and sweeter. Beer and coffee, on the other hand, make it more bitter, whilst meat and fish make it taste buttery. Other fruits, like for example plums, cranberries and blueberries add even more sweetness, and sweet semen is a sign of a healthy lifestyle, giving your partner extra amounts of sexual pleasure.

Exercise, diet, sex and healthy semen all represent elements in any satisfactory life, helping you to stay younger and keep fit, just by eating properly and enjoying life more. It is, at the end of the day, all a question of attitude, and if tastier sex is what you aim for, then you will not go wrong at all.

A harsh reality.

It is a universal truth that people learn through their experiences. But, I want to add to this truth that people learn from their failures, not success. If one tries and succeeds at something, he will surely feel happy and satisfied but, most of the times, he does not LEARN. Unfortunately, most of our learning comes from failures or from things not going as planned. Whenever we fail, or simply get stuck at something, we try to find a solution to the problem and look for a way out. This makes us explore other possibilities or options to accomplish the same task. Hence, we LEARN through failures. However painful or harsh our experiences may be, the positive aspect about them is that we learn something from them. I see a lot of people whining about what has gone wrong in their lives and how they have faced difficult times. What we do not cherish is that we have learnt something out of it and have struggled to improve our ways of dealing with things. And what exactly is life without learning??? So, I, for one, would like to fail rather than not learn anything from my life.

What is wisdom? But first, what are the conditions that render it desirable, if not necessary, and what is its essential purpose?

What is wisdom? But first, what are the situation that render it desirable, if not necessary, and what is its essential reason?

Life is a yearn to reside, and better still a desire to reside joyously. As we strive to satisfy this yearns, we encounter obstacles that perplex or frustrate our efforts. This difficulty or annoyance allowances to pain because it stands in the way of satisfaction.

Wisdom is designed to help us contend with this suffering. It is an adaptive product of cause in the face of strong circumstances. Thanks to it, joyfulness is conceivable and achievable in spite of everything. It is thus the supreme good.

Actually, religion is a good that numerous grade equally high, since it serves the identical reason as wisdom, if distinctly. The difference lies in the way belief and wisdom depict suffering and characterize the meaning of life.

From the perspective of religion, pain betrays a state of worldly imperfection that is in contradiction with the human yearn for perfect joyfulness. Consequently, life here underneath – where humans are condemned to suffer – is absurd in itself. Or rather, life is significant strictly in terms of means to a fantastic end in the large after: A life of virtue organizes the way for an afterlife of bliss. The religious accept as true this in agreement with the teachings of an motivated religious foremost, who assertions to know the transcendental environment of the hereafter.

While personally I cast a skeptical eye on these teachings, I keep my brain open. They are highly doubtful, but the transcendental environment of their object places them after the come to of any discredit founded on conclusive clues.

anyhow, as I glimpse it, wisdom is independent of belief, though it can complement the latter. According to it, life in itself has significance, regardless of its imperfection that people can discover to accept. Better still, they can discover to worth this imperfection as they recognize that perfection, contrary to well liked conviction, is not infinitely attractive.

Indeed, flawless happiness leaves certain thing to be desired. By delineation, it omits pain and therefore all forms of complication or frustration. It supposes that attenuating factors are wholeheartedly favorable – that is, not strong in any way. Thus, no effort is essential while every dream is likely. At first glimpse, this noise like the most magnificent position imaginable, and yet taking another gaze at it will dispel this illusion.

What odd whim, in the annals of humankind, has compelled persons from every stroll of life to depart their cozy dwelling and embark on risky projects? Perhaps this whim is not so odd after all. A multitude of conquests have been made for the sheer joy of conquering against large odds. The operative phrase is pride, accompanied by exhilaration. To conquest-minded persons the infinite alleviate of heaven entails infinite boredom. To them life – simultaneously with the struggle that is integral to it – is the very thing that flawless happiness departs to be desired. It is an opportunity to verify courageous and victorious, though it is furthermore a risk of falling short painfully.

