Islamic banking is based on Shar’iah rules and regulations defined by the Shar’iah scholars. The base of Islamic banking is to prohibit riba from the roots.

What is RIBA?

Riba is the growth, rapid increase in money, unexpected expanding of case in your pockets without any work. Surplus earned by means of fixed cost is known as Riba.

One of Muslim scholar Abu al A’la Mawadudi also prohibits Riba as in the following definitions:

“a predetermined excess or surplus over the loan received by the creditor conditionally in relation to specific period”

Riba is the fixed cost that has to be paid by the bank or financial institute either they near profit or loss. However, Islamic banking promotes “GOOD LOAN” known as Qard-al-hasan. Qard-al-hasan means the profit and loss sharing as on agreed basis. The payback will be based on the earnings of the bank, for this one should know where his or her money is being invested.

There are various Islamic banking instruments such as:

Ijara, Murahaba, Musharaka, Wakalah, Hiba, Istisna’, tawarruq, Arbun contract and many more.

In all the world there is a good and a bad in many things, but the worst in the case of lifestyles is when shariah law is considered sacrosanct, and women and children are forced to obey this heinous illegality as law!

If you want to remain muslim, then do so, but do so with the truth in front of you! Is it right for you as a woman, or for your children, to be forced into slavery, and have to obey all orders, called requests, of men – those you know and those you don’t?

Should you be killed because you thought differently than what your husband did, or your uncle thought?

Where is the honor in murdering you and your kids because you did something wrong? Is there no respect given under this ‘law’? I think it is repugnant to arbitrarily say that women are always wrong and the man is always right!

Both men and women can be wrong, and there should be some give on both sides, but under shariah, the man is always correct, and the woman can not disagree, for that is sacrilege and can be dealt with under shariah with an honor killing, or beating, or maiming, or rape.

Woman of muslim faith, don’t you think you deserve an education? Aren’t you entitled to some say in the raising of your family? Shouldn’t you be allowed to talk to your friends without penalty? If so, why tolerate shariah under islamic tolerance as the final arbiter of your fate?

If you have had enough, and your friends, and relatives, and sisters, have had enough, then it is time to rise up, to go against the grain, to take back or for the first time, claim your life and its freedoms. Denounce shariah law and embrace the freedoms which God gave you!

Of course, you can sit back, be abused, take the beatings, listen only to your male relatives, never learn anything, do only as you are told, and lead your children into more of the same slavery which you don’t have enough strength to resist.

However, it is better to lead a fight against injustice and die, than it is to sit back in chains and die a slow coward’s death of apathy! So, rise up and stop this use of shariah injustice and set yourself free to join the human race!

SOCIETY OF FREE MEN OR SLAVES?

In this crazy mixed-up world of political correctness, and bowing down to the will of the minority, we have encountered those who think that Shariah should be implemented in courts and legal proceedings in this country built on freedom.

Well, if freedom is our mantra, then shouldn’t we embrace all that is liberty? Yes, so why tolerate, and allow such things as are totally in opposition to our ideals to have any legal standing?

Here are some of the things allowed in Shariah, and which are prohibited by legal statute here in the States:

1) Shariah allows men to own women, children and cattle.

In the United States, ownership of any human is prohibited, and the Fourteenth Amendment made that quite clear – all men and women are free, no person may be bought, sold, traded, or forced to work for nothing.

2) Shariah allows men to have sex with girls, or females under the legal age of consent. Girls as young as newborns.

In the United States, child rape is considered taboo, and is outlawed in all fifty states, territorial possessions, and under Federal law. Sex with a minor is forbidden!

3) Shariah allows women or girls to be beaten, broken, or mutilated for any perceived insult to Islam, including just talking back to an elder, as well as sacrilege.

In the United States, sacrilege is frowned upon, but tolerated, and women or girls are protected from injuries by anyone, whether they have talked back, or committed sacrilege, or any other offense.

