Reality of terrorism in Pakistan.

democracynow.org – The CIA’s drone campaign targeting suspected militants in Pakistan has killed dozens of civilians who had gone to rescue victims or were attending funerals. So concludes a new report by the London-based Bureau of Investigative Journalism. It found that since President Obama took office three years ago, as many as 535 civilians have killed, including more than 60 children. The investigation also revealed that at least 50 civilians were killed in follow-up strikes when they had gone to help victims. More than 20 civilians have also been attacked in deliberate strikes on funerals and mourners. We speak to Chris Woods, award-winning reporter with the Bureau of Investigative Journalism. “We noted that there were repeated reports at the time, contemporaneous reports in publications like New York Times, news agencies like Reuters, like CNN, that there were these strikes on rescuers, that there were reports of an initial strike and then some minutes later, as people had come forward to pull out the dead and injured that drones had returned to the scene and attacked rescues,” Woods says, “We have been able to name just over 50 civilians that we understand have been killed in those attacks. In total, we think that more than 75 civilians have been killed specifically in these attacks on rescuers and on mourners, on funeral-goers.”

It turns out the facts in the field of government dismantle all the rottenness of The US.

An Afghanistan activist has revealed that the United States still use depleted uranium munitions in Afghanistan. ”These weapons are still used. In fact, a U.S. aircraft called the A-10 normal, even if not using uranium projectiles at a machine gun, any projectile of uranium projectiles and the third is that the workings of U.S. troops in Afghanistan. They use it on the left and right, “said Dr. Mohammad Daud Miraki in an interview as reported by Press TV.

“Apache helicopter and Bradley vehicles also use this projectile in the gun,” he said. Activists also noted that 62.7 percent of the population of Afghanistan have been targeted by a dangerous radioactive ammunition. Miraki explained that a group of researchers collected urine samples from the population of Afghanistan and found uranium isotopes in their urine which was about 300 percent to 2000 percent higher than normal levels. He further said that many people in Afghanistan have been identified with a strange disease that is different. Diseases such as skin disease, sudden death, spontaneous abortion among women as well as permanent disability and cancer.

He also said the U.S. used depleted uranium weapons, means the country is against international law and U.S. law itself. Meanwhile, U.S. officials criticized Miraki and puppet President Hamid Karzai not to investigate crimes committed by the U.S. government. We are continuing reports (us) to the U.S. State Department three years ago and from U.S. officials we only get lip service. The Afghan government is the same, because it has no control, they just installed a regime, “he said.

In this article I write about political pandering and how it threatens personal liberties.

Now, that I have officially resigned from the Republican Party and the American Conservative movement, I need my own movement. I want this movement to be about honesty and integrity, not just electability.

I was forced to listen to Laura Ingraham and Rush Limbaugh today. There wasn’t anything else to do while I waited for lazy customers who can walk two blocks down the road.

The commentary on the three remaining republican candidates for the republican nomination is laughable. Gingrich claiming to be a better conservative then Romney smites of the epitome of everything that is wrong with American conservatives. Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman were better candidates then the 3 that are left.

I know I cannot keep repeating myself. Before long I am going to bore myself.

However, we have to recognize that the safety and security of the human race is at stake. The two commentators mentioned before have noted that Christian organizations are being denied their protected constitutional rights by the Obama administration.

You want to enslave people you have to first take away the god they serve. Christians are being forced to hire lesbian and gay men. Christians are being taken in to courts for sermons on homosexuality. Catholics hospitals are being required to perform abortions under Obama-care.

We have also seen Obama and the Democrat political party attitudes towards hard work, prosperity, and wealth. They want to overregulate investments and profits. They want to remove the ties to personal responsibility and replace these ties with government dependency.

Their partners in crime are of course the so called conservatives. There is a consensus that states that the road to the White House is paved by pandering to African-Americans, Hispanics, and the Homosexual community. The members of the Republican establishment want to keep their political niche. Therefore, they need to pander to these groups.

I like many have been trying to understand the conflict between republican politicians and conservatives. Well there it is people. True conservative values are seen as obstacles to political victory.

