Mr Panetta told a regional security meeting in Singapore that the shift was not aiming to contain Chinese power.

Beijing has indicated it is unhappy with the US boosting its presence.

Last November, President Barack Obama announced that the Asia-Pacific region was a “top priority” of US security policy.

His comments were seen as a challenge to China, which is striving to be the main regional power.

“By 2020, the navy will reposture its forces from today’s roughly 50-50% split between the Pacific and the Atlantic to about a 60-40 split between those oceans,” Mr Panetta told the annual Shangri-La Dialogue conference.

The US defence secretary is on a mission both to explain and reassure. Firstly to set out in more detail the practical implications of Washington’s strategic re-balancing towards Asia and secondly to reassure America’s allies in the region who wonder if it can really afford to fund this new strategy given the budgetary pressures at home.

Mr Panetta also sought to play down any suggestion that Washington’s new strategy was aimed at China.

He stressed the need for closer military ties between China and the US – especially for understanding in the difficult areas of cybersecurity and outer space.

However his support for a comprehensive new “rules-based” system to resolve competing territorial claims in the South China Sea will not go down well in Beijing.

“That will include six aircraft carriers in this region, a majority of our cruisers, destroyers, combat ships and submarines.”

Mr Panetta said the US would aim to increase the number and size of the training exercises it conducts alongside its allies in the region.

He said US budget problems and cut-backs would not stop the changes, adding that the US defence department had money in a five-year budget plan to achieve its goals.

“It will take years for these concepts, and many of the investments we are making, to be fully realised,” he said.

“But make no mistake, in a steady, deliberate and sustainable way, the United States military is rebalancing and brings enhanced capabilities to this vital region.”

China has long-running territorial disputes with allies of the US, including the Philippines, over island groupings in the South China Sea. In recent years it has grown more assertive on the issue.

An increased US presence in the region is likely to embolden those countries and irritate Beijing.

Mr Panetta played down any possible tensions and said he was looking forward to visiting China later this year.

“Some view the increased emphasis by the United States on the Asia-Pacific region as some kind of challenge to China,” he said.

“I reject that view entirely. Our effort to renew and intensify our involvement in Asia is fully compatible with the development and growth of China. Indeed, increased US involvement in this region will benefit China as it advances our shared security and prosperity for the future.”

In January, Chinese state media also said an increased US presence in the region could boost stability and prosperity.

But it warned the US against “flexing its muscles” and said any US militarism could create ill will and “endanger peace”.

Mr Panetta is currently on a nine-day tour of Asia which will include visits to Vietnam and India.

Former US president Bill Clinton has contrary to opinion polls said his fellow Democrat Barack Obama would easily be re-elected to the White House as president in November.

In his own words speaking to the CNN in an interview said “I still think the president will win by five or six points.”

Obama faces presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney in the US presidential election on November 6.

According to Quinnipiac University Polling Institute recent poll stats, Romney has surged ahead of Obama by a 47% against 41% lead in the state of Florida.

However, a number of nationwide polls have suggested Obama and Romney are even.

Clinton said the polls showed a close support for both candidates due to the United States economic stress but when the supporters tout the achievements of Obama in the last four years, they will surely re-elect him for a second term.

I am not saying my problem with Mr. Romney was that he was a fascist.  I have written I could not trust a person who changes his beliefs regularly.  However, I am smart enough to see how democrats out voting republicans in republican primaries has brought us Traditional Values people and conservatives to the choice of Milt Romney.

The reality is that America is in great danger.  The issue is no longer Mitt Romney.  The issue is the death of America through Socialist fascism. 

Obama does not know better than most of us.  Obama’s accomplishments are his healthcare reform and spending 7 trillion dollars.  Obama and his bureaucrats are using Obama-care to interfere with the religious liberties of religious organizations. Obama-care is an extreme financial burden on individuals, organizations, and companies. The interest on monies Obama borrowed are increasing the American debt everyday

Mr. Mitt Romney is a better leader.  His resume is the resume of a talented proven leader.  He knows how to cut spending (including employees) in order to save a company.  He will be able to downsize government and save tax payers money. 

