Human being are imperfect and many people spend their life in misery, while others are wealthy and enjoy the life because their liberty is unlimited and they can do anything they want, while those living in misery cannot get even the most essential thing. Naturally such a situation provokes the social unrest and we cannot expect that people cannot afford numerous hardships without protest.
