Best way to push the boundaries of Enterprise.

                        The Rise of creative capitalist

Key Competitive necessities have driven the mind, the markets and the world to the brink and back, completely boring stuff …I agree!, Personal debts have being transformed to national blocks of despair which has stimulated the instability underpinning the creation of wealth, driving it essentially eastward in a frenzy. Capitalism is based on the art of accumulation and growth, thoughts and ideas and when the valuation is done, a process is initiated we get business success.

….Am an excellent believer in the doctrine of creative capitalist and firm pragmatist in converting ideas to edecmaterial .It‘s all about habits and habits become tradition, and tradition is hard to break when it’s iron laded. So here are some healthy habits to put in a lifestyle of trust, where achievement and dramatic changes are the bottled instructions on the jug…another reason to stay on point with consistent strong effort to convert opportunities into real growth.

Finding your passion and become an expert at it:

This is a steady theme in all my life articles, learning to carve a niche, be great at something, to own a vision and clarity of purpose. Practice makes eternal, got milk? Anything you are passionate about or could do for free, has your name written over it .an emotional high that can’t be matched by anything you can feel, it drains your cheeks of their flow ,causes your heart to race but you like feeling just right, ready to be the difference…become the creative capitalist you must.

Live below your means:

The ends determines the means, this is a timeless piece of advice, it ‘s about finding a target that is near enough or large enough, hitting them everything that is what living below your means actually feels like. You surpass your averages and excel with little effort .Hitting your financial targets every time is the tale of kings, living with the financial capacity is significant property of the super achiever.

Paying you first:

Most people don’t get this because it is a code to live by, the business of paying yourself first put more steel into living below your means .Breaking up the consumption cycle up and running on your time lines and sprint allow you to plan just a little bit more, laying future plan for your mind and course, you excel at being economical and cautious. My personal tip is creating some very “me” time at long intervals or short ores depending on your state of mind ,a mind is a terrible thing to waste .

Studying the success of others:

This is like creating your own personal information superhighway; the network effect is an immediate consequence of studying the success of others. Their individual and collective approach to problem solving have set them apart with consistent flair, sink your pipe dream and put a tap then enjoy the flow of pure genius and a pragmatic thinker at work.

Get a mentor:

There are no self made men so get a mentor that can help you bridge the infamous breach in your cerebral pursuit and vision stamp. Like me…I got a mentor for each sector of life, expanding my decision implication tree and making me a better decision maker in various areas of life theater, mentors acts as your surrogates minds, incubators of thoughts and hallmarks of wisdom. They push you; prod you more you in the direction you need to go.

Establish a solid work ethic:

Most millionaires work fifty-nine hours or more a week trying to stay of the curve, re-inventing the wheel, pushing themselves to the limits and getting results that they are paid for .They search for the finer details of opportunity costs, running across on many fronts coordinating the entire process with clarity. Your worth ethic must defined you ,it must be your badge ,image and brand .Understand what drive you and expand on it, push yourself with focus .Copying a mentor would be a useful guide to complete final finish.

Establish multiple stream of income: we can’t get rich doing only one thing, it must be in twos and threes .Establishing multiple stream of income is core to your development as a creative capitalist. You must create value by conjuncture and thoughts you must have assets.Estates, salary, patents, portfolio investment, passive and seasonal income can all be turned into streams of income. Always look for solid partnership in varying degrees of trust; trust is the coin of realm. So use it well. You can always boot strap what you earning from one area of strength, working on your comparative advantages and resource trades. Create wealth by diversifying your income streams and then when you got a river, make a dam…harness the products of a single powerful idea and design.

Review and opinion discussing traditions in the short story "The Lottery" by Jackson.

” The Lottery” (Jackson) was a very surrealistic tale about traditions. The people of the town participate in a yearly lottery where each member of the town draws a slip of paper. All of the papers are save but one, one has an ink dot. The person that draws the ink dot is stoned to death. The story raises moral questions and questions about tradition.

Tessie Hutchinson is the “lucky” winner of the lottery and her family, along with the towns people stone her to death. The husband and his children seem to show no emotional, they continue on with the tradition as if she were a stranger. Tessie, knowing her fate, tries to suggest that her daughters should have drawn and the lottery was not fair. This is where the reader begins to think about morals. What kind of mother would suggest that her own children should be stoned to death?, and what kind of family willing stones another family member to death without batting an eye? All for the sake of tradtion. What really got me was that most of the tradition had been lost, the towns people did not really understand themselves why they continued to have the lottery, how it started and they did not remember all of the aspects to the tradition.