Are the issues in this presidential election cycle only about the American economy? The answer is no. Yes, the economy needs to grow. However, individual liberties are at stake. The right of free speech, religion, to redress your government, against unreasonable search and seizure, to bear arms, and all the constitutional protections are under attack.

Your right to choose medical treatment has been taken away from Obama. Companies will not be able to afford Obama-care and will stop offering health insurance to their employees. You will end up in the substandard public health system.

If you have dreams of becoming rich, incorporate in to your plans having Obama take away 75% of your wealth to give to people not as devoted to personal success. Obama believes that the 1% should fund all his political initiatives. The reality is that this 1% does not have enough money to cover Obama spending, which is at 7 trillion and growing.

Therefore, you are going to end up as a salve to liberal policies. You will not be able to speak out against Obama. Your monetary power to fight him will be in his hands, leaving you powerless.

Again I am going to state that you conservative need to start getting educated on the issues. There is no way that Romney and Gingrich are the best the conservative movement has to offer. How in the world did the conservative movement get boxed in a corner where Santorum, Gingrich, and Romney are the only choices?

There is something seriously wrong with all of you who support these candidates. For over two years these candidates’ flaws have been all over the modern media. Many of you conservatives choose to support these candidates in spite of their flaws.

Tell me how you trust a person who lies to you and/or changes his beliefs. I know I cannot trust such a person.

It is my unfortunate duty to inform you that in a competition between Romney and Gingrich and Obama, Obama wins. Santorum is probably the only one that has a chance against Obama in a national election. I am not endorsing Santorum. I have already stated that I will not endorse, nor work for, any of the three remaining candidates.

I just want all you conservatives who caused this problem with your political blindness to know what you have created. There is no way Romney and the current congress are going to work for die-hard-conservative issues. Gingrich will be blocked out congress and have little to no success with his initiatives. The same goes for Santorum.

Oh you forgot you were also voting for some new congressional representatives. How have these republicans that came in to congress in 2010 been working for you? If I remember correctly they have given Obama most of what he wants. They have raised the debt ceiling. They have given Obama more money to spend. They have not made any noticeable cuts in government spending.

This same congress is the one the next president will have to work with in creating policy. This is the congress of Obama-care and 7trillion in Obama spending.

In addition, there is not a big group of informed conservatives to stop the madness. People with lots of money, with the help of politicians, created an economic environment with dangerous systems. We are rats in their maze.

The deterrence is supposed to be an informed electorate. There is a free copy of the Federalist Papers at archive.org on the internet. Get a copy and read it. Writers make salient points about unscrupulous people manipulating others with the intent of controlling the environment.

These same writers advice the readers towards involvement in saving freedom and liberty. When I was reading these articles, I asked myself how Americans forgot the value of freedom and liberty. I came to the conclusion that people cannot forget what they never knew.

The tasks at hand are enormous. Liberal policies are Socialist enslavement. Freedom and liberty can only exist if the power remains firmly in the hands of the people, not the hands of Obama and his kind-which includes republicans.

Why the government should legalize marijuana.

Many states in the US have begun to decriminalize marijuana but when is the US government going to legalize it? Whether it is legal or illegal people are going to smoke it. If legalized the government could tax it like cigarettes and alcohol and increase the revenue which will in turn boost the economy in the US’s time of financial struggle. But how would those tax dollars is spent? How much of it would go for education funding and how high would those taxes be?

But there is so much more to look at other than just taxing it. How would the government regulate marijuana sales? Would they sell it in convenience stores and liquor stores or would it be something you can buy on a shelf in Wal-Mart? Would you go to jail for driving under the influence of marijuana and if so how would they know that you are under the influence? Would they give you a drug test, because marijuana stays in your system for 30 days? Would you get charged for growing your own marijuana? Or would it be as simple as getting a permit or license to do so?

Legalization would be great for the US. It would put many dangerous drug dealers off the streets. People say oh you want to legalize a narcotic you are promoting drug use. But in all reality think about it, have you ever known a person to kill someone because they smoked marijuana? Marijuana users are generally happy people. You don’t hear of people over dosing on marijuana. I think that if regulated properly just like alcohol and cigarettes marijuana could really help boost our economy and lead to less people being incarcerated for smoking a completely natural plant.

