Allegations leveled Argentine Foreign Minister Hector Timerman on the sidelines of his visit to the headquarters of the United Nations (UN) in New York, United States, Friday (10/02/2012) local time Saturday (02/11/2012) pm.

“Argentina was informed that within the framework of the placement of British troops in the Malvinas Islands, they send a nuclear submarine to carry nuclear weapons into the South Atlantic,” Timerman said, calling on the submarine was named Vanguard.

Royal Navy or Royal Navy operate at least 11 nuclear-powered submarines, one of whom was HMS Vanguard, which operated since 1992. 150-meter submarine is capable of carrying Trident missiles, ballistic missiles tipped with nuclear-powered cruise up to 6400 kilometers.

Previously, the Royal Navy has announced it will send a new destroyer, HMS Dauntless to “regular duty” to the Malvinas. British media also reported the British sent one of the Trafalgar class submarines, nuclear-powered submarine carrying weapons but conventional.

By Timerman, Argentina has formally asked the UK through diplomatic channels if the country really send nuclear weapons to the Falklands, but the British refused to say yes or denied. If it is true there are nuclear weapons stationed in the Falklands, Timerman said, it would violate the Treaty of Tlatelolco to prohibit the existence of nuclear weapons in any form in all regions of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Britain’s UN ambassador Mark Lyall Grant held a special press conference to respond to this statement Timerman. He said it never commented about the placement of the submarine fleet and nuclear weapons. ”The primary function of submarines is that they go all over the world and you do not know where they’re located. That’s why they have a deterrent function,” said Lyall Grant.

About violations of treaties free of nuclear weapons, Lyall Grant said, as long as the submarines carrying nuclear weapons were located outside the borders of Argentina, there are no violations.

The organization estimates that the worst drought in 60 years has cost the past year, tens of thousands of lives. At the height of the crisis, 750,000 people were threatened with starvation.
In six regions declared famine

 Kim Jong Un’s fate can only be played in his Dragon’s Tail (negative) and challenge all foreign powers or if he reaches for the blessing of his Dragon’s Head (luck/growth) in Cancer (home/food/security the USA.) Pray with me for this soul not to let his natal and hidden Dragons take over his judgment because this could mean a total death and rebirth of his country and with it unimaginable amount of deaths … Either way it MUST and WILL happen as dictated by the new Scorpio (life and death) Dragon and it all started when his father died…

FSB sources are reporting to President Medvedev today that American pop icon Michael Jackson was “most assuredly” assassinated by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) after an examination of data transmitted by a Russian Military’s Kosmos 2450 satellite show “conclusively” that immediately prior to the music stars death in Los Angeles an electromagnetic pulse consistent in pattern to EMR weapons looted from the former Soviet Union by the United States was employed at the “exact coordinates” of the rock stars home.

To the type of technology being perfected by the US Military-Industrial Complex based upon former Soviet Union research used in these kinds of assassinations we can read about as reported by Cheryl Welsh, president, Citizens Against Human Rights Abuse, in her landmark 2001 report “Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) Weapons: As Powerful As The Atomic Bomb”, and which says:

Even more importantly, since Ms Welsh’s landmark report in 2001, the US has continued perfecting this insidious technology they’ve named Active Denial System (ADS), and as we can read as reported by New Scientist in their 2005 report titled “US Military seeks new non-lethal weapon; the prototype of the phaser?”, and which says:

“The US military is funding development of a weapon that delivers a bout of excruciating pain from up to 2 kilometres away. Intended for use against rioters, it is meant to leave victims unharmed. But pain researchers are furious that work aimed at controlling pain has been used to develop a weapon. And they fear that the technology will be used for torture.”

To the ‘final’ employment of these weapons [3rd photo, left] we can also read:

“In January 2007, Theodore Barna, an assistant deputy undersecretary of defense for advanced systems and concepts told Reuters that “We expect the services to add it to their tool kit. And that could happen as early as 2010”.

Apparently the military is still unsure about ADS after all the tests. Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne didn’t help clarify the issue when he suggested that the military should use the “pain ray” at crowds in the United States before deploying it in Iraq. It would be hard to imagine that Americans would be feeling okay about trying such weapons on themselves even if they believe they are not lethal.

Wagner suggested a new nickname for the weapon; the “death ray”, since it’s well-known that exposing mammals to microwaves make them explode. He sent an email all around the U.S. in which he used a live example to prove his theory.”

The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the “bird flu” virus and the “swine flu virus” in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.”

Interesting to note, too, is on the day of Michael Jackson’s assassination, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that their mathematical models show over 1 million Americans have contracted swine flu and that of the 58,000 confirmed cases around the World the US has over half of them, and even worse, Emergency Containment Areas are now being reported being set up in that troubled country.

