We are at a stage of social and emotional development that has all the outward appearance of a catastrophe just waiting to happen.  But that is the essential ingredient for a really “edge of your seat nail biting” story.  And of course it comes in many forms, especially from the far right fanatical religious groups.  They are all cheering on Armageddon.  Now that is really bizarre, but not to be outdone, are the middle of the road fanatics who believe an economic meltdown is immanent.  Is it really?  We survived the Depression of the 30’s and there is no doubt in my mind we will survive what is being called the Great Recession.  It does place a lot of people in tenuous financial positions, but they will survive; albeit they may have to engage in downward mobility, but that is not necessarily bad.  In fact, we might all become a bit stronger if we let go of materialism as a way of life (yep business will suffer but that is part of the story).

Now there is a really fun part to this story that sort of attempts to get around the human equation by predicting an end of the world scenario that cannot be thwarted by modern technology.  This is the earth “getting pistol whipped” by the tail of Planet X  scenario or a chain of monumental earth changes.  Now that makes for a great movie idea…oh yea I forgot they did jump on that with the soon to be released movie: “2012”.  The harbingers of doom forget that what we might manifest as a calamity is also subject to our manifestation of unexpected solutions.

Will we suffer these horrendous calamities?  It’s the not knowing part that keep us alive, aware, and feeling the raw and pounding free flow of emotions that makes us unique and indelible within the Universe (the divinity of humans).  And of course those of a religious persuasion will shout that God will punish the wicked especially those who believe that they themselves are divine.  If you have trained yourself to live in constant fear then these words of doom will have you shaking in your boots.  If you are still rational, you will see that it is all part of the script intended to entertain that most majestic of creations: the human.

The evolutionary shift is a refinement of the human species.  Essentially this means a world wide consciousness shift of pulling back from the ancient conclusions that mankind is a victim of random forces.  The shift that will result will be a replacement of the victim mode of thinking with a concept of co-creation in the assimilation process of the circle of life. The transformation of matter from one form to another will be understood as a co-creative assimilation design by all of existence rather than a capricious event of nature.  A tribute to this process was made in the movie “The Lion King” (Circle Of Life).  At the basis of this shift is a thought process that always begins with recognition of the responsibility that the individual has for ‘creating his or her own reality’ in cooperation with the rest of existence.  It is this one concept that is so often misunderstood.  Some net gurus assume that it is a process that will separate those who are in ‘service to self’ as opposed to those ‘in service to others’.  What they fail to understand is that the process is a recognition that there are no others!  It is all one. Unfortunately, this recognition was tagged as a law (The Law Of One) which implies a sort of god like director.  We (as in all of existence) are the One and the transformation shift is the rebirth of the human consciousness: a greening of sorts of the human mind.  What was termed Homo Sapiens (wise man) becomes Homo Verde Sapiens (Green Wise Man) or Humanus Verde for the individual.

The title of the article is a bit tongue in cheek because the shift will happen regardless of your preparedness.  There is nothing to prepare!  It will happen very suddenly, although some people will not recognize the change until they notice that their personal priorities have changed.  What seemed so important prior to the shift will fade like a bad dream.  Every person on the planet will have a new sense of awareness of the planet and all of existence.  This will very subtly change their everyday behavior.  It does not mean that everyone is about to achieve Sainthood.  But it does mean that those who refuse to admit to the whole will be viewed as needing help rather than punishment.  Proof of personal existence will change from  “I think therefore I am”  to “I think therefore I create”.  And training the skill of manifestation will become a basic component of childhood education.
