A brief look into evolution.

Evolution is a fascinating law, as far a I can tell evolution is here, all around us happening all the time. Moreover I have noticed that we have a certain amount of control over evolution. At least over the evolution of ourselves. A man or woman may directly assist in the evolution of himself by the acknowledgement of the fact that when he chooses to eat eight cheeseburgers a day it is “he” that is eating 8 cheeseburgers a day and choosing to do so. By this I mean that whether a man decides to memorize and know fluently French or the names of specific fast food products at his favorite takeout he is actively and forever influencing his own evolution to the point where he either achieves higher familiarity and confidence with language or to where he develops obesity. It is through our very decisions, the thousands and thousands of them that we make either consciously of unconsciously throughout our day. I shall even go further to say that each of your infinate thoughts are affecting the direction you evolve into. For example whether you decide to think more about doing nothing than doing something that thinking process will always affect and influence your ultimate decision as to whether you do do something or not. It will most likely affect everything about what you do, when you do it, and how you do it. So when contemplating what’s a good to think about consider directing your thought towards the action and excitement of something you enjoy and know will happen. This will take the whole evolution of your being just on step closer to the actual evolution of making this a more consistent experience in your life.

An account of a near miss and my thoughts at that moment.

Today I was nearly in a wreck. When it happen I was on the side of the vehicle that would have taken all the impact. Just where I was seated in fact would have taken the hit. Both drivers stopped in time to avoid the collision. But at the moment before; I was suddenly wondering what happens next? I saw the on coming truck; looked into the drivers surprised face…. I was calm in that moment. I knew I was loved. The people in my life knew I loved them. That would have been my last thought. I always wondered what it would be. “I told them I loved them.” That was it.

I wasn’t worried if anyone would wonder. Though I am not in a relationship (romantic) I am loved. Just before leaving home I told my son I loved him. He replied saying he loved me. I had spoken to my sister and niece the night before, so they knew I loved them. I had posed it to my Facebook. There were no doubts in our minds. I hadn’t wondered if I would think about such a thing as that ;at a moment such as that but I did. I was content.

I had always told my family members I loved them on occasion of course. But in this last year of my life I have begun to say it everyday. I can honestly say it was because of someone I met. He told me everyday after he declared his love; that he loved me. I use to wonder at it. I wondered why he said it so much. It made me uncomfortable in the beginning. I had always believed unfoundedly if you say it so much it makes one suspicious. Why are you saying it, kind of like, “What did you do?” mentality.

Then I begin to like hearing it. It made me feel good, special…to knew someone felt such emotion and depth of feeling for me. This person use to play a song everyday for me as well. The song explained why he told me this everyday. He said for as long as we were together and after he wanted me to know he had loved me. As I said I had never thought about how those words change our lives. They can blind us or open our eyes.

Some of us think it’s not important to say you love someone other then family or a lover. Whomever is important to you. We may feel “Well they know it already. I’ve said it before.” Well let me tell you it is important! For you to say it, for you to hear it. It is a natural need fulfilled to give and receive love. Not just actions and but verbal acknowledgement are so very vital.

I can tell you if I had died I would have been content to know I had spoken my love to the ones love. They would have the last memory of me: telling them how much they meant to me. I would have had the same. It was a validation that I was grateful for them in my life. Wither we admit it or not we all seek some form of validation. When we hear the words “I love you”, it sets off a chemical reaction in us that says “YES!” I am special to not only to myself, but to someone else in this journey.

I say I love you everyday now because of him. I may not get the chance to do it again tomorrow. I don’t want anyone that cares for me to wonder if I loved them. It was my comfort in that moment. It was my number one on my bucket list. I love to hear those words and I love to say them. If you love them tell them. Its simple. All the material stuff matters a damn if there is no love. Love is manna to us humans; admit it or not.

This is about what a 15 yr old could possibly know about the world, and how we should care about it.

Those of us who are new to the world don’t know much about politics, or world issues. We know about school, football, our favorite athletes, and people who we “like.” But I must posse the question.. Should we as teenagers worry about the issues our government face? Should we care about poverty, and the destruction of the economy? Should we worry why our parents are so damn worried about our future? or should we stay in this bubble of ours? I think about these things all the time, and I’m going to be honest- they worry me. Where is our society headed? Where are when we run out of oil and such? We shouldn’t be wasting all our money on war! but on alternative fuel sources, and cures for diseases, and food for the hungry, and jobs for the jobless, and world peace. We need to unite everyone before we can move forward again….