4) Shariah allows men to have sex with little boys, whom they use as sex slaves for perverted pleasure, and this is looked upon as an honorable thing in the world of Islam.

In the United States, child rape is still illegal, and is punishable by imprisonment, and sometimes castration, but it is never tolerated under any circumstances. 

5) Shariah allows forced marriages, with no say with regards to the female in the partnership.

In the United States, marriages are freely adopted, with the two partners choosing each other without outside interference.

Why with these horrible crimes being committed under the guise of religious freedom, would we accept and adopt these perverted practices as being in line with the Constitutional freedoms we have worked towards for over two hundred years?

Shariah is not a law in any sense of American legal proceedings, but instead is an outmoded form of medieval servitude codified with the male having all legal say. This is not in keeping with any form of liberty under our system of law, nor is it in keeping with any legal form of any western civilization.

Shariah is one of the most barbaric, nasty, one-sided means of accomplishing nothing but the gratification of a select group of perverted monsters! There is no freedom, but only slavery – no equality, only imbalance – and no justice, only coercion!

We must stop all attempts to impose Shariah in any court in this country or any other. Never should we allow the perversion of justice, nor the subjugation of women, nor the misuse of children!

Fight for equality, fight for justice, and fight for freedom, and totally oppose any system which goes against our liberties which are guaranteed in our Constitution! Are we to be servants or slaves to cancerous thoughts imposed upon us, making us bondmen to villainy; or are we to uphold our rights, and ensure that others receive the same freedoms as us, without allowing anyone to force this disease upon us, and taking away our freedoms!

EVIL LURKS IN SHARIAH ‘LAW’

During the Civil War, the unrest among Americans became so profound that many found themselves embroiled in a war to end the scourge of slavery, ofttimes on conflicting sides of the battle. There was a dichotomy in their views and opinions as to whether or not slavery was good or bad.

Whether you were right or wrong, you held a belief and usually sided with that belief. Many times this led to division within families themselves, with brother against brother, father against son, and entire towns being split also. This is why the Civil War was called the war of ‘brother against brother’.

It is the single largest event in American history which has divided this nation until Islam. And Islam is now trying to introduce Shariah law into our country!

Just as slavery was a thing of evil and needed to be suppressed, Shariah law is just as evil and needs to be stopped, especially in a country lauded for its freedoms.

Since the inception of this country, we have known that slavery was abhorrent and evil, and yet we were powerless to full disengage from its practice, where the South especially used the excuse that it was beneficial economically. They didn’t have to pay the slaves, and therefore, they could harvest more food, cotton, etc. and actually keep the farms going. This was and is still a lame excuse!

Enter Shariah law, which many Muslims have endured in their home countries, and which they (some) now want to bring here. We have law in this country, and Shariah ‘law’ is not in compliance with it in almost any regard. What constitutes Shariah law we would express as servitude and slavery! Now, if slavery is against the law, and indentured servitude is no longer allowed, and women have rights, etc., etc., then how are we going to institute Shariah law which is against all of our laws, and claim it is a right?

How can groups like NOW (National Organization for Women) think this is something we should tolerate? Women may be beaten, cut, raped, killed, sold, and many other horrible things contrary to our law, but allowed under Shariah. What is wrong with NOW? I’ll tell you – they aren’t for women, they are for the advancement of everything barbaric and unlawful! They are evil and embrace the evil in Shariah!

If a woman or girl even talks to an outsider, someone not an immediate family member, she may be beaten right where she is, in the middle of the street, downtown, in a cab, etc. Is this justice, or is it legal? No, but it is evil!

We have morons in the high courts (not all of them) who think that we should let Shariah law take precedence in cultural situations. Well, let’s take that one step further! A man who is not Muslim, decides that he likes beating his wife, children, or whomever. He can’t do it according to the rules and laws of the United States so, he decides to become Muslim and accept Shariah law just so he can be cruel and barbaric within its confines. We have now let an evil man, embrace an evil dictate, to impose his evil nature on his helpless wife or child. This is not the way things should happen in America!