The moral questions soon give way to questions of the readers own traditions. We all have traditions with rituals, like Christmas and Easter. Traditions hold families together as well as societies and cultures. But the thing about these traditions is, we have all changed them, adapted them over time and most of us have forgotten the original reasons and rituals. WE celebrate Christmas supposedly to celebrate the birth of Christ, right? So, why do we sing ‘Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer’, what does a mythical creature have to do with Christ?
I can not answer that but still, I celebrate Christmas every year. I celebrate every year because it has been a family tradition, it is what I know.

I think this story was about so much more than just a story of death. It was a story about tradition and how people continue traditions regardless of the rituals simply because they are a tradition. This story really and truly pulls a reader in and makes the reader think about the whole story, not just the fantastic ending.

Traditions hold society and family together.

We all have traditions and rituals that we practice, some are yearly, some are weekly or even daily. These traditions help society feel united and continue customs particular to a culture.

The traditions in my family keep our us united. Regardless of age, we still all enjoy the holiday surprises that come our way. We are enthusiastic about the “same old same old” that we know will be. My children still look forward to the great egg hunt at my mother’s on Easter Sunday and of course, Christmas mornings.

For Easter, we will share ham and potatoes, but also, we will share love, traditions and time. We will pass down the values and customs of our family.

The rituals and traditions get passed from generation to generation, they keep cultural values in tact and family bonds strong.

Celebrated the "Paddy's Day" all over the world where Irishmen, Irishmen and other election-Guinness friend at home - and everyone else celebrating with you. The "Green Day" is known for festivals, music, horse races, football matches, fireworks and the like.

The 17th March is the national holiday of all Irishmen. The St. Patrick’s Day is not only in Ireland and Northern Ireland is an official holiday, but also in the Canadian province of Newfoundland, and even on the Caribbean island of Montserrat.

In a centuries-long tradition for St. Patrick’s Day parades look back already: The first parade in honor of St. Patrick was held in 1766 – but in New York and not in Ireland. In Ireland itself, the traditional parades held only since the 70s.

On that day, actually the patron saint of the Irishman, St. Patrick, who converted the unbelievers once. The traditional religious character of this day comes allerdins increasingly into the background. In urban areas it has begun to prefer the day to celebrate with boisterous public festivals and traditional parades, however, are held in honor of the saint, still holiday worship services.

With the exception of the special Guinness is recolored the occasional beer in the green national color. The “Leprechaun”, the leprechaun is a popular symbol of St. Patrick’s Day and the Irishman is sitting at the mischief that day on the neck. Green dressed and depicted with red hair, he is as much to as “Shamrock”, the three-leafed clover.

But the Chicago Irishman prove temperament and creativity, as this even the river water with uranine dye on the occasion of the joy of green day. The largest and grandest parades in honor of St. Patrick, can in Dublin, New York, Boston and Manchester will be admired.

In today's world, America upholds many traditions but at the same time traditions in America are in decline, melting away - Disappearing under the onslaught of the tradition aphobics today's society has bred. And One of the biggest traditions under assault by men of phobia's is Christmas and the Iconic figure Santa Claus, Mr. Kris Kringle himself. Just Some Food for Thought.

(The Early Stages of the Santa Claus Tradition Here in America)

Briefly think for a moment. Just Elaborate. What would you call someone who is daunted by the mere mention or materialization of Santa Claus? A communist? An Atheistic? A Kringle-phobic? Perhaps, maybe — but not me – I say if you have an aversion to Santa Claus, then you are Claus-trophobic! Today, this is an all too real affliction in America. Across the country – many kids are deprived of the fable, the heritage – the tradition – of the very icon of Christmas spirit and gaiety, Santa Claus. For an innumerable amount of generations now, children have, by tradition been taught that a plump, jolly fellow makes his list, checks it twice – and notes whose naughty and whose nice. But today this tradition is in danger, especially in America. In Minnesota, not long ago, there lived a paraprofessional, a collaborator of Santa. This man annually dawned the dress of the iconic figure himself, oft ,in succession, tarriancing away to the joy of those of a childish nature, hither and whither, at a private school, bringing with him holiday cheer, good-will, and most importantly, free candy! But one year, he was not allowed to return, not allowed to bring the holidays exuberance. Why, you might ask? Simple, Claustrophobia. A parent, afflicted by such an ailment, discovered this man, this surrogate of Kris Kringle and cringed at his annual visitation to the school, and sued – and won. My question is though: Why? Why would you and or anyone else sue over the appearance, presentation, or materialization of Santa Claus?
Santa Claus has been a long standing tradition in America and the world even, dating back hundreds if not thousands of years to its source, Saint Nicholas of Myra. Without this tradition, what is Christmas? Without Santa Claus, Kris Kringle, or Father Christmas, what is it, not to us, but to children, our children? What could possibly replace Christmas?

