It turns out the facts in the field of government dismantle all the rottenness of The US.

An Afghanistan activist has revealed that the United States still use depleted uranium munitions in Afghanistan. ”These weapons are still used. In fact, a U.S. aircraft called the A-10 normal, even if not using uranium projectiles at a machine gun, any projectile of uranium projectiles and the third is that the workings of U.S. troops in Afghanistan. They use it on the left and right, “said Dr. Mohammad Daud Miraki in an interview as reported by Press TV.

“Apache helicopter and Bradley vehicles also use this projectile in the gun,” he said. Activists also noted that 62.7 percent of the population of Afghanistan have been targeted by a dangerous radioactive ammunition. Miraki explained that a group of researchers collected urine samples from the population of Afghanistan and found uranium isotopes in their urine which was about 300 percent to 2000 percent higher than normal levels. He further said that many people in Afghanistan have been identified with a strange disease that is different. Diseases such as skin disease, sudden death, spontaneous abortion among women as well as permanent disability and cancer.

He also said the U.S. used depleted uranium weapons, means the country is against international law and U.S. law itself. Meanwhile, U.S. officials criticized Miraki and puppet President Hamid Karzai not to investigate crimes committed by the U.S. government. We are continuing reports (us) to the U.S. State Department three years ago and from U.S. officials we only get lip service. The Afghan government is the same, because it has no control, they just installed a regime, “he said.

People and the NDAA confuse me, why do people think it says what it does not say?

There are so many people who screamed, and hollered, and yelled that Obama lied, he is a bad president, uncredible, and even the anti-Christ. But as soon as he says something like “Moreover, I want to clarify that my Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens.” People take it to mean that Obama is telling the truth, and that he is saying that the law actually gives him power to arrest US citizens forever.

First of all, obama also said this in the same speech ”under section 1021(e), the bill may not be construed to affect any “existing law or authorities relating to the detention of United States citizens, lawful resident aliens of the United States, or any other persons who are captured or arrested in the United States.” My Administration strongly supported the inclusion of these limitations in order to make clear beyond doubt that the legislation does nothing more than confirm authorities that the Federal courts have recognized as lawful under the 2001 AUMF.” so what he is saying seems to be “We CAN’T DETAIN US CITIZENS”.

Second of all, he could not detain us anyways because it is against the constitutional rights, and he sure can’t torture us because that’s against the constitution, 4 treaties, and even the power of the UN. No bill that has ever gone through the whole process has ever made the constitution invalid. If that was possible, than Gay Marriage would be more likely to pass over the states constitutional amendments that ban gay marriage. Saying that it is impossible for gay marriage to pass while the constitutional amendments of the states are still there, chances are, they cannot detain us indefinitely under the same rules. This whole “martial law” thing is a joke.

Lastly, the LAW, NDAA 2012 law, states that it will only arrest non-citizen, terrorist suspects. Especially those involved in the twin tower bombings. They quite plainly say, many times in this law, that it does not effect citizens or legal aliens.

Even if Obama said up front that it gave him the power to arrest American citizens, does not make it so. We had presidents say terrible things about homosexuality, abortion, war, but just because they said that does not make it a fact. The facts lie within the law! And if it was unconstitutional, the supreme court would have already struck it down by now.

Our government cannot agree on anything, so it seems crazy and delusional to think that they all banded together to agree to detain random American citizens for no good reason. The NDAA does not say it, Obama did not say it, and the supreme court did not say it… and there is laws and regulations against it… so why do you believe it?

Many Hungarians see themselves as victims of the EU and IMF - that made the popular populist Orbán. From him the most are disappointed, but alternatives are scarce.

Supporters of the far-right Jobbik party set fire to a European flag.

A large demonstration against the European Union and for the reigning Premier – there is something rare in Europe. On Saturday was just that in Budapest, 100,000 people demonstrated for their right-wing Prime Minister Viktor Orbán. “An appropriate response and powerful on the smear campaign by leftist forces,” it said in a statement to Members of European Parliament from the ruling Fidesz party. A few days later that Orbán then had to report to EU Commission President Barroso. If Western Europe, where the policy of the populist Orban criticized, that is a false picture of the country? What do people in Hungary, anyway?

