Mirror and echo remind me of how the universe works. Try to look straight in front of a mirror. You will notice the reflection of yourself looking back to you. It’s eerie, actually. It is also stupid. So when you do that, make sure no one is looking, okay? If you open your mouth so wide, at the same time, your reflection will also open its mouth in the same manner. If you smile, you will also see your reflection smiling. Whatever you do, you will surely see your reflection doing the same thing. Unless of course your mirror has its own will not to mimic your actions, which is impossible in a non-magical world like ours. That is also how everything else in life works.

If you’re in an empty room or in a wide valley, you will hear an echo of every sound you make. If you shout “hello”, you will hear echoes of your one hello. You will hear more hellos. And if you shout “love”, you will also hear love, love, love… slowly fading in the air. That is also how everything else in this world works.

One time a friend shouted at me. I wasn’t at my best mood that time so I felt a little bad about it. I thought maybe I talk to him that way, too. It really didn’t feel good. It’s offensive. Perhaps he also felt the same way I felt during that incident.

People treat you the way you treat them. It’s also like an investment. If you invest money (assuming all other external factors are at best condition), you will also get money. As per farmer’s principle, you will harvest what you’ve planted. If you sow good seeds, you will get good crop. The same way, if you sow defective seeds, you will get a defective harvest.  

People show you what you show to them. If you show them kindness and compassion, they will also show you kindness and compassion. If you are harsh to them, they will surely be harsh towards you.

It is also how the laws of attraction work. If you smile to people, you will also see more people smiling back at you. I share this not merely based on principles. I may not be an expert of giving out pleasantness to everyone every time, but I also have a few experiences (both good and bad) to show as examples. Do I have to mention again the shouting of a friend? I also have a few good examples of it.

Out of some good vibes I picked up somewhere, I went to the market in good spirit. I noticed I had smooth price negotiations with the vendors, not to mention the discounts I had availed that time. Everyone seemed to be bubbly when they talk to me.

As I went home riding the bus, incidentally, I saw my own reflection from the glass window. I saw a handsome version of myself looking radiant smiling back at me. That’s the reason everyone I talked to that day also looked radiant.

                   How to make your heart smile.

   You might feel depressed a lot, and I am going to try and help you by leading you through these simple steps.

      1.Ball up your angry with your hands, and throw it as hard as you can.

     2. Cry, it will help you feel happy, and get that bottled up anger out.

      3. Scream into a pillow, I know it sounds chilldish but it is very helpful

      4. talk to a loved one, or go to counciling.

     5.exercise, it makes you forget what you were depressed about, at least for a little bit.

     I hope these steps help you out, for it did me. 

Warmth of a genuine smile rubs off instantly. It gives new meaning when life seems impossible. The power of a smile is tremendous, almost magical. A smiling face can ease tense moments. Transformation and emotional healing attributes itself to a smile. There is not a person in this world that does not complain about life. Everybody in this world has their share of sorrow. When we face problems and worries it’s our inner self that is hurt most. Remember, we are a creation, and no creation has a solution for the inner self. Self realization through meditation and prayer is essential for every human. A meaningful life is what you perceive it to be. Every individual holds their own reins to happiness.

The greatest gift our creator has given us is the freedom to choose. The choices you make in life determine the absence or presence of a smile on your face, choose wisely. Every individual in this world should find inner peace. Search for peace not outside, it lies within you, connect with it. When teachings in every religion talk about love, why make room for hate. Do not harm your inner consciousness for moments of pleasure. We fail to smile when the balance of inner consciousness is disturbed. Your heart will crave for everything that fades away. Your weapon to encounter every situation in life is self-belief. Negativity grows when you lose self-belief. It’s you that makes life meaningful or meaningless. Our world requires smiles. Spread smiles and witness a miracle happen. Let us be childlike, let us smile.  If you haven’t realized the power of a smile, you soon will.

I have just one simple question that is the heart a normal human heart or is it some kind of storage device with just storing memory with nil feelings…???

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

He is Risen !  The true meaning of the Easter season.   Not the colored easter eggs, or the special chocolate rabbits.  Not the sharing of the easter baskets or the jelly beans.  No not even the ham and trimmings.  The true meaning of this holiday is the empty grave  and the knowledge that he is risen! 

How blessed we are to know this.  To have knowledge that God even after all of the transgressions and faults that we as children have chosen to fall into.  That he sent his son so that we may have everlasting life.    Awesome news : )

So it has indeed been a while since my last post.  I think of you all daily and much has been going on.  Happy to report that it is all good…. no all great.

My life has been flowing into a positive direction.  My goals are slowly starting to form into objectives, tasks, progress is at my feet and I continue to step into a good direction.  A direction for me and my family that feels and is by my choice.

Thank you for all your prayers and kind words.

Sure I know that life is a series of waves, and I am sure you know this as well.

We are either riding a wave head held high or being crashed by a wave.  But still can we hold are head high?  I say yes.  I know we can.  We can look in the mirror and know that we have all the “right stuff” to handle any and all crisis that may befall us.  We can, and we will.