Economy, jobs, competitiveness, Barack Obama has the focus of his highly anticipated State of the Nation announced - via video message on the Internet.

Because of the economic situation in the criticism: U.S. President Barack Obama

Washington – In a short video message has been U.S. President Barack Obama an outlook on the themes of his State of the Nation. As expected, the long-term economic growth and job creation in the center of the speech will be available. Given an unemployment rate of nine percent and a slow start ends in the U.S. economic recovery, he will deliver the annual address on Tuesday in Washington before Congress deputies and senators.

DISPLAY
Where on Saturday (local time) on his YouTube video channel published, Obama said that the recovery was progressing, but more must be done to bring the economy back on track. “My basic focus, my number one focus is directed to ensure we are competitive, that we are growing and that we create jobs,” Obama said. The search for ways to keep expanding the budget deficit within limits, will play a role in his speech.

Obama’s Democrats had been defeated in the congressional elections in November heavy losses. This was mainly due to dissatisfaction with the economic situation of many Americans. In his speech to the nation why Obama wants to try to bring about a change in mood.

That he gave a preview via online video coming to the state-of-the-Union speech values, experts as evidence that Obama is already beginning to adjust to the campaign for his re-election next year. At the beginning of the four-minute clip, he said that the final version of the speech was not yet finished: “But since you are from the beginning, been there, because it was your commitment and your foresight, who helped me along the way to the White House I wanted to give you a glimpse of what I’ll say. “

Obama to speak directly to who had supported him during his successful 2008 election campaign – often with the help of new media like the Internet. Because of his centrist course he is, however, in the left camp in the criticism and must endeavor to mobilize his supporters to back then again.

Now that we are in election year, we start to evaluate our options, but the longer we think, the more disappointed we get with what we have left to choose from.

Once I heard in the radio that the difference between a democrat and a republican is pretty much like choosing between being eaten by shark o being eaten by piranhas.

That is the reality for the political spectrum, the US has such a narrow political discourse driven to the right, that the two parties are subjected to the same interests. May be the only difference that we can kind of notice is that the democrats are more supported by the right corporate elite, and in the other hand, republicans are supported by the right extreme Christian fanatics. The working class has no voice with neither of these two parties. We find very few exception to the rule. In the republican party we have only Ron Paul and maybe Buddy Roemer. The democratic party has a couple more like Desise Kucinich, Weis Feingold and couple others, but those are the ones who never get fund from the major funding donors, therefore they cannot advance as much in political positions as the other ones who do sell out.

The rest of the planet mock the political otition we have when we say the democrat are leftists, socialists and liberals. Barak Obama himself would be depicted as center rith on any European country, but here in the US the media portraits him as some kind of chronic socialist.

Anyway, the best thing we can do is to go and vote, but no for the democrats of republicans, instead vote a independent. Many say that is waste of a vote, but we better start soon than never. This time we don’t have Ralph Nader as an candidate, but we have Rocky Anderson. I know many fear that if we do not vote for Obama, one of the crazy maniacs of the republican party will take the position like when Gore lost because for Nader. First of all, Gore did win the election but he decided not to fight for his legitimate right to be president, so it was his fault, no Nader’s.

     Who Are We

As with all nations since the dawn of civilization, there comes a period where re-evaluation and self-scrutiny become necessary to determine whether or not the nation still contains the the core beliefs and values needed to continue its progress and hold on to its power in the face of adversity and hardship. For the U.S. this critical point has arrived. With the country facing pressure from the economy, social relations, and a host of the other current issues, many citizens have already begun the process. Many of the values and beliefs held since the foundation of the country are cited almost like a mantra. At nearly every sporting event, national holiday, public occasions and so on there are remainders of what the U.S. stands for in the form of song, pledge, and every other media. It is as if the repetition is necessary to keep the nation on track and in line. Yet, one must ask whether we have already fallen off track?