The fact is that maintaining a remarkable number of Hungary, a diffuse but strong enemy, one that is marked by foreign domination by the EU, the IMF and the financial markets. Behind this are fears that go well in the Hungarian history and today mythicized reception. It also reflects a kind of overwhelmed by the everyday concerns of Hungary can answer with easy answers and clear front lines.

84 percent believe the country on a false path

The latest opinion polls, however, paint a different picture than the one from Saturday in Budapest. Orban was also equipped than 2010 hopefuls with a very strong majority, the agreement has been halved to his policies within eighteen months. 84 percent of the total population are of the opinion that the country is on the wrong path. The paradox is that this also include the figures for a large portion of those needs, which would always give the ruling party nor their voice. It also shows that the sense of reality in Hungary is large enough.

In the Sunday issue of the Ipsos institute would the ruling party Fidesz to 39 percent of the vote (2010: 54 percent), followed by the Socialists (MSZP) with 26 percent (20 percent). The far-right Jobbik with 22 percent of the MSZP close behind (17 percent). The data of other institutions to see something more Fidesz, MSZP and Jobbik par at around 20 percent. The really shocking figure is that currently almost two thirds of eligible voters did not want to vote. And just on the edge: With the new electoral law would Fidesz – with the same proportion of votes – not only to 67 percent, but even at 78 percent of the seats.

Orbán’s communication strategies

Prime Minister Orbán and his staff serve in government and party two completely different communication strategies. There is a kind of new speak with much Hungarian nationalist Budenzauber and a light version for abroad, mainly from the Blur, and concealment is appeasement.

Orban has made in the course of his conservative revolution, the announcement, “the IMF comes back, I’ll go.” Therefore, the justifications and be communicated so-called freedom struggle are so important for him inside. “We bow to the pressure, not the arguments,” he replied to the criticism from the EU Commission. A message not just for the electorate, but also his self-justification, his attempt to save face. New samples of this double game, we will see, the IMF should actually call for changes in the tax unit, one of the sacred cows of Orbánschen government policy.

Orbán can rely on a core constituency, recruited mainly from the better-earners, and he carried his corporatist policy-oriented clientele served and consistently increased. The mass of his supporters, however, provide rural people and workers and employees who were full of the economic and moral failure of the social-liberal governments predecessor’s nose. Orbán’s economic policies so far wayward will in future decide whether he can keep these voters. Polls say less and less, but the big demonstration showed that the mobilization still works very well.

Few problems for the opposition of the Orbán government. The socialists of the MSZP are now incapable of any kind of reorganization and to this day do not profess to own misconduct during her reign. Most opposition groups in Hungary simply lack an alternative plan. They know not what they should do with an achieved power. Orbán only have to worry about from the ever-resurgent far right, the Jobbik. In this environment, he tries to make people less extreme occurring and offers to take them politically. Playing with fire.

Misguided EU integration

Hungary has long been divided, the political, ideologically charged battle of the grave “Either – Or” is a hallmark of the political culture in Eastern Europe since the turn and a testament to the wrong priorities for the EU integration of these countries. The establishment and control of a single market, free movement of goods and capital enjoyed priority over the building of democratic structures and the development of civil society.

This primacy prevails today, blocking not only in Hungary but EU-wide solution ensuring the problems that have long since become systemic issues. It seems that many politicians in Europe to be quite right to remain in the categories of the Cold War and weiterzuzeichnen people’s problems as a left-right issue.

Orbán as a lesser evil

The majority of people in Hungary today is simply disappointed and it outweighs both the feeling that they have again made the wrong choice, as well as – even more crippling – insight, to have no choice at all. Orban in Hungary that also makes many things wrong, you can see very well, for example, you can feel it in your own wallet. One recognizes the profound system changes that will redound primarily to the benefit of the ruling party. Péter Kónya, ex-trade unionist and leader of the new movement Szolidaritás sees “a new existential angst” among the people caused by anti-social activities such as the flat tax was introduced prematurely and a growing disenfranchisement and disempowerment as the uniformity of democratic control authorities.

