An opinionated piece about things I have learned and gone through in my life, that may offer up some advice to others who may have similar experiences...

Growing up, I learned a lot of different things, some that arent even accurate in present day, but will always make sense to me, such as the fact that when I was young, all through the end of high school, I always knew the solar system to have 9 planets. All of a sudden that has changed to 8, yet the original 9 still exist. I always wonder how it can take so long for things to suddenly change by rules and laws, when they havent changed physically. It kind of ticked me off a bit because now that means that someday, even though I will always think there are 9 planets, I’ll have to teach my child(ren), that there are only 8. Although thats more of an annoyance than a life struggle. Haha. There are other things I’ve learned growing up that are either no longer considered correct, or are completely cancelled out.

I’ve noticed that the childrens programming I had as a kid, is not what is on television now. I mean, yes, I know that programming changes, shows get cancelled and so on, but seriously, what happened to the quality of television now a days? I feel that it isn’t even close to as good as it used to be.

I have also realized that drama follows people through life. It doesn’t end once high school is over, like everyone says… It hit me a while ago in college, some people never grow up, no matter how old they may be. Drama will always be there; Its all about how you squash it from escalating. If you feed into it, of course it will continue; However, if you show people that you could really care less about the crap they are about to start with you, they will usually move on to some other soul and see if they can be beat down. I have noticed that it is also similar to how the real world works. The real world hands you challenges and it is a test to see how you deal. I myself, can admit, I am not always the strongest when it comes to challenges, and I have discovered how much I dislike change in my routine and in how things work; However, changes in life are supposed to happen. Why? I dont think anyone will know that one.

I am also guilty of over thinking things and being very analytical in situations. Things that I shouldnt worry about, I do worry about, and things I should worry about, I worry about times ten. Haha. I have also discovered that I am unable to stand around in work situations. I must be given something to do at all times because standing around makes me feel lazy; even when all work is completed and there is time left over. I feel like I need to clean something or organize something, or refill empty containers. People ask me if I have anxiety, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if I was diagnosed with it eventually. I worry about what everyone thinks of me, my work ethic and quality of my work, and staying on people’s good sides.

I learned that having two college degrees does not mean you’ll get a job right away. In fact, I still haven’t gotten a job for either degree, although writing does not require being hired anywhere, so that is the beauty of that. I have enjoyed it my entire life since I learned how to write, and used to fill up numerous composition books with stories and poetry as a kid. So I guess I have always been a writer. I’ve always had a career in that. However, its not paying the bills of course, and college loans are pricy. I’ve been paying for those with two unrelated jobs, as well as cell phone and credit card bills, and being near my 26th birthday, life is going to get slightly more challenging with losing insurance and having to get my own, as well as making the car payments for my first car. Yes its true, I did not get my license till I was 22 (permit at age 20) because I was afraid of driving until that point. But I enjoy it very much now that I’ve had a license for 4 years, because its nice to not have to ask people to give you a ride, and once you gain confidence and lose fear of accidents and traffic around you in general, its not so bad. Its actually quite amazing.

Lucky for me, my love life has at least made sense finally. I have someone who truly values me for how hard I work, what I put forth to the relationship, and the fact that I have found the ability to keep trucking even when times are hard on me. A lot of past relationships did not go so well. I was given up on, cheated on, and told that I was stupid and a failure. All things that made me actually start to believe I’d never have anything for a second there. Yes, life has been a challenge for me. Nothing has come easily, but if I couldn’t make it through, I wouldn’t be here. I’d either not exist, or would have surely ended myself by now. Something keeps me trying harder and searching for something that seems so far away, yet it feels like its nearby and I just can’t locate it at the same time.