I have written that the relationship between government and the citizens is a delicate balance between governing and freedom. Mr. Romney understands that it is not governments’ job to manage, orchestrate, or run the American free enterprise system.  Governments exist to administrate government departments and protect the public welfare.

 Threats to the public welfare have to be legitimate not perceived threats.  Capital investment is not a legitimate threat to Americans.  Investments fuel business start-ups, which in turn fuel job growth and economic growth.

For too long the liberal democrats have been brainwashing Americans in to hating the American free enterprise system.  Since Obama took office he has been criticizing chief executive officers, Wall Street, and other symbols of the successful American economy.

Yet all these ingredients are necessary for a prosperous economy and successful people.  We need not give up on ourselves.  Everything that is, was, and will be is still possible.

Freedom fuels the greatness that decent and good people can create.  Even in these troubling times I believe that the majority in any people group are good and decent people.  The average person does not believe that his or her success is invested in how much he or she can take from his or her neighbor.

Only Obama and his kind think in such foolish terms. Who spent the US into great debt?  That would Mr. Barak Hussein Obama.  The rich, successful, and wealthy people of America did not borrow and spend America into the current economic mess.

Furthermore, I have no problem in supporting Mr. Romney.  I had the opportunity of watching Mr. Romney’s speech at Liberty University (my Alma matter) and this morning I saw Mr. Romney’s speech to the Hispanic Economic Coalition.

These were great speeches focusing on the public policy initiatives that will lead America out of this current economic mess.  Low taxes, low government spending, and low government regulation will allow for greater investment in American and Americans.

However, do not be fooled. I have my eyes wide open, looking for any signs of wavering by Mr. Romney.  If I see any wavering on ultra conservative issues, I will report it.  My report will not be to knock Mr. Romney down, but to help him improve as a servant of the people.

I want Mr. Romney to win because America will win.  I am fully aware of the challenge.  Liberals are resorting to all their tricks.  The network news is liberal. These liberals are manufacturing polls to make Obama appear more attractive and to demoralize conservatives.

This is why every voter is going to be necessary.  Traditional Values and conservatives have to vote and help promote and market Mr. Romney.

America was built on the tradition of the potential behind freedom.  I heard Mr. Biden, vice president of the US, retort that liberals dream  and want personal success.  It is apparent liberals want to be the only ones that have their dreams come true.

I am not a slave of Obama.  I was born free and will die a free man.  It is impossible to remain free when Obama wants to take everything I earn.

Let us have a mature and serious conversation on petty envy. My life is not defined by how much more my neighbor has than I have in life. This is Mr. Obama’s campaign in a nutshell.  In this year’s presidential election, Mr. Obama cannot campaign on Iraq, Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay Cuba, the national debt, tax reform, and illegal immigration reform.

Afghanistan is a mess.  The US has no influence in Iraq.  Egypt, Libya, and all the other Arab nations who went through the Arab spring are now under Muslim extremist’s control, i.e. Iran’s control.  The residents of Gitmo were not giving civilian trials and Gitmo was not closed down. Ninety five percent of Americans did not get their Obama promised tax cut.  Obama did not cut the deficit in half.  He doubled the deficit.  During Mr. Obama’s first two years the democrats were in charge of the Legislative branch and the Executive branch and did not bother to construct one immigration reform bill.  To date Mr. Obama has not issued any immigration reform public policy.

However, there are still people high on the novelty presidency of Obama.  We cannot allow this man to ruin America.  I have set aside my concerns about Romney.  America is more important than my personal held belief system.  In addition, Romney is not a deviant.   Mr. Romney is educated and has excellent experience administrating large systems, such as the Olympics. Mr. Romney is also a person with high moral character.  Any one when compared to Obama has high moral character.

Therefore, please get involved in building a better tomorrow for all Americans.  Vote republican for president and congress. In addition, get involved in the Romney optimistic and positive public relations effort.

