What is the motive or what is the purpose of life?

I have been thinking about this for quite awhile. Walk through crowds, staring at people, wondering what is on their mind. And then I start questioning myself, what exactly is life? What do I want from life? Why do I do the things I do everyday? Why am I planning for the future? And many many questions.

I mean, try looking at the different phases of our life. As an infant, all we want is to eat, poo and sleep. As long as someone satisfied our basic needs, we are contented. As we grow older, the things that are on our mind will be food, games and studies. We all know that we need to study to have a good future and so, we spend most of our time studying, trying to get the best results. Of course, we do have time to relax and enjoy.

After this, we step into another phase, working life. Working and working and MORE working. What is the purpose? Money. We need money to satisfy our basic needs. We plan for the future, we gain more skill sets, we worry about almost everything, etc. Along the way in our life, we will meet new people. If we are lucky enough, we manage to find a lifetime partner among them. And then the same cycle repeats, we plan for the future, we worry about the future, we have goals together, etc.

At the end of the day, what do we get? Death. This is the outcome of life. We were given life just to go through the journey and then life is taken away. But why? Why do we have to go through this journey? I know, according to religion beliefs, people believe that they are on this earth for a certain reason. I mean, I do believe that too, but I cannot seem to understand why? With religion beliefs aside, is there an answer to all these? Why is there life? What is life for? Why is a life cycle requires? Who was the one who set the rules in life?

Just some thoughts going through my mind and I thought of sharing it. Just find that certain things in life are so mysterious and I cannot seem to find an answer to them. Seems like there isn’t even an answer for them too. Well, just expressing my thoughts here, so, feel free to express your thoughts too.

Anger does have amazing energy behind it and it will change your life, but the results depend on the use. Use Wisely.

As you may already know, anger is the most simple emotion to fall back on. When things go wrong it’s easy to get mad. What I bet you didn’t know is that you can harness the madness and it’s energy. Everything in life is made up of energy, but anger releases a bit more energy than is necessary. So why don’t we harness that energy? Because this energy is potent and powerful and has the ability to destroy in the wrong use. If you can master this energy, you can do so many things. I have learned that changing your thoughts during a moment of anger, towards someone or something that always makes you feel happy, can dilute the anger. Even getting rid of the emotion of anger doesn’t just make the energy from it just disappear, take control of these energies and you can change your life for the better. Anger is an embarrassing emotion that can ruin your life and make you hate life. Our worst and most pathetic emotion has the most power behind it. Ever notice that we are prone to breaking things when we are angry, even things we can’t break when we’re in any other mood.

Well you can change your anger into something completely different, something that uses more brain power than muscle power. I bet you didn’t know that such energy existed behind anger. It’s impossibly addicting and very hard to control but the secret to complete control is this.

Meditation, but in a whole new way. When meditating the first thing you need to do in order to achieve a blank mind is a custom way that I use.

While trying to clear your mind, your mind itself fights back and forces more thoughts into your head, but you have the ultimate weapon. That weapon is imagination.

So imagine a white board that’s completely blank, you have the only marker. Nobody else can write on your board except you. Any thoughts can be pushed behind the board and to ensure that you stay clear minded, switch your marker for an eraser, so that you make no mistakes. Already my mind is clearing itself, even as I write this…..

Sorry I kinda had a moment there.

Anyways after achieving a blank mind just sit still and focus on a single thought that makes you angry, then as if that thought is a tiny, freezing child, cover it up with a blanket of warm and happy thoughts until it is cold no more. Do this over and over until you no longer have thoughts that make you angry, until even things that happen in life can be easily covered up with positive things.

Life is only as miserable as you allow others to make it, you are not alone, you do not have to venture down this road alone. There are many people out there who have tried and tried to get rid of their anger, with no results, but this is different, this is self-taught and self-learned. Results will appear, no matter what. Anger doesn’t control you, you control anger, and in your hands, the energy from anger can either create or destroy. You Choose.

Just what is life all about?

These questions have been passed down through the ages, from Ancient Greeks to modern day, there is no one single answer.

One could viably argue that we are here to procreate, nothing more and nothing less. Just like any other animal in nature, we are driven to create and foster new life.