Only to show the people of Hungary is currently not a viable alternative. But supposedly they are faced with the choice to bow again to a “foreign” system that failed in the past and guilt for their plight, so the ruling Socialists at that time plus the EU and IMF. Or the policy of a true obsessive omnipotence, but to subjugate the national interests very strongly emphasizing the party and government. The latter seems the majority today, if not the better way to be the lesser evil yet. A defensive reaction against the “enemy country” is just still the greatest common denominator.

Taliban spread in Pakistan, a cruel video: Extremists kill 15 kidnapped soldiers. The executions were a signal to the military. It should stop fighting Muslims in their own country, says a spokesman for the radicals. Threaten peace talks with the government to fail.

Silently the men standing in a row. Handcuffed, they are bound together, their eyes are connected. Some wear uniforms. There are 15 members of Pakistan’s Frontier Corps, that force that monitors the border with Afghanistan. They were on 23 December in the northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa crisis caught in a firefight with extremists kidnapped and taken. Indeed, known to the Taliban, a little later were the bodies of the soldiers found.

Now, the public learns a shocking video showing how the men were killed. The Taliban themselves describe the recording as a warning to the Pakistani government and the military. The film is being distributed via DVD at markets along the Pakistan-Afghan border.

A few long-bearded men – apparently Taliban – sing songs. One of them speaks to the camera. “Twelve of our comrades were slaughtered without mercy,” he says. “Our God-fearing women were attacked.” In revenge, the hostages would be killed now. “We warn the government of Pakistan that you bloom all this fate if she does not cease to kill our friends.”

Then one of the prisoners should say something. He describes taken, as was stormed their barracks on the day she was abducted by the militants in Tank district, such as those with “missiles” and attacked, killing one soldier. “They threatened us with our own weapons,” the man says, “They tied us, transported us into a Datsun pick-up and drove off with us.”

Then again take one of the militants, the word: we will avenge the spilled blood of their comrades. Then one of the Taliban shooting his Kalashnikov assault rifle of the type AK-47 into the rear ends of some soldiers. The killers bawl this: “God is great!” Gradually, the extremists will occur behind the surviving soldiers and kill them with aimed shots. The soldiers slump, the number of staggers, as the men are chained together.

“These are not believers that are misleading”

It is not the first time that a cruel video emerges showing how extremists kill Pakistani security forces. Last summer, Taliban released a film that documents how 16 kidnapped policemen are shot. For horror, but also saw footage that proves that Pakistani soldiers executing arbitrarily imprisoned extremists and violate human rights.

A Taliban spokesman told SPIEGEL ONLINE in a telephone conversation, the killing will only end when Pakistan’s military “finally ceases to kill Muslims in their own country.” Otherwise, they would continue “capture and liquidate, as long as they take part in this murder of our innocent fellow” soldiers, policemen and paramilitaries.

An Army spokesman at the headquarters in Rawalpindi said theyll not be intimidated by such videos. “These messages show only what kind of person are these people. They are not believers that are misleading,” he said.

However, the strategy of Pakistans hard to see through. Thus did al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden apparently unharmed in the country, as U.S. special forces killed him in Pakistans Abbottabad. Even longer accuse the USA Pakistan to support extremists and secretly give them shelter.

Pakistani officials reportedly held secret talks with Taliban over a ceasefire. Government officials and military officers to stress that the anti-terror war in the country already thousands of people have fallen victim to. Therefore one is interested in a peace accord.

But for days is to hear from government that fails to progress to the talks. Reason for the difficulty is that the extremists are splintered into many factions, and each group has different demands. The video should now make a peace settlement more difficult.

Fire, bomb threats, floods and staff shortages all constitute to workplace disasters.

Safety in the workplace is of paramount importance. Many things can go wrong when dealing with workplace disasters.

BOMB THREATS

Bomb threats should not be taken lightly in any situation. If the bomb threat is received verbally, the receiver should try and detain the suspect and gather more information. Switchboard should be alerted and all occupants from the building should be evacuated.