The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control designated Chhota Shakeel and Ibrahim ‘Tiger’ Memon as Specially Designated Narcotics Traffickers for their roles as part of ‘D Company’, a criminal group run by Dawood.

It said Mumbai-born 57-year-old Chhota Shakeel is Dawood’s lieutenant who coordinates for D Company with “other organized crime and terror groups.”

The department said Memon, 52, is a trusted lieutenant of Dawood and controls D Company’s businesses across South Asia and is also wanted by India for his involvement in the 1993 Mumbai bombings that killed more than 250 people.

“Treasury continues to target the nexus of crime and terrorism in South Asia with today’s action against one of the world’s most notorious criminal organizations,” said OFAC Director Adam Szubin.

Interpol has issued provisional arrest warrants or “red notices” for both Shakeel and Memon.

Dawood was named as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist in October 2003, and in June 2006, he was named as a drug trafficker.

Also in June 2006, the Dawood group was named as a Significant Foreign Narcotics Trafficker.

Drug trafficking activities of D Company include the smuggling of heroin and hashish from Afghanistan and Thailand to the United States, Western Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa, the department said.

As a result of today’s action, US persons are prohibited from conducting financial or commercial transactions with Chhota Shakeel and Memon, and any assets they may have under US jurisdiction are frozen.

DRDO Chief VK Saraswat, in an interview to PTI, said there was a dispute between India and the US over the definition of dual use technology.

“Today on paper, we have been removed for that list. On paper, instead of denied companies, they have us on the list of positive companies. But in practice, this change has not made any great difference.

“When it comes down to actual implementation of this policy, the impact is very very poor. In terms of gain to defence, I can say it is not even ten per cent,” he said.

During the visit of Obama to India in 2010, the US Department of Commerce’ Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) had announced the removal of the nine Indian space and defence-related organisations from the Entity List.

Saraswat said there was a parallel regime in form of the’Control on Dual Use Technology’ which continues to function against providing dual use items to India.

Commenting on the long dispute over the dual use technology, he said, “That is continuing and it is not resolved. The US law is that it needs licences and that licensing process is as stringent as the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR).”

On the ways of resolving the issue, Saraswat said, “The way out is that you should have a more pragmatic approach about the definition of dual use. The definition of dual use has to be framed properly.”

Saraswat said it should not be such that anything required for defence would be denied just because it may be used for a weapon of mass destruction. “This is a major issue to be resolved,” he said.

Asked about his optimism over getting the issue resolved, he said, “While there is a will on both sides to do it, the processes involved in implementing this are too complex in nature. Unless we simplify these processes, it will take a lot of time.”

He said there were legal procedures in the US and there were certain issues in India and “unless those processes are simplified, we can’t expect a quick result. I am not expecting quick results.”

Asked if India would raise the issue during forthcoming visit of US Defence Secretary Leon Panetta, Saraswat said the issue has been discussed at various platforms including the structured meetings of the Defence Policy Group and the Joint Technology Group (JTG) which were held recently.

“It has been discussed at various platforms and there are discussions as to how to accelerate the process of giving licenses of dual use items and also take a pragmatic view of the dual use.

“Sometimes, we take a very stringent view of dual use. This is what we have to look at. Just because the defence is asking for it, you are denying it but (you are) selling it to the vegetable vendor,” the DRDO chief said.

Pacquiao was adamant after Obama vocalised his support for same sex marriage this week saying the president got it all wrong. It is reported that in an interview with the National Conservative Examiner while training in Los Angeles said there was a need for society to put God first.

The boxer referring to President Obama’s decision quoted Leviticus 20:13 which say “If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.”

The president however in justification of his stand on the issue of same-sex marriage stated the Golden Rule was the base of his decision. “Love your neighbour as yourself”.

The 33-year-old boxer said he respected Obama and that he thinks the president needs to read the Bible to better society.