For some, religion answers the question, sort of. Religion suggests that human are here to please their Gods, to face trials and tribulations that will prepare them for the promised land, the so called “life after death”.

Some cultures believe that we continue to live on Earth, in different forms, until we reach perfection, to move to that promised land. Reincarnation can be in any form, from a short lived insect to a long living tree.

People ponder the reasons of existence because they, collectively, fear Death. Most people are afraid of Death, the fear is so great that they need to believe that life, somehow, must go on. And because people do procreate, they build their lives around that procreation, they learn, work and evolve to foster the family around them. The family around them is loved, natural insticnt calls for protection, and again, fear of Death prompts the thoughts of existence.

The greatest thing about being a human is our ability to think, but it can also be one of our greatest enemies. As the greatest thing, thought brings us joy and love, emotions that we are able to express and share. As our greatest enemy, the ability to think can cause confusion and fear.

Hey, this could be all wrong, there could be more to life than just life, but one may never really know. Death is the only way to answer the question, but for me, procreation is worth living for.

The definition of elite athletes in this article is the athlete par national athletes who have had achievements in the sport practiced. In order to improve the performance or the performance of the exercise, the athlete needs to have a strong mental, so he can practice and compete.

The definition of elite athletes in this article is the athlete par national athletes who have had achievements in the sport practiced. In order to improve the performance or the performance of the exercise, the athlete needs to have a strong mental, so he can practice and compete with high spirits, total dedication, never give up, not easily distracted by the problems of non-technical or personal problems.

Thus he was able to run the training program seriously, so he can have a physically fit, high technique and playing the right strategy, according to an exercise program designed by the coach. Thus be seen that mental exercises intended to allow the athlete to achieve peak performance, or achievements are better than ever.

To be able to have such a strong mental, athletes need to perform a systematic mental training, which is an integral part of the exercise training program in general, and stated in the annual training plan or training per iodization.

Often found, that the athlete is not really a mental issue is purely a psychological problem, but due to technical factors or physiological. For example: if the athlete’s ability to decline because of technical fault movement, then the athlete’s perception of her abilities will also be reduced. If the problem of motion error is not immediately identified and corrected immediately, then the error of this motion will persist. As a result, the ability of the athlete did not increase, so that athletes become frustrated and over time can be frustrating and even have negative thoughts and attitudes towards sports achievements.

Likewise, the problems caused by physical factors. The problem that often occurs is a matter of “over trained” or excessive fatigue, causing a change in the appearance of such athletes is slower, so that the athlete is then ‘as athletes who have low motivation.

Both examples show that mental problems are not always caused by mental factors or psychological factors. If the cause of the problem is not addressed first, then his mental problems will also be difficult to be repaired. Thus, if you will apply the mental exercises to overcome the psychological mental problems, then the athletes, coaches and sport psychologists should be sure that the cause of the problem is a mental problem.

Martial law is
definitely coming to America. The only question is when. Most people don’t
understand the true meaning of this law and what American citizens will soon
experience. The definition of martial law is the temporary rule by military
authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis. Unfortunately, it is
a lot more complicated than that. Martial law is another term for “police
state”. If the United States was to become a police state, that means the
Constitution and the Bill of Rights will no longer be effective. Citizens will
no longer be innocent until proven guilty because they will have no rights to a
trial by jury. People can be arrested and imprisoned without charges. Gun owners
will also come under attack during martial law. All it takes for martial law to
be enforced is the president’s signature on a proclamation (such as the one
signed by Obama for the H1N1 flu) and the attorney generals signature on a
warrant that has a list of names attached. If there is a national emergency
declared, such as a terrorist attack of mass destruction, the constitution will
be discarded in favor of a military form of government. Those left in power
under martial law involves people in high levels of society, the wealthy elite,
international bankers, and secret societies.

The
people in the highest ranks of the global elite are the ones planning to enforce
the martial law and the New World Order. This includes secret and occult
societies such as the members of the Illuminati, the Freemasons, the Bohemian
Grove, Skull and Bones, The Bilderberger Group, the Council of Foreign
Relations(CFR), and the Brotherhood. Some members are believed to be David
Rockefeller, the Bush Family, Rothschild, and Barack Obama. These members plan
to take total control over the world.

