Rarely do we spend time with family and friends, even our nuclear family. In this article, we discuss the importance of taking your time to appreciate the most basic things in life, some of which are good health, fresh air, family and friends. Instead, we prefer to look at the negative side of life. We like focusing on what we do not have. We like focusing on what is not right. We will be less stressed, more satisfied, more fulfilled, and most importantly, healthiest, if our main focus will be on looking at the brightest side of life, and giving thanks always.