Shariah is an outmoded, medieval system of torture and suppression which inflicts terror and helplessness on the victim! It is not a law, and it is just a ruse to allow someome using their ‘faith’ as an excuse to cause mayhem.

When slaves are or were held anywhere in the world, they were subject to cruelty beyond imagining, like being whipped, beaten, castrated, branded, hobbled (like Kathy Bates and James Caan in ‘Misery’), raped, starved, and so many other things which I probably don’t even have room for on this page. We saw the evil, and we did something about it!

Why do we insist in allowing anyone to practice this barbarity, although instead of calling it slavery, they call it Shariah? No more political correctness in this heinous sham of a religious right! Shariah is a form of slavery, pure and simple, and it is one of the nastiest forms of inflicting chains onto anyone and their rights!

We must not embrace Shariah, and we must act to abolish it and make sure it’s on the law books as being totally illegal in spirit and practice here in this country!

This country was founded on the principles of freedom, and over two centuries we have cleaned up, and straightened our definition and practice of freedom, true freedom, and I don’t think we should slide back and embrace a middle ages discipline of slavery and barbarity! Shariah is an evil which is practiced by some of the most evil people in the world! Abolish it, and allow no courts slack in this!

”There is another means in which you might be eligible to apply for British Citizenship. If you are married to someone who is a citizen of Britain, you might have a path to become a citizen. You and your spouse will be evaluated and questioned to ensure that you are married for love and not simply to gain access to citizenship. You cannot apply for citizenship under this method until you live in the UK for a minimum of three years.”

It seems that the general and most common way of seeking to obtain British citizenship is not through waiting for the five years and then applying and paying the money the clean and honest way, but rather through finding a person that they can use to obtain citizenship is a dishonest and cheating way. 

Marrying a UK citizen will usually permit a foreign national to live and work in the UK.  However, this is not automatic and there is definitely no immediate entitlement to citizenship for a foreign spouse.  New restrictions have been imposed because some immigrants marry British citizens purely to become British themselves.  Therefore, people subject to immigration control may have to obtain a certificate of approval of marriage from the home office before they are permitted to marry in the UK.

The government clean up on scam marriages was begun in 2004.  In 2008, official figures demonstrated that the number of fake marriages performed by Anglican priests has risen by as much as 400 per cent in some dioceses in the last four years.  Senior church officials believe that immigrants, who claim that their marriages are genuine, despite advice from their bishops stressing the need for them to be vigilant, are being duped by many of their colleagues.  The increase in applications for common licences has risen from 90 in 2004 to 493 last year.  Such dramatic rises are being repeated across the country.  Damien Green, the shadow immigration minister, called on the government to close the loophole, which is enabling thousands of British immigrants to attain citizenship. 

“Passport marriages,” as we might call them are not merely confined to the church, but also to Islamic marriages, which have become hijacked by people who use it a supposed ‘legal’ way to date (they believe it to be so) and end it when they so please, or a means an end.  In essence, there are many people making a mockery of Islamic marriage and use it as something temporary.  The problem especially affects converts and those who do not have their families with them in the UK.  They are seen as easy targets as it is assumed that they can be dealt with alone.  This is more reason why shariah should be in place and a woman on her own should have a guardian who is trustworthy and will look out for her well being and who the men will approach instead of her father.  The result of such marriages is that many of these women find themselves being suddenly divorced after two or three years once a man has obtained his citizenship or whatever else he needs, and they are left with no compensatory payments and no financial compensation, as they would be gifted by the courts.  In terms of Islamic law marriages, the courts and the legal system do not get involved in such “family law” marriages at all, which is perhaps the reason they are seen as easy to break free from.  There is not much formal support for such women – or even men, who may feel heartbroken and betrayed.  For example, as one 34-year-old woman informed me about her ordeal, she says that … “[he] dumped me when he got his citizenship, which is what his plan was all along.”  She adds that she believed that he “was clearly in the wrong for being racist and using white women for sex (he had been ‘married’ three times before me, all for short term relationships and sex).  I had done nothing wrong as far as I was concerned and was happy to prove this in front of as many people as possible.  It was not to be, [he] is their little golden boy and I was just a disposable white whore convert.” 