When this national “emergency” happens, FEMA (Federal Emergency Management
Agency) will be here to send you to their detention camps where you will be put
on the “red”, “blue”, or “yellow” list.Citizens on the “red” list are enemies of
the New World Order such as leaders of patriot groups, outspoken ministers, and
community leaders. They will be taken from their homes around 4 a.m. about two
weeks before martial law is implemented. These citizens will be temporarily
imprisoned and killed. Those on the “blue list” will be taken to the FEMA camps
a few weeks after martial law is enforced. They are people that followers of the
“red” list. The citizens on the “yellow” list are people that have no knowledge
of the New World Order. They will be told what to dohow to behave, and be
re-educated. There will be too many on this list, so many of them will also be
killed or starved. Those that are not killed will be chipped, released, and
tracked. This includes the implantation of the RFID chip or Radio Frequency
Identification tags. This electronic device, which is smaller than a grain of
sand, will be implanted in the hand or forehead

Find out the bad things Wal-Mart does.

Wal-Mart,

a store that prides itself on incredibly low prices and good customer service. Many people don’t know the other side of Wal-Mart and other big Corporations like it. In this article I will show you 3 reasons why Wal-Mart is bad for America.

A protest in Utah against Wal-Mart (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

1) They send American jobs overseas to China. There would be millions of more jobs for Americans if Wal-Mart would stay here with their products. Excuse me, Wal-Mart makes the companies that sell products in their stores meet a certain price. The way to make that price the least it can be, most jons are sent off to China where wages are minimal.

Inside the Walmart (still branded as Wal-Mart) at West Plains, Missouri. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

2) Wal-Mart puts big companies out of business. Rubber-made, a self made company that sold rubber products for cheap in Wal-Mart stores had a rough patch. In this “Rough patch”, the price of rubber almost doubled, making the price of their products go up. Thus, in return, they were not able to meet the low price that Wal-Mart would accept. They had to sell their products so cheap that they were losing money. Wal-Mart soon bouth them out, after the company went bancrupt. This has happenned with several companies.

Supermercado de Wal-Mart in Spring Branch, Houston – Neighborhood Market Store #3578 – 7960 Long Point Road at Wirt, Houston, TX 77055 Español: Supermercado de Wal-Mart en Spring Branch, Houston – Neighborhood Market Store #3578 – 7960 Long Point Road y Wirt, Houston, TX 77055 (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

3) You might think, hey, they are creating a ton of jobs aren’t they? Yes they are, but… they are destroying more. Small shops cannot stay afloat with a corporation next store due to the insanely cheap prices. Are low prices even a good thing? Think about it.

Find out the positives and negatives of school.

School is a diverse place where kids get frustrated often due to the new material they are learning.

In this article I WILL generalize over all the courses/classes, but hang in there. I am a current student that attends a high school in the top 100 in the country. Let’s get started with the Pros.

Pros:

1) School opens us up to new ways of thinking and new ideas. This is an expansion in our growth that is necessary for us to understand what we want to be later on in life.

2) Gets you prepared for life–not really

As you can tell, I hate school, but I must say, the teachers are nice–for the most part, and my classmates are AWESOME!

Cons:

1) School KILLS creativity and Imaginitive thinking. I used to be the most creative kid ever. Then once school, high school came around, I lost virtually all creativity.

2) School can be too long to the point where some classes seem pointless and students don’t care about them. This can have an effect which decreases grades over a period of time in those afternoon classes.

3) School always contradicts itself! The school policy this, the school policy that, but then if the teacher wants to do something that is restricted by the school policy, they can do it, thus breaking the school policy that they refer to? So I the student have to follow the policy strictly, but you the teacher can bend the rules? Does that seem fair? Does that contradict itself? If school contradicts itself… then what is the point? What does it teach me?

4) Classes like Precalculus and Calculus, Biology, etc. can be way, way, to complicated for some. I finished Precalc and Bio with a C-. According to everyone I am an A student? Why is this C- here then? My point is, is that some classes, especially some math classes are just flat out unimportant. The goal of Precalc is to get the students to get used to new things… Well, for one, this new “thing” is killing my GPA, and this new “thing” is not relevant to the World at ALL!

