Is there such a thing? This is a spinoff to my article about leaving a relationship. It seems people have remarked that they thought it would be too expensive, complicated or messy to seek a divorce. Or maybe the "D" word hadn't even entered their vocab yet. They were shocked when it did, but at least they were prepared.

So you think divorce may be an option now, but you are really foggy on where to start. Do you just sit back and let a pricey lawyer handle it? How much do you pay for your pricey lawyer? Will your spouse find out? Will there be legal complications with the children?

These are just a few questions individuals have when they determine the route to take for a divorce. As I stated in my article about leaving your relationship, it is not a good idea to just sit back and let the lawyer handle it. Most have quite heavy caseloads, and often if you are on a tight budget, which most individuals are, then you are likely not to get much attention that way. It is not personal, just the way things are.

The point is yes, please take an active interest in your divorce proceedings. Even if you and your soon to be ex spouse cannot get along or agree on much, do agree that the longer you fight, the more you lose and the more expensive it will be. Not to mention it is going to take a toll on your children.

House:

Decide on the house and try to refinance before your divorce if at all possible. Whomever is keeping the house should try to qualify for the refinance as soon as feasibly possible. You both can supervise the paperwork. However, if you cannot refinance, know this too so you can make other plans. You may have to sell the house, even if you have little or no equity built up. Whatever the case, it is good to have a real estate agent you both can agree on.

Kids:

You can rough out a parenting plan on paper or even file one with the court. Be specific and do not forget to create a holiday schedule. You can always change it later. If there is a reason the children should be with one parent over the other, document everything and make sure your attorney knows this as well. For safety issues, custody should be decided even on a temporary basis at a hearing as soon as possible. This takes place before the divorce, generally speaking. You can also determine what each parent will pay for support and finalize it later on. Things do change. Unless there is a safety issue again, do not involve a Guardian Ad Litem. This is a great way to run up the bill without accomplishing much. They do represent the children’s interests, however, you should be able to do this with a little legal research and free help at the courthouse and with divorce resource groups. Having this also prolongs the divorce and adds further costs with studies, hearings and other often unnecessary proceedings.

Assets

Whoever decides to leave can take what they brought to the marriage. Take all of your personal belongings out the first time, as you may not get a second chance ever, or for a long time. It all depends upon how amicable the two of you are. Even if they cannot do this by law, they may change the locks or seize/destroy your possessions. If you take things in error while in a hurry, you can always bring them back later on. Record on video and on paper all assets so you have a record. You will need this for court. The more work you can do, the less likely it is to cost you for attorneys to figure things out and do research. If you can, find out the exact amounts of all your investments and bank accounts. You will be awarded based on this figure at time of divorce. Check with your HR department at work if you are not sure. Try to minimally involve the attorney in this because you will be charged for time, phone calls and nearly every email. This is good to know to avoid sticker shock later with your attorney.

Know general Divorce laws and guidlines

This will help eliminate time and money spent obtaining assets that you may not have the right to in the first place. Again, agree on anything possible. Start at ground zero and work your way up if you have to. If there is a sore spot, avoid it. Take classes on divorce offered by your court system and go to free consultations with as many lawyers as it takes until you are comfortable. If there are classes required before you divorce, take the class, pay the fee and save copies of any paperwork or completion certificates. You will need those to get divorced.

Know too that if you and your spouse share an attorney somehow, and then end up disagreeing later, you will have to start all over, so be cautious if this is the route you choose. Know too that laws vary in every state.

Good luck with this transition in your life. It is never easy. There will be more in this series later on. This is a good start, it is more information than I had.

Is it possible for students to work?

Yes it is possible. Adding task from works to homeworks might not be the ideal way to learn and earn, but when you’ve got no other option but to do it, remember several points below.

Are you ready?

Ask yourself whether you’re really need and ready to do it. Both, study and work would require more of your time, energy and mind. When you’re certain enough that you’re going to do both at the same time, go for it.

Find the perfect job

Make sure that you can combine your work schedule with your schedule at school. If it is possible, tell your bos that you’re still studying. Hopefully your bos can help you in adjusting your work schedule with school.

Work to learn

Mostlikely you can use your work as a form of learning. Perhaps not exactly related to your major of studies, but one day you’ll need to know how to share, cooperate and compete in the healthy way.

Manage your time

Working while studying would make you have less time in almost every aspect of your life. That way you need to manage your time accordingly and stick to the plans you’ve made.