What do you do when your child has a melt down after school? Children sometimes have heavy days in school which can be draining on their little bodies mentally, emotionally and physically. Here are some tips to help and avoid those situations.

Have you experienced and dealt with a childhood meltdown? Children sometimes have hectic days in school which can be draining on their little bodies mentally, emotionally and physically.

Here are some tips to help and avoid those situations. The child who left home happy, ready for a new day to go to school, see friends, learn new things and challenge themselves to new opportunities does not return in the same mood or with the same attitude. We have all had those days but as adults we can analyze then and deal with them, but children do not understand why they are feeling so blue and down and upset and angry. If your child did not get enough sleep the night before school or a weekend activity, he or she will no doubt have a tough day at hand to deal with everyday routines and most likely will be in “meltdown mood.”

Set an after-school time line – Then stick to the routine. If your child knows exactly what to expect and knows the routine of the household, and when to expect it, he is less apt to be surprised and spout off.Keeping a consistent routine is also a key part of children learning boundaries and limits.

Get some food into him -immediately - If your child is already exhausted no doubt he probably has low blood sugar adding to the mix of being tired and cranky. This would be the perfect recipe for a disaster and meltdown, so make sure you prepare a small snack and a glass of milk as soon as possible to give him that much needed energy boost. It does work wonders…

Defuse homework tantrums – Do not wait too long to do homework. Give your child a bite to eat, a little playtime, and then get right to it. If his tired brain can’t deal, calm him by saying you had to go through this as well when you were a child and then help him with the assignment as best as possible and perhaps breaking it down into segments. Make certain to give your child praise while doing his homework so that he is encouraged to continue on and make progress to the completion.

Tackle the tough stuff first - Instead of spending an hour trying to get your kid to brush his teeth and put on pajamas and have him do it right after dinner; before any fun pre-bed activities and after his shower or bath time.

Do something really mellow right before bed

Try turning off the lights and making shadows on the wall with a flashlight. Reading a books in bed will also calm the child down and prepare him for sleep. Many times children have favorite books and if your child has had a difficult day, grab that favorite book and share the reading together as it will be very soothing and makes for sweet dreams.

I love WORDS.

I love the feeling I feel when I have written a poem or a piece and I read it back and KNOW that it is good.

I need to VOICE my own voice without fear of judgement or reprisal. My OPINION is equally as valid as anyone else’s!

I need to SHARE. My pain, my joy, my excitement, my lessons, my heart, my emotion, my knowledge, my understanding. Maybe it will HELP someone else.

I am a fountain of emotion and creativity. I need to unleash the floodgates.

I need to show my children that no matter how many stumbling blocks you hit or how long it can take that it is NEVER useless or too late to follow a DREAM.

I need to show my children that it is POSSIBLE for dreams to come true. Whether they pay off monetarily or not is irrelevant…people READ what I write, therefore what I write is HELPFUL, USEFUL and GOOD and THAT fills my soul with purpose and JOY.

Writing helps me solve my own emotional issues and release them.

To IMPROVE.

To express words, thoughts, ideas, emotions, reasons, dreams, heart and soul that INSPIRE.

Neurosis is a very common mental illness in our world, which is ruled by violence, immorality, hypocrisy, indifference to human pain, and greed. The cruel rationalist is a neurotic psychological type that governs our world.

Thoughts are extremely dangerous because they have a great influence on others. If they are absurd, they generate contagious mental illnesses.

There are four psychological types based on an extroverted attitude, and four psychological types based on an introverted attitude. This means that the psychological types are in fact eight.

Our psychological functions work based on:

1. Thoughts

2. Feelings

3. Sensations

4. Intuition

There are extroverted and introverted psychological types based on each one of these psychological functions. Each psychological type is characterized by the predominance of the actuation of only one psychological function. There is also a second, half-developed psychological function helping every psychological type make their decisions in life.

Therefore, the psychological type based on thoughts can be introverted or extroverted.

The introverted psychological types put their own opinion about their reality above anything else. They always relate everything to their personal desires, and to their personal vision of their reality. They also hide who they really are from the world.

The extroverted psychological types always follow the general opinion. They agree with those that prevail and have a stronger presence. They lack personal opinion about their reality. They get adapted to all life situations and conditions with great flexibility.

Introverted psychological types are too subjective, while extroverted psychological types are too objective.