Food for thought. Respond in the comment section below with your thoughts. And I know its March but hey remember, Christmas in July

(An old rendition of Santa Claus doing what he does best, making toys for the good little boys and girls)

Would the holy man be amused by the celebrations held globally to celebrate his influence on Irish history, when people don't even wear the correct colours?

Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in the USA means eating corned beef and cabbage, as part of the celebrations. This fare is the traditional St. Patrick’s Day meal, , Americans consuming 2.4 billion pounds of cabbage in 2005, just on that day alone.

Irish Catholics, by tradition over thousands of years, have celebrated this special day by first attending church, then going on to celebrate from mid-afternoon with enormous meals and plenty of booze. Despite the date being mid-lent – when Catholics should not be eating meat at all – the church waived the rules for the Irish, who tended to feast on Bacon and boiled cabbage.

To be perfectly honest, what was originally meant to be observed as a religious holiday got changed by US traditions into a day of parades and giant parties. Wherever you go these days in Europe, especially the UK. St Patrick’s day is no more than an excuse for a massive binge wearing silly leprechaun hats and playing silly pranks.

Even so, those who recognize the St. Patrick’s Day celebration treat it very differently according to location, but who was Saint Patrick really? Much of his life, truth be told is very mysterious, though one famous legend describes how he managed to banish all snakes from Ireland, sending them slithering into the sea and drowning themselves.

St. Patrick is known to have been born in England, near the end of the 4th century, to wealthy parents. Aged 15, he was the victim of kidnap – by Irish pirates – from his parent’s estate in Roman Britain, before being sold into slavery in Ireland, which lasted six years. After escaping, he penned a letter telling how an angel had spoken him in a dream, telling him to become a missionary in Ireland.

It seems that Patrick did indeed attend priest training, becoming first a priest and eventually bishop there, converting many Irish people from paganism to Christianity. Believed to have died in 460 A.D., on March 17, when many people, across the whole of Ireland, mourned his death so deeply that from that grew the celebration we know today.

St. Patrick’s Day was first recognized in the USA, as a national holiday, after Irish people in their thousands migrated here, with families in tow, during the 1880s potato famine. They naturally also brought their own traditions, and what started off as small community affairs soon expanded outwards, St. Patrick’s Day celebrations these days full-on extravaganzas in America.

First New York City St. Patrick’s Day parade happened on March 17, 1762, Irish soldiers serving with the English military marching through the streets. With almost 35million Americans claiming Irish ancestry, small wonder that more than 100 US cities hold public festivities these days.

New York still lays claim to the largest Irish parade, even the White House joining in by adding bright green dye to North and South lawn fountains on the day. Thing is that St. Patrick himself would have found this all appalling because his colour was always actually blue, but the legend of the Emerald Isle and Shamrock made all the difference.

Fun can at times be of medical benefit, in more ways than one, even if it does mean getting down and dirty, as some of these celebrations surely do.

Globally there are strange events happening every year, like the annual tomato fight at Bunol, in Spain, but the following are among the oddest annual festivals you might ever visit, and maybe worth, one day aiming to go and see.

The Chinese Festival of the Hungry Ghosts – Yue Lan -n is celebrated to mark the day when, according to Chinese belief, a doorway to the underworld opens, letting restless spirits wander the earth freely. In an effort to appease the spirits, fake money is burned as well as paper models of possessions, so passing these luxuries on to the spirit world. The festival is celebrated over two or three days, streets lit with paper lanterns, incense burned to deter ghosts, and fireworks set off in some areas

Thailand is home to the Songkran Festival – a real fun event happening during Thailand’s hottest month of April. Songkran is actually nothing more than the biggest water fight on earth friends, and strangers, splashing each other with hoses, water balloons , or anything other water carrier. This dousing with water was originally more ceremonial in nature, but has gradually become nothing more than a wild, wet celebration, lasting from 3 to 10 days, depending on which in Thai region you are.

Thaipusam, popular in Singapore and Malaysia, but nowhere near as enthusiastically as it is celebrated in South India, is a really odd festival which originated among the Tamil community as a Hindu festival, in either January or February on the day of a full moon. Thaipusam means Star, at the highest point in literal translation, celebration marking the day Goddess Parvati gave Murugan a spear that he might defeat Soorapadman the evil demon, festivities kicking off with begin with devotees cleaning themselves thoroughly bathing. Mortification of flesh is the biggest aim of this festival, the more pain endured by the devotee, the greater the blessing of God. This ensures that devotees pierce faces and bodies, with sharp skewers, and try to pull heavy weights via flesh-tugging hooks, so not for the squeamish tourists out there.

The Japanese, Shinto fertility festival Kanamara Matsuri , held each year, sees people creating giant images, representing the male penis, from anything they have to hand . The worship of these huge penis idols comes about because, in Japanese culture, the penis is regarded as a symbol of fertility, and the gateway to the next generation. First Sunday of April is when the celebrations take place each year penis models made mostly from candles, candy, and vegetables are paraded through the city. The local prostitute girls offer sacrifices to giant penises, at the same time praying to safeguard themselves from various sexually transmitted diseases.