Who knows really? I’m just glad I am making it in the economy we have now. For example, its a lot harder to survive when you are making minimum at one job, and just over it at the other, and gas prices are $3.99 a gallon. I remember when I was a kid, they were under $1.00 a gallon! Makes it very hard when your car needs gas and you are paying bills and working hard for any money you can get. I just always want more, and perhaps sometimes, I need to learn when to quit wanting more and relax for a bit. I feel trapped in my constant worry and concern about doing things on time and right and impressing others that I don’t make enough time to do anything for me. Whenever I do, its very miniscule time off. I always feel like I need to be working and that I am wrong for taking time off because that is money I could make, however at the same time, I know everyone needs a break because without breaks, life gets very stressful and any break I do get is near the end of the week and I know that I need that for a few different reasons: I’m never home anymore, my boyfriend is home on weekends from his job so thats the only time I can see him (not to mention its always amazing to see him becaus of how long we spend being apart), and my friends get time with me too. I need the time I get little of. Without it, I’d go crazy.

With this said, I bid all adeu; more to come as I get older. Almost 26 now, I have to say here’s to another 26 prosperous, educational, happy, hopefully children filled, married, loving, hard working, respected, talented, years.

What about the fate of Earth in the event of a gradual warming as the Sun towards the end of his life as a white dwarf star?

Climate change and global warming is happening lately become one of the very significant effect in changing the condition of the Earth for decades and centuries ahead. However, what about the fate of Earth in the event of a gradual warming as the Sun towards the end of his life as a white dwarf star? Will the Earth survive, or whether this period will be the end of life of Earth?

Red Giant star. Artist’s impression. source: Universetoday

Billions of years from now, the Sun will expand into a red giant star. At that time, it will expand and swallow the Earth’s orbit. Will the Earth be swallowed by the Sun as Venus and Mercury? This question has been a long discussion among astronomers. Will life on Earth remains there when the sun into the White dwarfs?

Based on calculations performed K.-P. Schr ¨ oder and Robert Connon Smith, when the Sun becomes a red giant star, has exceeded even the equator of Mars distance. Thus, the entire planet in the Solar System will be swallowed by it. There comes a time when an increase in solar flux also increases the average temperature on Earth to a level that does not allow the biological mechanisms and other mechanisms of resistance to these conditions.

When the Sun enters the final stages of the evolution of life, he will experience a loss of mass through stellar winds. And when the sun grows (enlarges in size), it will lose mass so that the planets move around it spiral out. Again the question is how the Earth? Will the Sun is being expanded to take over the planets are moving spiral, or even Venus and Earth would escape from his clutches?

How Earth Come To Be

Years ago the Gods would always fight. But one day the wind God said” we must stop fighting, We have to work together We must be friends we have to make something that all of us can agree on.”. So all of the Gods made a truce and they started to make something. At first it was just round but now it had new stuff on it like mountains, hills, trees, plants, grass, lakes, sand, clouds, air, rocks, snow, ponds, oceans, rivers, valleys, forests. The Gods thought they were done but they had to pick something to live on it, All of the Gods agreed that the humans and animals should live on this thing that all of the Gods created. As years passed the humans had made different things like houses, farms, pets, markets, stores, clothing, boats, food, fishing nets and a lot of other things. One day, one of the humans had a baby and when that baby grew up he named this thing that they had been living on. The name was ‘Earth’. After the word had spread, all of the humans argeed that it shall be called Earth.

AND THAT IS HOW THE EARTH CAME TO BE

This article is about Nostradamus and predictions of the year 2012.

NOSTRADAMUS

His name was Michel de Nostradamus. He was born in France in 1503. He was known by the locals to be a healer. He is well known, even today, for his future predictions that came true. Around 1550, he started his writings and prophecies. He would get a bowl of water and would meditate for long hours. He said he would see what was to become. He became well known for this and the locals began to come to him and ask for predictions and horoscopes. He then, began to write quatrains. These are wrote in four lines per quatrain. Many people have discovered that most of his predictions have came true. To be honest, he has been very accurate. He predicted the French Revolution, the rise of Napoleon, the assassination of JFK, and even the World Trade Center attacks. He put all his quatrains into a book called “The Prophecies”. Many astrologers are astonished by the truth of his predictions.

