Most people think of the sixties as a tumultuous, uncertain time in our history. It certainly was a decade of events that changed our lives forever, some good and some bad. We saw the civil rights movement and assassinations of our leaders, the Bay of Pigs, the moon landing, the advent of the birth control pill, the British Invasion and of the course, the Vietnam war. However as a child growing up then, I remember the fun.

The Anti-War Movement is a very interesting piece of American history. In the 60s, many young people began to feel oppressed and unheard. The escalation of the war caused groups to become more and more radical and violent, and when they began to believe that problems were caused by capitalism and imperialism, they called for a revolution.
