These victims learn to interact with friends, attend school and seemingly live a normal life. But the fear and shame is so deeply ingrained that few have a happy adulthood. In her thirties Alby gained the strength to reveal the abuse she endured throughout her childhood. She wants other victims of sexual abuse to understand there is light at the end of the tunnel.