Don’t forget homework

Since you’re a student, then your study still have to come first. You can do your homework after work, or ask your bos if is it okay if you’re doing your homework whenever you’ve got nothing to do in your working place.

When it’s time to refresh your mind

Use holiday to the max. It is time to take a rest or indulge your self with things you want but can not do during working and studying hours. That way, forget anything related to study and work. Go ahead have some fun.

The third month of the year.

March, the third month of the year, consisting of 31 days. It is named for Mars, the Roman god of war and, originally, of vegetation. In ancient Rome, March was the first month, marking the renewal of agriculture and of military campaigning. With the Gregorian calendar, adopted in 1582, January was made the first month. March’s birthstones are aquamarine and bloodstone, and its zodiac signs are Pisces and Aries. The vernal equinox, heralding the start of spring, comes on March 21. Holidays around the world include:

March 1: St. David’s Day, honoring the patron saint of Wales, who founded many churches.

March 17: St. Patrick’s Day, honoring the patron saint of Ireland, with displays of the shamrock and “wearing the green.”

March 19: St. Joseph’s Day in Italy, celebrated with bonfires on the eve before and acts of generosity during the day.

March 25: Annunciation, or Lady Day, commemorating the announcement by the angel Gabriel to the Virgin Mary that she would become the mother of Jesus.

In north India at the full moon in March, bonfires inaugurate the festival of Holi, celebrating the wheat harvest. In late March, the Chinese observe Ching-Ming (”clear brightness”) with rituals symbolizing fertility and honoring the dead with offerings of food and willow branches. On the last Sunday before Lent, rural Poles observe Marzanna Day, on which straw dolls representing the goddess of death are carried on sticks and drowned in streams. Similar customs of “killing” winter are observed in other northern countries.

What if someone stole your money out of your bank account and you found out who it was? What would you do if it was your spouse, in-law, mother, father, cousin or uncle? Would you press charges and want them to pay for what they've done?

Having someone steal your money out of your account is just shameful. What would be the ultimate kicker? If you investigated it and found out who it was, what would be your reaction? Screaming to the top of your lungs sound good or perhaps slapping them would be sufficient. What is the best way to handle such a delicate situation? would you stop speaking to them or would you want them arrested? It’s a tough one I know. Just say that it’s your mother in-law would you let your husband deal with it or would you have her arrested? You may spend endless nights worrying about the case.

It’s a hard pill to swallow when its someone you know. You may feel deep anger and want to just knock them down but you can’t. They may give you the same old lie( I didn’t do this) and blame it on someone else. What if they laughed at you when you told them that you knew? It is tough and it may cause some tension with your relationship. You may get angry with your spouse because he won’t help you. You may think that everyone is devious. It is training and shows you that people are capable of things that you would never do. What gets me are the big fat lies that they tell to over one another. I just can’t stand a thief.

Yes, it is possible that you could be sleeping with a criminal or have one in your home.It is upseting and you may just want to run down the street and scream. That’s how I feel right now. What if they tried something new each time to upset you? Would you try to get pay back or would you just let it go? Perhaps they need help and want you to help them. It is unsettling to say the least. What would you do?

Time is precious for everyone and spending it for waiting or doing something that is not that valuable simply means that we are wasting this precious time. Maybe, due to some reasons, we may not feel the effects or consequences of us, wasting our time over something nonsense. However, if we think about it thoroughly, we realize, that we are wasting not just our time but our lives as well. Not just our own lives but as well as the people we interact with.

Every second counts. That is how valuable time is. Being punctual is a part of improving our personality. Being punctual reflects us as someone who is responsible and trustworthy. Being punctual helps us value our time but how exactly are we going to become one. It’s not an immediate act. There are steps to follow. Let’s take one step at a time. Here are some steps to help us make our way towards punctuality and make our time more valuable.

1. Acknowledge your Kryptonite. “YOU are not punctual”. Unless you admit to yourself your weakness, you cannot step up and reach your goal.

2. Be Time-Conscious. It’s not really that necessary that you buy new Rolex or Timex. The clock on your phone is enough. Always wear your watch and make sure that it gives you an accurate time.

3. Rise and Shine Sleepyhead. Wake up when you are supposed to wake up. The usual picture is, when the alarm rings, you get out of bed and throw your alarm clock to the trash bin. Poor thing! It’s not its fault that it rang. You set it up, you throw yourself! Kidding! No. Discipline yourself and follow your schedule. Don’t be tempted by your soft pillows and your warm blankets. They won’t help you reach your goal. What goal? PUNCTUALITY.