Many of these relationships, the so-called marriages that have nothing really to do with Islamic shariah involve other forms of abuse, often violence.  For example, she continues and says about herself that “When I went to collect some possessions from the house that we shared [he] beat me up and another Muslim was present as a witness but did not intervene…I was covered in yellow and purple bruises were [he] had rammed me in a door, stood on me, threw me on the floor and grabbed me,” she further adds that “[he] further threw my Quran on the kitchen floor,” if such a statement is true, it is not the action of a Muslim.  She continues further that, “…called the police and pretended that he did not know me.  [She] spoke to the police and explained that [she] had been married to … for 11 months, and had lived there and had gone to retrieve my possessions with … permission.  They convinced [her] to press charges against her for assault, which [she] did.  They picked up … on the morning of his birthday and he complained to people how I had ruined his birthday for him.  [He] told police that [she] had gone to his house to beat him up, and so he was released.”

The unfortunate result of this ordeal was that this woman of mixed Newland and Irish origin, left Islam, believing that this is what Islamic marriage is, when it is clearly not.  She states that, “lots of Arab men use Islamic marriage to get girlfriends until they are able legally or financially to marry the woman they want.  It is double standards, hurtful and blasphemous, yet [she believes] it is tolerated and encouraged [by various groups].”  Another consequence is that there is distrust amongst the Muslim community and there is a worry especially amongst the women, that any man, who approaches her without the said documents, could potentially be a married-for-papers prospect.  Therefore, the result is much suspicion of and mistrust towards individuals who might be otherwise honest and well meaning.

Part of the above dilemma seems to be a lack of knowledge of what marriage actually is, and confusions for what to look for in a suitable marriage partner.  For example, Na’ima B. Robert another Muslim convert, tells us about her experience and opinions of Islamic marriage:

“We didn’t have strong family influences and so were quite autonomous in our dealings…until I started seeing examples of that autonomy going horribly wrong.  In the community that I moved to the majority of girls’ families, being either non-Muslim or non-practising, were not involved in their decisions.  So I witnessed sisters marrying brothers without checking them out fully.  I saw them getting taken in by appearances.  I saw them giving up their rights – to the dowry they wanted, to the contract, to maintenance – because they did not have the knowledge (or the guts) to insist on what is rightfully theirs…that made me think seriously about the role of the family in an Islamic marriage and how it is there to protect you.” (p. 242).

 “The couple also have to meet and see whether they like each other.  The mahr (dowry) is a gift that the man gives his bride-to-be as part of the marriage.  Unlike in many other cultures, this gift belongs to her and not to her family…. therefore the true Islamic ‘arranged marriage’ is halfway between the restrictive, manipulative forced marriage and the free-mixing, dating, cohabiting world.”

In essence then the problem is that Islamic law is not being applied correctly and so these women are not able to obtain their full rights and get what they deserve.  Currently there is no Islamic state or Islamic leader to ensure that Islamic law is implemented correctly and that those individuals’ rights are given, therefore, it is entirely necessary to spare more heartache and broken families by bringing Islamic law into practice fully.  This will grant women, and men, their full rights and would lead to marriages and various other issues being taken seriously.  In regards to the marriage for papers dilemma, there needs to be some revision into how British citizenship is granted it should be through means other than marriage, since through this means, it is now being abused. 

The Holy Quran in surrah yousuf, ayah 40 says: “There is no command except that of Allah”

Comment: Interest and Usury is Haraam(Not Legitimate) and Islamic society can not be guarantee prosperity unless it is totally eliminated.

His response(Question): It’s very easy to point out faults and very difficult to fix them. Although “interest” and “usury” are 2 different things but let’s just go with your comments for now. Do you have any practical alternative financial and economic system in mind, on macro and micro-level?