From the very conception of the nation, our values have created a precedent. Our core values- equality, freedom, opportunity – form the American mindset for U.S. citizens and foreigners abroad. Citizens often view these rights as a given. Others feel that these values distinguish the U.S. from many other world governments. The U.S. is viewed and cited as a working example of these values. In Jean de Crevecoeur’s “ What is an American?,” American is viewed as a place where “individuals of nations are melted into a new race of men, whose labours and prosperity will one day cause great changes in the world.” Though the statement was made by a Frenchmen over 200 years ago, it continues to resonate with people today. This mindset also appears in the novel Tortilla Curtain in the character, Candido, who comes to America with his wife in order to manifest his own version of the American dream.

There are probably many versions of the American dream. Many view the American dream in the terms set by the Declaration of Independence, a founding American document. “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” is a phrase taken from the Declaration that is used to describe the American Dream. Many people follow the idea that this interpretation of the dream is in synchronicity with happenings in the U.S.

However, it appears that the dream is not automatic. In Jose Vargas’ article, “My Life as an Undocumented Immigrant,” Vargas states that he believed that if he “achieved enough, I would be rewarded with citizenship.” Yet, despite his achievements, he still faces a risk of deportation. In a similar thread, Candido and his wife, America from the novel Tortilla Curtain have a similar discovery where Candido’s wife discovers that even “native” U.S. citizens are not treated with the same material equality as others considered higher on the social scale. A seemingly more accurate description of the dream is that developed from Robin M. Williams Jr. in his book from 1970, American Society: a Sociological Interpretation. In the novel, the core values are listed as “Equal Opportunity, Achievement and Success, Material Comfort … and Freedom.” This does not seem to be present in all levels of American society. Vargas met the requirement for Achievement and Success yet he was not given the rights of citizenship. This can be viewed as an hypocrisy considering that the majority of citizens are descendants of immigrants.

That leads to the issue of whether or not the American dream is subject to prejudice. In Abigail Adams’ “ Letter to John Adams” it is clear that despite the fact that women during the revolution were more than capable of managing independently in their husbands’ absences. Phyllis Wheatly, a Black female slave, used Christian principles to argue in her “Letter to Reverend Samuel Occum” that the actions of Christian slave owners was “Absurdity of their Conduct whose words and Actions are so diametrically opposite.” Despite the moral implications of Christians owning Christians, combined with the fact that many Africans both enslaved and free had been converted to Christianity, slavery still prevailed for nearly a century after the letters publication. In both situations prejudice and hypocrisy work their way into American dream, the closely related American values and in some areas, the American people.

The average United States citizen believes in the American dreams as a promise to all U.S. citizens. Yet, the inequality observed can’t be ignored. It appears that the American dream is used to imply that the individual is widely responsible for the economic or social situation they are in and that as long as the opportunity is given, the individual is often at fault and has the responsibility and ability to fix the situation. As long as there are examples of individuals who possess more material wealth than other, the general idea is that abundance is achievable by all regardless of any adversity faced by individuals. It seems as if the American dream is an excuse for the country and its inhabitants to not confront issues that may be impeding the growth and overall unity of the country and its citizens.

In this article, I write about the failure of American conservatives to see Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum for who they are, the failure to see democratic strategy to vote in republican primaries, and the failure to see Fox news complicity in ruining Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman.

The primary reason I have stopped supporting the American Conservative Movement is the results of the Iowa caucus. When Michelle Bachman, a person well educated and with great work experience, did not get more votes than Ran Paul, I knew something had to be wrong with American conservatives.

Know I fully aware about political campaigns and how candidates get support. However let us have a critical evaluation of the candidates. Ran Paul is obsessed with Federal Reserve and believes America should stop it military involvement around the world.

It is America’s extensive military involvement around the world that allows the US to fight the War on Terror effectively. In addition, having troops around the world keeps America from getting invaded. It is nice that Ran Paul does not believe in any credible threat from Russia, Iran, and China. However, China has developed satellite killing missiles, long range missiles, and is doubling its military. Iran is investing in Nuclear warheads, and has also developed long range missiles. Russia is China and Iran’s biggest trading partner.