Joyfulness is about grasping this opportunity with bravery and profiting a victory over the obstacles that stand between us and achievement in all the activities that most issue to us. This victory is often strenuous and always restricted, precarious, and transitory, and we are bound to lose the battle in the end; but that makes the triumph all the more prized and worthy of savoring.

When endeavoring to characterize the undertakings in which we most care to do well, we are compelled to study our environment to know our reason. Our growing shrewd depends on this study and this information, leading to this definition. It begins with a perception of our animal will to endure, as survival is the base on which life, in the truly human sense, is constructed. The awareness of life in this sense follows. It takes into account both our humanity and our individuality, as constituents of society with specific flavors and abilities to which a broad variety of undertakings are matched.

The clearer we are about our reason, the more we can live our lives with conclusion and passion, and so with a larger possibility of doing well and accomplishing happiness. The reverse is equally factual. It thus stands to cause that in striving after wisdom we lay the groundwork for achievement and happiness.

The magazine "Forbes" elaborate a list of the most satisfying jobs are.

Having a leader incapable of transmitting direct indication is the first trigger for an employee to set his sights on other companies. From this perspective, how do you get a partner to maintain a high level of satisfaction?

If you recently it was thought that happiness was an option in business, has now become a necessity, so it is not uncommon for companies to repeat the traditional examples of companies (happy companies, organizations as defined like Google), where they have table football and play areas, says Warren Berger, author of Glimmer: How Design Can Transform Your Life, and maybe Even the world.

Some work more than others favor an employee is happy, as those who challenge the person, have clear goals and a defined salary scheme perception. “That makes the ability to control people experience in their work,” says the specialist in labor issues.

Knowing where you are going as an organization and that will be reflected in compensation, is what is generating more interest among employees, according to a survey conducted by the U.S. CareerBliss portal, which also questioned professionals on work activities which provide greater happiness.

A universe of 2,000 respondents was asked about his state of ‘motivation’ in different aspects such as the relationship with the boss and co-workers, their working environment, growth opportunities, corporate culture, reputation of the firm and strategies to control daily activities.

After analyzing how each element affects the happiness of the professional, identified 10 activities where people are happier. The first, according to the survey, is occupied by biotechnology. In this profession, people often have a higher rank in terms of importance as a major incentive recognition. In addition, this field of knowledge is a growth industry, allowing opportunities for development, the report mentions.

The profession is number two customer service. The survey makes his choice by the level of recognition they are giving customers and partners because in this profession have some control over their daily tasks, plus the ability to talk to people every day. However, “could also be considered a thankless job” for the problems that arise in response to a consumer and times for this activity.

The number three is for teachers. Education, especially children, has a high value in society, a situation that appeals to professionals in this field. In turn, cites the study, the teachers surveyed cited the advantage of having control over their time, they meet work schedules and calendars ordered.

Other activities included in the ranking are the management, purchasing, accounting, finance, working in a nonprofit association, health and law. The job portal is not the only source that has attempted to define which fields greater satisfaction a professional respect. According to a survey by the University of Chicago, prepared by the Population Research Center, other work tasks that stand out for the level of commitment generated among its partners.

At the top of the 9 professions, published by Forbes magazine, it listed the following activities:

Priest. The study concerns the interaction between the clergy and people, the interview makes various social groups in the United States concerning this work as “very satisfactory”.

Firemen. Appears in the table of profession ‘motive’ for the kind of commitment established with the company.

Physiotherapists. According to the University of Chicago, this type of worker will have a strong demand in the immediate future, especially those who specialize in groups such as seniors and athletes.

Writers. For most authors the remuneration is ‘bad’ or non-existent, but the autonomy of writing your own content and the estimated time by themselves produce well, and so is grouped within the professions ‘happy’.

Special education teachers. A work of this kind can be labor ‘happy’ with the social responsibility involved and be a field where demand exceeds supply.