MY Reply: usury is an older term for interest. And regarding to your question about the practical alternative financial and economic system on macro and micro level
My Brother, there is no problem without a solution. Islam suggests Profit and Loss Sharing,

Zakaat and Usher system. Profit and Loss for traders Because, that way lender will not squander his money in a greed of earning interest from needy individual because if borrower is unable to pay back, the lender can claim his assets which is socially and morally injurious to both individuals. If terms are on the basis of profit and loss sharing, lender will give his money wisely because in case of loss he will also suffer a loss. That is why he must be very careful in analyzing business plan.

Question: if you look at the world, the more a society is away from a religion, the more socially stable they are (it’s an exaggeration to make a point). For example look at Scandinavian countries, they have social stability, justice and equality and they are doing quite well (btw, they are not muslims).

Reply: Man made religion can not be as effective as compare to the creator’s religion itself and Islam is not like other religions that only addresses the relationship between man and his creator in addition to that it also gives direction of living life and dealing day to day affairs. For example no other religion will tell you that how much share each child should get after the death of either of his parents. How should economy work. Manners, Trade Issues and many other affairs about which only islam gives you a clear guidance as compare to other religions.
(Btw islam is the first religion to give the concept of welfare state)

The success of Scandinavian states is mainly because these governments addressed most of the issues that islam had given top priority(For proof you can refer to last sermon of Prophet Muhammad PBUH). Main three well addressed issues by world most developed countries are to promote social and income equality, to alleviate poverty by equal distribution of wealth and giving rights to all individuals in society.

Talking about human rights: Not only people have rights in islam but also there are rights for animals. As i have stated above, If you could compare the last sermon of Prophet Muhammad PBUH to the various societies of that time you will notice that islam was the first religion in the world that truly demolished the roots of social and income inequality.
Zakat and usher system is the best way to discourage the concentration of wealth in few hands. How well has Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad written:

“If the plan islam has drawn for society were to be implemented, all the squares, not just a few, in their right places, a collective order would emerge in which there are neither millionaires nor miserable beggarly classes but a medium condition would overtake the dominant individual”(Tarjuman ul Quran).

Talking more about Scandavian countries, I have few friends living in these countries especially in Norway. In my past discussion with them, They do approve your point of stability in these countries, but they also say that only thing that is lacking in these countries is the social interaction among peoples.

There is a feeling of indifference among people there in Norway. Perhaps people there start a social movement (as they have done before for equal rights of women in society) i.e. that can resolve this issue by creating social norm of saying greetings to each other (i.e. same as islam urges to say asselam o alaikum) even to the person that one don’t know. That’s the only cure of the problem of being indifferent to other and that’s the only way to enhance the sense of belongingness to the society.

Another important premise of Scandavian success is freedom of expression. Nordic countries like Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland e.t.c. have made laws to ensure that their people have freedom of expression.

Guess what? Islamic society encourages freedom of expression more than any other society in world.

According to the Qur’an, truth is one of Allah’s most important attributes, and the Qur’an emphasizes that standing up for the truth is a right and a responsibility that no Muslim may disclaim, no matter how hard the truth may be to tell [Surah 4:An-Nisa':135]. Further, the Qur’an forbids others to harm those who testify to the truth [Surah 2:Al-Baqarah:282].

The right to freedom of thought and expression was exercised by Muslims in the early centuries of Islam and was pivotal in the creation of an Islamic civilization characterized by outstanding achievements in diverse fields of knowledge. The early Muslims celebrated cultural diversity and engaged in rigorous intellectual discussion. Here, it is apt to mention Wilfred Cantwell Smith’s comment that, whereas the original Muslims believed in God, modern Muslims believe in Islam. Centered in God and self-critical, the original Muslims believed that although God had given them the Qur’an and the Prophet had exemplified its teachings, it was their responsibility to implement its message in the “Islamic” societies that they were creating. These Muslims read the Qur’an as an “open,” rather than a “closed,” text and strove continually to understand its deeper meaning. This intellectual striving (”ijtihad”) — which Allama Muhammad Iqbal, poet-philosopher of Pakistan, calls “the principle of movement” in history

If Islamic countries, who claim to have islamic shariah on their state (e.g Sudan), do not act upon pure islamic laws, this does not give right to any one to say that Islamic shariah can not function to bring prosperity and peace in a state.

