When you were young, you answered the tough questions posed by your teachers. When you are older, you have to answer tough questions asked by the interviewers.

These questions are brain-stimulators, conundrums, and otherwise difficult, interesting queries. If you have an easy time with these you are either a moral and emotional genius or a sociopath.

When the questions get tough, the tough gets the job.