We will not try to handle it.  For to try is to not even do.  As Yoda said there is no try only do or not do.

So today, this Easter Sunday know the following:

He is risen !

He is sitting in heaven at the right hand of God !

He came so we may have everlasting life !

We are created to be happy and filled with joy and love.

We are created to share in that happiness, joy and love.

We have 2 eyes to see, 2 ears to listen, 2 hands to reach out.

We also have 1 mouth to speak, and 1 heart to love and 1 mind to utilize all of our choices.

Choose wisely.

Love deeply.

Care always.

Pray everyday.

New Month ~ New You

Smiles and Inspiration 2012

A new month starts and a fresh new path awaits you.  Sure it is April Fools Day a sure way to pull a prank or a slight of hand. Sure I could say this would be my last post but you would not believe me right?  

So a new month the fourth month of the year.  What goals have you made for this month.  I you have not had a chance to review any of last months post please click on the link to review the month of March 2012.

This month lets start a new, a fresh start.  For me last month was awesome.  A new women entered my life and she has changed my heart and my spirit for the better.  Thank you Lourdes : )

I had a record month of sales in my automotive career.  My previous record was 21.5 a few years back and this past March 2012 I sold 27 units.  I thank all those who purchased and if I can ever give anyone advice or help you please email me at vyakin@makemesmileonline.com

Top 5 things we can do to start fresh this month.

Each day we should: 

# 1  Get plenty of prayer and meditation in.

# 2  Get plenty of spoken gratitude in each day.  To start and finish with this makes a world of difference

# 3  Start each day with positive affirmation much like the one below for the month of April.

# 4  Review your daily, weekly, monthly goals and objectives.

# 5  Laugh each day, be moved to tears each day and if you did the first four things above you gave thought which will give you a full day.

Putting it all Together 

 Day 7 of 7

Goals / Objectives and SMART

So here we are, day 31 of March and we covered much ground.  Today we wrap it up in a few words.  May your April 2012 be full of love, many blessings, spoken gratitude and joy. : )

It is my hope that you take the time to put it all together.  I am a firm believer in the power of love.  Love of self is the utmost love one can give and even more so to be able to give love you must love yourself first.

Live in the present, not in the past, not in the future and live in the here and now.  Don’t try to do everything at once.  We must live in a task oriented life, one step, then the next and then the next.  So on and so on until our Goals and objectives our met.

Don’t think about your goal or tasks as coming to an end.  For they are not, as you go on after death so does your goals and objectives as they are completed.

Believe and follow your dreams.  Turn your dreams into goals and your goals narrow down into objectives.  Follow your dreams  and your heart will always be filled with love and hope.

The process is now yours, the goals and dreams are yours alone. 

I hope you have enjoyed the last 31 days. I hope you can reflect upon your love, your beliefs, your faith, your dreams and believe in all of them.

Enjoy and I will be back tomorrow and my smiles will be back as well.  : )

Goals / Objectives

and SMART

Starting your day with focus and drive you will attain your wishes and plan.  Start your day in a fog and a mundane attitude your goals will be nothing more than a dream without a conclusion.

The first step in the morning, the first thought can help you achieve your dreams.  Your objectives and your focus on them will help you attain them.   

Spoken gratitude will help you understand the importance of being happy and grateful each day.

Prayer and meditation and giving thanks to your creator for all the daily gifts of nature and abundance that is around all of us.

Abundance and nature is the same for all of us.  It is there and free all we need to do is reach out and claim and obtain it.

Meditation that silent moment that you stop and listen to you heart, your thoughts and to that little voice inside.  What is your little voice saying?  Is it helpful?  Take time each day in silence.  Take time to listen and share your time of quiet in a helpful way.

This is your day.  A day to exceed, to excel.  What say you?    Say YES! 

One last day remains, we try to wrap it all up into one short and easy plan to achieve your goals and turn them into objectives and turn those into a plan to achieve and excel.

The Process Day 1 of 7

Goals / Objectives

and SMART

The last seven days of the month we gather all the strings, tips, ideas and put it all together.  It is time to start the process.  Today is day 85 of 366 days this year.  We have 281 days left to make a true difference.

So almost 3 months gone by how are you doing.  What new years resolutions have you kept?  How many have you abandoned?  Whats left in its place.

You are the captain of your ship.

You are the leader of your company, your the CEO of your destiny.

So step one understand self and your values and after you have that start with a brain storm session of not less than 5 minutes.  Write down all your goals and that which you want.  No rules, nothing is to obscure, just write.

Step two take this list and pick your top 10 things that you can achieve and be very specific in these goals that you labeled your top 10.

Next step three, when you have accomplished this objective define how you would be able to measure that you have arrived.

Step four, make these 10 goals attainable and define the realism of each of them.  What would you have to do and what would you have to give up to obtain these top 10.

Step five, make these top 10 goals a time bound goal.  When would you like to accomplish them.

Do you know what the next step is ….. You stop reading and you take the 5 minutes and just write or type them out.  Ready ~ Set ~ Go your about to Aim, Fire and get ready to do it again.
