In the light of this definition transportation or transport means transit of people or things from one place to another. This transportation is carried out through various mediums i.e. through rails or roads, airports, sear by means of vehicles, buses, trucks, train or ships etc. All this type of transportation is controlled by various organizational systems such as traffic signals, traffic signs, air traffic control etc. These systems further collect several forms of finances on account of different toll taxes etc., for their regulating services.