Nostradamus became a doctor over time and started his own practice. Many people from the country would travel long distanced just to see him. Many of the locals, were amazed of how he healed the sick. The word spread very fast and soon he was seeing people from different country’s. But, when the plague hit France, a tragic accident happened. His wife and child became sick and lost their lives. Nostradamus put blame on himself, for not being able to cure him. Soon after, many of the locals questioned his practice. They figured if he couldn’t save his own family, why should they take the chance. After this, he began his writings.

2012 PREDICTIONS

One of the many 2012 quatrains describe a massive scale of destruction, brought forth upon Earth by a comet. There are many people that read and interpret these quatrains. They all agree that a comet will be the cause of the destruction of Earth, whether it hits Earth or just comes close. They say that there will be massive floods and destructive earthquakes when this happens. They believe that the date is clear and without question. December 2012. Now, the Mayans predicted this same outcome of global destruction. The Mayans were highly regarded as the astrologers of their time. This is one of those quatrains. “In the sky will be seen a great fire dragging a tail of sparks”. Many people believe this to be Nostradamus referring to a comet. This is the part that is scary. They say that the comet will be almost as big as the planet Jupiter. For those who don’t know, Jupiter is the biggest planet in our Solar System. You could fit over 1,000 Earth’s in the diameter of Jupiter. That is a big comet. All we would see in the sky is this big comet. It would be dark for days upon it’s arrival. If it would hit Earth, nothing would survive. The Earth would no longer be a planet. There would be no way to stop it, if it is that size. It is not stated by Nostradamus whether the comet will hit Earth or not, but even if it doesn’t, we will still see catastrophic disaster. Because of the gravity of the massive comet, it would cause huge waves and earthquakes. Almost all of the coastal cities, such as New York, San Diego, and Miami, would be no more. The impact of the waves could be felt hundred of miles upon land.

He also predicts, because of all the destruction, stronger countries will take advantage of this chaos. He points out China in another one of his quatrains, referred to as the “Mogul”. When you think about the current situation, China is now ahead of the US as the supreme economy. It all really makes perfect sense. He says this in another one of his quatrains. “The Great Star will blaze for Seven Days”. Many of us that have seen a comet, know that every comet has a tail of fire. Nostradamus is saying that a comet will be seen on Earth, before contact, for seven full days. Even in his situation, to see this happening in the future, he had to shake his head. I can only imagine looking and seeing this huge comet in the outline of the sky. I think it would be a helpless feeling to have.

GOD AND NOSTRADAMUS

There are many people that believe Nostradamus and God are one in the same. They think that God came to Nostradamus and gave him the power to warn people. When you think about it, many of his quatrains relate to the Revelations writings in the Bible. Both of them, describe disaster by a comet. Could it be possible that God gave Nostradamus his ability to see in the future? We may never know but we do know this. Nostradamus has predicted many future events that happened. He even predicted the rise and fall of Hitler. He has been accurate. All of these writings are from the 1500’s. He predicted the 2001 World Trade bombings. That is 500 years in between. He is surely one of the most famous people in history, Whether you believe or not, I guess we will have to wait until December 2012 to see what happens

Did you know there is a MASSIVE water cannon in space? Read to find out more!

This is the star that acts as a giant water cannon.
Every second it sends out one hundred million times more water than is found throughout the Amazon River.

80 times a bullet.

When the researchers then studied the star, they discovered that huge amounts of water poured out of its north and south pole.

Equivalent to the amount that extends one hundred million times the amount of water Amazon River is composed of, said Lars Kristensen to National Geographic.

And the speed at which the water escapes into space is huge:

- We’re talking about speeds reaching 200 000 kilometers per hour, which is 80 times faster than bullets from a machine gun, said Kristensen.

The Star is Young

Researchers at a Dutch university is behind the discovery of the star, located in the northern part of the constellation Perseus. The star is young – only a few hundred thousand years old.