FIRE

Fire is a big threat to any building. All places of work should have a fire evacuation plan. Fire extinguishers should be readily available and all employees should be trained in using a fire extinguisher and undergo fire and drill training. In the event of a fire there should be a fire alarm which goes off, and all people should be evacuated in the opposite direction of the fire. Superiors should make sure that all occupants are escorted out of the building, and people in wheelchairs and the disabled should be helped out. In the case of smoke inhalation a damp cloth should be used to cover the nose and mouth , and there person should try and crawl on all fours, and try to get closer to the floor.

Terrorist attacks

Terrorist attacks have become a big concern following 9/11. If one is faced with a terrorist attack lie flat, face down on the floor and wait for further instructions.

FLOODS

Go to a place of higher ground.

The assassination of the long sought Al Qaeda chief has finally ended up, yet in a way that it has fired back upon the credentials of Pakistan as a loyal ally of the United States.
There have been questions all round in the minds of Americans. At our end, it means more chaos and confusions.

The long sought man hunt of Al Qaeda Chief has finally ended. His doom is brought about by the foreign forces who claim to have identified his whereabouts almost nine months back, in the vicinity of military garrison in Pakistan. As idiosyncratic as it can be, the local media blared with the news of his assassination, while bragging about the courage of the brazen foreign army and whimsically criticizing the intelligence agencies for it non-responsiveness all at the same time. The public, on the other hand, dabbles in nothingness, denying claims of his death, based on the poor showcasing of evidence by the responsible parties. As his dead body succumbed to the gushes of the sea, the skeptism of those concerned has spiraled up high, furthering the discontent against the American imperialism amongst the local masses. The fettering speech by the Pakistani president after a long silence has done little to dispel the suspicions, both amongst the local and foreign masses. In fact, the irate Congressmen have now sought to review its aid package to Pakistan, based upon the “withering” support in the war against terror.

Yuck! Now this is what you get after sacrificing thousands of indigenous men, women and children, both in the civil and militia wads, after the 9/11 fiasco, and the consequent war that was imposed upon us. Perhaps, this is neither the first time we have succumbed to the vicious plans dictated by the foreign authoritarians. Be it the accord of Simla, Mumbai attacks or any other calamity hurting any part of the world, the tandem somehow tends to chain it with Pakistan, damaging it sovereignty and respect and consequently putting it into shackles.

The bottomline is to convey the fact that it is hard time for us to learn from our past and fortify our avenues for the future, rather than doing those mistakes over and over again. Instead of making ourselves the subject of overwhelming humility repeatedly (as a terrorist/ failed/ banana nation), we need to fend our objectives, and portray the inside out of ourselves as a civilized nation with unparalleled talent pool of individuals waiting to get their natural endowment to be unleashed.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel promised to investigate cases of murder committed by neo-Nazi group "National Socialist Underground" against nine German immigrant and a police officer in the period 2000-2007.

Merkel said the murder committed by neo-Nazi groups are acts of terrorism and something that is embarrassing for Germany. “We see things that are truly hard to believe. Right-wing extremist group responsible for the occurrence of acts of violence that killed 10 people. They are a terrorist group. It was their action was embarrassing Germany. We will do every effort to resolve the issue. We grieve and so lose the victims,” said Merkel, as reported by The Guardian, Tuesday (15/11). Of the nine immigrant Germans, eight people are citizens of Turkish descent and another, Greek descent. The case was uncovered after two suspected members of the main neo-Nazi group, Uwe M and Uwe B, was found dead on 4 November 2011 in one of the caravan. The discovery of these bodies occur when the German police are investigating a bank robbery. One of the other suspects, Beate Z, reportedly surrendered to police last week. German woman who were arrested on Sunday (13/11) has now been indicted on charges of police conduct terrorist activities.

His capture and death.