5) Teachers is my next point… Some of my teachers are too smart to be teachers. If that doesn’t make sense, it is kind of like this… I am learning new material… The teacher rushes through it and I don’t learn a thing. The next day when we have a quiz and fail it, the teacher is upset? I tell them I didn’t understand one word you said the other day… They have freaked out and gotten mad at me for not comprehending something completely new to me, but old to them… Sorry

6) Finally, there are a lot more reasons why school is bad and I will end it with this… Some schools, my school, gives out stats and numbers that are missing a lot of the picture. One survey is for the Freshmen and Senior classes. It is a survey which asks… Do you drink on a typical 5 day week? the answer this year is that 83% of students don’t drink in a typical week. Okay? What about the Sophomores and Juniors, also, what about the weekends?

School, and Schools, sorry for blanching your reputation. I hate School. But love the people!

By being optimistic in your life, you will most certainly be improving your life style.

My motto or theme in life has been to live with optimism. Here are five reasons why you should live life with optimism:

1) Living a life with optimism prevents disappointments, conflicts, negative emotions, and other preventable elements.

2) A life with optimism shows you the bright side of situations.

3) Optimism opens your eyes to opportunities that you would have not seen if you weren’t optimistic.

4) By being optimistic, you will display yourself more positively to others.

5) Your life with optimism will improve your life.

Throughout my life so far, I have done and experienced each of the five reasons pertaining to why living a life with optimism is good! It has allowed me to handle my emotions, open opportunities, and present myself to my friends and family as the person who I am proud to be. Optimism has and still is improving my life.

A few tips how you can get a "C" to an "A".

There are a lot of Highschools and Middleschoolers who do not know what to do in order to get good grades. Parents who are reading this should follow these simple steps to help your children get straight A’s.

1. Do not let them do their homework with a computer/phone/electronic device nearby. This will obviously distract the student to get off task from what they are supposed to do. Make your kids study at somewhere more quiet such as a local library or maybe in a peaceful room.

2. Try to help your children as much as you can (for ex. studying for a test, helping them memorize vocab words, etc.). This will really help the student get good grades because recently it has been scientifically proved that kids who study on their own usually end up getting a lower grade on a test or quiz compared to someone who studied on it with a friend or parent.

3. Do not let your children “hang out” with their friends too often. (The Maximum time to let your kids play with their friends each week should be: 6 hours). If kids are with their friends more than once a week it may lead to your kid in-completing his/her homework on time or having enough time to study on a test in the future.

4. Study for a certain test in the future little by little instead of studying for the whole thing the day before. Here is an example:

(TEST ON FRIDAY; TODAY IS MONDAY)

MONDAY-WEDNESDAY: Spend about 30 brief minutes in these 3 days

THURSDAY: Spend an hour (Look over all the things you went over the last few days)

FRIDAY: You will get an A on the test/quiz no doubt.

Tips on dealing with criticism.

Admit it. No one is immune to criticism, although people seems to love criticizing others very much. But, realizing if no one can be perfect all the time might make us feel better.

Cool down. Getting too emotional means you are opening another chance for them to criticize you. Everybody has got the right to share their opinion, even though their opinions might upset you.

Open your mind. You might think what they have said is wrong, but they think the otherwise around. People have different angle in viewing so many thing in life. Try to understand their point of view before giving any appropriate respond.

Never take it too personal. Taking things too personal is equal to torturing yourself. So, let it go and see how things flow.

Asking why and how. Ask for more information on the thing being criticized. Use the information to do some reality check or finding new solutions.

Be quiet. Replying criticism with another criticism might spark unnecessary debate. So, be quiet when there were no better things to say.

Second opinion might be needed. Ask for a fair opinion from others. That way you can be sure whether the criticism is right or wrong.

Get used to it. Life is a long journey and you’ll never know when you’ve got to deal with another criticism. So, once you’ve managed to deal with a criticism in a calm and positive way, just keep it that way.

Got some experience and knowledge to share? You can write it and get paid for it by signing up here.