All psychological types are basically absurd because the human conscience is one-sided and under-developed. You must follow dream therapy in order to develop your human conscience by developing all your psychological functions. This is how you will get rid of your absurd anti-conscience. This is also how you will prevent neurosis, or you will be cured in case you already are neurotic.

You are very lucky because I simplified Carl Jung’s method of dream interpretation, discovering a lot more. Now you don’t have to waste your time with the dream language. You can directly understand the wise unconscious messages in your dreams and immediately understand what to do. The unconscious support will be a true salvation for you, especially if you are facing challenging life situations.

The neurotic behavior is basically characterized by the invasion of the anti-conscience into the individual’s human conscience. This happens when he or she has a traumatic experience in life and he feels weak, angry, and depressed. The anti-conscience takes advantage of this situation in order to invade the individual’s conscience with absurd thoughts. Many times the anti-conscience generates tragic life situations, exactly because these situations make the human conscience accept its absurd suggestions.

The anti-conscience is your primitive conscience, which is evil, immoral, cruel, and absurd. It keeps trying to generate tragic life situations because it wants to destroy your conscience through craziness, and then control your behavior.

You are the human being concentrated into your human conscience. Your ego controls your behavior, but if you’ll let your anti-conscience influence your decisions, you will gradually lose your human conscience and become an insensitive monster. Your anti-conscience will control your behavior in the place of your ego. This means that you will be violent and unfair. You may also show a self-destructive or masochist behavior.

This is how a neurosis will start torturing your conscience.

If you belong to an extroverted psychological type based on thoughts, your cruel rationalism won’t let you understand the importance of sensitivity in life. You will believe more in the ideas you follow than in the most significant evidences that you are making mistakes. Your position will never change, for any reason.

The extroverted psychological type based on thoughts rules our world today. This is why the global mindset of our historical time is characterized by materialism and atheism.

If you belong to the introverted psychological type based on thoughts your neurosis is very dangerous. It will surely become psychosis or schizophrenia with time. You must urgently follow dream therapy.

You make barbarous mistakes, without understanding how much you hurt others because you are totally insensitive. You are violent, unfair, and demanding.

If you are neurotic, you have no second psychological function helping you make your decisions. In case you belong to a psychological type based on thoughts, your cruel rationalism is the only psychological function still alive in your psyche.

Your feelings, your sensations, and your intuition are practically dead. They cannot help you see many truths that your rationalism cannot understand.

The psychological functions that are not working at all in your conscience belong to the anti-conscience, your wild conscience. You must follow dream therapy in order to completely develop all our psychological functions, and become as introverted as extroverted.

If you believe that you possibly belong to a rational psychological type, don’t let your conscience generate a neurosis within your conscience. Follow dream therapy before showing abnormal behavior.

If you believe that you already are neurotic, submit your dreams for a professional dream translation. I will translate your dreams for you and give you advice based on the unconscious guidance. Later you will be able to follow dream therapy without my help. I teach you how to become a professional dream translator like me.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung’s research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to accurately translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.

What you look for is inside you. You can reach happiness. It will depend on how you allow things and people around you to affect you. It is mostly about how you handle your thoughts.

Choosing Happiness

Most of the sadness we think we are steeped in is what we carry around with us. We can choose to be people living without life, embittered and resentful. This could depend on how we react to experiences that negatively touch our flesh. Suffering is absurd, pain is absurd. That is reason enough to triumph over it by not letting it have a hold on us. Wherever it comes from, sadness is always a negative sensation that that says no to life. It is contaminating. The feeling that you are not loved, that you are not important, that you are not accepted, could start a path through which you allow the unity and the beauty of your person to disintegrate. You can start hating everyone the moment you start thinking no one loves you.

You are made to be happy. That is a reality that should awaken you from slumber, it should wring through your humanity that you feel the fetters of serfdom breaking lose; yea, the thought that you are meant for higher things should be so strong as to lift you from every stolid dungeon. We are created for higher things. And that is why we should celebrate our humanity, made to receive and carry life.