Teachers. Despite the current problems in education funding and the conditions in the classroom, the profession “continues to attract young people who are in the work of transferring knowledge a high level of satisfaction,” says the study from the University of Chicago.

Artists. Sculptors and painters are the profiles show greater rise in happiness at work, according to the study, even with the problems involved in getting well-paid projects.

Psychologists. The University argues his presence on this list for job opportunities that exist for these professionals, as a labor camp “growth”.

Engineers. Giving life to new projects, especially in the construction area is linked with a certain level of happiness. This profession, lists the University, also has ensured continued growth, especially in the area of real estate projects.

The ’happy’ professions may be all, as long as the person find a job in growth medium, although that work does not depend on the company but by the employee, who must determine where and what you want for your career development.

For companies mentioned, there is a three-tier model to create a company with employees who experience a higher level of satisfaction. Put a screen or table football, he says, is in the field of stimuli. A good working environment and basic labor protections take you to the next level of security.

These two steps are relatively simple because they require money to coordinate, however, one aspect more difficult to achieve through: the election. Is to understand what motivates each employee and based on it, create growth plans that decide to leave the company before the first offer.

Physical stimulation is widely considered the only way to reach an orgasm, but much greater pleasure can be obtained...

One of the most common cases are orgasms while sleeping (wet dreams). This is the time when our brain is disconnected from reality, and like no other time of the day – it’s created imagery is understood as reality it self. Through it’s own imagination and vivid scenes, our brain is capable of creating sensations so vivid and realistic, that this may lead to a climax.

By it’s nature an orgasm is a sensation found and understood by the brain. Usually it is a result from a stimuli that copes together and creates a complicated burst of neuron signals. But one can easily get excited by visual, or any other content he or she associates with pleasure. Orgasm has a similar working pater as pain, and just like pain you can intensify or numb out the sensations, depending on your mental state.

There are plenty known cases (commonly found to be comical) when premature ejaculation occurs, but similar cases occur with women too. This state of extreme arousal is some times determined by neurological sensitivity (increasing with arousal), but can be reached through a specific pattern of understanding or rather – interpreting what is being done.

Let’s look at it as it is from the perspective of a wet dream.

Dreams – are the purest form of visualizing how we perceive reality. Though at times they are illogical, hard to understand and irrational, but they let us feel and evaluate everything we had found in reality while being awake. To surrender to and reach the extreme pleasurable sensations one has to find him self submerged in some form of erotic dream. Individually, any person can create this place and use someone from the side to help him or her maintain the right thinking pattern and point of view towards the perspective out of which the happening is evaluated.

There are many ways for brain to stimulate it self, and find ways to interpret, make it self more sensitive to and create sensations according to the surrounding sensory stimuli. Any thing we imagine binds with a sensation of some sort. thoughts and feelings are sinertic, they supplement each other…. I’ve seen people get aroused from scientific terminology no less then those who watch pornographic material. This is highly individual. It is driven by the accumulating effect of the arousal sensation. arousal is one – but sources are many. One can get aroused much more if adjacent paths leading there are found and all the paths of arousal add up and become unified in one extreme sensory feeling. I am not going to try and describe every possible scenario, as many people have unlimited amount of personal beliefs and thinking patterns leading to a vast majority of different aphrodisiac patterns.

The essence is to find what the person really wants to dream about, let him or her imagine the place, with as much details THEY find arousing in it. let them believe in what they want being there, position them, and in the process – get closer and closer to the very moment of “now”, witch is pleasure, intensifying the understanding of the pleasant sensations. Let them dream free with a slight push towards the best. Making love into a pleasant, long lasting vivid dream, with all the sensations from the reality accompanying the vivid dream, into a much greater degree of real satisfaction.

The satisfaction and contentment are not the ultimate outcomes but the feelings of the person. Through satisfaction, the person gets pleasures which are transient in their very nature while the contentment provides long-lasting happiness to the person.

It seems satisfaction and contentment are two sides of a coin – satisfaction representing the outer feeling of the mind while the contentment is the inner feeling of it. But on a deeper thought on these two words and their related senses and feelings, there is much more than catches the first glimpse.

