I used to have no confidence and just couldn’t get to the bottom of what was causing it and really needed to boost confidence. At work, I was so low in confidence I used to fear meeting people who I’d previously interacted with in the corridor. I was afraid that if I said hello, they might ignore me and not say hello back. This fear was completely irrational! How often, when someone says hello do they not say hello back? Hardly ever. So why I was so scared of this and if it did happen why was it such a big deal?