Happiness is a choice. Yes! It is a choice. I have seen it in people who, in all humility accept their poverty, their harsh human condition and transcend it. It is choosing to lift your spirit from the bugs that may obstruct the flow of life within you. Inner freedom is a gift that we are vested with. But to posses it, one has to conquer it. You can only conquer your own freedom. This will depend on how you allow things and people to shape you. You can choose not to allow yourself to be affected by all that people say. It doesn’t concern you anyway. You may also choose not to be nosy and attempting to control the way people should think about you — you know that kind of stuff like trying to impress people? Whatever you do, you will always have friends, and you will always find people who will accept you just the way you are. No one is so ill-begotten, and so woe-betrothed that /he isn’t without a share of blessedness.

You may choose to recognize simple signs. Simple things lead to great conquests. You will never believe in the illumination that comes from the Divine if you haven’t gain consciousness of little things like the sunrise. Take delight in simple joys: frank conversations, watching the sunset, seeing the new moon, listening to the drizzle of the rain. They are little gifts that enlarge your soul. Each time your heart rings with gratitude, its waves scatter through your whole person enlarging the world within where lots of miracles happen.

Loving, respecting, honoring and appreciating people of all colors is living with “A Rainbow In Your Heart”.

Blessings are gifts of heart, happiness, inspiration and gold.

A degree of gold is not a material achievement or award but rather intrinsic – exhibited, produced and powered by a heart of gold.

Many things in life are unforgettable. But people who have inspired our hearts and lives are special and memorable.

A library and book store are like restaurants for your heart and mind. There are multitudes of cuisines (books) to feed your passionate individual cravings (tastes).

Your religion serves as the essence of your faith, morals, values and beliefs.

The wind is like an invitation to spiritually carry your soul where it dreams to be at that raw given moment.

Special “F” gifts: family, friends, faith, feelings, freedom, fantasy, fellowship, fundamentals, fusion, foundations, free-spiritedness.

Inspiration is a blessing of “gold” – it is full of rich value, life, light, passion, positivity, encouragement and excitement.

A person is like an ocean – uniquely and beautifully deep flowing with freedom and feelings. Experiencing high and low tides. Exhibiting calmness, spontaneity, currents, storms and unpredictability.

The activation-synthesis model of dreaming theory.

The activation-synthesis model of dreaming theory is another theory explaining the reasons behind, “Why do you dream”? The activation-synthesis model of dreaming was initially projected by J. Allan Hobson and Robert McClarley in 1977. According to this speculation, circuits in the brain become stimulated during REM sleep, which grounds areas of the limbic system concerned with emotions, feelings and reminiscences, including the amygdala and hippocampus, to turn out to be active. The brain amalgamates and interprets this internal action and attempts to discover meaning in these indications, which outcome in dreaming. This model proposes that dreams are a prejudiced explanation of signals produced by the brain during sleep. Whereas this theory recommends that dreams are the consequence of within generated gestures, Hobson does not trust that dreams are insignificant. As an alternative, he proposes that dreaming is “…our most imaginative conscious state, one in which the disorganized, unprompted recombination of cognitive elements produces original configurations of information: new thoughts.

A guide on how to see what people are truly thinking.

One of the most valuable social skills you can possess is the ability to see through people and find out what they are truly thinking. Knowledge of how to do this efficiently can greatly change your life for the better. You could use this skill in so many different ways, so why not develop your ability to do so? Take the following tips into consideration during your social encounters.

When you first come across someone who you believe you need to utilise this skill on, be aware of that person’s attitude. It will almost always allow you to have a good guess on how it is affecting their response. You can also use attitude to your advantage by changing their mood and see how it affects what you can receive from them. Doing so can be as easy as telling them what they want to hear so they will open up to you, or making them mad so they will not think straight. Mood or feelings play a huge role in why people will act a certain way or how they might talk about something, so make sure you take them into consideration when speaking to someone.

Another key role in the ability to see through someone is gathering and using background knowledge. While knowing someone for a long time with allow you to guess how they truly feel with ease, figuring out the essentials about someone you just met will still help you greatly. Think about their appearance and the way they speak. Do you know anything about their past? What is their intention in talking to you? Considering points like these while speaking to them will help you realise why they are saying what they are to you.

Although a major part of figuring out what someone is thinking is making guesses based on what you know, you do not want to go too far with your assumptions. When you are unsure of something, ask! See how they respond. If you cannot ask a question, see if you can find out the answer in a different way. Take everything you start to believe as a possibility, and you will not find yourself in a tough spot.

After reading about the three key ideas on how to see through people, be sure you to use them on a daily basis. It is true practise makes perfect, and that applies to this very well. If you are careful, follow the steps, and practise, you will soon be able to do this as if it is second nature.