Col Muammar Gaddafi died from bullet wounds some time after a failed attempt to escape from the fighters of the National Transitional Council (NTC), but the exact circumstances of his death are still emerging. CLICKABLE Attempt to escape Sirte After the fall of Tripoli in August, Sirte remained one of the final pockets of loyalist resistance, in particular District 2 in the north-west of the city. In the early hours of Thursday Colonel Gaddafi, accompanied by key loyalists, decided to attempt a breakout from District 2 in a convoy of vehicles. According to a member of his inner circle, Mansour Dhao Ibrahim , an increasingly desperate Gaddafi had decided to seek refuge in his birthplace, the Jarref Valley. At about 0830 local time French aircraft operating as part of the Nato mission attacked the convoy of 75 vehicles heading out of Sirte at high speed approximately 3-4 km (two miles) west of the city near the western roundabout. Among those in the convoy were Col Gaddafi’s son Mutassim and head of the army Abu Bakr Younis Jabr. Both men were later reported dead at the scene and Mutassim’s body shown on Libyan TV. According to Nato, a first strike destroyed one vehicle and caused the convoy to disperse into several groups. One of those groups, carrying Col Gaddafi, headed south and was hit again by a Nato fighter, destroying 11 vehicles. Col Gaddafi and a handful of his men managed to escape on foot and sought refuge in two large drainage pipes filled with rubbish. Rebel forces then closed in. Fighter Salem Bakeer told Reuters: “At first we fired at them with anti-aircraft guns, but it was no use. “Then we went in on foot. One of Gaddafi’s men came out waving his rifle in the air… as soon as he saw my face he started shooting at me. I think Gaddafi must have told them to stop. ‘My master is here, my master is here’, he said, ‘Muammar Gaddafi is here and he is wounded’”. Gaddafi caught Col Gaddafi was captured at around noon. The al-Jazeera news channel broadcast footage showing the daz

A group of men in Toccoa, Georgia have been charged with plotting to commit terrorist attacks in large cities all over the country with the toxic agent ricin. Customers at the Waffle House in Toccoa thought they were just a bunch of old retired men meeting to pass the time of day. But they were planning attacks on private citizens and the government, according to warrants served on them by special agents. In Atlanta they planned to throw out ricin on interstate I-75, 41, and 285.

Unbelievable as it is, three men from the little town of Toccoa in North Georgia are charged with plotting domestic terrorism. They are all retired, friendly people that neighbors never suspected. Their plans were to produce the biological toxin ricin and spread it on major roads in major cities such as Washington, New Orleans and Atlanta. Michael Trost, one of the men’s defense attorney denied they had anything criminal in mind, he said, “They were just grumpy old men talking.” Frederick W. Thomas, a retired space engineer, 73, was said to be the ring leader. The other accused were Ray H. Adams, 55 and Dan Roberts, 65.

Image via Wikipedia

They met at Thomas’s house where the meeting was secretly recorded by an FBI informant, and Thomas appointed himself as leader. Roberts said he knew people in Habersham county who had something called ricin that could kill people with a very small amount. He told them it was made from castor beans and they discussed ways to get the beans. Another meeting was held at Shoney’s restaurant in Lavonia and Thomas referred to his military service, saying he thought they could hold off a SWAT team. The FBI informant said that Adams had a metal box that contained a list of poisons and their effects and a recipe for ricin. On the piece of paper was written, “You take this and in four days you die.”

Thomas and the informant drove to Atlanta to case out two buildings for attacks, the ATF building on Century Parkway and the IRS building on West Peachtree Street. From June through August the group began to move from plans to action. In September the FBI informant recorded a meeting with Roberts at the Waffle House in Toccoa. They drove to Roberts house and met with a Samuel Crump, a contractor who had worked for Atlanta based Centers for Disease Control. Crump told them he could make ricin, according to the search warrants. Crump said he would make about 10 pounds of ricin and they would put it out in different cities at the same time. The informant asked what it took to make ricin, Crump replied “just some seed, I need one more ingredient that I’ll get today.” Documents verified that Crump had worked as a lab tech.

At a later date the informant walked to a shed with Adams and Crump and saw Adams show Crump a large container almost full of castor beans. When the state and federal agents raided Adams and Crumps homes they found a cache of weapons, ingredients for deadly ricin and explosives at Adams home. At Crumps home, they found a book on hazardous materials, caster beans, and white powder in a cup. Between Adams and Crump, special agents sized instructions for making ricin, a machete, a dozen guns, toxic plant guide, two buckets of castor beans and castor plants.