A person has three components of his/her personality – the body, mind and the intellect. While the mind residing distributed in the whole body represents the desires and aspirations of the physical self, the intellect functional part of the brain works as a judge for deciding what is right or wrong. Spirtualists call these components flesh, mind and spirit.

Satisfying a desire or aspiration of the body through the mind provides satisfaction to the person while he/she gets contentment when his/her intellect is happy to do the right thing through the body. Thus, even a womanizer, a thief or a liar gets satisfaction from what he/she did successfully without getting the contentment. The contentment is missing just because his/her intellect tells him/her that he/she did a wrong deed. For the contentment, he/she needs to control his/her physical desires and do just what is morally right for him/her and the humanity from his/her instincts and intuitions. This contentment is called bliss also.

Now, from here we can link these two words from their ultimate outcomes. The satisfaction and contentment are not the ultimate outcomes but the feelings of the person. Through satisfaction, the person ultimately gets pleasures which are transient in their very nature. The contentment provides happiness to the person which is long lasting if not everlasting. Thus, the satisfaction is a transient feeling while the contentment is long lasting.

Another way to understand the comparison of satisfaction and contentment is from external skin and flesh deep physical beauty of a person as compared to beauty of his/her personality through adhering to moral values. Surely and certainly, the overall beauty of his/her personality provides to him/her external attractiveness too.

Before sex

Clarify your problems for yourself. Before approaching the topic along with your partner, you would like to be clear on what your problems are. Sex is difficult, and your feelings might have the maximum amount to try to to along with your own history like your dissatisfaction with technical delivery from your partner. Sit along with your thoughts for awhile. visit your friends or write feelings down. This method can assist you get clear before partaking during a sensitive topic.

Get very accustomed to your body. make certain that you simply have done some thorough treasure searching (so to speak) so, once you build requests of your partner, you’ll do therefore specifically.

think about the placement for your conversation. observing sexual dissatisfactions in bed could be a dangerous move, as a result of it should produce an association of negativity there. Instead, select a neutral, non-threatening place or activity (when you’re absolutely clothed) like taking a night walk or sitting on the beach.

Timing is vital. Raising issues or concepts simply before you’re getting ready to knock boots or minutes before guests are arriving for dinner isn’t smart timing. Carve out a special time once you are uninterrupted so you’ll chat freely. do not bombard him when a troublesome day at work.

Remind yourself that an honest, solid, trusting partner cares concerning you and your sexual satisfaction. this suggests that you simply will forsaking of fears and walk into the conversation with ease, knowing that this is often a chance to bring you 2 nearer along.

During sex

If you are nervous, mention why talking concerning it’s arduous. Be honest concerning how you’re feeling when the subject is raised, and why you think that you’re feeling that approach. be at liberty to laugh here!

begin with a general question like, “What does one like concerning our sex life?” this can open up a free dialogue to speak concerning all of the wonderful things and segue naturally to the hurdles.

Own your sexual desires instead of solid blame for what you are not obtaining. for instance, rather than saying, “You do not pay enough time down there,” say, “I notice that, to succeed in climax, i would like slower, steadier stimulation. it always takes to a small degree of your time on behalf of me to return.” This approach invitations him into the method instead of putting him on the defensive.

Apprecite his openness to concentrate and learn. Encourage him to share any dissatisfaction he might have, too, so you’ll each grow.

After sex

supply positive feedback frequently. Reward progress and do not hunt for perfection. Men, especially, have to be compelled to hear that their efforts are being noticed so they continue making an attempt.
do not be back. Continue conversations within the bedroom and explore along by enjoying show-and-tell to show one another what brings you the foremost pleasure. When within the bedroom, concentrate solely on the positive.
Keep an open dialogue concerning sex. when you have interaction in sex, discuss what was nice and what each of you’d wish to build even higher. Be kind and use the sandwich approach: a mild criticism sandwiched between 2 compliments.