Sadly though, and with an acknowledgement that this World star had led a much troubled life, it can never be taken away from Michael Jackson the real love he had for all of humanity and best expressed by him in the chorus of his anthem to the human race, We Are The World:

The USA deny 22 per cent of the Unesco budget.  

The U.S. government did not exclude to pay its contribution again later, though. Washington denies 22 per cent of the Unesco budget. The Unesco had accepted Palestine as independent state and full member in Paris as the first organisation of the united nations on Monday. Israel threatened with consequences. The Palestinians reacted enthusiastically. In the general conference of the Unesco 107 member states voted for the controversial application for membership. Of the three tallest sponsors the USA and Germany voted against it. Japan abstained from the vote. The decision for the photo of Palestine did not come from the Unesco as a surprise according to information. It was said there already is a large majority of countries for a long time which supported the thing of the Palestinians. Many member states are of the opinion that something must happen in the palestinian question finally once. The “money problem” taken from the USA to game has sounded for some like extortion and still strengthened them in their conviction being correct with yes. The USA criticized the photo. Today’s vote ( … ) “is pitiful, rash and undermines our common aim of a comprehensive, just and durable peace in the Middle East”, outer office speaker told Victoria Nuland in Washington. The USA would remain a member of the Unesco and guarantee in consultations with the convention “that U.S. interests and influence remain caught sight”. The decision is another “political column” in the fight for a Palestinian self-determination. “We are nearer to the independence than ever”, said Saidan. “This is an important message to those which are against the Palestinian venture at the security council of the united nations.” The opponents of Abbas application for full membership in front of the UN security council should reconsider their position, now once again the adviser demanded. The Palestinians had already made an application for admission as a full member to the united nations at the end of September. It is regarded as sure that it does not come through because of the veto right of the USA in the UN security council. On the other hand, there is no veto in the Unesco because of which the photo of new members could fail.

As video footages showing the Colonel been captured by NTC fighter circulated the internet on Friday, the UN’s Human Rights Office called to an intensive probe into how Gadhafi died. It also raised the concern that the leader was probably executed.

Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi’s body as at now is being kept in secret location in Misrata. According to Reuters, the body bears a bullet made hole in the head.

According to senior NTC member Mohamed Sayeh, another party from outside Libya would be invited to go through the paperwork relating to Gadhafi’s death. He insisted however the Colonel’s body would be respectfully buried privately in accordance to Islamic principles.

As at now, the NTC has not declared ‘liberation’ yet. Members of NATO are to lift their seven-month air and sea mission which were highly influential in defeating Gadhafi and his armed forces.

The UN together with the National Transitional Council intend to bury the body of Muammar Gadhafi at sea just like in the case of Osama Bin Laden who was killed some months ago to prevent his followers from using his burial place as a shrine for worship.

The wife of Moammar Gaddafi urged the United Nations (UN) in order to investigate the death of her husband who died after being captured by the National Transitional Council (NTC).

“We urge the UN to investigate the ins and outs of the death of the mujahid Moammar Gaddafi,” said Sofia Gaddafi.

UN spokesman Rupert Colville had previously been urged that an inquiry be held regarding the death of the former Libyan leader. According to Colville, Khadafi’s death still need to re ascertained, whether he was killed in battle or executed by the army (NTC).

NTC officials today said the funeral would be delayed until Gaddafi International Criminal Court (ICC) conduct an examination of the death of Gaddafi.

Colville also added that the victims of oppression Gaddafi regime deserve to see the procession of the court against the perpetrators of oppression will soon be brought to justice.

“We believe there is a need for research,” said Rupert Colville, spokesman for the High Commissioner for Human Rights. “More details are needed to verify if he was killed in a particular form of combat or were executed after their capture.”

“The two videos for cell phones that have emerged, one alive and one dead, as a whole is very worrisome,” he told reporters in Geneva.

A Libyan official said on Friday Gaddafi’s funeral was delayed until his death may be considered by the International Criminal Court if it was not clear whether he meant an appearance in the body of the dictator or an investigation that led to his death.

The Human Rights Council established an independent panel earlier this year to investigate abuses in Libya, and Mr. Colville said it is likely that the circumstances of the death’s head 69 years retirement.

He said it was too early to say whether the Canadian judge panel that includes Philippe Kirsch, the first president of the International Criminal Court recommended a formal investigation at the national or international.

“The dust has not been established,” said Colville, told The Associated Press when asked whether Libya was able to carry out an independent investigation into the death.

“You can reach Chuck law out the window,” he added. ”Killing someone outside the legal proceedings, even in countries where capital punishment is outside the rule of law.”

Mr. Colville said that victims of Qaddafi’s 42-year despotic government deserved to see the relevant legal procedures and follow the perpetrators of violence to trial, a process he said could be “catharsis” for the new Libya.

“Of course there are many others outside the Gaddafi, so you can at least some kind of trial in which we all learn from what happened and who is responsible,” he said.