Referring back to Nordic countries, Please note that: I am not saying that they have taken all these solutions from Islam, what I am trying to say is that, these government–to make welfare state, had to do the right things and eventually have come to the point, which happens to be same as the Islamic way of governing.

Islam is a divine religions and any one, doesn’t matter whether it is muslim or non muslim acts upon its prescribed rule is bound to success.

Question: A state can’t fix (by using law) people’s beliefs. Pakistan was formed so people can have a place to practice Islam if they want to, free of any fear. I believe, Pakistan’s purpose is being served…actually a little too well because then we get these people who blow up innocent people in the name of God.

Reply: Only rules and regulations are the ways to bring change in society, because you don’t just make rules and policies but also draw a road map to make it executable. I do agree with the discussed purpose of formation of Pakistan. In addition to that i must say blowing oneself up to kill innocent people is strictly against the teachings of islam, Thats so disappointing. Islam is a religion of peace and it condemns every action that goes in favor of creating disharmony and chaos in the society.

Question: Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah(the founder of Islamic State of Pakistan) was not a “practising” muslim but that does not make him bad. He was married to a Parsi(non muslim women) (which is not allowed in Islam) and he did not use to pray and so on. Similarly, the 600 years you are refering to, those rulers were quite secular as well. They had “harems” (again something not allowed in Islam) and the strongest one of them actually went so far as to create his own “version” of Islam OR another religion. So please get your historic facts straight, none of the people you mentioned were true “Momineens(Believers)”.

Reply: What is the most important point about Jinnah is that he fought for the formation of Islamic state. In various addresses he referred to the greatness of islamic teachings.With out this base, there was no point of division of the Subcontinent. If islam permits non muslim to perform their religious activities with total freedom, its does not make islamic state a secular one. to answer your Second response, I was actually referring to Rulers like Muhammad Bin Qasim and descendants of Arab like Mahmood Ghaznavi. Jehangir Re introduce the islamic law in subcontinent and compiled the rules of islam in a book form, you can buy that book from urdu bazaar title name of “Fatawaa-e-AAlamgeree”. However, I do agree that i generalized history little too much by calling all of them momineen.

To end my discussion I am very confident to say that only Islamic Shariah can assure prosperity and peace and no man made rules are effective as that of Creator himself, Because, Allah is the one who has created us and He is the one who has authority to Set Rules For Us and for Every Thing.

A person Joseph Fraternal live in Amsetetten (Austria) done rape with his eighteen year old daughter (Elizabeth). He imprisoned her daughter till twenty four years at

his Home Basement and continued his embraced deed with her. As a result she gave birth to seven children’s. This panorama was exposed when her elder daughter (Christine) fell ill and due to her serious illness she fetched to Hospital. This incident opened the mystery of this case because Police doesn’t found her any prior medical reports or her birth record. On this behalf Police got raid into Joseph’s home and they found her forty two years daughter Elizabeth with her five children’s her sixth child became the victim of his father’s cruelty he burned his own child for not to rendering himself. Elizabeth spent her whole life in a prison with out any sin and her accused father has only got the punishment of three and half years which cannot disburse the price of Elizabeth grieves.

West has developed a lot but this development has throne them in an ethical decline. This decline can be the reason of their grave down fall. The inhabitants of our developing countries are very inspired of their learned society but now what they are representing regarding their culture & traditions. According to mass opinion this father should be hanged publicly and should be lesson for others (parallel to the punishment of “Sangsaar” in Islamic Shariah). This is very strange that western society who for all time opposed the Islamic Principles is indicating the punishment for Joseph from the context of Islamic Shariah.