Weird festivals are commonplace in Japan, one of themore bizarre Hadaka Matsuri, when people simply strip off in public, thousands of men appearing on the street of their various Japanese cities, naked, except for pieces of loin cloth around their organs in some cases. This freaky festival is nearly 500 years old, and based on the belief that naked men have more potential for absorbing bad evils and omens, so anybody touching them gets freed from all bad spirits, and evils haunting them, making this a very tactile celebration.

El Colacho, is celebrated in Spain – also dubbed the Devil’s Jump, in which people put their very young babies onto a mattress, then sit back and watch happily as others jump across them. Anybody can jump over this infant-laden mattress, in spite of of social activist outrage at the offensiveness and potentially deadly consequences of such actions. Spanish people believe that the jumping drives off sin committed in previous lives, guarding the hapless babes babies against future illness, and evil spirits. How weird is that?

Possibly the most, certainly the messiest, most fantastic and fun-filled celebration of life itself is the South Korean Boryeong mud bath annual festival. Getting dirty is the whole point of this glorious wallow, messing everyone around you up, this gooey mud, considered very effective at treating any skin problems, showing that fun can be of medical benefit, in more ways than one, even if it does mean getting down and dirty.

"Don't Mind, It's Holi!"

The festival of Holi can be regarded as a celebration of the Colors of Unity & Brotherhood – an opportunity to forget all differences and indulge in unadulterated fun. It has traditionally been celebrated in high spirit without any distinction of cast, creed, color, race, status or sex. It is one occasion when sprinkling colored powder (’gulal’) or colored water on each other breaks all barriers of discrimination so that everyone looks the same and universal brotherhood is reaffirmed. This is one simple reason to participate in this colorful festival. Let’s learn more about its history and significance.

This is pre-eminently the spring festival of Bharat. The trees are smiling with their sprout of tender leaves and blooming flowers. With the harvest having been completed and the winter also just ended, it is pre-eminently a festival of mirth and merriment.

The festival of Holi is synonymous with water balloons, pichhkaris or water guns, gulaal, bhang and mithai. Different regions of India celebrate this festival in different styles. Be it Phagwa in Bihar or Hola Mohalla in Punjab, the fun and frolic remains just the same.

Perhaps the most popular and colorful among these various styles is the one played at Barsana near Mathura in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Known as Lath mar Holi, it is played a few days in advance of the actual day of the festival. People flock in thousands to be a part of the traditional festivities. Legend goes that Lord Krishna came to his beloved Radha’s village – Barsana – on this day and teased her and her friends. However, women of the village used lathis (sticks) to drive him away. Since then, men from Krishna’s village, Nandgaon, visit Barsana every year to play Holi in the town which also has the distinction of having the only temple dedicated to Radha in India.

During Holi, practices, which at other times could be offensive, are allowed. Squirting colored water on passers-by, dunking friends in mud pool amidst teasing and laughter, getting intoxicated on bhaang and reveling with companions is perfectly acceptable. In fact, on the days of Holi, you can get away with almost anything by saying, “Don’t mind, it’s Holi!” (Hindi = Bura na mano, Holi hai.)

According to an old Irish tradition, women are allowed to propose to men instead the other way around. A man cannot refused on the wedding proposal for he will end up being punished i.e. pay penalty. The fine could range from a kiss to payment for a silk dress or a pair of gloves.

In many European countries, especially in the upper classes of society, tradition dictates that any man who refuses a woman’s proposal on February 29 has to buy her 12 pairs of gloves. The intention is that the woman can wear the gloves to hide the embarrassment of not having an engagement ring. During the middle ages there were laws governing this tradition.

I recall the movie “Leap Year” featuring Amy Adams and Matthew Goode in 2010; it triggers my curiosity, “is there any truth to the movie’s premise? After doing some probing, the tradition in Ireland has its origins in the legends of Ireland’s Saints; St Bridget and St Patrick in 5th century. The tradition was then taken to Scotland by Irish monks. Back in 1288, the Scots passed a law that allowed women to propose marriage to the man of their dreams in a Leap Year. This is known as ‘Ladies Privilege’.

Nowadays, there has been a never ending battle between sexes. Many women community and organization from private sector advocating and upholding their vital function in the modern society. Knowing these facts, it has both good and bad implications. Since it began in 5th century thus affirms the equality between men and women. On the other hand, those single ladies who have been impatient to tie a comfortable knot, can resolves their marital status to follow, as Irish tradition supposedly has it, a woman may propose to a man on Leap Year Day – Feb. 29, once every four years.