“God only expects man and woman to be together and to be legally married, only if they so are in love with each other,” Pacquiao said. “It should not be of the same sex so as to adulterate the altar of matrimony, like in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah of Old.” He added.

The west and the USA are crying wolf but the wolf is the creation of their own. They were the sponsor of all the Taliban and Haqqani network in the earlier years. The Osama episode ended and now instead of alqaida Islam is being directly targeted. It would be a great clash of civilizations if West mixes the poison in the minds of its soldiers against Islam. The world would soon see the global war and terror.  Ideology is the only thing that makes people to lay down their lives and the western politicians are striking the note of ideology. They are striking the wrong note because the outcome symphony would be the symphony of destruction for the whole world.

Instead of cleaning the Augean stables the west is waging a war against the common person. It is not the solution. The solution lies only in the peaceful living. The age old formula of Live and let live is the only panacea for the ailing humanity.

Then something changed in the US.  Sociologist will claim that a large number of women entering the work force during the war led to economic freedom for women.  Many believe that this freedom led to the change in traditional American values.

This may be true.  However, what is the value to American society to destroy everything that is good and decent in America?

I believe that many do not understand how destructive their bad attitude is to society.  I hear bad attitude everywhere.  When these Mexican visitors get to my work area, they start cursing the bleepity bleep Americans for keeping them waiting over three hours.

They are not the only ones.  The liberal democrat’s opinion that Republicans are just for the rich is bad attitude.  So are other democrat attacks on conservatives.

I want Obama to show proof that because Mitt Romney is financially successful Mr. Romney would be a bad administrator.  I would say that business success would qualify Mr. Romney for the position of Chief Administrator of the United States.  

Now, some would say that Republican criticism of Obama is nothing more than bad attitude.  Well, we have all seen Mr. Obama’s administrative style in the last three years and a half.

One department was so blatantly corrupt that they videotaped their corruption as they mocked the American tax payers.  Congress wants to hold Eric Holder, Obama’s attorney general, in contempt of congress.           A person in the US department of energy wanted to crucify private businesses with regulation in order to put them out of business.  We know Obama forced the military to cut its budget by 50%. 

What part of the Obama presidency looks like good administration? I am going to say none.  Therefore, criticism of Obama is just pointing out the facts.

However, we the people have lost our moral center. Too many prefer to laugh, ridicule, and malign. I believe this is what has come out of the economic freedom for women.  There is discord in the American family. Children develop and express a bad attitude and they are not corrected by any parent.

Now, I am not saying that economic freedom for women is responsible for societal moral decay.  The failure to adapt to new opportunities by continuing to teach good values to children is the vehicle that has brought us all here.

Here, is a society with too many people with the occupy Wall Street mentality.  Explain to me how you build with destruction. Having an opinion and being able to express it is a gift of freedom. Destroying private property is a poor way to prove a point.

The reality is that one person’s success does not contribute to another person’s failure. Luck, circumstances, and personal skills contribute to a person’s failure or success.

Today, I have to say that Americans are failing.  In all this presidential political wrangling, I have come to certain conclusions.  One is that the people who criticize, ridicule, and malign create the very culture they are opposed to in life.  The second is that all the people who find excuses to get involved are a big part of the problem.

I will write this sentence again.  Politicians are politicians and citizens let them get away with their decadence, immorality, and perversions. 

Every single one of us knows what is right and wrong.  We also know how to maintain a successful society.  Yet, instead of getting involved, many ridicule, laugh, and Here locally in Hackensack NJ. Quotation was about (19) Million it is almost completed, but now we have new scenario that it may run 3-4 percent over estimate. Interesting why not stupid tax payer will pay for it. New Jersey Treasury will award contractor with bonus. But if I accept purchase order from my customer with resale tax number I get penalized for accepting order a like, and if my customer issue resale certificate I am still penalized because Treasury find that certificate is not valid “Welcome to America “land that is almost communist system clamming to be free, yes it is however not for all, it is free for double dippers and we all know who they are? Yes this called pay to play sorry to say I am not player!!!