4. 15 Minute Flash. Be 15 minutes early to everything. Try as hard as you can to get or reach to something 15 minutes early. People will truly respect you for that.

5. Watch yourself. Observe and take note of your daily activities and determine where do you spend much of your time. This will help you minimize those activities and terminate or stop those activities that are not really that useful.

6. Stick Notes helps. Make a note where you should be in a time. Always carry with you your planner. Stick notes on your wall, in your fridge or even on your door walls so you’ll be reminded everytime.

7.Keep Organized. Keep all your stuffed properly arranged. You don’t want to spend your time looking for your misplaced ballpen. Do you?

8. Plan ahead. Planning is a must. Through planning, you will be able to determine and identify those activities that you are about to do in the future.

9. Go to sleep on time. Stop staying up all night just checking out you Facebook account. Your body is not a machine. You don’t want to slow down, do you? Have enough time of rest so you have a full load of energy for the next.

These are all for now. Remember, if you practice it all the time, it’ll become a habit and what’s next could be you being responsible, good mannered and Punctual.

A busy mom's work is truly never done! Here are some ideas to squeeze out that "me" time.

There is much that you can do for yourself to become or stay the best possible and healthiest you. This does not require a lot of expense or time or even in some cases, energy. These tasks for a healthier you are doable for most people – you just have to want to do them. Exercise should be a part of your daily routine, even if you work full time; it is possible to grab some exercise on the fly. Walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator, try and go for a walk at lunch time or get off the bus a couple of stops early. Even a little bit of daily exercise will help.

Of course, eating sensibly has a lot to do with your health too. Make sure balance, variety and moderation enters into everything you eat. If you are thinking about starting a diet, consult your physician before you start and see what he/she suggests. It is important to get their input because there are some dangerous fad diets out there, but by getting your doctors advice, they will suggest a sensible action plan for you.

What about treating yourself to a little special something once in a while, whether it be physical or emotional (such as shopping or watching a play)? How about doing this by going on a spa trip, whether it be an at home spa treatment or a trip to an actual spa. You can splurge and go to a spa and get a whole treatment or just a little or you can buy a spa kit for your home that are fairly inexpensive, pick a night, get a sitter for the kids (if you have little ones), lock the bathroom door and ENJOY or how about having a girl’s only night where you go out to eat, shop, catch a chick flick or whatever with a bunch of friends! Remember that it’s not important what you do, but it IS important for you to be good to yourself once in a while and take care of your mind, body and soul. If you get tired, sick or burnt out, of what use are you to your work, co-workers, family and friends?

The Government has been working its ass off to battle its enemies... the people they're meant to defend.

The F.B.I, Police, Secret Service and the Worlds Government has been busy this year having spent millions of dollars on attacking our greatest enemies, Piracy.

Wikipedia had recently been under fire by SOPA and PIPA with Hollywood and Government backing. In protest, Wikipedia went black for 24 hours. Wikipedia, an information sharing site with NO ads and spyware has been useful for helping people find the information they want without having to visit 20 sites just to find what they want, no its all on one page.

There is no real problem with this because Wikipedia actually cites the sources and gives credit to the Infomation owners so its not really piracy, more like people in the Government wiggling their fingers in the right assholes who get upset when they’re not making money a lot of people don’t have.

Megaupload was another site that was attacked and in an unfortunate timing, was shut down yesterday by F.B.I going around the world. Megaupload was a good site, that had NO ads or spyware or virus’, but just from that, you already know why the Government shut it down, because they couldn’t spy on our activity or promote a million ads on us. Did you know, that if we view an ad for 2 seconds, the promoters make a dollar? Just for 2 seconds. The longer you view the ad, even against your will, the Promoters and the Government make money off it.

Last year, Facebook had revealed their Spyware programing in the website. Facebook is working in cooperation with Google to spy on our activity on the internet. So if you watch porn, Facebook will know and not only that, but they will let all your friends know what kind of porn you’re looking at. Same for Films you are googling and whether or not you are going to download them or not, facebook will know and so will google and so will the Government.

I used to think that our Free world was great, but now I don’t know. We may be more advanced and free than North Korea, but North Korea is a quiet and cold country who are ok with what they have. Our free world is worse off than North Korea and its because of our own Government that we pay to look after us. They would rather spend billions of dollars on hurting us rather than making the world a better place.

