Another of the Meditations series in which we try to find the beauty and balance of nature even in the most mundane surroundings and thus experience the de – stressing effect of becoming party of our surroundings. The landscape here has a history that is not what you might expect.

Learning to open our minds and living in the now……change our thoughts change our world-

Silence is better than speaking at certain instances. Too much talking, too much silence, blend them!

I used to have no confidence and just couldn’t get to the bottom of what was causing it and really needed to boost confidence. At work, I was so low in confidence I used to fear meeting people who I’d previously interacted with in the corridor. I was afraid that if I said hello, they might ignore me and not say hello back. This fear was completely irrational! How often, when someone says hello do they not say hello back? Hardly ever. So why I was so scared of this and if it did happen why was it such a big deal?

This is not a poem.

Nature’s way.

When there is nothing to say.

Never be bullied into silence, Never allow you or someone you love to be made a victim of a bullys behavior. Accept only true friends and family members in your world.

That the party sought to be estopped, or some person, for whose representation such party is in law responsible, made a representation.