Who he was and what he did.

Raffaele Bendandi was a self taught scientist who predicted earthquakes. He predicted the 1915 earthquake in Avezzano which killed over 30000 people. This made him very famous in Italy and he also was on headline newspapers in Italy. He also predicted a earthquake in Friuli which killed 1000 and left 45000 homeless. His theory was that the moon sun and other planets in our solar system caused the earthquakes by gravity pulling the earths crust.

Raffaele was made a knight of the order of the crown of Italy by Benito Mussolini because he was taken very seriously by Benito. Raffaele was born into a very poor family and after school he set out to become a watchmakers apprentice. He was passionate about astronomy and geophysics so he built his own telescope and seismographs.

He worked as a mechanic in the 1st world war then he joined the Italian Seismology Society. During his studies he lowered himself into a deep cave in the Apennines mountains to take measurements and readings.

He also claimed to have discovered a new planet in between Mercury and the Sun which he named Faenza because that was what his home town was called.

He left some writings after his death and people attempted to burn them however two dates were left over…2011 and 2012. However the dates were just dates and there were no places with them!!!!!!!

In this topic I will be writing about my experience and research with aliens.

I am going to get straight to the point. The answer to the question is yes. Think about it? There is more than one solar system, more than one galaxy. People think that they are not real because simply they aren’t flying over here. What about the micro-organisms living on Mars. They are aliens.

My experience with aliens was just like anybody elses. I saw flashing lights and a shape (known as a UFO). It happened on Boxing day at 2 am in the morning. I went onto my front porch with a mug of coffee in my hand. I looked into the sky and there it was, flying about 70ft in the air. It moved really quick then just disappeared.

When people think of aliens, they think of weird shaped, green skinned, big-black eyed beast. Remember, it could be anything. Sci-fi films has lead us on to think of that, but truly, they could just be exactly like us.

Take care

Angeles Duran of Spain is the new legal owner of the Sun. What does that mean for the rest of us?

Getting a tan (or, indeed stepping outside) has just gotten expensive. Angeles Duran of Spain has registered ownership of the Sun with a local notary public and is now in possession of an official document that states she is the “owner of the Sun, a star of spectral type G2, located in the centre of the solar system, located at an average distance from Earth of about 149,600,000 kilometres.” And she plans to charge people for using it.

When asked about this rather unusual way of generating money, Angeles responded by assuring us that she backed her claim legally, is not stupid, she knows the law. She did it but anyone else could have done it, it simply occurred to her first. Of course now Angeles will have to find a way to collect all that money. I wish her all the best with that.

But in the meantime, anyone who is suffering from skin cancer, UV rays, and other negative effects that result from the sun’s radiation have someone they can sue for damages: one Angeles Duran, 49, of Spain otherwise known as “owner of the Sun.” The pessimist in me suspects that the lawsuits for damages will come a bit faster than any earnings Duran might (or, more probably might not) collect.

After all, there are quite a few people on this planet who, like Angeles, are also not stupid and know the law—and more importantly know lawyers.

The sun delivers more than 99% of the energy that is necessary for nearly all the phenomena on Earth, like wind, rain, ocean streams, photosynthesis, and even fossil fuels can be said that are a part of accumulated solar energy.

Have you ever wondered what will happen if the Sun suddenly vanishes? There will be a long, never-ending night with extremely cold weather. Such conditions are unfavorable for the existence of life on Earth.

All plants and animals need light and heat of the Sun to survive. They also need water. The heat generated by the Sun melts the ice and turns it into water. The other planets in the Solar system do not have water; hence they are devoid of life.

Phenomenon of day and night

The Earth spins on its axis while traveling around the Sun. it turns once every 24 hours, causing day and night.

The part of Earth facing the Sun will be said to have day time. The other side being away from the Sun, will be dark. It will be night there. As the Earth spins, the part of Earth having day turns away from the Sun causing night time in that part.
