Boeing B-52 Stratofortress
The first prototype B-52 bomber flew in 1952, was placed into service in 1955. Machines replaced the Convair B-36 Peacemaker and Boeing B-47 Stratojet. It was originally developed as a carrier of nuclear bombs, which was overthrowing a great height. Taking advantage but also had a classic heavy bomber for carpet bombing.
