These are at least two ways of driving over the limit, with interesting similarities, but interesting differences as well. On the same day, at almost the same mph, but in different locations, with two decidedly different kinds of protagonist, one who broke the law as a result of driving under the influence, the other just a bad influence since he is supposed to uphold and enforce the law not break it.