Now, the people who rejected Michelle Bachmann were well aware of Ran Paul’s dangerous, if not crazy, stance on military deployment around the world. These same conservative voters were also aware of the time Romney and Gingrich betrayed their conservative positions. Both these candidates have been for and against Cap and Trade. Both these candidates have been for and against a National Healthcare mandate.

Therefore, I got ask myself why people who knew the facts choose candidates who I basic consider liars over a person with a great resume. The reason for these conservative voters is not of great importance to me. The behavior itself if of great concern.

I cannot have anything to do with people who can make such poor choices. In my opinion, if Gingrich and Romney are liars so are the people who vote for them. I will not appear as a liar.

Now, the ugly truth is that fundamental Christians will not vote for Romney and they have that right. Therefore, Romeny as the Republican candidate for US president assures another four years for the biggest liar of them all , Mr Barak Hussein Obama.

I am aware of the attempted manipulation by the conservative and liberal media. I no longer view Fox TV programs or watch Fox news. The reason is Fox’s attempt to keep Sarah Palin out of this presidential election. When the establishment Republican made their choice, Fox news started running news reports critical of Mrs. Palin which were nothing more than “hit jobs” not based on facts. This is why I accused Fox news of manufacturing news about Sarah Palin’s lack of popularity. In my opinion, this was done by news people at Fox to make Sarah Palin unpopular.

Now, the liberal press is full of devils so obsessed with their religion that they well attack anyone and everything with values, traditions, and standards. What most conservatives do not know is that democratic strategy is to have many liberal democrats voting in Republican primaries. Therefore, these republican candidates are winning with votes from democrats.

In the end, a Big Money Liberal, a RINO, and a candidate with no business experience will go up against Obama who has spent the last three years making demons out Wall Street Tycoons and non-compassionate Republicans who do not want to share their wealth. Who do you think will win that competition when the liberal news keeps telling the “can’t be bothered to be informed voter” how bad the Republican candidate is?

My point is that I refuse to have anything to do with people who cannot figure out the democratic strategy in voting in Republican primaries, who cannot figure out Fox news complicity in helping the Republican establishment ruin Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman, and who cannot see the flaws in Santorum, Gingrich, and Romney.

The human race has one hope and that is a free and democratic American society. However, America today is enslaved by the ’screw ups” in American Society. The liberals have taken legitimate concerns and painted them as the concerns of all people struggling in life. Changing economies challenge all people. However, many people have the life they have because they cannot evaluate their environment and find a niche. Many of these people believe they were denied something. They are angry and want to hold those people with wealth responsible.

America needs government to concentrate on the basics not trying to be all things to all people who are unemployed or not making it. Dreams are nice. However, dreams are earned through hard work and sacrifice.

The monies needed for American security are tied up in Medicaid/Medicare, Social Security, Welfare, Government Housing, A Failing Public School System, and many other federal government failures. In my opinion, as long as politicians pander many in American will have their bad anti-success attitude and society will get worse.

When will people learn about Realism, Positive Thinking, Appreciating What A Person Has, and all other good principles if politicians keep promising to rob Paul to fee Peter. Sorry Americans the only person to blame for your failures is the person in the mirror, i.e. you.

You, the conservative voter was needed to know how to make good choices and make good choices. There is no way any one can convince me that out of 100 million Conservatives Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum are the most able and qualified individuals. If they are, we are in serious trouble.

I have said I do not see Obama as a man of honor or integrity. In my opinion, changing a belief just to get elected is as bad as using “Deem and Pass” and the “Slaughter Rule” to get National Healthcare passed. Not being able to properly asses candidates and political campaigns is worse. Being the many American conservatives cannot make better choices means I have to resign my allegiance to the American conservative movement. I will keep my integrity intact!

With all the debate over SOPA and PIPA, we should take time to consider some historical and cultural tendencies of copyright laws. Copyrights and protection of intellectual property is only a new phenomenon and is hardly a natural right to be granted by the state. history and development have been historically related to more stealing than sharing.