Please, cherish family and friends, and reduce your amount of enemies, cause family should be first and this is why.

What if tomorrow you wake up paralyzed from the neck down? Who would visit you, who would call? Do you think people would bend over backwards for you? Or would it be that die hard Christian friend that you continued to lie too? Or would it be that man/woman that asked you for $0.25, and you acted as if you didn’t hear him/her? Or would it be someone you had a grudge with for years and now you have to face the fact that they are one of the ones that care the most?

Well, what if you had the chance to help someone but for whatever the reason you didn’t help that person. And the tables turned, and they ended up having to save you?

Well remember, you should always treat people how you want to be treated, or it will come back and haunt you. Stabbing people in the back, not caring about how you talk to people, not sharing or lending a hand. People never forget the things you do for them out the kindness of your heart, and one day it will make or break your day how you treat people. And I guarantee not everyone you think will show up by your bed side, will be there.

Also when friends, and family have an event or party, show up and support that person your presents is respected! When your friends and family is sick, show up and support that person your presents is respected! When you are invited to anything representing your friends or family, like basketball games, graduations, church gatherings anything in this nature, show up and support that person your presents is respected! You don’t have to stay but showing up is important!

So in closing, what if you was paralyzed tomorrow, who do you think would come see you! Who would call? Are you hurting the person that would go all out for you but loving the one that is out to get you? This is very important to know, don’t wait until you are in a situation such as this one to find out your time has been in the wrong place, and have ran off the people that did love you! Scrutinize yourself, and make some real changes, that’s very prolific, now! Before it’s to late! Cause if you are messing up, you will be alone when you need real friends and real family! And my best advice to you is to start with Jesus! Then, go scan flesh and blood!

Socialization is a continuous learning process. When we encounter new experiences, we are challenged to create new interpretations of what we are and how we fit into society. This challenge becomes even clearer when we do role transitions. Learning takes place in many contexts. We learn at home, school, church, work, friends and media. These agents of socialization have a profound effect on personality development, self-esteem and social roles they play.

FAMILY

Of all the agents of socialization, the family is probably the most important. Although the form of the family varies from place to place in any society is primarily responsible for the socialization of children from birth to adulthood regardless. In the family, children develop physical skills such as walking, and intellectual skills of expression, mathematics and writing. The family is also important because it gives the child the location of the company. A child born to an aristocratic family are socialized in wealth, power and social acceptance, whereas a child born into a poor family to learn about daily survival, low wages and social rejection.

the school.

The school is the socialization agent responsible for the formal teaching of cognitive skills such as reading, writing, mathematics and history. The school is often the first introduction of children to a formal agent of socialization. While the family refers to the child as a unique individual, refer the school to the child as a student who is scheduled to meet objective standards, in accordance with common rules and behave like everyone else. The schools are training ground for their roles in the workplace, military and other bureaucracies where relationships are based on uniform criteria.

– Peer group

Sociologists have found that the group, which consists of friends who are about the same age and have the same status, is very influential in the development of the child’s behavior and values. Because children spend much time with their peers, giving the group a great deal of informal socializing. The influence of peers increases with age, peak during adolescence. Teenagers are forging their own identity and participation in a distinctive youth culture, to help them become independent from their parents and other adults.

Communication

The media refers to communication which is communicated to the public, without direct information or other contacts between the transmitters and receivers. While the cinema, radio, newspapers and books are part of the media, television is the dominant medium. Because the media is so widespread, many observers fear that children and adults socialized in a world that does not exist. The amount of violence on TV is a source of concern. At the time of adolescence for children who have witnessed thousands of murders of fiction, rape, armed robbery and assault. Current research tends to support the thesis that television violence contributes to aggressive behavior in children.
Although the media is easily criticized, saying their impact on behavior is not easy. We do not want to absorb everything you see or hear. Instead, choose a medium and the message to suit their own purposes and look for programs that appeal to our experience.

religion

In any society, religion is an important source of own address. Values and moral principles of religious doctrine to provide guidance on the roles and behavior.

Workplace

Most of us spend a significant portion of our adult life working outside of the salary. Communities where we work, but they are very different. Some of us work with machines, some with ideas, some people work with others, much is impersonal, boring, and regulated by clocks, but some are very personal, ambitious and flexible.