“The only difference between a merchant ship and a pirate ship is that the former has cargo in its hull”

A high school teacher tends to use the above statement to describe economies during the middle age to illustrate the fact that for the most part, laws on the high seas have traditionally been very loose. Did these make the pirates horrible people? According to the statement the answer is no, rather, it was how business was conducted; a ship that couldn’t protect itself till getting to a harbor just wasn’t going to be able to sell its goods because someone else would take it for them. This has existed since the times of Ancient Rome and Greece. Historically, theft has always been an undercurrent to development and prosperity. So why has it become such an issue today?

America prides itself on being capitalistic where the best companies beat other companies to expand. Alongside this has developed a new phenomenon called “intellectual rights.” Intellectual rights are an idea that states that if a company or individual creates something, they are entitled a certain amount of money and rights based on the product. In short, we call it copyrights. On its positive side, it has allowed authors who don’t want their books to be made into movies to deny production companies the right to do so, and has worked to promote artists and has allowed them to produce works without compensation. However, since being with little historical precedent, it consequently has a dark side. Today, intellectual rights have extended to mean that anything which directly copies a patented product is by all rights illegal and may extend across international boundaries.

If copyright laws protect the creators from theft, why wouldn’t it be considered to be a good thing? What problem can there be in preventing theft? Simply put, because countries have never historically operated under such a presumption. The United States pharmaceutical companies have sued African countries for violation of copyright laws on AIDs medication. Many African countries have claimed that they cannot afford American drugs even with a discounted price. Naturally, it was in the best interest of these states to take the drug, study it, and make their own brand so that it could be more cheaply distributed to the people. Still, despite motivation, the west has viewed the action of making cheaper medicines as a highly disreputable action. Part of the problem of developing nations is their inability to claim technology as their own. Medicine is only one instance, but copyrights being forced upon by the highly industrialized western countries and has made developing countries implicitly dependent on foreign countries for production. Fortunately, WIPO, a UN organization, has been recently been attempting to find methods to better work with copyright laws that quickens the right of copyright.

In War, stealing another person’s idea and using it for the country’s best interest is called “good intelligence.” In centuries past, stealing another country’s idea for building factories, water usage, political ideas and even nuclear power have been means of development. The United States would have probably taken an additional 10-50 years to develop into an industrial society had it not been for various individuals stealing England’s method of production and bringing it to the states. The Pre-Civil War south is proof enough of what would have happened as the south never bothered to independently develop and just bought finished goods from industrialized England. Therefore, in considering internet copyrights, it might be best to consider some historical and contemporary patterns involved with stealing property and ideas. It’s a common human concept that ideas will spread as much as possible if not inhibited. Surely, in a global world where everyone wishes that the world will become a better place, people should not disapprove of another country being able to help itself out?

So back to the pirate and merchant ships. Perhaps the west is just tired of Pirates. After all, it’s much better to sell goods at port than to have to fight off unwanted groups. Further, the United States sells tremendous amounts of goods and boasts about having patenting the most ideas and invention of new goods than any other country. It is in the best interest of the United States to keep out the rest of the competition so that it may sell more goods at port. Remember, merchant ships back in the day were usually heavily armed and in various cases were guarded by fleets of ships to protect its cargo, thus, for an industrialized society that makes large amounts of money via exports and selling of goods and ideas for money, protecting its income is of vital importance.

This is only a fun theory to think about and not to take arms on. History shows that copyrights are more artificial than natural when it comes to the spreading of ideas. Isn’t this how people become better writers? Many writers take inspiration, or in better terms, copy the style of the writer. Technically, this may be viewed as stealing a style from a proper owner, but to crack down on writing style would be ridiculous. Similarly, athletes can steal styles or learning methods that another athlete used to get in top condition. People in most areas of life are actually copying something they learned from someone else. Thus, it is more common in the world of ideas and goods for people to copy, steal, and try to make more from what they’ve stolen from than to independently think of something new without basing it off someone else’s work. The tendency for people to steal in search for gain should be considered in future policies by the UN and individual states if their goal is for the betterment of all mankind and of culture.
